Was Kunden über WPizza sagen
WPizza at LAX offers decent, albeit pricey, airport pizza. The thin crust pizzas, especially the Wild Mushroom and Spicy Chicken, receive praise for their taste and freshness. However, customers frequently cite high prices, slow service, and inconsistent quality as drawbacks.

Got the roasted mushroom pizza. Tasty and hot off the oven. Expect about $20 per pizza. Service is almost non existent because you order and pay through a QR code. Not a problem - that's just how most things are now. Super fast and casual. Seating is very come as you go.
The women working at Wolfgang Puck Pizza in Terminal 6 were really nice. The italian pizza was top notch!
Great tasting, thin crust pizza. Got fast food airport, i think they are quite good. The man who took my order was rather impersonable, also when hehe brought the pizza to my table, but i was very pleased overall. I had the mushroom pizza and it was great. I'll definitely be back the next time i pass through terminal B.

Fresh enjoyable pizza, about 20 dollars a pop, margarita and spicy chicken pictured here. If you have an appetite, maybe worth ordering two like i did, as i prob still would have peckish after just one.
"I ordered a Wild Mushroom pizza and a Coke at Wpizza in LAX, and the total came to $29.54, which felt quite pricey. However, compared to my experiences at other airports, the quality and taste of the food were definitely better. The pizza was fresh and flavorful, which made up for the cost. It’s a self-service spot, but overall, I was satisfied with my meal."
Was only trying to find a place to spend couple hours till my connecting flight's departure, but unexpectedly to find out Wpizza makes great pizza !!! Their margarita pizza was probably the top 3 margarita pizza I've ever ate, the tomato sauce, oregano, and mozzarella cheese perfectly blended and melt right into your mouth
Food was fantastic, nice soft stringy cheese that just melts perfectly in your mouth. Very few seating though and the only food place I'm this section of the airport so you might not get a seat.
For an airport brick oven pizza I was pleasantly surprised! (This is a 4 out of 5 for airport pizzas… It wouldn’t be fair to compare them to a local restaurant) It did taste slightly greasy but the WP sausage with fennel was incredible! I went on a Monday at 10 am so it wasn’t busy so I can’t speak to the level of service is there was a line and how fast the service would be. If you want a thick crust, this probably isn’t your place.
Ok for the people who loves Italian pizza, making thing fresh, wait time is always around 2mins pls so plan accordingly
Had the spicy chicken 🐔 pizza 🍕 - it was delicious and real spicy! Worth the 15 min wait. Don't bother trying to convince the staff to take your order, just scan the QR code and order. Great dinner, considering that you are at an airport 😁 BTW, the beer 🍺 is from the bar next door 😉
Pizza was good, not bad. Service is nice and polite. Waiter was polite and helpful. Ambient so so but in the end we were on airport.

Nobody buying anything. Just taking the seats of potential customers.
You can get better, but you can't spend more. The experience: I like the kiosk ordering. Was disappointed that the difference between "Eat In" and "To Go", was simply packaging. It's counter pickup either way. The food: This pizza is crust forward, followed by sauce, toppings and cheese were pretty skimpy. This would be fine if it was a great crust. It reminded me of Irish soda bread. Unless you're just dying for some pizza, eat elsewhere.
The worst thing about LAX Terminal 6 is how few its dining options are due to its small size. I ordered BBQ chicken pizza. With general pizza standards, it was meh. But for an airport pizza it was actually pretty OK.
got the roasted vegetable pizza. it was alright, crust was hard as a rock though. taste-wise, definitely not worth the $20 but it’s a filling portion.
The pizza was very good. However, I would say this place is self serve. There is no one to interact with but, at least a human makes the pizza. The location is nice and the bartender at the bar is great. I really enjoined the Pizza and IIPA. I would come back, the pizza is quick and good.

Ordered a spicy chicken pizza and it was okay, a 6.5/10 typical good to grab airport pizza so the taste was not bad. However I do have issues with the attitude of the 3 women working here on 04/02/23 at around 01:15. They never answer any questions politely or reply in an absurd rude manner. Suggestion to the owner/franchise owner or the manager - Train your employees properly so that they know how to speak with their customers . Honestly no one wants to deal with an impolite rude employee working behind the counter, thank-you.
Seems like this place is new. The pizza was ok. The crust was good but everything was very soggy so I had to eat the pizza with a fork. Not what I was hoping. Also I though that the adjacent bar was part of this restaurant, but it was not, so I had to order an overpriced drink separately.
I can confidently say that Wolfgang Puck has never eaten here, much less cooked here. The food is not that great... my pizza was undercooked... and served on a cardboard plate.... but at least it was expensive! The service was friendly enough when I sat down, but about 15 minutes later, it turned into a loud announcement that the kitchen was about to close. Then the whole place shut down, with the staff actively sweeping up while customers were still finishing up their costly meals. I had some time to kill before I could check into my flight. This was a good place to stop by for a beer, but you can just go ahead and skip the pizza.
Pizza did not have toppings as described, missing feta and cherry tomatoes. Dough had thick layer of flour on edges. You have to use digital kiosk to order. Had to ask for cups for fountain drinks while employee was texting and not paying attention to orders.

