* This was my second stay at the property and it was as good as I remembered it. The staff was nice enough to find us a room for our early check-in after coming in from the States. The AC worked wonderfully. The rooms are on the smaller side for American guests but well appointed and there is plenty of lights in the room to brighten up the place. The bathroom is a decent size and the in room fridge keeps your bottles of water nice and chilly. The bed was comfy, the room was clean (and cleaned daily) and the staff is friendly - especially Richard at the bar.

Stylish, spacious and super comfortable! I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was modern, clean and beautifully designed — I loved the warm lighting, spacious layout, and thoughtful touches like the large mirror and stylish desk area. Both beds were incredibly comfortable, and the room was quiet, which made for a restful night’s sleep. Everything felt fresh and well-maintained. I’d definitely stay here again!

We stayed at the hotel for the first time and had a great stay. The hotel has a great location in Kensington and there are 2 tube stations within a 10 minute walk (Gloucester Road and Earl's Court). We stayed in an executive room with access to the lounge. The rooms are a bit small but have great facilities. It was really cold in the room though and the walls are very thin, which we noticed as our neighbour talked really loud and it was a bit hard to sleep quietly. The best thing was definitely the lounge access. We ate breakfast every day during our stay and it was really fresh and delicious with good options to choose from. I am a vegan and found plenty to eat. One evening, we also went to the lounge for dinner and there was more food than we had imagined. There were salads, bread and spaghetti with tomato sauce and cake for dessert. There were also nice drinks such as coke and seven up from the machine and beer and whine as well as lemonades. The service was also really nice and friendly all the time. I can also say that about the staff at the reception. They ensured that we had a great stay. Amazing hotel!

This hotel has met and exceeded my expectations. The rooms are above standard , well kept, layout is well thought out and designed. Great for families, and the hotel is in a great location. The executive lounge is standard, but spacious. The restaurant and the breakfast were great! I cannot emphasize how good the scrambled eggs were — truly one of the best I’ve had! I have absolutely nothing to provide in the way of constructive feedback, everything was at or above expectations for rooms, furniture , design, cleanliness, accessibility, and food choices. Good job!

Recently stayed here for 8 nights. This hotel met my expectations and needs. Reasonably-sized clean rooms with daily cleaning and all the usual amenities. Comfortable beds with the ability to control the temperature of the room. Well located for attractions and restaurants. The rooms were mostly quiet at night, unless you had an especially noisy neighbour. Just a few things to note, I would recommend double checking the agreed upon price at check-in. For me, the price listed in their system was higher than what I booked the room for online. Thankfully, the concierge quickly corrected the price on their end with little hassle. Also, I would suggest bringing your own dish soap. In my room, I noticed the used cups were not changed daily, but rather were cleaned. Not being entirely sure what constituted as a “cleaning” for this (e.g. Was a dish rag reused for every room?), I ended up rewashing the glasses, mugs and spoons myself before each use.

I recently conducted an intensive 5-day course in the hotel’s Gallery 2, and I cannot speak highly enough of the exceptional experience my seven students and I enjoyed. From start to finish, the service was flawless, truly elevating our time there. Mr. Xavier’s dedication to excellence was extraordinary. He went above and beyond to meet our every need, showing kindness, attentiveness, and an eagerness to assist in every way possible. His service was unparalleled—precisely what anyone could hope for in such a setting. The restaurant staff also demonstrated remarkable hospitality. Their warmth and attentiveness created an inviting, welcoming atmosphere that perfectly complemented our event. In all aspects, the hotel’s team transformed our stay into an experience we’ll remember fondly.

My family of 4 stayed here for 4 nights in a suite and it was so comfortable and large that it felt like home. The staff was always friendly and helpful too. We enjoyed the executive lounge food and drinks. The hotel's location is perfect as it is close to the underground and lots of food options by Earl's Court.

