I love this place so so much. It's my most fave taco stand. Also: WHAT is the red hot sauce that they send home with you?? Do they make it? It's so perfect (not the Tapatio!) Never can get enough of this place.

Okay so you want to taste L.A.? You must come to Tacos Delta. Very chill, outdoor seating and a huge menu. Prices are very reasonable. Just make sure you use the restroom at home because there are no facilities.

Hole in the wall taco place with picnic seating outside. I got a menudo con pata and it was very tasty. They chopped the meat off the bone so I didn't have to bite meat off a bone in front of everyone. Sometimes I like enjoying the bone and chewing on it, but we were out with people and I was happy not to be gross in front of them. Broth was well seasoned with the right amount of spice. Also, I appreciated they served it in an actual plate and bowl with metal cutlery so I wasn't struggling with plasticware. I don't enjoy a lot of hominy in my menudo but others might be disappointed. They gave me 3 tortillas on the side. If you have a craving for Mexican food and you're in the area this is a great option.

We've been coming for years. All three generations of our family call this spot their favorite place. Delicious, savory food, the best staff, and the most delicious coffee and horchata. There is only outdoor seating, but the vibe is colorful and ambiance is gorgeous. A plant landscape behind the colorful sun's and stars.

Seems like this place has gotten a lot more popular, compared to the first time I'd eaten here maybe 3-4 years ago. Great option for the usual Mexican food fares. I've always ordered the combination plates and have enjoyed all of them. Service is good, but parking is difficult if you're driving here.

Well this place was recommended to us by a friend. It is absolutely amazing, probably the best Mexican I have had ever. Had the chicken fajitas and some chips on the side (obviously I’m British). It is 110% worth a visit. The staff are lovey too!

There is no shortage of food choices in this same stretch of Sunset Blvd. but after reading mainly glowing reviews of Tacos Delta and mainly being a huge fan of fish tacos, I had to try this place. I didn't come away disappointed and will be coming back soon. I tried the Fish Tacos Delta Special and while I prefer grilled fish tacos over breaded/fried like it was here, it was still very good. The breading/fry on the fish was very light and the fish is a white fish, cooked really well and tacos are packed with it, no skimping on the good stuff here. I also chose the Chipotle sauce instead of Sour Cream, also very good. I only gave the Atmosphere score a 4 and this is no fault of the restaurant but being right on the street, Sunset, in Silverlake, which unfortunately more now than ever has become accustomed to homeless people, you may encounter them on your way or leaving the area. Highly recommend this place if you're craving Mexican.

What a fun dinning experience. The establishment is part outdoor with a pergola. It's beautifully painted blue with light poka dots. I had the fish tacos. The fish was sea bass. I also had the Birra. Both were excellent and I would go back again. This is how I wanted my tacos to taste like when I'm in Los Angeles.

Tacos Delta came highly recommended, and places that have a small storefront where you order through a window, and a long line tend to never disappoint. This was no exception. The burrito, tacos, quesadilla, and taquitos were all great as was the salsa. My only regret is not getting the chilaquiles as everyone else seemed to have them. I will be back soon to give them a try!

Nothing to complain about, delicious. Parking lot is small so you'll likely be double parked but the seating area is right next to it so just communicate with the other car people.

Stopped by Wednesday at 5:15pm to get some food. They advertise the best chilaquiles, shrimp, and fish tacos in town so I got the carne asada and carnitas tacos. Two of each tacos cost $10 for four total tacos. The meat was pretty hard and my jaw popped and temporarily dislocated. After a couple more chews on the other side of my mouth my jaw popped back into place. There’s no public restrooms so i guess that’s why they gave me a plastic fork. I had my water bottle so I washed my hands in the planters after eating. Since this place is on my way home from work, Id stop by again to try their shrimp tacos.

The shrimp tacos are impeccable. Absolutely incredible. Order the hard and soft, fried and grilled all truly delicious. 10 out of 10 highly recommend.

Tacos Delta was my first breakfast stop after landing and LA and it was the start of the Mexican for every meal craving. So delicious. My boyfriend and I had it two days in a row and brought a friend along for the second round. The burritos are huge and delicious. I’d never had chilaquiles before but I’m a believer now! Our buddy who came along the second day said the fish tacos were the best he’s ever had. All around delicious and amazing place. We loved the outdoor seating full of plants and color.

My family and I have ordered from here for as long as I can remember. Never been disappointed with a dish. I enjoy occasionally eating on their patio with friends, too. 5 stars for Tacos Delta, but 0 stars for the pickup crowd I’ve been seeing lately. Y’all gotta stop parking in what is clearly painted the red zone of the bus stop. The number of times I’ve seen a bus unable to pull up to the curb for passengers (let alone handicap and elderly) is depressing. Tacos Delta has a damn parking lot. You’re surrounded by residential streets to also park on. You have no excuse. Stop using the bus-stop and forcing the Abuelas in our neighborhood to cross a lane of street just to board their bus.

Found this little eatery which served Mexican food. Looked like a family run business. Their tacos were so good and tasty. Burritos too hot and fresh!! Nice little place to eat and hang out. Just by the street. I wanted the sour cream and Chipotle sauce off my taco. The lady happily obliged to the request. Definitely recommend them.

excellent tacos!!! originally came to the area to eat at a different restaurant but saw the wait and said nope. got a really quick lunch here and it looks like an unassuming stand but there’s a really nice patio in the back where you can sit and enjoy lunch. the fish tacos were super big and filling. the accompanying beans and rice were the perfect complement as well!

