I've been to a lot of different Dominos, but this one is run different, in the best way. Josh makes customers feel like friends when they walk in the door. The employee morale is always high and the pizza is always hot. On the rare occasion there is a problem, they always go above and beyond to make it right. Keep up the good work!

Great food, excellent customer service! Have used carry out, and delivery services, and have always received my food on time, and just the way I ordered it. Usually get the same driver on my deliveries during the day, a lady named Ginny, and she is always very polite and friendly. My little dog, who is usually very shy around people he doesn't know, now looks forward to seeing her also. All I have to do is tell him we are going to get some pizza, and he associates that with seeing Ginny, and gets very excited. She seems to enjoy seeing him as much as he enjoys seeing her. All of the employees I have encountered, whether it be on the phone, or through a delivery have always been very polite. And of course, Domino's pizza is by far my favorite place to get a pizza!
I made a mistake on my order online without realizing it. They corrected quickly for me at no extra charge without hassle. The pizza was hot and fresh and the service is amazing greatful I made the drive past the Hallsville location 🙌🏾
Love this dominos in longview! Anyone I have ever had any interaction with has been great. The food is always hot and made well. I think only once have I had a complaint and they were more than willing to help fix it..
Ordered 2 med pizza a pasta and sodas … the vegi pasta is Good and the two pizzas came hot and so full of toppings .. Steven the delivery driver showed up and had a great smile .. Update :: have pictures love the food still exactly how I ordered and Driver was awesome … still my go to … try the loaded Tots with Philly meat !!! Amazing !!! Being on the 6.99 coupon list it was so worth the price !!!! Build your own past always a fav !!! One day hope to see a salad loaded with pizza toppings minus the sauce …mmmm delicious right??!! Ruben the driver was extra great!!!

I have to say I'm impressed with this Domino's location. I have ordered multiple times since I moved to Texas, and the service has always been great. They have only been late by like 5 minutes twice that I've ordered, but they always apologize and credit us one free medium pizza. We have ordered at least 10 times, and our order is always correct. The drivers are always nice and deserve their tips. Thank you, Domino's, for taking care of your customers!! The price is worth the good food. I definitely recommend their delicious pizzas, bread twist, and desserts.

Surprisingly Delicious!! Haven't eaten Domino's in years because it never looked like the commercials. (or tasted good) They now have medium Pan pizza , so I thought I'd give it a try. Kevon cooked everything perfectly! It looked AND tasted better than I could have hoped. Our delivery driver, Patrick was very nice & we got our order super quickly. We will definitely be ordering from this location again.
Great experience with Domino’s in Longview! I had ordered a salad, and since it was out, they kindly called me right away to replace it with something else—such thoughtful and amazing customer service. Delivery to my hotel room was quick and smooth while I was traveling back west coast, and I truly appreciated their kindness and attention. Thank you for making my meal so easy and enjoyable!

I had a issue with my first order with drinks not showing up. Because they ran out so the second time I called the store and Lucas was the manager and helped me out. I called the store and they fixed it without giving me a hard time even though it was an app/points problem and not a store problem. Great, friendly customer service. Great deal on this pizza. 7up to 7 toppings build your own for under $10.00 I usually do delivery but did pick up and pizza was ready in less than 10 minutes. Very well made today. Ready when I got there.
Whoever April is that works there....she did an awesome job with my order. Very quick, thorough, and super nice an professional. She even asked how my day was on a Friday when they are super busy! Definitely recommend! Love the place on Washington way.
This location pretty much always gets my order right. And if they don’t, they send a coupon to my account. The delivery comes sooner than expected. The drivers are always nice. Everything is always cooked well too! I enjoy this location a lot! :)
ParmaSean is the best every time we had him he delivers exceptional customer service. He has a great attitude amazing personality and always makes sure our needs are met everytime we come pick up our order. Our friend had a injury and couldn’t make it to our weekly pizza night but he made sure our friend got a a message to get better !! He needs a raise !! What a man !
