Mexican and Italian is such a unique fusion, and my fiancé and I absolutely loved it. Everything was delicious. We received complimentary champagne for Valentine’s Day and a light treat. The staff was incredibly friendly, and it was such a nice touch that the chef came out to greet us.
Great food (small dishes, but with the heavier side, the portions were more than enough). Street parking Food/Drink- 5 stars Rosita- well balanced and delicious! great start to the evening Elote agnolotti- this is their signature dish for a reason. Seasoned well, hearty, and with the right amount of chew. I could eat so much of this Duck duck duck- incredibly hearty and loved the bit of wok hei in the linguine. A bit on the saltier side Al Pastor Pork belly- same as above. Super hearty and delicious. My only compliant is that the skin can really get stuck in your teeth and be slightly unpleasant Pistachio horchata affogato- it was good, but pretty standard Service- 5 stars Food was out quickly and servers were great. Great experience all around Bottom Line Enjoyed the Mexican-Italian flavors here. Do come ready for a heavy meal though
We split the meal. We got a cob salad and a burrito, both were a good size serving. The spiciness of the dressing was not over powering, and very good. The burrito had good flavor, the tortilla was cooked well and they even cut the burrito for us. The show stopper was the elote croissant, it was devine and oh so good. I also had a cafe de la olla, which was a little too sweet for me but it was pretty good.
Absolutely loved this Mexican Italian fusion restaurant! Each of their dishes were packed with singular flavor. Very attentive and charming staff throughout our meal. Definitely give their cocktails a try too! Had a delicious espresso martini that was sake based.
Doesn’t get better than this. This restaurant blew me off my feet. It was unpretentious, the service was homey, and the food was just spectacular. I can’t tell you how much I enjoyed this meal, by far top 3 best restaurants in Los Angeles right now. Elote and Duck Duck Duck were highlights, just BOMB dishes with decadent flavours.
It was an interesting fusion. I can’t say that i loved it but the food was still Very good. The service was great and the ambiance was relaxing but also Lively. I had the chile Colorado rigatoni and it was pretty good, little salty but that just might be because I’m not generally into salty food.
If you want a unique, delicious and personal dining experience unlike anything you've ever tasted you have to check out this spot! The owners are absolutely incredible at mixing and matching a beautiful blend of mexican and Italian food that will blow your mind! Everything we tried was amazing and I cannot wait to go back for more!! Definitely at the top of my fave restaurants list now :)
Was super excited to come dine at Amiga Amore. They are an Italian-Mexican fusion spot that serves a creative and thoughtful approach to fusion dishes. The menu is pretty diverse and serves unexpected combinations that work really well! Do yourself a favor and order the pistachio horchata We started with the sweet potato ceviche and aguachile. Both were served with their own pasta chip situation that complimented the flavors well. The sweet potato ceviche was rich and creamy while the serrano strawberry from the aguachile was bright and refreshing. We were given a habanero hot sauce that worked extremely well either the ceviche! It added a nice smokiness to the dishes. For the mains, we split the elote agnolotti and the chicken and mole. The pasta was so so good! The sweet corn filling and tangy tajin/finger lime topping was perfectly paired with their hand made pasta. The chicken and mole was complex and rich in flavor. It was served with warm tortillas which was delicious! The mole was creamy and paired so well with the chicken. Everything was great here. This is an example of a restaurant that does fusion well. Update: we went back to Amiga Amore, and order the corn agnolotti, chorizo y clams, and the Al Pastor pork belly. All the new dishes we tried were delicious and beautifully paired. I believe they update their menu seasonally so it was great to see them showcase more fall/winter flavors.