What can I say about this stay! From the moment we arrived the service was ourstanding! We had a car as we flew from Dubai to Manchester and then drove to London (family in both places) on arrival we were quite stressed and worried about parking, Ash the Concierge helped immediately with the parking, it changed our day to a better one immediately, took our bags helped with the baby buggy! When we got to check we were given a free upgrade to a larger room and they made sure the baby cot was in the room, we were given early access to the room, free breakfast and then we had paid for executive Lounge, it included soft drinks all day (children allowed) snacks and wine and beer from 5-8pm! The room was lovely a large size! Waters in the room every day! Highly recommend! Location was perfect as well! Thank you for the stay

A beautiful hotel with a lot of amenities. In a fantastic location with Sainsbury right across the street if you need drinks or snacks. Rooms were very small, but comfortable. Staff was so welcoming and delightful.

I stayed here with a travel group in mid-April for four nights. I had such a wonderful experience in this beautiful hotel. The concierge, Ash, was amazing. He went above and beyond to assist this group with anything we needed. The restaurant staff was excellent and patient, as well. Sunil was patient and delightful and always had great suggestions for great food. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone interested in great hospitality. The rooms and location were excellent as well.

Amazing hotel! The staff were very nice and the breakfast in the morning was absolutely amazing. Very easy access to the Piccadilly line as well as the district and circle lines. Very easy to get to from London Heathrow. Had an amazing time at happy hour in the executive lounge.

Fantastic service from the restaurant/bar staff, particularly Santosh who was my waiter on two occasions whilst having dinner. Very attentive service and clearly cares about the customer experience. Thank you!

Our stay here was wonderful. It’s hard for a family of 5 to stay comfortably in a hotel but this Marriott offers a spacious executive family suite. The staff are so friendly and kind. Our kids felt like VIPs every time someone greets them by name. The train stations are half a mile away. Great neighborhood of food and shopping! If you have Elite status, enjoy breakfast before heading out.

This is an excellent property in a lovely area of London. It is a residential area of London and therefore avoids the pitfalls of some London destinations. Nearby are the Natural History Museum- the building itself is breathtaking and the V+A ( my personal favourite)But it is on the Piccadilly line so every museum is accessible. The rooms are well appointed and well designed and reflect excellent value for money- accommodation in London is more expensive than most European cities and properties close to the most iconic tourist sights reflect this even more strongly. The staff in the hotel are lovely- very eager to help in any way. We are members of the Bonvoy group- which I would recommend since it seemed to afford us even more than anticipated privileges. For example we arrived very early in the morning but a room was made available immediately- much to our surprise and delight. We were offered complementary beverages in the breakfast room straight away as well which felt very hospitable. A unique feature of the hotel is that they have an agreement with the next -door gym and guests can use all the gym resources. There is no hotel gym that could compete with this upmarket, well equipped gymnasium!! Travellers who like to work out should strongly consider this accommodation choice. The breakfast Buffet contains all the expected items and there is adequate seating to ensure that no-one feels crowded. I would highly recommend this hotel. It was such a warm experience and went a long way to my happy sojourn in London

We travel quite frequently through Europe and always stay at this particular Marriott whenever we are in London. It is located in a convenient part of the city and not far from the airport. The best part of staying here is the great service provided by the staff. They always remember who we are and treat us like part of the family. We are Marriott Gold members and have stayed at all tier levels of Marriott and this is by far the best staff of any of your hotels we have stayed at. Thank you to Nastya, Avsha, Louise and Louis for making this experience happen every time we stay here.

The hotel lobby looks a little tired, so this doesn't immediately look like a luxury hotel. But it's a solid offering which, although the public areas could do with an upgrade, is well maintained, spotlessly clean and well run.