Better than I thought it would be - more meat than expected. Like the work ethic of the guy finishing the pizzas. Friday night and he was cranking them out.

I have had poor experiences with Dominoes before . However, after Pizza Hut screwed up 5 or 6 times (the last straw was delivering 2 raw pizzas), I decided to give Dominoes a second chance. Thr first time I called, I know I frustrated the employee who answred my call just because I had no idea what I was going to order or how to do so . That employee was EXTREMELY patient and understanding. Every time I've ordered since, the employees are extremely polite,courteous and helpful with any questions I might have. The pizzas are always delivered in a timely fashion (if not early). They are well made and ALWAYS exactly as I ordered them. Tonight was no exception, the young lady with whom I spoke was courteous, helpful and had an absolutely WONDERFUL phone personality. June 7,2020
Im very upset about the service last night. I have been a Domino’s customer for over 10 years & last night was the worst experience ever. I placed an order at 9:12 pm & didn’t get it until 11:06. Even though it said delivery estimate 44-54 minutes it was clearly past this & the pizza was cold upon arrival. Also the app stopped tracking at 9:26 when the status was out the oven. I called the store at about 10:15 to get an update & the employee did not know why the app wouldn’t update past that step. Order #388807
Pizza tastes great! Although my complaint is more around how I ordered a new york style (supposed to be 6 slices) and was cut into 8. Which I honestly don't mind much but when I got back home I realized that it was missing the garlic sauce I ordered along with it.
Usually always have amazing service here, but during my visit today I'm sad to say I dealt with one employee that and an extremely bad attitude and tone toward everyone I heard her speak to, myself included and even argued with anither customer over the phone while the lobby was full of people stating that they were wrong and that she didn't care and they should call another store to have their problem dealt with.... I was amazed..... Everyone else was very friendly, pleasant, and helpful and the pizza was of course awesome as always.
Pick up order. Went in. Messy, a bunch (5) of guys who don't act like are out of high school yet made me wait about 5 minutes even though my pizza was ready. Took 3 times to get the pay transaction to work. Pizza was lukewarm, but ok. Won't be back. If you own this location, you have work to do.
Why bother with redeeming your rewards at Domino's? Once they see it's free they jip you on the product. You might as well just get a cheese pizza, there will be no meat on it.
This pizza was perfect, but they do not take their time and pay attention to the order details. No cheesy bread because they added jalapenos. Last time I was given the wrong pizza on Estes and they refused to correct it and actually said "nothing I can do. contact the call center, we didn't take the order." 😕 I've used dominos for 30 yrs and it's getting a little careless at times. I did a complaint and got a email saying someone would reach out, but no one did.
Aside from the greater than slice sized section of pizza entirely missing cheese, the pizza wasn’t too bad. It was, however, notably not good. I’ve had pizza from many places in Oregon, Arizona, and Washington. Even for a Domino’s, this seemed pretty sub par. I think if I didn’t have any other options and was really craving pizza, then I may order here again. It’s hard to quantify better exactly what it was about the pizza that was off for me. My primary note is that the description said it had multiple layers of cheese, and a whole section of pizza was entirely devoid of cheese. The rest of it was just… meh. For the price, I’m going elsewhere for sure.
I'll start off by saying this has only happened one time, but it deserved a review. This was SUPPOSED to be the garlic bread twists with layered marinara and cheese dip. What we received, unfortunately, was a very wet box, filled with the garlic twists and a lot of butter. The "layered dip" is more of a mixture of marinara and cheese (which was fine with me), but not even deep enough to cover my fingernail. The other 2 pizzas were delicious as usual. And the garlic twists and dip are great too! The presentation was a bit sloppy, and the dip fairly skimpy, but otherwise happy

good pizza, but the SLOWEST delivery in town. we wait almost, if not a full hour for our order most of the time and by the time we get our food it isn't hot.
