We love this place. Best authentic Mexican food in Los Al. The tortas with carne asada are killer, their chili rellenos amazing (try them in the burrito), and the carnitas are great in anything. We always get to go as it's a tiny place with only a couple seats. Totally love this place.

Nearly 20 years ago, when I was a kid I would get their Bean and Cheese Burritos at a local snack shack after softball games. I loved these burritos. I live out of state and have been craving them. Now that I am in town for Thanksgiving, I made sure to go get one. They taste exactly as I remember and are so delicious. Shared my burrito with my daughter and she loved it too.

Hands down one of the best Mexican food places around! The service is top notch, the food is delicious, and the price is very good! You get amazing quality, and doesn't break the bank! Well worth the drive! If you're in the area, pick up some food! Loreto, David, Bianca are the best! You won't regret getting food here!!

We’ve been looking for a new go-to Mexican restaurant for awhile now since our favorites have all closed. I’m happy to report that Casitas de Amigos might just be the new place for us! The gal who helped us was friendly, and our food was made-to-order. We took our food home (about 10 mins away) and it was still plenty hot. My carne asada California burrito was perfect, and my husband loved his chicken fajita burrito. The salsa had great flavor. I look forward to our next visit soon!

The food was amazing, beyond reasonably priced and very fresh. The staff was very welcoming and worked with a great sense of urgency. I highly recommend.

Good quality food, service and prices. It has 2 tables where you can eat. Its NOT really a place to dine. Excellent for "to go" orders. They have been here for decades and the owner Tomas keeps it real. His kids mostly run the cash register and they have other assistant cooks that provide good quality. My favorite is the chili verde wet burrito. Buen provecho!!!

Staff is friendly, food is good (loved the rice and guacamole, even though it's not traditional chunky style). I would go back, but I would definitely take to go. Space is limited for sitting and eating. Pricing is ok.

The SANDIA Drink is great But I felt like the Chile Verde was out of a can, didn’t have the authentic taste. The sauce was like too slimy,, not like when it’s from scratch. Customer service very good.

1st time here. Sadly, we won't be back. The bag of tortilla chips was cold and old. I ordered a Chicken Tostada salad with the flour tortilla shell. The shell was not fried at the correct temperature. It was greasy and unappealing. There was a pile of chicken, but it was tasteless like it came from a can? No cheese, little lettuce, tasteless beans. I threw more than 1/2 away. We also ordered carnitas plate. This too - there was plenty of meat, but, #1 it was cold, #3 it was shredded within an inch of its life. I don't know if you can buy carnitas in a bag?, but it wasn't good. Again, we threw more than half of it away. The guacamole was dark and rubbery on top - indicating that it wasn't fresh. The rice and beans could be delicious, but they were just a plate filler. We also ordered some beef taquitos. No little pico de gallo to go with it just another glop of brown guacamole. The prices increased from the menu I was using online. There are so many Mexican food places around with prices equal to or less expensive than this little take out place with higher quality and people showing more attention to the food they serve.