There's a reason why I've stayed at this location 10 times! I can't state enough how much I look forward to staying at this hotel each time I come to London. The location is superb, nestled between two Tube stops less than 10 minutes apart and surrounded by beautiful neighborhoods that are always a joy to walk though. There's a fully equipped gym connected to the hotel itself that all guests have access to. Win! The breakfast offering in the mornings is one of the best I have ever come across Win! And more importantly, the staff is always friendly, eager to greet you with a smile, and more than happy to help make your stay as pleasant as possible. Win! My only real nitpick is that the Executive Lounge is a bit dearth in the middle of the day with its offerings (other Marriott's by comparison tend to offer more variety), but the dinner service is always sound and the staff work their butts off to keep the food coming and well stocked. I'm flummoxed as to why anyone would go out of their way to give this hotel less than a 4/5 star rating. Sure, the rooms are small, but you're in London! You're not there to chill out in the rooms anyway. They're always clean and they have everything you'd need to make your stay enjoyable. If you're someone who's going to complain about the thread count of the sheets, that the staff weren't unable to accommodate your request of the room temp being set at 72.6 degrees, or, I don't know, you weren't treated like King Henry VIII because of your Platinum Elite status, you're likely an insufferable spoiled child anyway who'd complain that puppies noses are too cold. This hotel is great.

I stayed here whilst my father was at The Cromwell Hospital. The rooms are basic but the products in the bathroom are good quality

Beautifully modernised and refurbished hotel. Rooms look modern, clean and bright. Descent size bathrooms and windows which you can open. Great location, walking distance to Gloucester Road Underground station.

We checked in 3pm on 14/02/2026 and I have to say the receptionists were wonderful. I do wish we took down their names to give them the proper recognition we had an unfortunate and rare incident with our room which I wont disclose on here to not embarrass anyone but the staff handled it well and id be willing to return because of them alone. Room was very clean and dressed up nice and location was only a few mins walk from station so very convenient for us visiting the west end.

I have stayed at many Marriott properties throughout my career across the United States, Europe, and South America, and this location is by far my favorite. The front desk greeting is always friendly and professional, with staff who are genuinely happy to answer any questions. The restaurant and pub have wonderful, outgoing teams, and I've truly enjoyed everything I've ordered. However, the main reason this has become my favorite Marriott is the active runway right outside my window. As a former airline employee, I can sit and watch flights come and go all day—and I have, many times while working remotely. It's an absolute delight.

Our company chose this hotel while attending an DSEI UK 2025(Defense and Security Equipment International) A group of 25 people, including our chairman, stayed here for periods of either one week or two weeks, depending on individual schedules. The entire group was highly satisfied, and everything was handled smoothly without any inconvenience. The reception and concierge staff were exceptionally friendly and professional, which made a great impression. We also appreciated the thoughtful arrangements for the chairman’s vehicle, with waiting times managed very comfortably. Overall, this hotel provided excellent service and made our stay a truly pleasant experience. Highly recommended.

Cannot say enough about how fantastic the staff was. We stayed with our very high energy young toddler and the staff went out of their way to be kind, help us with food and our bags and even dance with him in the lobby. Our room was very nice and included thoughtful touches. The hotel is very well located. Great experience all around. Thank you!

Pros: 1. Walkable distance from Earl's Court Station and Natural History Museum 2. Airconditioned rooms with card swipe locks 3. Decent English breakfast spread 4. Electronic safe available 5. Room service available 6. Escalator available 7. Friendly and helpful staff 8. Groceries store in front of the Hotel Cons: 1. Rooms are small and have limited ventilation 2. No bidet spray in bathroom toilet 3. Rooms corridor is narrow and looks old 4. Limited food options in the restaurant 5. Limited food and refreshments options in Executive Lounge

I was there for the London Marathon. The service was excellent. I will forever be grateful for the hotel allowing me to check in early after arriving on a red eye flight from Boston. The much needed nap was wonderful on the most comfy bed and quiet room. Only reason for 4 rather than 5 stars is simply because there's nothing luxurious about the rooms, just perfectly comfortable and clean. Location is so convenient with the tube stations in either direction only a half mile down the road. Though restaurants galore were along the adjacent blocks, I really enjoyed the hotel restaurant and bar. The food was excellent. The only downside to the hotel restaurant was the piped in music. Otherwise, the place had everything any nearby bistro had to offer. Walking distance to Kensington Palace and gardens as well as Hyde Park etc ...Price was right considering the posh neighborhood where it is located. Also I might add, family friendly.

