I really enjoyed my visit at Santo Remedio. The manager David and the staff were so nice and helpful. I liked both the starters and the mains for the lunch I had with my friend. The guacamole is really flavourful and the enchilada was a highlight for me. They also have vegetarian dishes which I really liked. The cocktails were also really lovely. I would definitely come back for a lunch or dinner.

Walked into Santo Remedio Marylebone today with two friends and walked out with three huge smiles (and very full stomachs). From the first welcome to the last bite, everything felt special. The staff weren’t just serving us, they were genuinely making sure we had a great time — and we did. The food? Wow. Every dish tasted like a celebration. Fresh, bold, colourful… the kind of flavours that make you pause mid-conversation just to say, “this is amazing.” We shared plates, tried different things, and not one single bite disappointed. I stopped by Santo Remedio for some drinks and a bite and absolutely loved it! The guacamole was fresh and perfectly seasoned! I had two cocktails, a mezcal margarita and a coconut margarita, both great! The atmosphere was lively but still relaxed, and the staff were warm and welcoming. Can’t wait to go back and try more from the menu!

I recently visited Santo Remedio with my sister for brunch, and it was truly an exceptional experience. Without a doubt, it’s the best Mexican brunch in London. The service was outstanding, warm, attentive, and professional, making us feel incredibly welcome. The food was absolutely delicious and authentically Mexican, which is rare to find in the city. A special thank you to David and Melissa for their excellent service and hospitality. I highly recommend trying the Quesabirrias and the Pork Belly Taco, both were full of flavour and perfectly prepared. Santo Remedio exceeded my expectations, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic Mexican dining experience in London.

Absolutely loved the midweek brunch at Santo Remedio! The food was fresh, flavourful and beautifully presented — you can really tell how much care goes into every dish. Well what can I say this place never fails when it comes to good Mexican food, cocktails and amotsphere. I just love this place every single cocktail is just tasty. The staff can’t do enough for you and highly recommend that you try the eggs Benedict and the poloma cocktail out of this world 😍😍😍😍😍😍

Delicious food! Absolutely love the Mexican cuisine and Santo Remedio (Marylebone) did not disappoint 😍 went for the Mexican brunch menu and it was great! I was so full already after the fish tacos. Highly recommend trying their traditional Mexican brunch from the main menu. Sauce was exquisite! The staff were very lovely and welcoming & had a very calming atmosphere. Felt very looked after. Had a lovely afternoon with friends today. Very chill vibes with tasty food and attentive service. Cocktails were AMAZING! Not usually a fan of Tequila but these really know how to make it taste delicious. My favourites were the Pineapple Mezcalita for a Smokey taste & the Spicy Mango Margarita for a little kick. I would definitely come back to explore the evening menu. :) Thank you.

I’ve been to Santo Remedio in London Bridge many times for dinner, so I was really excited to try the new Marylebone spot for brunch — and it didn’t disappoint! The Mexican twist on brunch classics was such a treat; eggs and bacon can get a bit samey, but here everything was packed with flavour and originality. The interior is stunning, with a stylish yet welcoming vibe, and the cocktails were absolutely incredible. A brilliant addition to the neighbourhood and definitely somewhere I’ll be coming back to.

Absolutely incredible experience! I came here with a friend we ordered two margaritas (one spicy mango and one hibiscus), and both were perfectly balanced — fresh, tangy, and not overly sweet. The mango also had a good kick of spice to it. We also ordered guacamole and tortilla chips. The guacamole was on another level super creamy, full of flavor, and clearly made fresh. It was perfectly paired with crisp tortillas, it was honestly the best guac and tortillas I’ve ever had. Everything tasted authentic and made with care. Highly recommend this place for anyone who loves great drinks and Mexican snacks!

Had brunch at Santo Remedio Mayfair and really enjoyed it. The atmosphere is warm, colourful and relaxed, with friendly and attentive service. We tried the prawn taco and the yoghurt & berry bowl to start, both fresh and full of flavour. For mains, the mexican eggs royale and the crumpet with beef were rich, comforting and beautifully presented. The cocktails were excellent, especially the Coconut Margarita and the Santo Remedio Passion, refreshing and perfectly balanced. A lovely spot for a vibrant Mexican-style brunch in the heart of London 🌮🍹☕🇲🇽

We had an amazing time last night for my birthday meal at Santo Remedio Marylebone. (Sitting for 11) From the outset of trying to book, Clara was so helpful and prompt in the booking. Then on the night we had two great hosts, a girl (with glasses) whose name I didn’t catch and Davide. Both were so attentive and helpful. Great service overall. Food was great. Did the £52 set menu which is so much food! (I never thought it would be that much). Starters were so yummy! Tacos were too with the lamb shank. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Thank you!