A month ago, I had the foresight to set a reservation at Amiga Amore for last Saturday night. Over the last month, interest in Amiga Amore has skyrocketed to the point that reservations are booked weeks in advance. Having experienced such an amazing dinner, let me tell you that the wait is worth every second. When we arrived, the music set a vibrant ambiance, and we knew it was our night when Selena started playing. We waited a moment or two, then were led to our inside table. The various seats and benches was all eagerly taken, the various chatters and music blended together to create an electric vibe. The smells of the dishes randomly emerging from the kitchen had us lusting for our turn. Our server warmly greeted us and was extremely knowledgable about the menu. She suggested we try a few items, which after little deliberation we agreed to try. After ordering, we enjoyed the ambiance while sipping on one of their red wine selections. One of the many reasons I felt this restaurant went above and beyond was in their service, not only of the welcoming hostess, servers, and staff, the team was doing an outsdanding job of contributing to the sccuss of the night, but also of Mr. Zecca. We watched as Mr. Zecca set an impressive example by bussing tables, greeting patrons, delivering plates of food, and all else in between to maintain the steady flow of diners entering and exiting the restaurant. At one point I thought he was going to perform a marriage ceremony. The passion and attention to detail was evident, positivity seemed to flow all evening. We started with the Sweet Potato Ceviche. The texture of the serrano's, the smooth avocado mousse, and tangy leche de tigre were a refreshing combination. This was a flavorful appetizer and perfect way to start our breathtaking meal. Next came our two pasta dishes, starting with the Elote Agnolotti, which both of us agreed was a definite highlight of the evening. Adorned with edible flowers and topped with homemade Tajin, cotija cheese, and slices of baby elote, this pasta literally 'pops' in your mouth. When you bite into the agnolotti, a wonderful explosion of elote combines with the homemade Tajin, cotija, and lime, and is immediately habit forming. We almost ordered a second plate of agnolotti but remembered that we had also ordered the Chile Colorado Cavatelli. We thanked the now empty plate of agnolotti and moved on to our cavatelli. From the mouthwatering chile de arbol spices to the queso fresco, the pasta's complex flavor were in perfect unison with the fluffy, pillowy cavatelli pasta. The beef was so tender you almost forget it's there. As our eyes were rolling back into place, we realized that we both had wonderful flashbacks to a homemade tamale rojo you'd enjoy during la Noche Buena. As if we needed another reason to love this dish. The mole lover in me couldn't leave without trying the Chicken and Mole. This 21-ingredient mole is savory, light, and a perfect sauce to accompany the chicken confit and leeks. The chicken confit was 'fall off the bone' tender. There's no better way to scoop up a little bit of the confit and mole sauce than with a steamy homemade tortilla. As we finished our meals we noticed chef Zecca popping in and out of the kitchen. As much as we wanted to give our compliments, we knew better than to disrupt the coordination of the kitchen staff. Amiga Amore is a restaurant that surpasses all expectations and delivers an extraordinary dining experience. From the moment we stepped through the doors, we were captivated by the vibrant ambiance and energetic atmosphere. The dedication and passion of the entire staff, including the hands-on involvement of chef Zecca and Mr. Zecca, set the tone for an evening filled with impeccable service and attention to detail. Amiga Amore is more than a restaurant; it is an oasis of comfort, love, and soulful dining, where strangers become friends and memories are woven into every dish. Most importantly, Amiga Amore feels like home.
My boyfriend had heard of this place opening up in Los Angeles, that was a fusion between Mexican and Italian. He decided to make a reservation at 9:15 on a Wednesday night. We got there a bit early, but nonetheless, we just waited for 5 minutes before we got sat. We went over the menu, and although they put on the bottom that dishes are meant to be shared. We wanted to order as much food as possible to try everything. Started off with the sweet potatoes ceviche, which was my favorite since I am allergic to fish. Then, got the Tostada tonata ( beef tartare) and the Chicke tinga arancini. For the main courses, we chose the black ink linguini and the pork chop milanese. To end everything, we had the Abuelita's tiramisu, and everything was super delicious. We are coming back to try more things. Also, FYI, the hot sauce they provide goes well with the arancini and the ceviche.