Let me start with some cons. The hotel is very old. Carpet on the corridor smells really badly. Like it was never washed. I believe they could clean it from time to time. Only one elevator is working so in the morning you have to wait a long time to get to the reception. Walls are thin so you can hear the talk of your neighbors. Family room is spacious. AC works fine. Room service is good. Staff is very helpful. Leon was super nice and helpful during brakefast time. Location is convenient. Close to the groceries and public transport. Overall good but you could expect something more from Marriott. Especially when it comes to the smell in the hotel. I don't think we will go back. Not at this price.

The rooms are aptly sized, won’t call them cramped or spacious. The business lounge is nothing to boast about but is good to get some work done out of but not to do meetings in. The standout feature of this hotel would probably be the gym which has a plethora of equipment and space. Would recommend staying here only for access to the gym.

The London Marriott Hotel Kensington is a well regarded 4 star hotel in a good location for tourists. The hotel is a short walk from the Natural History Museum, the Victoria and Albert Museum, and Kensington Palace. It's also conveniently situated between two tube stations (Earl's Court and Gloucester Road), making it easy to get around London. The hotel features the Cast Iron Bar and Grill. There is also a fitness centre.

The hotel is well located and generally comfortable. Breakfast was very good, with good quality and selection. The room itself was standard and met expectations. The only negative point was the air conditioning, which only blew cold air. This made the room uncomfortable at times, especially when heating was needed. Overall, a solid hotel in a great location, but the A/C issue impacted the comfort of the stay.

Worst Marriot experience so far, the location is awesome though. Breakfast is good, expect some delays in orders but thats easily passable. Executive lounge is nice with all the time juices, coffee, tea and soft drinks. Evening happy hours is good as well though quite limited nibbles or food. I would like to thank one of the front staff who tried helping but due to the poor room availability he couldn’t do much. ROOMS are not fit for grownup adults :) I have stayed many Marriott properties across the globe but this one is special. You can accommodate 2 big bags if you are carry with you and forget about extra bed in case if you are giving it a thought. You can bare take shower in washroom OR May be I was unlucky to get the worst room in whole of the property as I couldn’t believe this is Marriott at Kensington London. NEVER AGAIN !

We stay on avg 150/200+ days a year in a hotel. That being said. The location is not near a tube. So expect a 10+ min walk. It’s also got an inside outside aspect so even with a view your inside staring at the hotel lobby. While the spread for breakfast an the lounge were rather impressive. It’s also ridiculously over crowded. Your not special staying here lol. The restaurant itself for dinner has its own issues. While the cook needs some lessons. The waitress needs training. I ordered plain buttered noodles for a child. We got noodles covered in pepper tomato’s an olives. The food was gross. The rooms layout was extremely odd. Massive room an a tiny bathroom. A bathroom that clearly needs some maintenance work and a door that doesn’t slam shut all hours of the night. The shower has a handle but it’s in the way of standing so you have to lean to the right. The door well is missing a door so the floor gets soaking wet. The tub is so high that you have to jump to get out. The ceiling had spots that have never been cleaned. We ended up eating across the street at the other Marriott property. Much better.

I put in a suite upgrade as well as my status but ended up getting a room with a view of a brick wall. The room also was across from some service door and from about 6 AM all day that door was opening and shutting. The room over all was ok. The breakfast in the mornings was very good. I think between that and the location it saved from getting allowed rating. The evening and late night staff were friendly but I found the morning and day staff seemed a little not so friendly.

