The few, rare times they let me down, they doubled back and corrected the issue, like it was part of the plan. If you need great comfort food, a Good Celebration Meal, or a Romantic Dinner for two, give these guys a call. You can't go wrong.

I was greeted by the cashier and my order was ready just as indicated on the Domino's tracker (although I wish it would give you an estimated time of completion). The pizza and wings were delicious. The pasta was my absolute favorite. Online order was quick and easy and my entire order was ready within 15 min, which is really good for a busy rainy day :-)

Ordered a half and half pizza laast night. The guys did not make it half half. Instead they made a delicious pizza. Since it was the wrong pizza the nicest employee had no problem making another with no charge, no attitude. Pleasant service very satisfied.My only pizzzzzza spot from now on. Did I mention all this was around 11pm. Great work guys.

This Domino's is usually always on point. Always order the Wisconsin 6 Cheese Pizza or $7.99 Large, 3 Topping Carryout Special. Only once has my order been wrong however I did not call them or return so have no idea how they would've recovered.

Didnt offer for us to take the pizza they messed up. They just threw it the trash. We had to wait double time WITH KIDS. We would've happily taken the incorrect one. Just wasteful. On the postive note they have EXCELLENT customer service and this was a one time mistake. The product from here is always at par or above..try the alfredo sauce with chicken n pineapple pizza. Ps. They did do right by us and GAVE US A FREE ORDER OF PARMESIAN BREAD TWIST KNOTS..thank you Dominoes😊

Our order for pizza, Chicken Alfredo and drinks was accurate and delivered in a timely manner. Not nearly enough pineapple on our pizza and it was dry. Next time we order from them I will ask for extra pineapple. Otherwise the food was hot and fresh.

I place order 2 medium 2 topping pizza pepperoni and sausages. When I got them one Box was not cheese on it and another one with very small cheese on it. It was unusual preparation on 8/4/19 Sunday night. May be I paid with EBTCard that I got no quality of pizza.

Pizza was good and the only reason I didn't give the food a lower rating. The bone-in wings tasted like freezer burn and they also tasted like they accidentally put BBQ but then realized the order was for buffalo or they baked them on dirty trays. The wings also still had an under done fatty texture, they could have baked a bit longer for that fat to help the crisp.

Too greasy and not healthy at all there is no nutritional value at all to anything there

Living in long beach, I've been a good standing customer to this dominoes over the years, despite the negative reviews they get. But the other night, I ordered two pizzas and wings and was totally unsatisfied with the quality of the food. My thin crust pizza was burned causing the cheese on it to be overcooked and greasy, the other pizza was overcooked as well. My wings were burned and had very little sauce on it. And they gladly charged me almost $40 for that horrible meal. This used to be my favorite domino's, but I will never order from that place again.

Why was my pizza delivered in a trunk of a lowered infinity? It should be in the car secure with the driver not swinging all over the place in the trunk. Pizza was every where also my cinnamon twist and pasta. Worst place to order delivery! Yall need new driver or re train them!!!

I absolutely love Somino’s but this particular location is terrible w the orders. They almost never get the order right and have a hard time following specific instructions. I’m so sad i cant order online from the location on Redondo Blvd in LB. Their chefs were amazing and the service was always quick and w a smile. This location definitely has some improvements to make!

It was upsetting to see his attitude after the fact and that I witnessed my order get rushed while he played and joked around with his coworkers in a less than appropriate time. I spent that time hearing him swear and curse just about every word imaginable. He was clearly not enjoying himself. Also, considering the neighborhood the store is in, the staff should really be a little bit more sensitive with the Spanish they speak and what they say, because at least half of the customers are sure to speak and understand Spanish in some level— myself included. I found out more than I needed to, and I left far later than I expected to with a rushed pasta, cold pizza, and no sort of restitution or apology for the mistake. The day time staff is certainly much more flexible and accountable. I’ve never had an issue with this location until tonight. Hopefully next time I won’t have to eat haphazardly made chicken Alfredo full of swear words.

This has to be the worse dominos location ever. Customer service is horrible and they always take more than an hour to deliver your food. When you do get your food they either got it wrong or are missing items. I ordered 2 pizzas along with a bacon ranch chicken sandwich and when the driver got here he only had one pizza and the sandwich. The driver called back to the restaurant and they told him to go back and get my other pizza and that they would send him back with a drink and other free items for my inconvenience. 30 minutes later the driver shows up with my pizza only. I didn’t get any of free items that I was promised. I contacted the dominos customer service and they I was told that this location is a franchise and that they would have the manager call me to talk about my problem. It’s been a few weeks already and I haven’t heard from anyone.

The worst local dominos that I’ve ever tried. Got my order after two and a Half hour. The Pizza was all in one corner of the box, cold, tasted like rubber. I believe they heated it up again before they deliver it to me, cinnamon rolls was disgusting. I complained about them but Dominos emailed me back to say it’s a local store and I have to contact the store!!!

I ordered a pizza last week and it was incorrect. Called store at that time and was told I'd get a freebie credited to my app account. Today they didn't have a credit and when I called they said I haven't ordered since February. Talked to "manager" and was told they don't care if I never come back. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED!!

