🌮 🌟 Minas Tacos: Exceptional Dining Experience and Authentic Flavors I recently had the pleasure of dining at Minas Tacos and was thoroughly impressed by the outstanding quality of the food and the overall atmosphere. Culinary Highlights My order was a true testament to the kitchen's skill, featuring the crispy potato tacos and the shrimp tacos. A standout feature was that the tacos were served on freshly made, homemade tortillas, which significantly elevated the flavor. I also enjoyed the chilaquiles with red sauce accompanied by a perfectly seasoned side of Mexican rice and refried beans. To complement the meal, I had a refreshing cucumber agua fresca. Everything was superb and unequivocally delicious. I was so impressed, I even purchased a carne asada burrito to go! Service & Atmosphere Minas Tacos maintains an impeccably clean environment, and the customer service is top-notch, reflecting genuine warmth and professionalism. The atmosphere provided a relaxing and welcoming "homemade" vibe, making for a comfortable and enjoyable meal. Final Recommendation Minas Tacos is an affordable yet amazing dining destination. I wholeheartedly recommend this spot to family and friends looking for a high quality, authentic food experience, especially those who appreciate the touch of fresh, homemade tortillas.
This place is very tasty and reasonably priced. We had the #2 Breakfast, which is casamiento, Salvadoran style chorizo, 2 eggs, avocado, fresh cheese, and Salvadoran style sour cream and it was delicious, especially the chorizo, which was not greasy at all, very flavorful, and formed like a sausage. The casamiento is also very good and it comes with 2 very fresh housemade tortillas. We also had the Waffle Platter, which comes with 2 eggs, 2 bacon, and house potatoes, which was all perfect, and the waffle was exactly as it should be, thick but fluffy, and crispy on the outside. We had the bean, cheese, and pork papusa, it was perfect, and so was the salsa roja and curtido (cabbage slaw). We will definitely come back for the #2 Breakfast, that chorizo and casamiento, plus fresh tortillas was amazing, and so was the papusa. The person working was also very nice :)
Traditional Salvadorean Cuisine in the SFV✨ Our first time trying Salvadorean food at this family owned restaurant in Reseda. Carlos gave us some great recommendations so we ended up trying pupusas for the first time. It’s made with a homemade corn dough. It’s thicker than a regular corn tortilla and stuffed with ground pork and cheese. They have a variety of fillings. You can add salsa roja, a flavorful tomato-based sauce or habanero sauce. Served with Curtido, a tangy, fermented cabbage slaw. So crispy, cheesy and filling. It came burning hot - I could barely hold it. 😂 But, I would definitely order this again! ☺️ We tried Desayuno Típico, a traditional Salvadoran breakfast, which came with casamiento (beans and rice mixed together), Salvadorean style chorizo, fried plantains, 2 eggs, avocado, fresh cheese and Salvadorean style sour cream and homemade corn tortillas. My Salvadoran husband and I (Colombian) we pronounced this restaurant the best Salvadoran restaurant that we ever met, this is the place where I don’t talk, the flavor is on my mind, and my husband is grateful that I can enjoy the food this way so he can enjoy too. (Good service super friendly)
You guys need to come here to eat !!! The food is yummy and the staff is awesome and always make you feel welcome!!! Very nice place for families!! I love that they always play rock and espanol and if you lucky to see a chavo de locho show!!! ❤️
Really delicious breakfast! We tried the tipico and a couple of the pupusas - it was all super tasty, and service was great, we will definitely be going back!
Food was really good. Excellent customer service. Ordered mushroom & cheese pupusas, chicken empanada and sopa de res and homemade pineapple juice 😋
Great small restaurant. Really cool menu. I came for the crepes and ended up with the breakfast sandwich which I loved. Substituted fries for rice and beans. Delicious.
Excellent service and delicious food! This place was exactly what we were looking for!
Found this place by a chance and really enjoyed the great food and service! Go for Salvadorian breakfast and homemade tortillas! You wont regret it!!!

Not only was the food great, freshly made and worth every penny but the service was excellent! We would definitely recommend this place and come back often!
"Mamá Boni's serves up heartfelt, homemade dishes bursting with authentic flavors. The cozy atmosphere makes every meal feel like dining at a family gathering. Highly recommend for anyone craving genuine comfort food!"
Carlos is a great guy. Plus the food is delicious. His restaurant offers both a western and a Latino menu. The steaks are great too. I especially enjoy the chicken tamales. They are the real deal. Moist with plenty of meat and veggies. The masa is just right served in the traditional banana leaf for a perfect tamale. I bought a bunch for my physical therapy office across the street and the therapist all loved them. Carlos is an honest and hard working guy who offers an excellent menu with a smile. Check them out. You won’t be disappointed.
Owner and workers are very friendly and their service is great! They will get you anything you need . The place is very certainly very clean and spotless. The food is amazing especially the pupusas. All the ingredients seem fresh and everything handmade . I am very please with this place I will definitely come back !
Absolutely beautiful pupusas. I had the revueltas and the queso y loroco - perfectly proportioned for me. The curtido is crisp and delicious. I had the spicy salsa roja, which I was warned was bien brava, and I'm glad I did. I'm more a mild type, but the spicy was delicious and flavorful. My mother tried it and said "Me duele pero me gusta". Wonderful people and a clean, pleasant atmosphere. I look forward to trying everything on the menu.

Amazing food, everything is delicious and prices are fair. Service is exceptional and always attentive to your needs. Really enjoy the patty melt, super good and perfect as well as the papusas. Would eat here again
Surprisingly delicious homemade style food! the melon tasted so fresh and almost without added sugar. We found that the garlic shrimp was an excellent gluten free option. And the seafood soup was thick with ingredients. Would come back to eat that here again. Our group unanimously said that we’d eat here again! the sauce that came with my meat pay and revuelto was tasted kinda tomato like. And we enjoyed their pickled cabbage and tomato on the side. There were no prices on their menus so the total was on the higher end. But we felt it was worth the quality of their higher quality taste. Note: Paying through ZELLE was a little inconvenient because of the pending status. Around 2pm on Sunday expect really loud worship music pumping through the wall. their bathroom is marked as out of order but turns out that it works fine.

Food was really good. It took a long time for food to come out. Overall I would eat here again.
We went for breakfast. Good coffee, fresh pupusas. Really good curtido.
My vegetarian partner ordered the beans & cheese burrito and was served beans with chorizo by mistake. We were not offered non-meat version nor was it clearly called out in the menu. We would have appreciated the meal to be comped but it was not offered despite their apology. Food itself was delicious but the service took away 2 stars unfortunately.
My second time here , high priced , small portions , taste was moderate, had pupusas and sopa de pata . Sopa de pata was " pobre " other restaurants give you a nice heavy sopa de pata for the same less $

We got there 30 minutes before closing. The people siting down just starred at us while we waited for the waiter to come out. The cook look at me and rolled her eyes. I asked her if they were open and she just ignored me and looked at the other cook. Before she can tell me anything I said no thanks. This place smells like bad the atmosphere was dead. Would not recommend this location.