Wow. Just wow. I’m in shock. The place was so cute! The food was absolutely insane! The flavors were so unique and incredible. Would definitely recommend. I ordered the focaccia, endive salad, lobster pasta, carne asada and the horchata pie…. Wow. 10/10 Only downside I would say is that there is no liquor license so we couldn’t order a tequila 😂
The inside of the restaurant is small and it felt warm as we walked thru to the back and outside dining area. That was the spot to be, it wasn’t hot, and it was giving Backyard Mexican fiesta vibes. Reminded me of my backyard family gatherings. The weather was pleasant and there was enough shade by 7 to be perfect. The music was good too, there was a mix of Italian and Spanish music, however I wish there was some Raffaella Cara (who was beloved by Mexicans and Italians alike) and perhaps some Mina. The service from the staff was attentive and thorough. The young woman answered any questions we had about the dishes and shared some insights about their creation etc. They consistently checked in on us to make sure the meal quality was up to standards etc. They opened the wine we brought and offered an additional set of glassware for both wines. They also consistently removed finished plates from the table etc. At the end of our meal the Chef came out to chat and were most gracious. My friends and I definitely ordered a variety of food with the intent to share. To start we ordered the Noprese Salad, Chorizo & Clams, and the special that evening of Squash Blossoms in Mole. All the starters were yummy, respectively. However the standout starter was the Noprene Salad that accompanied by the bread just elevated the entire thing. The Chorizo & Clams were yummy, but I was hoping for larger pieces of Mexican Chorizo vs the small cubed that was in there. Lastly, the Squash Blossoms were good, but the Epazote pesto could have had a stronger flavor or perhaps changed to Hoja Santa for a bolder taste, the mole that accompanied it was good - but as someone who’s family makes Mole Poblano, it could have been spicier. We followed our meal with the Elote Agnolotti - and if I could, I would eat that daily! It was creamy on the inside which was reminiscent of street corn. We followed that with a Chile Relleno Manicotti - which again was delicious but needed a tad bit of spice to give it a bolder kick. Lastly we had the Huitlacoche Caccio & Pepe and it was everything I wanted from a fusion dish. The huitlacoche was earthy and accompanied with the creaminess of the Caccio & Pepe were just so good, if it perhaps had an additional dose of grated cheese on top it would add a welcomed saltiness. We ended by ordering the Abuelita Tiramisu, Seasonal Pie, and a Creme Brûlée as they were out of the Horchata Panna Cotta. All the desserts were to die for and again would eat daily if I was closer to the restaurant. Overall the atmosphere, food, and service were great. It will be interesting to return in a few months (fall/winter) to see how the menu changes. Wonder if they’ll have some version of a mexitalian soup (albondigas?) etc.
A perfect mash-up of Mexican and Italian. Delicious and innovative dishes. Friendly and helpful service. The menu changes seasonally (it seems) and is always fabulous.
We’ve been looking forward to this grand opening for a while. I came in on my own early on Saturday night and was able to get a seat at the bar. Had some lovely conversations with other diners and the staff who had great recommendations on the food. But with this food I think you can’t really go wrong. I’m by no means a food critic but I think chef is a bit of a genius. Her ability to combine flavors so elegantly is just so clever and she makes this place unique amidst all of the “new American” restaurants in the area. I also appreciate a strong non-alcoholic drink menu. I think they are getting their liquor license soon but they’ve got so many yummy NA drinks to choose from. I had the aguachile mocktail. The only thing I didn’t like was that there were too many interesting menu items to try for a solo diner. This would be a great place for a group who likes to share. Can’t wait to go back and try the other delicious items.
Whoever was in charge of the playlist did an amazing job! Not only was the service and food great, they had good taste in music. Perfect fusion of Mexican/Italian dishes, must try the ceviche, endive salad, spaghetti fritti and elote agnilotti . Chef's kiss
First experience of Mexitalian cuisine, great creativity. I liked the ways the two cuisine were combined/mixed, very flavorful and tasty. Service was excellent! Prices were a bit on the high end!
You’re in for quite a treat! Every dish is an explosion of flavors and so beautifully presented! We had the opportunity to taste all the options because there was a wedding. Even the desserts are to die for! Totally recommended!
So excited to come back to Amiga Amore again and again. We felt a genuine incredible care and passion from our server April, to the owner Danielle that can best be described as electric. All of the recommendations were spot on. That Aguachile is no joke, and the quince mole in the duck breast dish was so rich and complex it knocked our socks off. The elote agnolotti is truly delicious, and the little finger lime capsules are an explosion of flavor that are sure to “pop” you onto a different planet! Huge kudos to this “Mom and Pop” spot.
The food was delicious! We order the noprese salad, chorizo and clam, and elote agnolotti and black ink linguini. We ordered too much food and couldn’t finish everything. If you’re ordering for two, I think 3 dishes is perfect! The elote was a surprising delight. It’s almost like a sweet/ savory dish. Really nice. The noprese is lovely as well and a little on the spicy side so if you like the heat, you’ll enjoy this. I was way too full by the time with black ink linguini came out but it was delicious and hard to remember because I was so stuffed by that time. The clams are a must! Service was really nice and I loved the cute little Back area with the heated lamps. Really cozy and warm. I would come back.
Was there last night for the grand opening and it did not disappoint. The restaurant is small but they have a big patio in the back for additional seating. Food was outstanding! We loved the sweet potato ceviche, pablano manicotti and the chicken & mole blanco. All the desserts are Home made and so delicious! A well orchestrated fusion of Mexican and italian cuisine. It’s a BYOB so don’t forget to bring your libations!
