Location is always clean. Employees are attentive and friendly. They have good parking , though if they are in a busy time you might not get a spot because there are quite a few spots for E-Vehicle charging. I'm obsessed with the blended mocha. My husband, who always looks for a really strong brew, loves the Vietnamese cold brew. The cheese danish is also amazing. I do wish that napkins were left out instead of having to interrupt the employees to get some.
I used the drive thru, the workers are enthusiastic, kind, & helpful. I am from GA & haven't tried the coffee shop before, I got the turkey pesto sandwich & iced cookie butter latte. 12/10 would recommend!
LOVE!!!!! The folks that make this place run! Came here on a very busy Sunday for the 1st time. The barista was kind enough to make me a sample of the iced matcha since I'd never had one before. It was delicious yet not dairy free. After very informative conversation about the ingredients in matcha, I ordered my regular iced chai. As a person who regulars spots for customer service and atmosphere this experience blew me away. Great little but actually very big location. Lots of seats, umbrellas and sun.
Didn’t notice it was a Coffee Bean, did make me want to check it out though. Such a beautiful logo display inside for Insta. Love CB&TL, a goal is to go to each one.

This is genuinely my favorite coffee spot. The staff are always welcoming and friendly. Today, I had the pleasure of meeting one of the team members, Miguel, who was exceptionally kind and thoughtful. I was informed that they were out of avocado toast for the day, which wasn’t an issue at all. However, Miguel went out of his way to see what he could do and managed to prepare it for me anyway. His understanding and willingness to go the extra mile truly reflect outstanding customer service.
Ok I went here because they have evgo chagrin at this location, i got an iced Carmel cofee, it was great, i also tried something i never thought I'd try, loaded avocado toast, i wasn't sure if this order would come with a shot of soy, it didn't and it was actually amazing. You should definitely try it if you haven't yet.

Great drinks. Much better and more than Starbucks drinks and less expensive too.
I do the drive through... People are friendly i get thd iced chai extra sweet latte.. always a good choice and its always tasty
My absolute favorite place to get my Green Tea Matcha Iced Blend. The best part is being treated like family from the staff.
Nice location with a drive thru and large dining area. Unfortunately the service is lacking at this location as they messed up making my drink. But I will say the service is speedy.

I love that they sell the powder used for their drinks so I can have the opportunity to make it at home. I add the mocha powder to my coffee and it tastes so much better.

Really Cozy Place and friendly service. Love ❤️ the couch inside and EV charging outside! 2 Star less. The very fast closing and kicking out customer but the guy Saturday really bad rushing home. Also why would you create a difficult long code to remember to get into bathrooms??

Ordered my standard caramel latte...extra hot. Love The Coffee Bean...just frustrating that I almost always have to remind the barista to add foam to a latte. As for the temp, that is hit and miss as well. I ask for extra hot just hoping to get normal hot...which is gamble. Also my beverage had a unfamiliar taste to it so I am not what they did wrong. I did to not make a fuss and just dealt with it. Also while I was just this this location Saturday 5/31 and my order was not extra hot and I had to ask for foam. While at the pick up counter I noticed months of dust collected on the computer monitor and stand which sits above/next to the powders used to make the beverages. Even the lids to the coffee bean holders were caked in dust. So I am sure you can imagine where the dust is dropping into. Mgmt needs to do a much better job of cleaning. Not sure I will be returning to this location. Maybe if I return I will grab a photo...hopefully I would not need to and mgmt would have addressed that issue.