We stayed here for 5 days, we had a decent time. We got to the hotel early and had requested early check-in days prior, they were able to get us in for an early check in but it was at the cost of losing the free upgrade we had received. I asked them about it and they said there was no difference between the upgrade and our selected room (the upgrade added on extra space and the free executive lounge access) I didn’t care to challenge it as I had just gotten off a 10 hour flight . Walls were a bit thin, you could hear water rushing through the pipes above us, doors shutting, and people talking but it didn’t bother us as much. There’s a bus stop right in front of the hotel, however I wish it would’ve been much closer to the main attractions but we had an idea of that before booking . Overall, it was a decent stay!

The reception staff were welcoming, but overall my 12-day stay was disappointing. The breakfast area was dusty, food options were limited for Muslim guests, and the scrambled eggs were always cold. Housekeeping was unreliable—despite requests, my room was left uncleaned several times. Compared to other Marriott locations like Marble Arch, this property needs serious improvement in cleanliness and service.

Hotel is way over priced for what it is.the rooms are very small with a small windows. My AC was not working and the room was hot after check in. I informed the front desk they said they will send someone to fix it. Half hour later I had to go down to ask them to change my room. They asked me to move my luggage to a new room and they will bring the key right up. I was waiting more than 10 min. In front of the door for them to bring the key. No one showed up so I had to go down and and when I inquired, They said they were busy. Very upsetting. Then the water in the new room sink was not draining and they had to fix that. The breakfast is a mess. Tables are not being attended and not cleaned. The breakfast presentation is like a two star hotel and there is absolutely no service even when you as, they ignore. Very disappointed.

Don't be fooled by the glass façade of the building: the inside is old and bad and it seems the glass was only added in a later renovation. We had the misfortune of being assigned room 147 which has no lift access and could only be accessed by climbing a flight of stairs. However, we were traveling with a baby with a stroller, and it was extremely inconvenient. Apparently, all the better rooms were taken because we arrived in the evening due to a Tube strike, so we had to make do with this inferior room despite paying just as much. The porter was too busy idly chatting with other people to help us with our luggage, and the our poor receptionist had to help us carry one of our suitcases up this flight of stairs out of sympathy. Thereafter, we had to carry the stroller up and down every day. The corridor was very dark and sketchy and smelled strongly of cigarette smoke even though we obviously wanted a non smoking room. There was a "designated smoking area" in front of the hotel at the top of the ramp. So every time we had to push our stroller with baby, we had to go through thick cigarette smoke, exposing our infant to harmful second hand smoke. Unlike other hotels at this price point which offer complimentary umbrellas, this one only offers rentals that cost money. The rooms themselves were mediocre: they were renovated but small, without any sort of view, and had nothing special or appealing about the design. The aircon, which must have been very old, constantly emitted a rattling, gurgling noise throughout the night. The location of the hotel was also not very convenient. It was a long walk to the nearest Tube station, Earl's Court. Only bus route 74 comes close to the hotel. Two other hotels we stayed at in London at this price point were both located right across the street from Tube stations and were, at the same time, also vastly more comfortable and accommodating.

Disappointing Experience at a Promising Hotel I had high expectations for this hotel, but my experience was unfortunately very disappointing. I would avoid staying here again in the future. While the rooms themselves are quite nice, my stay was marred by significant issues with the air conditioning. Many rooms were unbearably warm, making it impossible to get any sleep. To make matters worse, the windows in rooms above the ground floor cannot be opened. When I complained to the reception staff, I was given a fan, which only slightly cooled the room but replaced the heat with the noise of the fan. Upon checkout, despite my complaints about the heat, I was only offered a small amount of Marriott points as compensation. As this was a business trip and I had important meetings the next day, I would have much preferred a good night's sleep over the equivalent of a voucher. It seemed to me that the staff were aware of the ongoing issue with room temperatures but chose to place customers in these rooms anyway, offering minimal compensation rather than warning guests and providing alternative options. Additionally, the bar staff were very inexperienced and struggled to make simple drinks like gin and tonic, which is unacceptable given the prices they charge. If this hotel wants to achieve better reviews, it needs to address these issues and understand that guests expect a pleasant stay, not just to make do with poor bar service and overheated rooms.