What an incredible experience. Amiga Amore is wholly unique. I often find myself wary of fusion restaurants, but AA delivers on all fronts. Some of the more unique (and tasty) dishes I’ve had in a while, excellent service and cute ambience. The noprese salad was a salty, cheesy, tomato delight. The chicken tinga arancini’s were awesome. The chicken & mole was so flavorful. Yet I think our favorite dish was the elote agnolotti. If you’ve had Cento’s rendition of corn pasta, you must try Amiga Amore’s (it’s better!). We had two deserts— the horchata panna cotta and corn brulée — the latter stole the show. We can’t wait to come back to this Highland Park gem.
We came with high expectations, but those expectations were blown out of the water. The food was sublime and service supreme. Come with a friend or few since there are way too many amazing menu options to try alone.
Amazing food that is so unique & wonderful experience. Couldn't recommend it any higher - you definitely need to check this place out & bring some friends along with you!
So excited for the official Grand Opening! Amazing food, great atmosphere, delicious drinks and incredible time always.
This is a must go to restaraunt if you’re in NELA. The owners are incredible and are putting out fantastic food. Their dishes are super thoughtful and fun, making the fusion make perfect sense. We love Amiga Amore!
I can never get enough of this place. I've gone at least five times now. Although the menu changes... I've never had a disappointing time. My favorite and, it seems, a constant dish, is the elote pasta. Highly recommend! I prefer eating outside in the back during the evening when the lights are on. I can't wait to go back.
Amiga Amore is such a special place. The couple who own the restaurant (a true mom and pop) are very skilled in their craft. They have put together a menu that is unique and flavorful and ever-evolving. I can’t wait to be back and have some of the dishes again as well as try everything on the menu. I especially loved the vegan options which were delightfully rich with flavor and unique in their own right. Who knew zucchini bread could be so good? Special combinations that make for amazing, tasty dishes. I went with a couple of friends, and we ordered the sweet potato ceviche, agua chile , noprese salad and elote agnolotti. Each dish was so different and unique but the ingredients worked together so beautifully. I had Nopales for the first time and it was such a pleasant surprise, I could have eaten an entire bowl of just that . The drinks were also delicious. The place is very cozy and feels like home. The attentive staff took great care of us, topping off our tasty dining experience. I truly can’t wait to be back!
Found this spot by accident after driving to Joy on York for dinner, just to see the line is out the door. Kept driving, and saw this restaurant pop up on the map and figured screw it, let’s give it a shot. It might be really good. The food was absolutely exquisite, as were the cocktails. It was my birthday and our party of 3 got seated at the bar despite multiple 4 person tables being seemingly available. The bartender that night was extremely friendly, attentive, helped us choose our meals via recommendations, and damn were they great recs!! We were treated very well and I wish I could remember his name, but homie knows who he is and everything was just wonderful!!
This was one of the best food experiences we’ve ever had. Each dish and drink utilized flavor and aesthetics to provide some of the best food we’ve tried from around the country. Most of all, the food was delicious. The drinks weren’t just sweet cocktails with a drop of alcohol, they incorporated a decent amount of alcohol seamlessly so they weren’t hidden but accentuated perfectly. Stand outs to me were the Chile arbol bread, and the ravioli. Absolutely wonderful food and drinks
Wow…all I can say from the moment you walk in to the moment you walk out. Great food, staff and service. I was waiting for my car across the street and walked into to this place. I can’t believe how friendly the staff was, then a manager dropped off a pastry to try, them my chilaquiles came ( fried pasta chips , first time) Didn’t disappoint lol .. great food come check it out
The sweet potato ceviche and elite agnolotti were both fantastic. Highly recommend. April was an attentive and friendly server.