Ordered pizza for cayyout & the service was prompt. The cashier handed me back change & proceeded to make one of my pizzas, handling meat products & the like, without washing her hands. The cook who was preparing the 2nd pizza did not was his hands either. He took an empty container that had no mushroom toppings in it, but it against the countertop, dumped water remnants of mushrooms onto my pizza then placed it in the oven. Manager did not want to give me the number to customer service. No one washed their hands until after I made them aware of my observation. Friendly customer service but absolutely no hand hygiene. Eat here if you want to gamble with your health.
Ordered from this location for over a year. Great Pie!!! The reason for the low rating is today when I went to order (via app) my usual monday pie, it said I had to spend over $12.00 to order at this location... Never had that problem before... Really sucks, I liked these guys. Oh well, on to the next one.
Last 2 carryout visits have slaked my desire to return to this store. One pizza had little to no sauce which was extremely unpalatable. Second visit one pizza had to be remade so when I got home, only minutes away, one pizza was cold. To top it off the staff was rude No more than two star service. I am severely dissatisfied and disappointed with this Domino's
The past two times have been horrible from them. The previous order I asked them to please call so I can meet them outside due to us having dogs and im paying cash. They just leave the food at the door without even telling me. I call because they didn't even collect my money for the order and the store tells me they are too busy to figure it out and that I need to track down the delivery driver for help. Then I order again today 2-15-25. Same instructions of please call. This time the delivery driver calls then speeds off down the street as I'm walking outside without completing the order first. The only reason I'm giving them more than one star is because it's the correct order.
Every time I ordered there seems to be bits and pieces of other toppings inside our order. Feel like it’s intentional at times and ruins the experience. Been a regular but might have to change it up soon.
We're new in town and this is the second time ordering pizza online with a very bad experience. The first time they delivered with no garlic sauce, second time it took 1hour for us to called and find out why its taking too long, they were ofcorse sorry but said it will take 30 more minutes. Where on earth does it take 1½hours to deliver a pizza in literally 1.2 miles away? No more orders from me Domino's Longview!
Ordered drive up. Got there and it wasn’t ready and was told to pull around back. Waited for awhile nothing so I had to go inside. It was sitting on their shelf. Got it home. Wasn’t what I ordered. Very disappointed
A group of five year olds managed by a goldfish could run this location better than the current staff. What a nightmare just to try and get a few pizzas delivered.

The last two times I've ordered from here it's taken over 1 hour to get my order. Always same excuse. Not to worry tho, this is one more person they won't have to deliver to again.
I orderd a thin crust pizza im aware that the pizza would be a lil crispy but this pizza was burnt im not a hard person to please . I called the pizza place to tell them of my issue the man on the phone decided to argue with me about the pizza being burnt saying he took it out of the oven hisself I dont know if he thought I was lying or what to get a free pizza or not. But I was extremely starving and now left with a burnt pizza that ive spent 20dollars on and waited patiently toget here to be treated as if It was nothing and that I should just deal with the burnt pizza Ive never experienced this from domino's ever before and im very disappointed and WILL NEVER ORDER WITH DOMIONOS AGAIN and will be sure to tell everyone I know. Customer service was very horrible
We were in Longview for our 30 Anniversary called for a delivery, said it would be 45 minutes and we have waited over 2 HOURS. So we ordered elsewhere. Dominoes highly disappointed ruined night out. THANKS ALOT. NOT!!!!!!!!!

Pizza is my favorite food. I came to this location for convenience, I normally go to gilmer rd.... I regret coming here today. The pizza gave me heart burn. It is sooo greasy and falls apart. Boo this location!!

im not one to give reviews, but i just ordered a pizza for delivery to my apartment, the app said it was completed but there was no pizza and coke at my door, nor in my hands, what are yall gonna do about it?
I frequently order from them and the wait for delivery has always been maybe 10 to 15 minutes off, today when I have a normal order it took the over an hour. If I wanted to wait that long for cold pizza then I would've drove to another place. I was very disappointed.
Great if you enjoy food at a hint of warm temp. just make sure you give the drivers a cool 45 mins to get there after you have your food made almost an hour before it leaves the store.