One person working the counter, prepping food, and cooking. Order was made wrong the first time, but the counterperson did not agree however, they remade it anyway and made it wrong again. Even though this says it’s Wolfgang Puck you can only order pizza here, you have to go to a different counter if you want to order sandwiches or salads. Drinks is yet another counter that you have to go too. The setup is ridiculous, unfriendly, and noisy. The food is overpriced and mediocre.
Our $26 margherita pizza was horrible. The crust was so burnt that it was impossible to eat it. The tomato sauce tasted like tomato paste. I would not recommend this place at all. It appears to be the only place though, to eat in the check-in area.
Their pizza tastes worst than the frozen pizzas you get at the grocery store. $25??? For a CRAP PIZZA??? Please don’t eat here.
The price is a crime, for a small Pizza on a damn cardboard plate. I only at there because I was starving. If you‘re the owner reading this: I get the you want to make money, but what about doing something valuable for Society instead of scamming people.
1 dollar per bite, worse than mediocre pizza with questionable service. Avoid at all costs - pizzas run $19 per personal pizza and are made from low-end ingredients. Only dousing it with ketchup made it edible. I'm surprised Wolfgang Puck would ever be okay with associating his name with anything like this. I sincerely regret ordering my dinner here.
Simply Awful. Firstly the bar service was almost non existent..not even a greeting just a napkin dumped in front of us. Eventually order taken then bar man dissapeared for about 25 minutes leaving many patrons confused. Food eventually arrived requiring us to go pick it up ourselves from other side of restaurant. Thought the average service could be redeemed with great food. Wow was I wrong, simply the worst tasting pizza I've ever had. Has anyone ever had a slice of pizza then not wanted to continue eating it, this was that pizza. The best part? For 2 beers and 2 personal size pizzas, $106 usd..absurd.
They handed me an ‘old menu’ with the price for the pizzas around $2usd cheaper which is a lot for someone not from the us. They then wouldn’t give it to me for the price my menu said. So strange how American can get away with that. I understand it is an airport and it is overpriced but making someone pay even more then the price given to them on the menu is a joke. Apologies don’t mean anything when you don’t change anything. Wouldn’t recommend. Eat somewhere else and don’t support a business who don’t care.
Literally LITERALLY the worst pizza money can buy. I wasn’t expecting anything great but this was just inedible. Super thick crust with no cheese and too much sauce. Wolfgang did not cook this. 😡
Overprized! $130 for 3 pizzas and a sandwich. The food was average, it wasn’t bad.
Workers were nice although would not/couldn't take an order and sent me over to a computer screen. I ordered a meatball and mozzarella pizza, I received a giant cracker with tomato soup. There were only 3 lumps of cheese that I could find. Meatballs were very meh. I expected something much better, Wolfgang you should be ashamed to have your name associated with this travisty of a restaurant.
Entered hoping to order a pizza for lunch/dinner prior to our flight's check in opening and was refused service and told was told by staff to either leave our suitcases outside (one of the biggest rules at the airport being dont leave your luggage unattended?) or to go elsewhere because we had our suitcases with us. This was before check-in for our flight opened so we had no other choice but to carry our bags with us. What airport resturaunt doesn't allow you to have a suitcase with you? especially when it's located before baggage drop?
Only restaurant available within walking distance and it's closed at 8pm. Great
This is not pizza. It’s a loose leaf sheet of paper with one piece of cheese and light toppings
This location was plagued with failures by the staff. staff stopped between every pizza to step away and check their phone. After this slowing service down, the pizza was incorrect and undercooked. This is a margherit that should come with Basil, with red onions added. No Basil with red bell pepper was added instead. This looks like a crime scene because of the extraordinary amount of red sauce added attempting to overcome any other mistakes not immediately noticed. This was sad, expensive, and delayed, with only the plane I needed getting ready to leave saving the employees from forcing a chargeback for this.
This weird little pizza took 33 minutes to make- With four people working and not a high volume of customers. I never leave bad reviews but this feels like a ripoff.