Not sure what's happening in America but it's on 6 30 and the Barista staring to close down opening doors. Don't even feel like order. Lucky still have hot tea in the car.
While the cashier guy was nice, I didn't appreciate one girl that works there. I had asked for napkins and she didn't give me none, luckily another girl did do her job and was nice enough to do so. Not so much for the first girl I had asked. Unfortunately I didn't see any of thier names. But shame on that first girl
Rarely go to CB. Went on a Sunday. Got the Horchata whipped cream on top. Delicious. Liked it. Went back this morning to get another. They had the employee with the handheld tablet taking orders. I ordered the Horchata like the time before. He did not ask if i wanted whipped cream and sent me to the window.. no other cars in line at all. I get to the window girl asks "you just want ice water?" I said no . She asks what did you want? I said a large Horchata icee. Less than 2 minutes later she hands me a dark iced coffee. I ask " this is horchata?"" dead in my face she says "yes" I drove off knowing this was not what I ordered a few days prior. Sure enough it was just a large iced coffee. Also knew Id never be going back to that coffee bean or any other probably. ✌️
SHOCKINGLY SURPRISED!!! As a CBTL frequenter for over 30 years this location was the worst CBTL experience I've ever had! I'm usually a drive-thru customer at this location, though I've walked in a few times and had equally great service. This morning however, the drive-thru was backed up with at least 10 cars so I decided to walk-in since my order was a simple wellness blend tea. Upon walking in, I stood at the front for two minutes before someone came to take my order. No welcome. No someone will be with you. No acknowledgement whatsoever other than a glance from one young man making coffee. The young lady, Erin, that finally came to take my order was friendly and welcoming. After placing my order she proceeded to take the orders of the other 3 customers behind me but instead of making my hot tea which is customary at every other CBTL I've frequented, she went to help the other 5 people servicing the drive-thru. After waiting 5 minutes for my hot tea I inquired about the wait and was rudely told by the young man and another young lady that orders are prepared in the order received. I informed them that they had 6 people working drive-thru, noone working the front and I had never experienced having to wait for drive-thru for a simple order like hot tea when that could have been made immediately upon taking my order by dropping a tea bag in a hot cup of water. Further, with the drive-thru being backed up due to mechanical issues, walk in customers help take some of the burden off the drive-thru and help get customers in and out in a timely manner. Instead, it was confusion with employees mixing up drive-thru orders, as stated by one, and the walk-ins going ignored. I don't know who the manager is but some training in customer service, hospitality and problem solving would go a long way!

THIS COMPANY HAS NO LIVE PERSON AGENTS, YOU ALSO CANT LEAVE A COMPLAINT AS THERE SYSTEM DOESN’T WORK! Very disappointed in my visit to the specific location. I had a coupon to be used on Thursdays for a $4 mocha/vanilla ice blended drink. After ordering I asked if they could hold the coffee extract as it makes me stay awake all night. At the register I was told I couldn’t use the coupon because the drink couldn’t be wrung up. I didn’t understand as the coupon was for the mocha/vanilla ice blended drink. I was then told that because I wanted the coffee removed it would change the drink it a pure something(who knows) and that the coupon couldn’t be used for that. I didn’t ask them to add anything else; simply didn’t want the coffee extract. Why they would need to input a different drink into the register because it didn’t have coffee is beyond me. I asked to speak with a manager as it just didn’t make sense to me. My asking to remove the coffee extract my thought was made the drink less expensive for the company. I brought this to the managers attention and she stated the corporation makes them change how the drink wrung into the computer. It was hot and I truly didn’t want to let this vex my spirit so I said ok; I will simply take my business to Starbucks where they have no problem with just simply removing the coffee and still using the coupon. On Friday morning I called to 3 different locations in Long Beach and was told this location was simply making it hard on me; that my request to remove the coffee extract absolutely was cheaper for the store and that if I wanted to use the coupon again on a Thursday they would be happy to make it for me. It’s a shame I went out of my way to visit because I have loved the coffee bean and tea leaf for decades and this store was the closest to me at the time. This visit left a very bad taste in my mouth and I most likely will never come again to this location ever. Honestly being told this is how their corporate office operates I’m not sure I would bother with any of them again. Not a huge fan of Starbucks but can say at least they try to be helpful to the customer. Very disappointed!
Lost in my car. Called the number for help. Google map not working. Car smelled hot by now, needed directions. Arrived at CB on Spring. The drive thru gal said the phone didn't ring . It's posted on the website, yet it doesn't ring. Ok. Thanks alot
I was a EVGO customer today and all of the booths were busy except for one I went inside the coffee bean very respectfully asked who’s car is in the EV parking spot who doesn’t even drive an EV The manager on shift Brittney responded very rude and nasty I waited for 20 minutes in the store for her to just move her car there where plenty of other spots to park I was then talked back too by Celine and the other female employee on shift Brittney had no problem yelling at me saying she is a manager and a supervisor Needless to say all this was definitely preventable I actually It took more time to answer back with an attitude and be nasty than it would to move parking spots I’ll be contacting the GM in the morning
