This was one of my favorite places in Loreto. Coming from a city that has a huge craft beer presence I wasn't disappointed in the beers they brewed. The price is a little more than just buying a corona, but you also are getting a better product. The food and service were also great. I would highly recommend visiting Zopilote if you visit Loreto.
We enjoyed spending our evenings here drinking some great beers. Listening to music in the square. We ordered a pizza to go as well. Great spot, good service and food.
It was goooooood!!! Good beer and good food, the service and atmosphere very cool. If you are in Loreto and walk by the plaza have a nice meal here
Great fish tacos and a delicious hazy IPA and Pilsner!
Visited during our trip to beautiful Loreto! I was unable to enjoy anything due to food allergies, but my boyfriend enjoyed the Rattlesnake IPA & battered fish tacos, and he gives them 2 thumbs up! Their service was great & prices were good. I would have liked a mojito, but seems like several places in town don't offer them, so no big deal to me. We were also in town during slow season. They were out of several beer choices on the menu, but small, remote places don't always have everything on hand. They served us cold water on sitting down and were attentive to our needs.
Gran lugar, totalmente recomendable. 🤘
Me encanta. La comida es deliciosa.
Buena cerveza 🍻
Excelente atención,
This is one of our favorite places. The staff is wonderful! Friendly, professional with a spice of humor. The food is good (their tacos, chili relleno & pizza are stars), the beer is excellent, and their 1697 orange cake is our favorite dessert. They have realty good live music occasionally. Just great service and fun ambiance.
Great fries, terrific salad (chicken/apple) and the orange cake is super special. Excellent musicians when we were there
Came here in the evening and honestly had such a good experience. The place was super clean, cozy, and had a really nice vibe. They had this IPA that was so flavorful — easily one of the best I’ve had in a while. You can tell they really know what they’re doing when it comes to their beer. The adobada pizza was so good, full of flavor and perfectly cooked. Everything we ordered felt thoughtful and well made. One thing that really stood out to me was that they had a sign encouraging donations for dogs. I thought that was really sweet and meaningful — it says a lot about how much they care about the local community, not just the food and drinks. Great beer, great food, clean space, and good energy. Definitely a spot I’d come back to if you’re in Loreto 🍺🐶✨
Very good! Not all the IPAs were true to style so you want the Island Hazy, which we had after trying a flight. I had fish and chips and friends had cochinita bipil and the pork belly tacos and the orange cake. All the food was excellent!
I probably spent more time here than I should have! Great fish tacos, good quality pizza, great salads, and serviceable beers. The NEIPA was probably my favorite at the time. Beautiful setting on the plaza, some nights with live music. Can’t wait to come back someday. Credit cards accepted.
Had an excellent lunch of fish tacos today. Their beer battered bass was perfect on their flour tortillas. The lemonade natural was just the way we liked it, not too sweet. The cold draught stout was just perfect with the tacos. I may have to return even though I’m only here for another 24 hours.
The craft beer was very good for being in Mexico. I couldn't believe they had an imperial stout, a double IPA and a hazy. And they were all beers we would have again if they were in San Diego. They IPA was more of a German lager. We think they had that one mislabeled. It was definitely not an IPA, not even close. But that aside we had such a good experience with the other 3 beers we went back the next day. For food the fish tacos were good. The chili rellano was good , but I was surprised they used ground beef. I guess that's a local thing. Needless to say, we did not eat here again as the menu was a bit limited for us. But did I mention the beer was good!
Our first place to eat in Loreto. Came back for a second meal. Quesadillas were a hit with our family., both the chicken AND the goat cheese. I can personally vouch for the Rattlesnake West Coast IPA. Attentive servers. Took a little too long to get our orange cake for dessert. Would recommend.
So good. Esp if you appreciate nice craft beer. Tried their west coast and new England hazy ipa's. Both locally brewed. Really enjoyed the west coast one. Perfect color, hoppiness, crispness, temperature. Their menu also looks good. It was too hot for anything but salad. Setting is perfect. Outdoor but shaded by trees. This place is a keeper.
OMG - we had so much fun here. The food is awesome, and the beer is great, and the large open patio gives you lots to look at. We had lunch and a group dinner here (8 Canadians) on our last night in Loreto, and drank a little too much tequila (and beer). Thank-you to the hosts for extending the 'last-call' a bit, and to the mariachi band...a must see in Loreto!
They have very good craft brew - which you don't find often in small pueblos of Mexico. The day we were here they only had three available. One was an IPA, then a pale ale, and the one I loved was their Bandito Stout. They have a beautiful location on the plaza under the canopy of some beautiful shade trees. Plenty of outdoor seating and a few tables indoors as well. Wait staff was very friendly and explained the beers and menu items to us. Also if you are adventurous, try the Oxaca appetizer which consists of fried grasshoppers, served with home made blue corn tortillas, guacamole and some very nice salsa. We also had their battered fish tacos, (you can also order the fish grilled if you don't want battered) and the batter was very light with a wonderful flavor. Tuesdays are half price beer specials and Fridays they have specials on the fish tacos This is a great place to enjoy some cold beer, relax and people watch - I only wish they would serve chips and salsa if you are ordering drinks (if you want chips and salsa it is an extra charge)

Yummy bar food with great vibes on the plaza and live music, excellent service and ambience. Great for a weeknight dinner, short wait, but things moved quickly once we had our order in.

