Food was phenomenal and the service was lovely. Had an incident where a doordash driver followed me to the bathroom and hate crimed me verballed and our server Misti was a wonderful help with that situation. Definitely a wild night, but the staff (especially Misti) were wonderful and helped make everything better. My party ended dinner happy and in a good mood, so all is well.

Kenny was our waiter. He was amazing! We were initially seated inside, but it was verrry cold , we asked to be moved outside, he accommodated our request and throughout our time was very attentive.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely wonderful experience at P.F. Chang’s Long Beach. Everything from the atmosphere to the food was on point, but the standout was the service at the bar. Kenneth, the bartender, noticed a small issue and fixed it before I even had to ask—that level of awareness and professionalism is rare and so appreciated. It made the entire experience feel thoughtful and seamless. Everything else was fantastic as well. I’ll definitely be back!

We were told the wait would be 5–10 minutes, and they seated us exactly on time. The staff was incredibly proactive—they had a high chair ready for the baby and even pointed out the restrooms before we were even at our table. ​The service continued to shine when our server noticed I looked a bit confused by the menu and offered help before I even had to ask. For drinks, my wife’s Mai Tai was a solid 8/10, and you can’t go wrong with a Voodoo Ranger Juicy IPA (10/10). ​Food Highlights: ​Crispy Green Beans: Fantastic appetizer! ​Honey Chicken (Kids): Great portions for the little ones. ​Firecracker Shrimp: A perfect 10/10. ​Chicken Fried Rice: Good flavor, though I wish there was a bit more chicken. ​To top it off, they brought my daughter a free red velvet cake with a firework to celebrate. We came to celebrate our New Year’s success with family, and the experience was absolutely amazing. Our host, Kenny, was exceptional—every word, every interaction, just perfect. True customer service like that is rare these days, and he made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. The hospitality was outstanding and made an already special occasion even more memorable. The entire team was magnificent, and I even had the pleasure of meeting both the General Manager and the Manager, which truly speaks to the level of care and pride they take in their establishment. Thank you all for being so warm and sweet. This is definitely a place you’ll want to visit to enjoy great food, nice music, and top-tier service. We’ll absolutely be back.

Wow, I went over the last weekend. Food was amazing. Our bartender Riley recommended the Blooming Onions and Smoked Ole Fashion as a drink. It could not have been a better combo. Riley was so sweet and caring. She was very attentive to our needs and kept the drinks coming. Riley saved my mother-in-law from a fire after our meal as well. Also nice, I guess.

First time eating at a outback steakhouse. A good selection of cuts and other plates. Small selection of appetizers. Missed the chance to try the blooming onion. Good selection of drinks for everyone. The service was great! We thought the tables were small even for 3 people. Recommend the filet mignon or sirloin cut. Will be coming back again!

Good portions and tasty North American Chinese food. The egg drop soup was great. The other dishes we tried like the honey chicken, orange chicken, salmon, and teriyaki beef were decent as well. The only thing is their white rice is on the drier/harder side and could use more water content when steaming.

Two coworkers and I came into P.F. Changs to relax and have a good meal. Kenny was out waiter and he was very friendly, knowledgeable and nice. He helped one of my coworkers figure out was drink she wanted (alcoholic drink). Then when we were going to order our meals, I asked if there were mushrooms in the veggie egg rolls (have an allergy to mushrooms). He went and got me a menu that they have for items that dont have mushrooms in them. I ordered the Beef and Broccoli with white rice and a side salad. Our meals were delivered by another employee and when he came back by, Kenny noticed that my plate was the wrong color (Red means an allergy and my food was on the regular Black). He went to grab the manager and they both came over to check on me. They both apologized and said that if I started feeling anything to please let them know. The manager said that he was going to go back and check with the cook and expeditor to make sure that mushrooms didnt touch anything. Thank you P.F. Changs! The food and customer service was fabulous. Next time I come to Long Beach, I am definitely coming here.

So glad my girlfriend showed me around the area! We settled on this place for our dinner. I thought what I ordered was safe enough, and didn't disappoint. I wish the portion of steak I got had a bit more for a bit more bang for the buck, but for what I got, it still wasn't bad. My girlfriend liked most of what she ordered, but the shrimp was a bit overcooked. Staff was extremely professional, and the whole place was nice, peaceful and quiet. I loved the fact that even the tiny two-seaters were tiny booths to give some extra privacy.

Look at my steak this was a ribeye supposed to be medium Well it's burnt like a Chicharron. The waitress here was mediocre at best. The outback in Lakewood is way better.

After waiting 2 years to come back to PF Changs we came for mother's Day weekend to try the Rising Dragon I was disappointed the smoke machine was broken and we weren't informed until after we were leaving. The manager said she would take care of us next time so hopefully I can update with a better review in the future. The waitress was informative and had a great personality. The patio atmosphere was beautiful.

We came in to eat and were seated, but after waiting about 20–25 minutes, no one ever came to take our order. During that time, we watched other tables around us get greeted and served without any issue. The two employees at the front were busy joking and having conversations instead of checking on tables. When I asked to speak with the manager, Myra, she asked where we were seated and I had to physically walk her over to show her. I explained that we had been waiting over 25 minutes just to place an order. She admitted that it wasn’t okay and said there was supposed to be someone covering our section, but she couldn’t find that person. What made it even more frustrating was that the tables to our left and right were being served normally, so we were clearly overlooked. As we were leaving, she asked the front staff where the person assigned to our area was, and they didn’t seem to know either. Overall, the service was completely unacceptable. Unfortunately, it wasn’t much of a surprise.

This past weekend we visited this location and the greeters asked if we would like a table or the bar. We decided to sit in the bar section our waitress came shortly asking if we wanted drinks. My boyfriend ordered a water with lemon l, I ordered a dragon fruit margarita with water and lemon as well. When the waitress brought back the waters with lemons my glass had a black particle on it. The waitress then brought my margarita and took our order. We ordered the shrimp and steak pasta a loaded baked potato with a side of shrimp. There were three other tables and about three people sitting on the stools at the actual bar, whom had their own server. I have never been in a restaurant where I finished my cocktail and still hadn’t received my food. About 30 minutes passed by no food. The waitress was very attentive to the other two tables because the third had another server as well. It would have been polite of her to say your food is coming up soon after a thirty minute wait. We waited about five minutes more and decided to leave. I cannot rate the food because I never received any of it. The service was unacceptable and my experience was terrible.

Really disappointing experience. Ordered food for pick up on uber eats, started with the wrong pick up location in the app, you have to collect it from the hostess in front not near the backdoor. When i arrived they said they have no order under my name eventhough i got the ready for pick up message in the app. After checking three times and another 20min waiting time i finally received my order. The hostess was unfriendly and showed no understanding for my situation. The food was obviously cold. Ordered a baked potato but received mash with all toppings while i specifically asked for no bacon. Down under trio was all soggy and mushy, not edible. Would not recommend at all.