Just awful. My deliver was over an hour and 30 mins late it was cold and when I called to ask about it I was on wait for about 20 mins and the lady who picked up the phone was the rudest person on this earth. Thats it I'll just order from Papa Johns from now on. Honestly worst service I have ever gotten. Completely unexceptable that they are allowed to treat PAYING customers how she treated me. Not ever recommending Dominos to my family or friends.

My 3 topping large pizza DID NOT contain extra cheese as one of the chosen topics and brought it up to rep picking it up but didn't care much to do anything. ...lame service.

There workers there are slow don't smile or anything just straight rude I'm talking about the (white girl)she had no name tag but with tattoos and ear plugs took her 15min to say if I been help really when she was there talking with a guy about her life. Just picked a pizza and the guys in the back started shouting and moaning things cause they thought it was funny . Went for a simple pick up and it became super awkward and weird

Terrible costumer service. Pizza came cold and was not what I had ordered. Manager was rude when I called the business. He told me it would take 45 minutes to get another pizza and would rather give me store credit than have me call again to complain.

I ordered a large with 3 toppings only received 2 on the whole pizza. 😷 I gave it back & request they add more items where is show empty spot. I expect all 3 items on every slice, not 2/3. Then they put unbaked toppings on top & passed it on as being prepared. 😟 Poor Management & training.

This was the worst experience I have ever had ordering pizza! If I could give less than one star I would. I used the last of my money to order my daughter and myself pizza. The pizza took over an hour and a half to get here the order was made wrong it was ice cold and at the pizza had so much pepper on it we couldn't eat it anyways. Been a long standing customer with steady orders weekly (we really like pizza lol). Well this visit I get there and a delivery driver took one of my pizzas. Now I have to wait an extra 10 minutes for a replacement while the first 2 get cold. While waiting I watch a couple workers open the boxes over and over, what they did to it I do not know. Then when the pizzas come out again they made a duplicate of one of the pizzas and thus got it wrong again. Then for some reason the worker cutting the pizza asked a passing coworker of his to help do something to my pizza. I see both of them look over at me oddly and the bucket ghe passerby was holding comes up over my pizza, for what purpose I do not know. I informed the worker I would never return to this location in a very calm demeanor and proceeded to throw away what I perceived to be tainted pizza I unfortunately paid for online. Safe to say I will always hold payment until I arrive from now on and cash only. No sincere apology and to the contrary I got a giggly smirk when I pointed out the duplicate pizza. Posting on corporate site via my login as well. And no a free soda offer was not adequate when you waste people's time and then laugh about it.

This location is VERY unprofessional! I placed an $85 order 4 days in advance to reward some of the students of Franklin middle school which is right behind them. The pick up was for 11 am so students could eat during a lunch , this location called at 9:52 am stating they wouldn’t be able to get the order complete on time . And wouldn’t be ready until 11:45 am-11:55 am due to them taking a highschool order that pushed them back. I then called to see if this is a daily thing as I would still need pizza in the future and they hung up on me. The future order option not good if looking for lunch basically.

They dont use gloves when cooking or making you pizza and the driver comes in and digs in his pants and back and everything else then touches the food and boxes the dough is sitting out in the open the flower for the pizza has hair and fuzz in it this is unbelievable they are very in clean and not sanitary

I asked for nothing in return as a matter of fact I wasn't even complaining but the person on the phone immediately got defensive stating that it was impossible and that we where lying because we were there only delivery. At that time I hung up and told myself I will call tomorrow but speak with the owner this time. When I called tonight the person on the phone said that owner does not work there. I am not sure if they have new management, but the pizza was not as good as we would normally get anyway. I work in a customer service industry and if someone calls about service I would want to know so it can be fixed. Unfortunately, my favorite Dominos in Long Beach is no longer. I will have to find another.

It tasted horrible. I waited 45 minutes for this? I couldn;t eat it and called to speak to a manager again. I decided to re-order the same pizza with actual sauce. The manager asked me why didn't I check it before the driver left, which did take place, however, one would think the pizza sauce may be under the cheese when visually inspecting it. Nonetheless, he put in another order for the same hand tossed pizza with premium chicken and pepperoni with another 45 minute wait. When they arrived 45 minutes later, they brought the pizza with no chicken...just pepperoni only...My daughter accepted it with my permission because I was truly famished by then after the unexpected tremendous delay already and it was late. So, the first bite had some sauce, but as you continued on biting off of the same slice there was just wetness on the dough, which was very off putting to the taste. Clearly,clearly the sauce was unevenly distributed very scantily on the entire pizza and it was mostly just a doughy messy with barely any cheese and definitely no sauce. On top of all of this, they didn't add my "premium chicken"!!! I don't know why they would jeopardize their pretty good reputation to cut corners or save money by cutting key ingredients ultimately making disgusting pizza and losing business. Don't know if management or cooks have changed, but there clearly isn't anyone performing quality control checks. Very poor quality. Nice staff/drivers. Too bad!

Don't know if management or cooks have changed, but there clearly isn't anyone performing quality control checks. Very poor quality. Nice staff/drivers. Too bad!