Been utilizing this location and app with no issues until recently. Either my order "was never received" or I have to wait additional time after app confirmed order was ready. They are always short staffed and I observed other customers having issues as well multiple times. Management is not helpful nor accommodating to customers.
I swear if 0 was an option I would have run with it. I have never had such horrible service from a restaurant in my life. I waited almost two hours for my delivery and ended up having to go pick it up. I placed my order at 10:30 and come 11:45 I had called twice about my order and head been given excuses both times as to why my order was taking so long. When I showed up in person my order had been refired and they still had the audacity to charge me for $16 worth of pizza. I asked for Parmesan and red pepper and was told that they didn't serve that there, and that their manager didn't allow them to order it. What kind of pizza place doesn't have grated cheese and red pepper?! And for the icing on the cake as I checked out I watched THE MANAGER make change out of my money and then pocket the twenty dollar bill I had handed him . I WILL be reporting all of this evenings events to corporate and the district manager . I expect there to be repercussions for the inconveinces made to me tonight and I WILL not be returning to that Dominos as long as that manager remains ther . He was very unhelpful in the situation and refused to try and quell my anger in any way . Having been in the restaurant industry for almost 10 years myself I know this is NOT how you handle unsatisfied customers in any way.

I ordered a pizza last night at the gilmer road location but it sent the order to this location(Judson rd). My pizza wasn’t done at all. The cheese wasn’t melted on the pizza, crust was gummy and it was cold. I ended up throwing the whole thing away. A complete waste of money not to mention I almost waited 2 hours for it
Worst experience ever called to try to order food got to one guy and told him my whole order then he said he was sending me to the store. A guy answered at the store and told me they were closing early at 11:15 PM I asked why he was closing early and he wouldn’t tell me he told me to call the Gilmer Road store to place an order and then hung up I called to place an order at the gilmer road store just to find out that they can’t even deliver to my area then the representative on the phone offered to send me to the store I called first. She tried to contact the store to find out why they were closing early and to verify that they were and the guy hung up on her twice will not ever order from Domino’s again highly recommend everyone to order from Pizza Hut
I ordered food and was supposed recieve in 40 minutes. I called back 1 hour later and they tell me i'm out of range. It would be nice to call me and give me a heads up. I called 09/23/19 at 8:03 pm. Tell that lady to not waste peoples time.
Ordered a pizza and pasta dish. Delivered to wrong person. They replaced it alright . But the replacement was definitely not satisfactory. I will not be calling Dominos again, nor recommending them to co workers!

I ordered over an hour ago and when I called they told me it was because they had one driver. It’s not my fault that they don’t have enough people. I order here because they bring my food in a timely manner. But i dont know if I’ll ever order from here again.
I have been using the Domino's website/app to track my orders perfectly fine and without issue for 15 years. Today, when the app told me my order was ready, I walked in amd the kid at the front told me it would be 15 more minutes. When I questioned ehy the app said it was ready, he told me that was when they knocked it off the screen. Inside, it was pandemonium with the manager having to QA each order verbally and telling them not to make more cheesy bread. It was completely disorganized and nobody seemed to know what was going on. I won't be ordering from this location again. Hopefully my order is correct. I'm still waiting for it.
I’ve only at this Dominos once. That was during COVID. My order was wrong then. However we was going to try again. I ordered online. Went to the store to pick up the order that was $45. I went to pay with a $100 bill. They said that they don’t accept anything over a $20. My change would’ve been $44 and some change. If you don't accept them because of counterfeits then you to train your staff to identify a correct $100. No where on the website did it state that they didn’t accept anything over a $20. So I guess BBQ tonight it is and I will not ever be back to this location. If I even decide to go back to Dominos.
