My daughter has many food allergies and the manager Lana was so helpful with helping her pick what she could eat. The kitchen was nice enough to make her food from scratch. I highly suggest going here. They also have a very good breakfast buffet, also recommend. Very nice staff and hostesses.

Great breakfast buffet with lots of choices. When I arrived, I got seated right away and the staff were very helpful and friendly. They have a huge selection of different breakfast items from eggs, bacon, sausage, and other breakfast basics. All the food is hot, fresh and very flavorful.

Very good experience dining here. It is located inside Westin Bonaventure Hotel LA. We had breakfast here. The servers are very polite and attentive. Food was very tasty. We had Tofu and Egg Scramble , Cheese Omlette, and French Toast with coffee. Will definitely return to try lunch as well.

Service is acommodating bit not super observant. Served me tea with used teabags already in the kettle. Gross.

Came here the 27th of June we sat at a table a little far from the bar and asked for a drink but the server said that we we're too far and would have to move but next to use 2 guests were sitting equally away but the server had no problem getting them drinks from the bar very disappointed with he service.

A hotel eatery at the downtown Westin Bonaventure with good food, however be prepared for exorbitant hotel eatery prices. It's convenient however it's not for those looking for a reasonably priced meal.

Options were limited and juices cost an extra 9 dollars. Overall I wouldn’t eat the buffet again and definitely think you are better off looking into nearby local eats. I really wanted to like this buffet considering it was right within our hotel but unfortunately it didn’t meet the standards of the hotel itself which is quite disappointing.

We ordered two kid meals to go, planning to give my son one for breakfast and another to save for lunch. After I ordered, the manager and a staff took turn to harass me and my son on how we were not supposed to order two kid meals. I got really annoyed by this. If you don’t want customers to buy extra kid meals, why don’t you say it up front? Why would you accept the order and then complain to the customer AFTERWARDS? It all made me feel like they took me as a thief for this $7 meal while I paid $260 a night to stay here and just trying to get my son fed. Totally not worth it, this Westin is on our black list for future travels
