They have great and perfect time to bring out your food sometimes they could be busy but they complete your order in time for your breakfast, lunch and dinner time (*^^*)＼(^^)／

The drive thru was extremely busy and I just knew the food would be fresh and hot. NOT, fries were ice cold and sandwich was luke warm. I asked for light ice, there was approximately 6 melted pieces of ice floating in an unfilled cup. Asked for ketchup and mayo, received Polynesian sause. Disappointed 😞

This is the worst chick fil a I have ever been to. We were missing an item and the workers were so rude and gave me so much attitude. They didnt believe I was missing an item so much I had to offer that they look in my bags to confirm. Im assuming the woman doing giving the most attitude was management. She had on a blue collared shirt and glasses. I had a large mobile order placed so its a assumed that some mess ups might happen, no big deal, but the attitude when discussing something missing was absolutely ridiculous. I will not be placing my larger mobile order items at this location ever again.

Came in with my two kids today and had an awful experience. Lady named Stacy was very creepy with my two children, she got too close to them and made me and my two boys very uncomfortable. When I went to sit down she wouldn’t leave us alone and kept trying to talk to my two sons. It was just weird. Then I was missing my fries in my order so I went and tried to tell someone. A heavier set, ginger haired, man was on his phone and I waited for a good minute before he came over and resolved my problem. Terrible experience.

Placed a mobil order for delivery and ended up to doordash . I never received my order washer delivered to wrong place . Paid 40 for food ,tip ,and fee . Called both dash and chick fa la and neither will remake , refund or credit my food . Very highly did appoint in chick fa la . They use to be about their customers . IF I COULD DO 0 STARS I WOULD! The drive thru line was extremely long understandable its rush hour, drive thru cashier wasn’t friendly and was super annoyed. Left after waiting 40 minutes with a whole meal missing, and “medium and large” fries where halfway filled so ultimately it’s a small fry in a bigger box. Fries where also soggy. Missing Polynesian sauces which is the main on we asked for. When I called back for the missing meal they told me “oh well if you want to come back we will give it to you for free” no apology, but hey atleast I was going to get the meal for free that I had already paid for! Smh this used to be a great location seems to have gone downhill really bad.

Have been here several times now and waited 20+ minutes in the drive thru no matter the time of day. Workers taking orders aren’t friendly and service is extremely slow. Fast service and a happy worker are times of the past, at least at this location.

UPDATE: Gave it another shot today. Salad order in drive thru was incorrect. Missing toppings and blue cheese crumbles. My son’s kids meal arrived with chocolate milk, not what we ordered regular milk. Employees do not say your pleasure and overall this location is by far the worst I have ever been to. Taco Bell gets my order correct more often than this place and the employees here are not to the chikfila standard. I love Chick-fil-A but this is definitely the bottom of the barrel as a location. Almost every time I come I have to circle back around to come inside and fix the missing items in my orders. This is not the Chikfila location that is up to expectations.

This is my third time going to this chic-fil-a and I must say this is the worst one I’ve ever been too. The employees are always friendly but the food is never hot and whoever the cook is doesn’t know how to batter the chicken the correct way. Good service, good chicken sandwich but have cut back so far on the cups of ice cream that a large should be a kids. Ice cream settled, not melted by the time I got home and was a little over half a cup. 3/26/24 addendum I wrote to customer service: I am coming less and less. I have pictures of a thin, dry sandwich on a reduced size 3 1/2 inch bun. I decided to eat chips and dips instead. From one business owner to the next I have a question: First the ice cream and now your feature item...the thingon which you built your company. How long will it be before your "faithful" customers become not so faithful? This is really pathetic. Fix this. Don't just get progressively worse listening to upper management on how to increase your profit margin. I'm here to tell you they are leading you in the wrong direction. Increased pricing and decreased sizing coupled TOGETHER are a recipe for disaster. My husband came through a few hours ago and didn't have my app so the purchase is transparent to you. But I attempted to eat today's purchase and it was so unpalatable that I simply gave up.