Domino's keeps getting better and better. Delivered hot and fresh. This review was 5 years ago. Today Dominos sucks!!! I was at Sams Club and ordered pizza to pick up on the way home. It took me 20 minutes to get to the Dominos and the pizza was not ready. I waited for another 20 minutes with a car full of frozen food. Pizza still not ready. I gave my name which the counter person got wrong because they were not listening. Meanwhile the manager or assistant manager running the oven was berating the pizza makers who were ignoring him. The pizza makers appeared untrained and very unmotivated. I used to be a assistant manager for Dominos and recently a driver and the organization at this store was dysfunctional. I am surprised that this store functions at all. If Joe (the district manager) is still in charge he should close the store and either fire or retrain the entire crew until they can perform their jobs. I still do not know if I will be refunded for the pizza since there is no place on their app to contact or cancel an order. The person in charge of the Dominos phone app should be fired as well.
The lady who answered the phone is very rude and acts as if she dc. We ordered food for the babies tonight and got the wrong pizza.
Not a single staff was wearing gloves, not human the manager. no waiting on my order. I watched one associate stick his hand in the entire thing of cheese and shuffle it around before dumping it back into the container to use on more pizza. It is absolutely disgusting the lack of care these people show when making other peoples food, complete health code violations all the way around.
When I ordered a pizza on line I received the wrong order. When I attempted to contact them to resolve the issue I was placed on hold for almost an hour. I will not be recommending dominos to anyone I know and that will include my patients.
I ordered a pep and bacon pizza. You would think the sauce left alone would be just normal tomato pizza sauce but my was drowned in barbecue sauce not a tomato in sight. I don’t know where everything went so wrong, the pizza was also spicy, that might have been the bbq. We ate a slice and threw away the rest of it.
Placed online order for delivery while working overnight at a facility in Longview @ 8:45pm needless to say I never received my order which was paid in full, tried to go in to the store the next day and some androgynous person pretended to be the manager I was finally greeted by a so called manager and was told I couldn't get a refund so they basically robbed me and I still have yet to get my refund. I wouldn't recommend this location to a dog there is no customer service.
ZERO STARS.. This has always been my go to Dominos. This was the third time I got pizza with literally no sauce. I took it back and I assume it was the manager that wanted to tell me what I was looking at had sauce. I pulled the cheese from the crust and it was just cheese and crust. Why would I want to eat a half dry pizza and why should I pay for extra sauce just to be able to taste the sauce. Why would he not want to remake it for a loyal customer, and one of the two pizzas i ordered definitely wasn't a medium. It was much smaller than the other. So they cheated me on the size. I'm done with Dominos.
Ordered using the Domino's ap. After being notified the order was out for delivery, then waiting almost an hour for its arrival, I called the store. I was told that my address was outside of their delivery area and my order was cancelled. Horrible customer service. No call back to see if I wanted to pick up, just cancelled the order and didn't bother letting me know. Must have more money than they need with this type of customer service.
If u are ordering from triple creek and Brandy is making it dont expect to see any heart marinara or good customer service from anyone other than drivers. When we called to get order remade all Brandy did was start an argument with us, refuse to correct her mistake, and dissappoint a whole team of children who just wanted edible pizza.
Wrong order. Burnt. Rude. Would not remake. Had credit card reverse charged. Nasty store. All they wanted was to make $5 thousand that night. That was all they where concerned about. We will never buy this 💩 again.
First time ordering from this Domino's Pizza. Customer Service was exceptional. I ordered the honey bbq wings the top of the wings were covered with bbq sauce but the bottom wasn't. The extravaganza pizza was not cooked all the way pizza was doughy. The thin and crispy pizza was dry. I know there was a special on all pizzas at least take pride in preparing the wings & pizza.
Less than two miles away. 30 minutes plus past delivery time. After calling back, I was met with a rude attitude about my pizza arriving 40 plus minutes late. I asked for a refund and to cancel the order. I was immediately hung up on. I recommend ordering from another store. Apparently this store is very unprofessional on and off phone.
Paid for extra toppings and not only did I not get them, I hardly got any at all. I guess you're good if you want a undercooked cheese pizza. Disappointed.
Food was late and it was hard and dry. The driver said they don't give parmesan any more. What's wrong with businesses now days .. anything apparently is ok seems like the service and food being crap is acceptable...it's not. You suck and don't waste your money...it's to hard to work my butt off to waste on crappy food.