eating here feels like you’ve won something which is pretty cool. the pozole was so flavorful and balanced. rabbits symbolize fertility, abundance, new beginnings, intuition, and transformation which the pozole made me feel all of. the elote croissant… like whaaaaT?! who decided this? i’m not super into elote or croissant but this became a third thing passing both along the way
The food here is so delicious and unique. Staff is very friendly and the service is impeccable. The owners are down to earth and hands on with their team. I’d say the best restaurant I’ve been to in LA. Excited to keep coming. God bless this place and must say it is a safe place for everyone. Very LGBTQ plus friendly as well 🏳️⚧️🏳️🌈🇲🇽❤️🔥
Amiga Amore is a really unique Mexican and Italian fusion restaurant in the Highland Park area slightly north east of DTLA. It feels like you’re eating inside someone’s home so it really gives off a comfortable atmosphere and you can tell that it is most likely a neighborhood gem. Our server was very polite and everything that we ordered arrived fairly quickly. We were able to find a street parking spot right out front of the restaurant for our 8 PM dinner. The price is very fair and I felt the portion sizes were generous. The menu is pretty small, but it has some very unique items on it. Everything has a mix of Mexican and Italian ingredients and even though all the flavors and ingredients are recognizable, the combination of them is very unique. I really applaud the idea of this place and overall I thought it was pretty good although some of the dishes had some minor issues. The first item that I ordered was the Sweet Potato Ceviche, and I thought this was pretty good. It was unique in that it is a vegetarian ceviche and the Tigers Milk really added a unique flavor to it. It was a decent sized portion so it would be easy to share this. Next came the Citrus Endive Salad, which was a special for the day. I especially liked the Chamoy sorbet with it and I thought it was a really great light summer salad. I chose the Ossobuco for my entrée and thought it was pretty good. Some of the pieces had a considerable amount of fat on it which I had to cut off and I wish the bone marrow would’ve been more substantial, but overall, I really enjoyed it. One of the other diners at my table got the Pork Belly Al Pastor and he was not a fan of it. The Al Pastor seasoning was not very pronounced, and the belly was extremely fatty, almost overly so. Aside from that I felt the dishes were pretty good overall, and I would give it a try next time I am in the area.
I’m usually anti-fusion restaurants, but I had heard such amazing things about Amiga Amore I had to give it a try. We made a last minute reservation on a Friday night and were happy to be accommodated with any wait or hassle. We enjoyed the back outdoor space with cute decor and plenty of room to enjoy your meal and company. I got the special cocktail which was a cumquat Bee’s Knee’s with smoke (yummy tartness). Then shared the Elote Agnolotti which was the favorite. This to me was a perfect balance of mexican flavor cooked in an italian form. Delicious corn filling and elote topping. Next up, we shared the Chile Colorado Rigatoni. The prime beef was cooked well, but this dish didn’t wow me with its fusion creativity. Finally we shared the pork chop special. The chile verde sauce was popping with flavor and pork chop was cooked well, but again the fusion didn’t come through for me. For dessert, we got the pie of the day which was a nectarine and plum butter crust pie. Holy heck that pie was the perfect way to end. I was so glad to try this funky spot, but would only come back for the elote dish or try something new!
Creative and delicious, but slight lack of refinement and an unimpressive atmosphere take a bit away from this overall very good restaurant. The fusion flavors are unique and generally well thought out, though, most dishes left an impression that something small was missing. Still, overall favorites of the night were the Chile Relleno Manicotti and the Milanese. Overall price is a little high for the slightly small share plates.
Great place to experience some new flavor combos. Service was top notch, but for us the flavors were a little dull. Maybe a case of having too high of expectations going in, but the street corn pasta dish was very underwhelming. We wouldn’t have known what it was going for. Again, food was still delicious, maybe worth another shot to try the rest of the menu.
Cute little joint! The food was yummy- although I think I prefer all the dishes we had over the pork main dish. Aqua Fresca was tasty but it was small so I was sad.
We got the recommendation from a friend’s friend so we were very curious about this place before we made the reservation and went there. Parking is a little hard so really take your time to find the street parking. We made the reservation and arrived there 5mins before our reservation. Still take 15 mins until we got the table. The menu was very small but easy to navigate and make the decisions. It’s Mexican and Italian mixed restaurant so a lot of interesting choices. We had the pasta, mole and some other appetizers. They were good enough. The service was very good. Very friendly.
Lovely neighborhood spot that is an interesting blend of Mexican and Italian. Dishes made thoughtfully. Small plate concept - - even the pastas are small. Highlights were the sweet potato ceviche and Carne en Su Jugo. Service was attentive and warm. Decor is cozy. Reservations recommended.
Went to treat myself here, and I didn't have a reservation. They sat me in the bar, which had no room at all; you're bumping elbows with the person next to you & nowhere to set your bag. I didn't like the service because the bartender was entertaining/engaging with the people next to me. Considering that the kitchen would serve it one at a time, the bartender advised to order all at once -- it still came all together! It felt as tho I had to rush my first course to make room for the next dish. I got full way too fast, didn't get to enjoy my second dish, and took it to go. The food was amazing don't get me wrong. I highly recommend the Guajllo Poached Lobster!!