Stayed for one day and was extremely disappointed. My room was on the ground floor, which was still under refurbishment. Getting to it felt like navigating a construction site — a maze of corridors with poor signage and an unfinished feel. The room itself reeked of cigarette smoke and felt unclean, with surfaces that didn’t look properly wiped down. For a brand like Marriott, I expected far better. This felt more like a rundown roadside motel than a premium hotel experience. Definitely not worth the price. I have to say my previous stay was the exact opposite had a wonderful room excellent experience which made me go back. What happened this time????

Nice location, just a minute's walk to Earls Court station and local restaurants. However, staff in the restaurants were not welcoming and spent time on their phones. The old man at the Bell desk had a grouchy face, called us a taxi which was twice the price, and exchanged some money with the driver. I think this hotel has poor management. Not recommended 😒

I’m lifetime titanium. I saw the mixed reviews but for convenience reasons decided to give this property a try. My stay was uneventful until the end when I checked out and found the hotel concierge had mistakenly booked my early morning car to the airport for 30 minutes later. When I offered to simply take a taxi waiting by the front door, the desk attendant told me he would charge me for the car service whether I took it or not. That was not the Marriott response I would have expected when it was their mistake. My advice: double check any car reservations the concierge makes. For myself, I’ll go back to staying at the County Hall Marriott across town.

Based on the experience here, I would suggest that this hotel is to be avoided. The service was as expected, nothing exceptional on this trip - it was only one night, so that's fine nothing failed here. However the room was the massive let down; the mattress was shockingly bad - several years over when it should have been replaced I would say. Lumpy doesn't describe it, even through the toppers the hotel has put on to clearly try and mask this. The springs were so bad that we honestly thought the noise coming from the springs was someone moving furniture in the corridor. The hinges and door handles on the bathroom door were also sorely in need of a little TLC (in the form of some WD40). it did look as though the rooms had had a recent refurb, but that this was surface level only and the factors that are important were not considered. I would also add that the underground line here is obviously quite shallow, so the noise from this rumbles through the hotel regularly. Not ideal for a peaceful night's sleep.

AC was broken during stay. Rooms were super hot. Nothing done to fix anything. TV didn’t work. After reporting it nothing happened. Very disappointing. Here for over a week and I’m checking out early to go to a different hotel.

My experience was very terrible and the hotel was clearly understaffed there was no bellboy and the concierge had to take my luggage to my room and upon my arrival no one assisted me with the bag. The hotel is clearly very old with rusty, creaky elevators and stuffy hallways. Everything in my room seemed old like the sheets and the towels, there was no amenities in the bathroom except a shower cap and no bathrobe or slippers were available. The service was also terrible I tried multiple times to call the reception and the concierge with no answer, the housekeeping did minimal job when cleaning the room every day and used tissues and empty cans beside the bed that was not thrown away, the bedsheets had black streak in it, and the shower ceiling was dirty and had spots that might be mold.

Avoid this hotel at any cost!! My family and I are big fans of Marriott, but unfortunately, we had to go through a painful experience at this location. I booked a family room (family of 3) for my family for 3 nights. We arrived on the 7th and noticed the air conditioning in our room was not working at all. It was blowing hot air. I called the front desk and told them about the AC situation, they said they would fix it and offered us a portable fan!! We barely slept that night. On 8th afternoon, we stopped at the front desk to check on the AC situation. The gentleman at the front desk apologized and said the technicians are looking into it. We went out and came back at 11 that night and noticed the AC situation was not addressed at all. But the gentlemen at the front desk were at least courteous enough to find a room where 2 people can stay. I thought I would at least have my wife and daughter stay in this room and I can adjust in the family room. However, it turned out the new room they offered also had the same issue!!! What an ordeal we had to go through. They did not sleep at all. To make matters worse the new room they offered did not have a window either!! So again, we made a call to the front desk (at 2:30 AM!!!) and they offered a portable fan!!! Fan in this room did not help at all!! As a result, they did not sleep at all and not having good sleep ruined our whole trip!!! A huge request to the management of this hotel, please never ever offer rooms with AC not working to your guests. This is going to ruin your name as I still believe in Marriott standards!!