Tasty beer with some chips and salsa! Nice stop to get out of the heat enjoy some shade and yummy beer! service was friendly and welcoming!
Servizio ok
The margaritas are solid! Great beers on tap (craft) Depends what food get...my husband had a fish dish but the portion was small. My Tortilla soup was awesome! The burgers looked (and smelled) amazing. Next time! Great service, too!
I had such a great time at this cozy and chill spot! It's the perfect place to relax and enjoy good conversation over a cold beer. Speaking of which, their beer selection is top-notch! The only area where I feel they could improve is with their food offerings. While the burgers and fries were tasty, I couldn't help but feel that they were frozen. With some attention to the food menu, this spot could easily become a top contender for anyone looking for a fun and enjoyable evening out. Overall, I highly recommend this spot for its laid-back atmosphere and refreshing drinks.
The venue is nice and fairly cozy. The food was alright (the nut salad as warm which was unexpected but not unpleasant), the arranchara flank steak with Parmesan fries could have had way more Parmesan, but the steak was nice. So overall not disappointed but not overly happy either. Also The blood orange beer had no gas but that could be the beer type.
Beer is good; wait staff not attentive and has bad attitude on 2 different visits. If you go here, expect bad service with attitude
Ugh we fell for the tourist trap. Thought why not, let's support a local brewery. Staff were friendly. Beers were ok. But the tacos... my goodness what a travesty. The smallest piece of meat on an admittedly a delicious blue corn taco was more like a snack, for 120 pesos. For the size and how hungry I still was it really should have been 3 for 150, or something. Some of the other dishes coming out look good, so maybe just don't order tacos?
Overall, this was an okay experience, but not one that really stood out. The Rattlesnake IPA was mediocre at best. Drinkable, but not especially memorable for a brewpub. My wife ordered the fish tacos and found them dry. They were essentially fried fish on a tortilla with only a small container of pico on the side. They really needed some kind of sauce to bring them together. I ordered the chile relleno and thought it was decent. Interestingly, my wife—who generally avoids spicy food—found it bland, which was a bit surprising. One point of frustration came with the check. I ordered the chile relleno with the Rattlesnake IPA as a pairing, which the menu shows at a discounted price compared to ordering them separately. When the bill arrived, I was charged full price. When I mentioned this to the waiter, he said the pairing has to be ordered explicitly or the discount doesn’t apply. I explained that I had ordered the pairing and also said it wasn’t a big deal and I would just pay it as-is. Instead, a manager came over and essentially lectured me about not ordering the pairing correctly, though he did ultimately adjust the bill. Given the language difference, it felt like a simple misunderstanding, and I was surprised by how condescending the interaction felt. Overall, between the mediocre IPA, food that was dry and uninspired, and a billing issue that was handled poorly, this experience felt substandard for a brewpub and did not meet expectations. This is not a place I’d recommend or plan to return to.
Went in to have dinner. Promptly left because of two stray dogs that kept circling me at my table. The waiter didn't even ask why we were leaving. Stray dogs don't belong in a restaurant.
Our group had dinner here. The service was slow. Even though we, at the time, were the only ones ordering when we sat ourselves. The other 2 tables were eating. Luckily we got our orders in before the rest of the tables filled up. Unfortunately, the pizza options that were advertised were not available. Not sure why they couldn't make pizza?? I ordered a stout beer which was not good. We had 2 orders of fish and chips, 2 orders of the Irish nachos and a couple of burgers. All of which everyone enjoyed at the time. Later on that night the 2 people who had fish and chips and the accompanied 'tartar sauce' were up all night sick. It was also one of the most expensive meals we had in Loreto.

Vibe was chill and friendly - beer was good (well the pilsner I had was decent) my shrimp tacos were excellent but baja fish tacos were heavily battered and gummy.
Nice setting. Rattlesnake IPA very disappointing. Taste like a stout. Rating due to beer taste.
Mal servicio, mala cerveza.
The restaurant staff is really rude with the local tourism
Very unfriendly staff. We asked for the beer list and he pointed us to a screen at the other end of the place which we couldn't read from our table and he walked away. Shouldn't be too difficult to print this list i would think. Would strongly recommend eating at another place.