I generally haven't had too many issues with this Domino's but today I ordered food for delivery and it's been over an hour and haven't received my food. I call the store a few times but no one answers. My husband then drives to the store to pick up our "delivery" order to find out our food has been sitting for 30 minutes, not even under a heat lamp, and definitely wasn't fresh. I am highly disappointed and probably won't order here again. I doubt I will even get the delivery charge back nor the driver "tip".
This is consistently the worst pizza in town. I even tried tipping 25% in hopes that a little more care would be taken, but there were dry spots with no sauce all over every pizza. The only good thing about this store is that if you come in at the busy time in the evening (7:00-7:30) you can watch the employees bicker and yell at each other in open view.
After signing into my account, I ordered the same pizza as previous orders. We always SQUARE CUT PIZZA. They cannot cut pizza in square cuts. We order square cut because it’s easier for grandchildren to handle and easier for grandparents. I called the each time this happens and the complaint falls on deft ears. Therefore we will change where we do business, because undoubtedly this location does not want ours.
They never answer the phone when I have called. The driver's apologize, yet most of the time they get lost. I can track them. Recently, the driver as seeing him on my tracker was totally lost! It is always something with the location on 110 triple creek circle in Longview. Then they never answer the phone!!!
Every time I order from this location it's something. Orders should be made as they are recieved! Stop putting off pickup orders and making deliveries priority! I waited 20 minutes (because the app said my order should be ready within 18 minutes) before going inside the store because the tracker just hung at "Pamela is preparing your order" and never moved. When I went in they didn't know about my order. I showed them the tracker and Pamela says, "well that's me but these are all deliveries." Then the guys at the front yell back that they are just starting it and that they were super busy with deliveries. So I guess my order isn't important. He says give me 5 minutes. I waited 10 minutes and finally got my order without an apology at all. The customer service in this store defintely needs to be improved upon. And update the app to give accurate times please.
I have spoke with 2 different people who have totally disrespected me today. I ordered pizza for my family while I was working and I order them 3 pizzas. I was unaware they didn’t get their 3 pizzas till I got back home. I tried to call the store and explain myself to James and he let he me know he was unable to help me in anyway. I explained to him I paid my money for that pizza and I didn’t care if you gave me a credit refund I didn’t care as long as something happened. He again huffed and told me he couldn’t do anything. I hung up and tried to find the number for corporate and I couldn’t find it so I called back and spoke to a girl named Bailey. I asked her to give me the man’s name i was just on the phone with, we spoke about a pizza I never received. She put me on hold, then came back to the phone and told me his name. I asked who was his manager and she told me this man was the GM. And I’m still shocked because not only did he huff about the fact that I didn’t get a pizza I paid for but you’re the General manager of the store talking like that. I asked the girl Bailey if she could give me the corporate number because I’m unable to find the 1800 number they told me to call. She proceeded to say ( yeah, I can take 5 mins out my day just to get a number for you I guess ) while standing in-front of said GM and speaking as if I was just getting on her last nerve. How can you be ok with talking to people like that who just needed a little help.
I work night shifts so this is one of my only options to get delivered if I don't have time to make a meal before work. Location is less than 10 minutes away but delivery frequently takes over an hour after completing order. The price is too high for the food quality but I pay it for the convenience of delivery. My most recent order was cancelled without any sort of communication from the store, and I only found out nearly two hours later by tracking my order online using the phone number I placed my order from. Guess I just want eat anything until I finish my 8 hour shift. Thanks for nothing.
When i walked in the first thing i noticed was the guy making the pizzas had no gloves on and he was sorting threw all the toppings that had collected threw the day that haf fell off pizzas and putting them back to reuse with his bare hands i even mentioned to the man that handed me my pizzas that ive never seen domonoes sort threw old pizza droppings and save the good pepperronis and sausage chunks let alone do it bare handed he pretended not to hear me i guess because he never said a word about it so i mentioned it again still nothing i simply let them know how nast that was i mean maybe if he had gloves on but at tge same time sorting threw all that nast pile of junk was also crazy i wouldnt have paid for the pizza if i had seen that befpre hand i paid online i will say the pizza was good i ate it but i wont go back to this dominoes for that reason def love dominoes and those guys arent going to ruin it for me
I've tried to order pizza from 2 locations and not yet have I ever got my order. I waited 2 hours to find out again out of there area. Rather it's 5 miles or 2.8 miles still hear same reason . Well all I can say it won't happen again . That God for papa johns . I'm done with Domino's sorry but I tried .