Food was phenomenal especially the prawn tacos. Most people in the restaurant ordered the Mexican egg royale, it was amazing. I order the coconut margaritas and paloma. Those were really nice aswell.

It was a wonderful experience, I loved it so much! I want to highlight the excellent service of Melissa and the Manager David, my sister and I felt very welcomed and happy. The food was great, fresh and delicious. The drinks are delicious, specially the Horchata, my favourite from now on. Great place to have an authentic mexican meal! 100% recommended You must try the quesobirria tacos, the best of the best!!

Went there with a friend of mine and we had just a perfect Tuesday evening out together. My absolute favorite was pork belly taco from the set menu (treat yourself!). And cocktails… smoothest margarita I had for a while and I was craving it for a couple of weeks. Can definitely recommend.

Stunning place, lovely to see Mexican food not adapted or having ingredients nor profiles changed to fit local palates. Katherine (from Ecuador I believe) provided the best service and wonderful suggestions. The chef visited us and even gave us a complimentary treat as we were celebrating a birthday party. Margaritas are stunning!

Great Mexican-style brunch! Came in for brunch and really enjoyed it. The sourdough guacamole was fresh and flavourful with the perfect crunch. Had the Eggs Royale Mexican style with poached eggs, smoked salmon, and a nice twist from the tangy pickled shallots. Also tried the espresso martini made with tequila, which was smooth, bold, and a fun take on the classic. Great vibe, friendly staff, and a colourful, relaxed setting. One more plus that is rare nowadays dining in London is that I didn’t feel rushed at all, I usually like to take my time especially for brunch, staff were very understanding. Will definitely be back !

What a joy to have the opportunity to try the new venue at Santo Remedio Marylebone, the service was really nice and I want to say thank you so much to the wonderful waiter Emmanuel who kindly offered me to try the ceviche as I was wondering between 2 dishes and I totally recommend it. The whole experience for the Sunday Brunch was absolutely amazing and the food was really tasty, every single dish was incredible with a peaceful interior which made it cozy and relax. I have been in the other venues and I am glad I tried this one because I will definitely go back to visit again. Thank you for everything.

This new elegantly designed and well managed restaurant is well worth a visit. Immaculately clean and tidy and looks and feels like a new place following the success of their 2 other locations in London. Really nice and helpful staff and a real Mexican feel to the dishes. So give it a go! (To the manager as a suggestion. We felt a bit rushed partly as the team was not busy and partly overly keen to help. Also the sharing portion sizes can me a bit on the small size)

If you haven’t been to Santo Remedio Marylebone yet you’re missing out. The place has such a great energy, lively without being overwhelming, and the team there are genuinely lovely. But the real scene stealer? The coconut margarita. Creamy, tropical, perfectly balanced… honestly the best cocktail I’ve ever had. We ordered way too much food (rookie mistake) but it was all so delicious and such great value that I didn’t even feel bad about it.

The restaurant is in a great location. My friend took me there for my birthday it was very nice . The food was delicious and the drinks were so nice. They have margaritas with a twist . The coconut margarita was my absolute favourite. Food wise I loved the guacamole, very fresh and quite tasty. The fish tacos and the sea bass were the best.

Absolutely delicious and so happy to visit the Marylebone restaurant after frequenting the London Bridge spot for years. Service was a little busy and it's not somewhere you'd go to have quiet conversations but the vibe was fun and tacos delightful. They also had non alcoholic margaritas!

**Tasty food, warm welcome, but watch the portions** Santo Remedio delivers on flavour. The chicken enchiladas suizas hit the spot, and the taco had proper seasoning. The margarita with its chilli rim and the Pacifico beer paired well with the meal. The chap who greeted us made the visit. He was genuinely welcoming and set the right tone for the meal. Service throughout stayed attentive without being overbearing. The problem is portion size versus price. At £51 per person for brunch, you expect to leave satisfied. We didn’t. The plates looked good but left us wanting more food. Would I come back? Yes, for a treat. The cooking is solid and the atmosphere works. Just know you’re paying premium prices for small plates. Budget accordingly or order extra. .Good food, great service, poor value.

Tuna Tostadas was our fav, food texture as the spicy mayo worked well with guacamole, salad was not well balanced tasted mostly like cheese, pork tacos the meat was a little tough. 38 ppx including drinks

Food was tasty, fresh and flavourful. The seabass was the highlight, it was unbelievably tender. The interior, decor and drinks choices are also sublime. However the service was slow and poor. Took over 15/20 minutes to get our drinks, no one asked if we wanted dessert and we were left to just sit there not being served for a further 15 minutes, I had to go up and ask for the bill after mains were cleared. So sadly because the service was painfully slow and not attentive, I probably wouldn’t go again.
