This is the Starbucks where it all began for me. I was never a big starbucks fan but something about taking a break from work and coming to this location made all the difference. To say the least this is the place that got me really into matcha tea. I might have ordered it by accident the first time but after that that's the only thing I would come for. And even more so my crave matcha anywhere else after the experience I had here. Even to this day I get matcha at any Starbucks.

My expectations for this downtown Starbucks were disappointing. There are no tables where you can drink coffee and have a snack. I understand that this was done to prevent visitors from lingering inside Starbucks, but I had to wait for a person and I had to wait leaning on the windowsill. The music is playing very loud. If you want to just grab a coffee and go, this is for you, but it's not my kind of Starbucks. There are no comments about the taste of coffee ) And the “icing on the cake” for me was that they do not allow you to use the toilet, but direct you down the street. I do not recommend this Starbucks (((((

Staff is great and the Starbucks is a very clean location but the only issue I have is with the restroom. It's clean and well kept however there is only one and there is almost always a long long line because of the location. People who are shopping in the area who aren't currently purchasing something are always using the restroom which is problematic because there is only one. This place would benefit from a second restroom.

Staff is great and the Starbucks is a very clean location but the only issue I have is with the restroom. It's clean and well kept however there is only one and there is almost always a long long line because of the location. People who are shopping in the area who aren't currently purchasing something are always using the restroom which is problematic because there is only one. This place would benefit from a second restroom.

It's hard enough to run a friendly bucks in the burbs I'm sure, this busy little downtown corner spot does the best it can. The crew is friendly and fast. The standout is Kim, she really makes an effort to go the extra mile for her local customers. She manages that store with grace.

This is my 3rd time visiting this location while shopping downtown and sadly this location has missed the mark every time. Something is consistently off with these drinks in comparison to other Starbucks locations. Maybe some additional Quality and customer service training would help.

First time in this store and you have sign saying please leave us a comment about our store service. My wife and being walking for hrs around and we decided to get a drink and she asked for the code to the restroom. The lady with the had sorry we don’t have restrooms for patrons. When actually see the sign and the caution for wet floor. Her attitude sucks she responded so quickly like we were bothering to ask. No sign outside the door saying no restrooms available.

I ordered my coffee and breakfast here expecting a certain level of business, but unfortunately, they don’t have a restroom. With six employees working 4–8 hours each, they want customers to believe there’s no restroom available. Very disappointing—I won’t be coming back.

I then proceeded to order my blonde roast with heavy cream on the side . Next, I asked for the bathroom code so I can use their facilities to wash up my hands . I was told that there are no public restrooms in the Starbucks. I have never experienced that in the United States or in any other foreign country that I travel to from a Starbucks location . I can see the restrooms were there, but apparently they do not let anyone use them . I was very disappointed, canceled my order and walked out Went to a local French pastry and coffee shop just a half a block away . I went across the street to Paris baguette My experience was the exact opposite, and their coffee was even better than I ever expected

So, my husband and I went into this starbuck, and asked if we can use the restroom, and my husband took out his money to buy something and the girl in the counter said "Sorry no, we have no restroom available here" I could not belive it, my husband buys their food all the time, and reading others complain they were denied bathroom access is no excuse. No one should be denied a basic human need anywhere. Don't waste your money, starve them to death of their business because that's how they treat their customers, how disgusting. Looks like someone should sue them again 🤢🤮