I ordered 1 large pizza for delivery over 2 hours ago and still have not received it. I’m assuming it’s not coming. My husband even drove to the store and was told it was out for delivery and would be here soon. Still no pizza. Looks like we’ll be ordering pizza elsewhere next time.
I placed the order with large cheese pizza with parmesan asiago cheese at this location while we were on a family trip in Longview,Tx . When I got the order and checked it and it was cheese. When I got to my hotel room with my kid and start eating the pizza we came across sausage bits and pieces in at least 3 slice. I can add pictures for proof and we cannot eat pork due to religious beliefs. When I called the store to complain about it the guy's literal works were " Its a pizza store, it happens and things cross contaminate ". Its 10:30 pm at night and me and my kids were extremely hungry as we were out all day and now we have 4 slices which we cannot eat and not even sure if we ate pork bits the remaining 4 slices. The guy refused to refund my money and hung up the phone on me. Great way to know that Dominos can feed people pork who cannot have it , if you have religious belief where you cannot have pork or you are vegetarian then avoid this place completely !
I ordered a medium pizza to be delivered. It was to be delivered from the domino’s in triplecreek. I waited and waited. I tried many time to call and see where my pizza was. I even called my husband to see what I should do because I was charged and was totally put out. Then I called another dominos and the gentleman that answered the phone tried to call them and could not get through. After an hour snd twenty minutes we finally got a knock on the door. The young man knew I was upset. He apologized and said that he just picked up the pizza and brought it to us. I gave him the benefit of the the doubt and paid him a tip. I wish I hadn’t. The pizza was cold and dry. He lied. It should have been at least warm. I will never order your pizzas again. If I wanted a cold pizza I would have gotten one from the freezer.
The worst pizzza I have ever had I order 2 large pineapple pizza and it was horrible. It was like eating cardboard🥲 they hardly put on any cheese
Ordered a Philly cheese steak sandwich, and it was the most pathetic thing I've got in a long time. What a rip off! There were a few crumbles of meat, two green peppers. Whoever made it should be reprimanded for sure.
Ordered car side delivery. Tipped accordingly - I know its annoying and left extra. After almost 10 minutes of waiting and watching some guy at the front scroll on his phone I walked in to pick it up. I would have never tipped as much if I had to do the work myself and then the order was wrong. Very disappointed
This location removed the $7 deal, which is the only reason to go to dominos. Go to any of the other pizza places in town, they taste far better and will cost about the same now
I picked up my order in the drive thru a young lady came to the window and I said online order for me and she asked if it was paid for and there are no options to pay with cash on a online order and she walked away and made a snide comment "that's not what that means" and then tried to argue with me over it terrible service
If you go here definitely dont make any changes to the pizza order. I asked for a simple Hawaiian with light cheese. They screw it up everytime and I end up having to go back and have them fix it. Usually they get it right on the second time but this time it took them 3 times of remaking my pizza and after the last time I just gave up and left. The prices have gone WAY up (double) and its just not worth it anymore. I have always loved dominos but I am to the point where I will drive out of town if another store just makes it correctly. If I could give them a lower star rating I would.
Tonight's (8/18/21) experience with Domino's Longview, WA Ocean Beach. Pizza was delivered 2 hours late. Driver accused me of meeting him in a strange parking lot, not a Domino's hotspot. One pizza was described as "Plasticky" the other was described as an "Burned abomination". Manager "B" assured pizza was remade fresh after such a delay. It was cold enough that I'm fairly sure the "warming bag" was not even warm. Driver informed me that he quit tonight as well. A very well run establishment.