Best California Burrito in LA 💕 Chile relleno was bombbbbb. Tamarindo drink, tacos and rice n beans were also very tasty. Hard to find CA burrito in LA but this place hits the spot. 💦 Tacos Delta is less authentic Mexican and more güero style/TexMex but still good. Will def be back.

2 taco combo plate / 1 shredded beef crunchy taco, 1 shrimp taco, rice, beans - 5 🌟! LA has an endless sea of taco places and so many of them are amazing. Tacos Delta is a very worthy entry into the taco marketplace. Their menu is pretty traditional and features a lot of combo plates so you can find a meal that has your favorites or make your own combo from their a la carte choices. I love shredded beef and crunchy tacos and this one hit the spot. The shrimp taco was great with a squeeze of lime. The beams and rice are filling and full of flavor. They have a very lovely outdoor patio to go with their sidewalk counter style small space. There is some parking but not a lot and also if you drive past it, this is an area of Sunset Blvd that is hard to get turned around on. Great spot and great tacos!

Good food and friendly service at reasonable prices. It's a small operation with window service, but they do have a few tables in a covered area. They even have a very small parking area with a sign stating 30 minutes. Parking can be a problem in the area so their private parking was an appreciated feature and met my needs. I had a wet chicken burrito which was good and meaty although the topping sauce was used only sparingly (they only charge like $ 0.73 to make it a wet burrito). I also had they enchiladas verdes. It was good however slightly on the dry side. Overall I was happy and would come back.

In this Blvd., it's difficult to eat something casually. Silver Lake area has a bunch of restaurants such as fancy. Therefore, it's useful to stop by Tacos Delta before meeting a friend or walking around this neighborhood. I ordered Mexican Nachos, and it's fine. It was not magnificent Mexican foods, but still good! (I think when I stay in LA, my Mexican foods' criteria is more strict than other areas because LA has lots of nice Mexican restaurants. Sorry!) Some seats are available to eat their foods, so you can grab burritos there. I want to try fish tacos next time because my friend's fish tacos looked yum!

Great spot. The steak and carnitas tacos are solid. Meat is tender…could use a bit more seasoning but the salsa verde And rojo make up for it. The beans are very good! Will definitely be back soon.

Tacos Delta is one of Silver Lake’s small business taco Window-stand that serve eatery offering tacos, burritos & more for takeout, with covered outdoor seating. Its colorful and vibrant outdoor patio is very relaxing and an eye catcher. Their parking is very small but there is street parking available. Prices seem economically reasonable, and service is on point. It’s my first time trying this Taco Window Shop after passing by it for almost a decade. I had their fish tacos x chipotle sauce. It was good and decent in taste. Overall, I had a modest dine-in experience and enjoyed their tacos.

The search continues…

I went twice just to make sure but now I'm convinced they are overpriced and food is just okay. Ordered the steak chillaquilles. Steak was chewy, tough and underseasoned. I was expecting a lot more. They boast about being the best and they don't even get an honorable mention. The second time, I ordered the chicken, crunchy tacos with tamarind drink. Chicken was dry and again underseasoned. Drink was delightful but what am I gonna do with dry, old tasting chicken?! Customer service is always awesome. Parking can be a challenge. I don't think there is anything else to try. If you can't cook chicken and beef properly, I do not wanna try whatever else you offer.

$18 for a burrito seems a bit overpriced for this street spot but it was at least a decent burrito. The sit down area was cute!

another mediocre/subpar breakfast burrito. i ordered the egg & potato burrito. even with extra beans the burrito was small - barely any egg or potatoes. no rice at all, which was supposed to be included. because they offer unlimited salsa for the in-dining, i was surprised for to-go orders they had a limit of two salsas. and this was basic motor oil like salsa that came in tiny shallow containers. it’s as if tacos delta wanted my experience to be subpar. they only thing good to say: the refried beans were tasty. overall: fail.

Horrible staff working at night. If you are a person of African Descent they will treat you poorly and speak about you in Spanish as they overcharge you for poor quality food that they will deliberately give you because some of the people working there are ugnorant. To treat a person differently because of race or because you have staff that lacks integrity is never okay we spent 50 dollars for 2 burritos and 3 tacos They charged an additional dollar to put extra sauce on my burrito as if they gave is a side and the food looked like someone played in it. I have come in the morning and had a completely different experience. The guy that works at night is racist and I heard him speaking in Spanish about me and my other African American friend. I understand Spanish my dad is from Panama 🇵🇦 so I understood everything. I felt very degraded and had already payed with my card I will try and call today and get a resolution because I am completely dissatisfied

My chilaquiles were pretty good. Not maybe the best in the city, as they claim, but pretty good. From an environmental perspective however, it’s not great. The plates are all styrofoam, which is bad since it doesn’t break down and compostable plates are readily available. The cutlery is thick non-recyclable plastic - and this is all when you dine in…

If you are african American I wouldn't suggest you go here at night. They will overcharge you 1 dollar for extra chipotle sauce on your burrito. There was a guy that works at night he's extremely racist asked for no beans ans ectea chipotle on my burrito. Both came with beans they charged an additional dollar for extra chiptole inside of the burrito. I had a pathetic experience here that was absolutely racially motivated i actually felt word about the way I was being treated and recorded part of the interaction. It's important to get places like this the recognition they deserve. It's 2024 you can absolutely be racist just know that we have technology that can record and expose your Behavior. I'm actually glad he operated in that manner and treated me poorly even more grateful that I got it on film. Didn't follow instructions on my order have a reaction to beans.
