Got an uber eats promo code so I scrolled around and found the great white hut. I remembered seeing their souped up fries online and they were having a BoGO deal for the cheeseburger, fries, and classic fritas so I bought two cheeseburgers with egg and bacon add on, two fries, two classic fritas (fries w carne asada, feta, cilantro, garlic aioli) and chips and guac (so unnecessary with the amount of food we got). Omgggg we barely made a dent in one of the classic fritas after devouring our burgers. The guac we finished cuz it browns. The chips, fries and fritas will be tomorrow’s breakfast carb! Love finding new burger joints and glad I finally got to try the great white hut!

Surprisingly good food at this Lil' joint. They have a good selection of food items. I got the carne asada fries, and they were good. They have quesadillas, tacos and other type of food items. Sometimes the parking situation can be a hassle, they are behind Porto's, and maybe that explains the why of the parking situation. The seating is limited, but you can enjoy the food standing up. Enjoy the experience. Stop by and give it a try.

Had to be the worst customer service. I feel like I was annoying the employees. All I asked for (politely) was a fork. Whatever... The food was ridiculously good lol. Do yourself a favor, if you want atmosphere, and service with a smile, don't come here. BUT IF YOU WANT FOOD THAT WILL MAKE YOU RETHINK YOUR ENTIRE TASTE BUD HISTORY?! 20/10 the food is amazing!!! I suggest ordering at the kiosk or delivery.... If you don't wanna risk being insulted for existing. Hey Employees, if you don't like your job, you don't have to work there. You can literally leave and do something else. Edit: visited a second time.... I asked for salsa... The lady ignored me. I was the only person around. Food was basically close to heaven... But I could hear the lady and cook talking about me.. I was 4 feet away... This place is so small a Ford F150 could take it out and I would call it an act of God.

Review update: This place has changed. They used to be quick and friendly and clean. It’s a different vibe than it used to be. Most importantly, the food is always disappointing now. Sad. 2 Years Ago: This place is incredible. Great food, great experience. The fries are so good. Anytime I order food here, it’s the same great quality. Geo that works here is a cool guy too. The employees are attentive and friendly. My boyfriend and I often drive from downtown la to come to this location.

How average is this place? The burger was like a dryer, less sweetened version of In-N-out with a really raw gritty onion. The classic fries with carne asada, cheese, and dressing were soggy and overly sauced. Yes, the fries were fresh, but they were not crisp. The sauce and cheese were just overwhelming. I like animal style fries but this was not it. I didn't finish the fries. I can see the burrito being tasty however. A guy next to me had that, and I think that's what I shouldve ordered. Chalk this experience up to the most middling experience I've had in a while. It just didn't live up to the hype.

At the end of the day. I’d rather you tell me you’re out of wings than serve the shenanigans I received. ( uber eats order.) The burrito was good enough. Actual burrito sized burrito which was appreciated . “Spicy” sauce was more Smokey than spicy 2 out of 5 on the spice level. Got an order of wings and fries. Wings were mango habanero…. Spicy sweet . But nothing above Buffalo spice. HOWEVER they were thumb size. Could barely call it a wing!!! It’s insane. But I guess you get what you pay for… . I will give credit. They followed details in the delivery. ( accommodating extra sauce request).

Do not waste your money in this establishment . I was faced with the worst customer service. And was still expected to pay a 25% tip. Insane how places like this stay open. The food was horrible.

I usually love this place.I drive from far just for their food. Today was so disappointing.My fries were dark, cold and old.

Definitely wouldn't come here again.Rude people, food is not that good for the price they should not even make tacos cause they're the most nastiest tacos. I've ever tasted and I'm not exaggerating.

BEWARE OF THEFT AT THE GREAT WHITE HUT: I am writing this review after a very frustrating experience with the main cook at Great White Hut. I ordered four tacos, two chicken and two carne asada, that were sloppily wrapped in a single aluminum foil. Starving, I began eating the tacos and after eating my first one I realized I was only given three tacos instead of the four. Then, I immediately informed the cook that I was given three, but he firmly insisted that he, "had made them himself and had made four." He proceeded to slide the window in my face. Clearly, he thought I was not telling the truth despite eating the food in front of all the employees. Clearly, he thought I was not telling the truth, despite everyone in my group ordering food and not complaining. Clearly, he thought I was not telling the truth, despite everyone in my group agreeing that I did not receive my taco. Clearly, he thought I was not telling the truth because in all honesty, he was too lazy to make another taco. NEVER in my life have I received that type of treatment from someone in the food industry. Never mind the fact that I did NOT receive the food I paid for, the incredulous act of someone slamming a window in my face when I kindly asked them ONCE for the food I did not receive is anathema to me. I would be absolutely embarrassed if I owned a restaurant and an employee exhibited this egregious behavior. I strongly hope my review discourages you, the reader, to not eat at this establishment. If you still decide to venture to The Great White Hut, beware of thieves and lazy cooks.

Honestly? Zero out of ten. That burrito I just got looked like it'd been through a food fight—assembly all sloppy, everything smashed together like mush. Ingredients tasted off, and the presentation? Total disaster, like it rolled off a truck.

Ordered the Carne fries, as I do at most late night shops. Absolutely, without exception, the worst I've ever had. The sauce is exceptionally sour, the meat is low grade at best. The fries seemed cooked well but, the dish was completely inedible. The McDonald's down the street is better.
