Ordered a veggie burrito through delivery service today. The burrito completely fell apart as I opened the foil and it is mainly filled with guacamole. Thankfully I love guac, but it’s so much it feels like an employee must have been playing a practical joke? I’ll never know sadly, but I do wish they would have included more chips.

It was tasty and certainly seemed fresh. Fresh grown fresh cooks fresh put together, sadly in the world today the chances of getting good value for dollar are pretty slim. At least at this place I was full enough when I left.

I’ve gotten pickup from here multiple times. The food is good and the service is fine. I’ve gotten the chips and guacamole in the past and have always gotten nice, whole chips in the bag. This time the chips were all crushed. They looked like the leftover chips. I was bummed because I wanted to use them to scoop up some rice, beans, and guacamole. But, they were way too small for that. Not sure why they filled my bag up with leftover tortilla bits…. For the price I am paying for chips and guacamole I should receive full sized chips. I hope management sees this and finds a way to make sure everyone receives a bag of full sized chips.

Wow. I open my bowl excited for my lunch. And I can already see the bottom of the bowl. There wasn't enough of anything. The rice was old and crunchy. Being gluten free and having only a select places to eat. I was highly disappointed.

The food was good, but in terms of hygiene it wasn't the best. The servers had disheveled hair, and the ones with facial hair weren't wearing a beard guard and it looked overall unhygienic.

I was one of 3 people in line at 7:45pm. There was one girls making the food and ringing up customers as well as handing out pick-up and delivery orders. She was very nice and polite, out of the 5 or 6 people there, she was thebonky one focused on the customers. According to Google this place closes at 11pm, maybe the hours are incorrect but it looked like they were pre-closing over 3 hours in advance. They majority were focused on walking around, talking and cleaning whilst leaving one person to serve the customers. Absolutely unacceptable. I did not get the girls name who helped me, but I tried to tip her individually and she said it has to go in the jar, but no one else was helping or doing anything. Terrible atmosphere, and terrible service except for one person. Which is why I have it a 3. Otherwise it would have been a 1 or 0. Especially for the small portions and high prices for basic beans rice and a tiny bit of protein. I wish there was a better run location near me. I hate to say it is because they are using high school kids with no supervision, but the girl that helped me looked very young, but she seemed like a very good employee and hard worker. Thank you for not slacking off like everyone else around you.

Yet the bar wasn’t keep clean, the warmer isn’t filled or if trying not to put any food cause they’re not busy they shouldn’t leave the empty ones there cause it looks dry and really is a bad presentation. Like what I said there were only two people to be served one was just talking to the one customer and me. I waited a while so I just left. To the owner of this location you have cameras use it. Don’t over staff your store when it’s not necessary.

There was a specific person here who served us, (young with a nose piercing) extremely rude for no reason, i asked a question and got an eye roll…I understand people have bad days but there is no reason to take it out on customers that have nothing to do with their problems…never coming back again, I don’t recommend!

After nearly 45 minutes of waiting, my delivery order was cancelled. I contacted Chipotle support and they refunded me but I had used a reward and they told me they weren’t going to give me the points back for the reward I used. 700 points and multiple purchases down the drain as they “decided” to not refund my points and give me credit for the reward I used. This is hardly the first time I’ve had a bad experience with deliveries through Chipotle. Multiple times I’ve not received the right order, I’m missing items, and this is the last straw for me. 45 minutes of waiting just to have the order canceled for no reason and they won’t properly refund me? I won’t be ordering again that’s for sure.

Everything here is pretty dirty. The tables and their counters clearly have not been wiped in a long while. Even the bowl I got and the lid itself had sauce on it, didn’t look like any sauce or liquid from anything I had ordered either. The food they had out was mixed in with the other stuff like the sour cream had lots of corn in it. The worst part worst they gave so little food. I know so many chipotles have a problem with little portions but I’ve never been to a chipotle this bad. It was like 1/3 of what I get at other chipotles.