Chicken pesto sandwich so dry and flavorless. At least the bottled Diet Dr Pepper is good. I should have gotten food next door at Hudson News.
Do not eat here. You’re asked to tip before your meal, the only reason I think this place stays open is because it’s the only sit down restaurant on the outside security area in terminal 4. After a long flight I sat down at an available table that had a menu on it. The only waiter approached my table only to tell me to get up out of the chair because this comfy padded chair belong at another table. Then I was made to use a hard one. I then asked if he was taking orders and was directed to the clerk less cashiers desk. After placing my order, and tipping I was asked my name. They called my name at the pick up counter. When I gave it I asked if one of the two sandwiches was mine and repeated my name (that she had just called again). Was then told I needed to show her my receipt. Back to my table I went again. I presented my receipt which she looked at then pushed the plate towards me. I asked her for my receipt back and she stood there ignoring me for a good three minutes while talking to her coworker. So I finally leaned over and snatched my receipt back. Then she acted like somehow she was wronged. The roast beef sandwich I ordered was flavorless on burnt bread. The chips were stale. The only good thing was the pickle. Needless to say l paid almost $30 for a pickle. The rest fed the landfill. The table next to me was complaining of flavorless burnt pizza too! Don’t waste your money.
If there was something lower than a one star is what this place deserve - all because of CARLOS who is one of the employees here in as so very arrogant, rude and rough when communicated with me a customer who was looking at their menu and the sandwiches they had ready in the counter - he finger pointed me and motioned for me to go to where he was at the counter - as if I was his slave to command. And when I told him that he should talk or communicate with customers in that manner - with a higher tone and aggressively argued with me and said that he did care about the customers opinion like mine because he does work for us. I hope the management of this place would see this and fire out this man who will bring your business down: if he was not having a good day given that it was only 7:30am he should have just gone to work - these type of people works in an industry that deals with people/customers - they should have good at least if not very good people relations skills.
This place because of Carlos should get a rating lower than a one star. He shouldn’t be talking or communicating with customers arrogantly, rudely with a behavior that’s so rough. He himself have said after I confronted him and told him that should nicer to people and not to talk to people that way - he replied and said he didn’t care for opinions of customers like myself because he does not work for us. For people who works in this type of industry - if they woke up not feeling or woke up on the wrong side of the bed - and does not feel like he could deal with people - it’s better that they just don’t go to work - - you work in a customer service business - you should at least have good people skills if not exemplary/very good. I hope the management of sees this and will act on this - save your business - for out this person and hire people who really want to work and are willing to do the work - CARLOS JUST WANTS TO GET PAID BUT DOES NOT DO THE WORK EXPECTED OF HIM.
Context: bought a chicken pizza, a soda, and a coffee, and paid 18% tip. Experience: 1. Greed: after all the purchases and tip, asked for a cup of hot water to warm milk for infant, was told a cup of hot water costs $2.5. Made the ridiculous purchase and asked for a second empty cup, was told it costs $2.5 more. Great business model, thick profit margin (arguably better than drug trafficking). Good luck with your IPO. 2. Racism: The pattern I noticed is that they bring food to the table for certain ethnic groups and only call names for other ethnic groups (under the sam condition: family customers with kids). 3. Food: overcooked pizza crust that can cut your mouth. An industry-precision level of thin layer of sauce and cheese. Trace amount of chicken. It would be an insult to compare the food quality here with an average fast food joint. Summary: I bought a table for my family at a busy airport. Food and service? What are you talking about?
Our flight out of LAX was delayed 3x and the airline provided us with meal vouchers. We chose to eat at Wolfgang and order pizza, but ultimately left and opted to stand in a line to wait to be seated over more immediate service at Wolfgang due to the complete disregard and unacceptable behaviour of the staff working here. We could not place orders using the digital self-service menus because we had to redeem vouchers. I approached the counter and moved a dirty pizza plate to the side so that we could order. The staff member working shouted at me that the plates go somewhere else. I told him that it isn't mine and that I want to order. He rolled his eyes, shook his head, and went off to do something else as a lineup formed behind us. My partner eventually caught his attention again and told him we have meal vouchers. He dismissed us and told us to go to the other location. I don't get paid to keep your counters clean or put away other people's plates. You do.
Bad experience here with Carlos March 1, 7:30 am. He doesn’t know the proper way in talking with the customers. He is rude. To the management please let this person proper manner and conduct. Thanks