Call ahead to see if they're accepting walk-ins! Came for brunch and they're fully booked. Unfortunately, I can't post a review without rating the place. Trying to save everyone a trip!
The fusion idea was interesting and the food was ok. Their wine and drinks were really good. We came on a Friday (before Valentine's day), so the restaurant was really loud and busy. The servers were really nice, but we did get charged for an item that never came. Overall, I'd like to try this spot again, but when they're less busy.
I liked the idea of trying Mexican Italian fusion, especially in my own neighborhood, but this place was unfortunately underwhelming. All of our pasta dishes were cooked on the hard side. The white chicken mole lacked actual mole and was more like just baked glazed chicken (the flavors were fine, but it’s not mole. I expected some sort of sauce). I will say that the desserts were delicious (the abuelita tiramisu was excellent). The food took a long time to arrive though. The indoor seating, while looked quaint and nice, was too hot - there’s no air conditioning. Maybe the place will get better in time since it’s relatively new.
The portions were small and our main dish (chicken mole) was very dry. I also expected more for the atmosphere based on pictures. I would recommend the aguachile, but personally don't plan on going back
We came here for a birthday celebration on New Year’s Eve, so we expected things to be busy—but the seating situation really set the tone. They initially tried to seat five of us at a table meant for four, then had us stand outside in the rain while they figured it out. Unfortunately, we were still seated at a too-small table, and to make matters worse, water was dripping on me throughout the meal. Drinks took a very long time to come out, which added to the frustration. That said, the food was absolutely amazing and truly the highlight of the night. Huge shoutout to our server, Ivan, who genuinely made up for a lot of the ups and downs with great service, kindness, and professionalism. Without him, the experience would have been much worse.
The service was horrible. I had made a reservation for 6 a week beforehand, but, when we got there, they sat us at a table that was set for 4 and fit the 6 of us uncomfortably. With all of us sat there, there was barely enough space for the single dish we would share at a given moment. Because of this, each dish felt rushed, like we had to eat it quickly before the next dish got there. Overall, the servers weren’t welcoming. Aside from the service and the music being too loud, my family generally enjoyed the food. However, serving 6 people 4 corn tortillas for one dish and a single flour tortilla for another is kinda crazy.
I really wants to give this place more stars however the service was not good. The server serve food on our table without even telling us what was delivered and walk off right away. While we had fun playing guessing the foods game we thought that kinda rude to be such a rush. Atmosphere: The music was very noisy . Our table was so small ,it feels very cramp. If you are chubby ,the table I had was definitely not for you. Overall the quality of the foods i would give 1/5 . My steak delivered to me very cold and too salty. I really don't like cold steak so that was very disappointing. My husband also said that his foods was too salty. For 2 person dinner with one entree each came out to almost 200$. ( Without drink ) It's definitely overpriced for hole in the wall place with not so friendly service. We didn't order dessert. I was kinda bummed out that foods did not live up to my standard. Luckily there is a bar + arcade = barcode next door from this restaurant... The drinks, foods, service and atmosphere there was amazing Which made my night special.
A trendy restaurant that doesn’t care about hospitality because they have a line out the door thanks to social media We made a reservation to celebrate our anniversary. We show up, check in, and we had been waiting 25 minutes in the cold outside. We checked with the woman up front and she seemed confused, and said “oh they’re still getting the table ready.” We confronted her again after another 10 minutes and she admitted she lied and sat our two person table to another couple. She said she was trying to make it work and apologized and said the table wouldn’t be ready till 8:30. So an entire hour and 15 minutes passed our reservation. Couldn’t tell you how the food was but I won’t be recommending based off service alone. I’m sure they’re fine with that but it was pretty disappointing. To top of off, we called and spoke to the manager Alessandro and he cut my partner off and called him a liar? Completely disrespectful man talking over us and saying “idk what you want me to say.”
Was informed that they would not honor a dining passport discount. This is fine. However, they chose to inform me less than 24 hours before a reservation which had been booked a week ago. For a location lacking what I consider the bare minimum of courtesy, I am happy to give one star. Looking at other reviews, it seems that the level of service is generally lacking. Time and money are precious; my advice is to waste neither one here.