Shockingly Disappointing Dining Experience – Not Marriott Standard! We dined at the London Marriott Hotel Kensington restaurant this week and were left utterly appalled. After a staggering 1 hour and 20 minutes of waiting, what finally arrived at the table was nothing short of insulting: a tiny, dried-out tail piece of stone bass, miserably overcooked to the point of being burnt, lying on a smear of carrot purée and a few limp strands of red cabbage. The fish portion priced at £26 was so minuscule, it looked more like an afterthought scraped together from kitchen scraps than a professionally prepared meal at an international hotel brand. It is difficult to believe a trained chef allowed this to leave the kitchen. We came expecting the kind of elevated service and culinary standards Marriott is known for globally — instead, we were served a culinary embarrassment after an unacceptable wait time. The entire experience felt like a betrayal of trust, and we left feeling disappointed and frankly insulted. Marriott should seriously reconsider what is being served under its name at this venue. This was not just bad — it was shockingly poor.

Marriott, This Was Disappointing On the night of February 24th, around 3:00-4:00 AM, we arrived at your hotel in heavy rain. We were four people visiting London from Manchester for a short vacation. Due to an issue with our rented accommodation, we wanted to check if there were any available rooms at your hotel. However, your staff did not even let us inside and told us at the door that there were no rooms available, asking us to leave. We were shocked because we had checked multiple online platforms and saw that there were available rooms at your hotel. We couldn’t understand why we weren’t even allowed to make a reservation. The weather was terrible, and we were soaking wet, standing outside with our luggage, desperately looking for a place to stay. As a well-known hotel chain, we expected hospitality, but instead, we encountered an indifferent and unwelcoming attitude, which was deeply disappointing. Anyone traveling can find themselves in difficult situations, and in such cases, hotels should at least try to offer some assistance. I hope no one else has to go through the same experience, and that you reconsider how you treat your guests in need. Such behavior is not fitting for a prestigious brand like Marriott.

So let’s start with I am a lifetime Titanium member. Which means absolutely zero, zilch, nothing with this product. Semi Pros of this property. Overworked, underpaid staff who genuinely try to accommodate you. Grocery store across the street and quick access around Kensington. Big cons: Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing due to the rude and unhelpful front desk staff and poor hotel management. From check-in to check-out, the attitude at the front desk was dismissive and unprofessional. When I raised concerns, hotel management offered no meaningful assistance or accountability. Asked to speak with the manager and by the way have his business card, never came out to speak with me. They have No idea who may come through the door, but the general rudeness tells me of the horrible culture that management displays. For a Marriott-branded property, I expected much better service and hospitality. The lack of basic courtesy and problem resolution made the stay unnecessarily stressful. I would not recommend this location and will not be returning. I will be writing an extensive letter to Marriott corporate about the stay.

There is no air conditioning in this hotel. Hot. Miserable. Very small windows that open for fresh air. Staff says it’s only a few rooms, but everyone was talking about it. After we packed our bags to move to a new room that they promised had a/c, we discovered the new room did not have it either. Elevator is almost impossible to use, prepare to use the stairs. We hauled luggage up and down 5 flights. Morning staff are friendly. Afternoon and evening staff are rude and unhelpful. Breakfast was good. But be prepared to eat in a sauna. Marriott should disassociate their brand with this hotel.

Noisy at night, you can hear everything that happens next to your room! Householding shut doors of service room 50 times a night - baiscally I didnt sleep. Unattentive service: had a training there, no water was refilled in room nor outside; leftovers of other group was in front of room when we had the break, our snacks came 10 min late, no forks nor spoons to eat it; table at bar area was not cleaned but sauce still on it; at lunch, they bring you water - of you are lucky and anybody realizes you don't have water; and you need to ask them 1 out of 3 times to take plates from the table, as they do not see the empty plates.
