Hands down the best donut shop in Long Beach. They have the best (and well-priced) assortment of donuts, including vegan donuts which my daughter loves! They often give a few complimentary extras in your dozens too! The sweetest owners as well and honestly one of the best small businesses in Long Beach.

Where have I been? Simone's Donuts are addictively delicious!!! OMG!! I'm a glaze twist type of girl and the twist were so big,fluffy and soft.. It was like biting into a glazey cloud lol, THE BEST GLAZE I've had in a long time. Also, their CRONUTS AMAZING.. SOFT NOT HARD, they can be served warm as well which I HIGHLY SUGGEST. They are buttery and delicious, I mean you cant go wrong with anything here. Ive been coming once a week for the past 5 weeks( I know smh don't judge me lol) and I try something different everytime and haven't been let down yet. The options are endless, they have alot to choose from so expect to change your mind a few times lol or you can live on the wild side and get all that your heart and tummy desires lol. Simone's sit inside a small shopping center and parking is really tight and limited so keep that in mind. To help you out a little, here are a few recommendations besides the glaze twist and cronuts. The Apple Fritter, The Tiger Tail, Buttermilk Donut or The Matcha all very very scrumptious!!

Simone's is my go-to donut shop. They have the best cronuts and I'm always looking for an excuse to order their custom letter donuts. I've ordered several times in the past year or so and the donuts are always decorated so nicely! They are extremely accommodating and really make sure the designs and colors are exactly what you want. I've asked for super specific colors before as well as left the design ideas to the decorator, Melissa. No matter what, the donuts are always a huge hit! These are just a few of my favorite orders!

Came here one morning just before 6am to get some donuts for work. They had a great selection and everyone at worked really liked the donuts, many people asked me where I got them. I paid $15 for a dozen. Says they are open 24hrs which is awesome for those late night cravings! I will definitely be back again!

The donuts were very soft, especially the cake donuts. Not impressed with the cronut (maybe bc it wasn’t fresh out) there were 2 left in the display) Went at 10pm there were plenty of donuts to choose and more coming out. The lady was nice, she hooked us up when we ordered donut holes.

GO FOR THE CRONUTS! So many people recommended this place that I had to go. First things first, I love that they are open 24/7 and the prices are great!!! I got a good variety as you can see in my photo. The winners for sure were the Cronuts, sugar covered and the glazed…the sugar covered cronut should be renamed “The Churro” because that is exactly what it tastes like. Next best was the “custard filled pastry” that I can’t remember the name of. The lemon filled donut, the bacon maple bar, the chocolate cream filled bar and ham and cheese croissant were just ok. The Apple Fritter was the loser in the bunch, texture was strange and it was very flat. I will go again to taste other pastries and get me a “Churro” Cronut for sure.

I had this place bookmarked for a while. Finally stopped by to try the cronuts. I like to try new donuts spots often and rate and unfortunately this is not a spot I will return to. The cashier had standard customer service. I grabbed a cronut & a tiger tail. I couldn't finish the tiger tail, letting it go to waste (which I hate doing). Both were too sweet and not fresh enough. I will stick to my Mr. Donut Man instead since the donuts don't compare to anything I've tried in LA. And Pinkbox in Vegas still beats them all by a mile. I will continue my search for a good donut spot in the LBC. Also, there was this other lady by the door just staring me up and down, giving bad vibes when I was grabbing some napkins and leaving the store. Turns out, she works there. Why? Why would she be acting like that. I figured she was upset I grabbed napkins. Def not returning.

edited: the cronuts are the way to go—crispy, buttery, and delicately sweet, just wasn't giving anything new to me. the thai green tea was a cup of aggressively-sweet milk, with the signature earthy tea note taking a backseat. the apple fritter i revisited this spot for was just tragic, it was fresh out the back so i was thrilled, but it was so so so oily, grease bursting with every bite. i mean the glaze was fresh and yum [they do sugar glazes consistently well here] but the pastry was burnt, greasy, and brittle as hell 😔

Came to this place because it was the only thing opened late, the place is a little on the dirty side, the Donuts did not taste fresh and they didn’t taste good, i tasted like a medicine flavor, i get sick after i ate them as well. The positive is that they open 24hrs and they accept debut and zelle

Today was the second time that I went into Samones stood in line and waited my turn and the Asian lady working the counter served some one Asain or White first, that was behind me in line. The first time I let it slide as maybe a mistake. Fool me once shame on you. They tend to have a lack of respect for certain customers. I'm good. I will never go back.
