Laziz Grill is a popular spot for delicious, home-style Persian food. Customers rave about the friendly service, especially from Flora and the sisters who manage the restaurant. The kabob torsh and ash are highly recommended, though some find it pricey.

Tip: It's a convenient place for takeout, but they also have a small seating area. Try the Kabab torsh or the ash.

We have enjoyed lunch and dinner takeout and dined in, and all above have been great! You feel the good vibe at Laziz Grill. The team is welcoming and service minded. Their food are tasty, and the portions are generous. The ladies were kind and generous and offered us their tasty sholezard and didn't let is pay for it. We have tried many of their dishes and we will try the ones we didn't in the future. Thank you and wishing you continued success.
Love this place! Fresh, delicious, clean, fresh and again fresh😍. It’s famous for grab and go’s, however, have nice indoor and outdoor seating. We enjoyed the vibe and atmosphere. We had Tongue Sandwich, Koobideh Sandwich and noodle soup ( Ash Reshte). All were great and my favorite one was Tongue Sandwich. Laziz Grill is now on my favorite list in Westwood ✨
It isn't fancy, but the food here was the best Persian food I've sampled in LA, to date. I lived in Iran for 3.5 years and live on the east coast. There is only one decent Persian restaurant in my entire area. So, when I come to LA, I try to sample a different place each time since this is the home to so many Iranian expats. This is my 5th place, and really, for such an unassuming spot, it was great. The space is small, only a few tables and it looks like a deli/carryout...but do yourselves a favor and eat in -- the food comes out piping hot and tasty! The lovely women running the store were gracious and kind, and the food was delish. I will definitely be coming back here the next time I'm in LA!
When I visit Laziz Grill, I feel i am home and having my delicious mom foods. They have a wide variety of Persian foods, always fresh, cooked with love. I absolutely suggest this place if you are looking for a healthy high quality home made food.
It’s a convenient place to grab food and take out, but they had a small table also for dining, the lady she was working there her name was Flora, she was so sweet, she warmed up our food to dine there, also if you are not even persian they have a lot of international food, and vegan and vegetarian food also, the prices were good too!
Managed by 2 friendly sisters, the pomegranate soup and kabob Torsh is something else. The sitting area is limited and they serve some foods from the kitchen and they have also ready foods to go.
I had delicious noodle soup. Nice small and friendly shop. I will come back:)
Delicious Persian food (but quite expensive). The Kabab torsh is a must to try!
Its pretty good. Try it. I ordered ash, which is a soup with pasta and beans. Other ingredients. Grilled chicken is great. Clean. Herb Seasoning is great. Ill goo back to order more. Update; I am coming back as often as possible and the chicken kabob iss my go to item. And a cucumber salad, I can't remember the name but it's like a Pico de Gallo it has tomatoes onions but with cucumbers also.
Amazing food. Great staff. Healthy food made to order and prepared daily. Home made style. A must try in the area for the last 10 years

Amazing food. Great staff. Healthy food made to order and prepared daily. Home made style. A must try in the area for the last 10 years
We were craving ash on a rainy day and came across this place — it did not disappoint. The ash reshte was really tasty with that comforting homemade feeling, and the ashe anaar was absolutely delicious
Amazing Mediterranean food at Laziz Grill. It’s very gourmet and home made. The owner lady is super nice and gave us great service. Highly recommend them!!
I am from Chicago, stopped by and loved the food and customer service. Very friendly and welcoming restaurant. Highly recommend! Thank you for your service !
Delicious food and really reasonable prices. I had the barg and ghormeh sabzi and they tasted so yummy and home-made. Highly recommend if you're looking to dine in or order out.
I recently stopped by Laziz Grill in Westwood, and wow... what a great experience. If you're into authentic Persian food (or curious to try it), this place is a must. The menu has something for everyone whether you're a meat lover or vegetarian, you'll find plenty of delicious options. Everything we ordered tasted fresh and full of flavor, just like a homemade Persian meal. Honestly, every bite was amazing. The vibe was relaxed and welcoming, and the service? Super friendly and attentive. You can tell the staff really care about what they’re serving. Hands down, it’s a solid 10 out of 10 from me. I’ll definitely be back soon and bringing friends with me.
All around fantastic food. Lamb shank, Fesenjun and the tomato eggplant appetizer with egg whites were the big winners. Not much atmosphere but we went there for the food and it was worth the try. Good price point too.

Laziz Grill in Westwood is solid. I had the Lubia Polo and kabob—the kabob was excellent: juicy, well-seasoned, and had that perfect grilled flavor. The Lubia Polo, though, could’ve been better. The rice was a bit dry and lacked the depth of flavor I was hoping for. Still, the overall experience was good, and the staff was friendly. I’d come back, especially for the Kabab .

Nothing special according to their high prices . Food is not flavorful at all no aroma nothing taste like I can say it is Persian food!

I'm a returning customer, but my recent catering order for a party of 15 was a disaster. We received a meat dish instead of the vegetarian one we ordered, leaving a guest with nothing to eat. The next day, when I called just to inform them of the mistake, the staff was unhelpful and argued that it was our fault. Their complete lack of accountability was shocking. This is a huge disappointment and a significant drop in quality.
