My mom ended up getting mozzarella sticks and my cousin went on and said she "had my mom's back" the person who I'm suspecting put them in told us that they were in there. They were, my cousin didn't hear that though and ended up telling her that she better not spit in her food because she's "from the ghetto". Man, when did BK become the IT SPOT for teens? TVs everywhere, games on the tables, this place had it all. I'm fairly positive my Impossible Burger was a beef burger, but otherwise it was pretty nice!

They are clearly going out of their way to make their dining room a draw. A bunch of TVs and video games at the tables. Never been to a BK that did that so I can only presume it's related to the super close competition??

What a nice lady at the drive- thru speaker.. so helpful with all of there specials. When i got to the window looks like she might if been the manager.. either way the next lady was pleasent and smiled.. This is a nice Burger King. There are TVs all around the place, which I found odd for any fast food joint, but it is nice to have something to look at, even if a third of them are spamming the BK ad network, trying to hook me in to buying food, while eating food I just bought from them. This place was clean, bathrooms were fine, and we walked away full and happy, so there ya go.

Went to get 2 large whopper meals using my coupons, and even though they were expired coupons, they still accepted them. My food was hot and made fresh, and the young person at the drive-thru was pleasant and courteous. I enjoyed not having to cook for my husband and myself. We took the food home and watched a movie and enjoyed our meals.

Really good service, open and clean environment. My food is always fresh. However there is one thing I’d like to bring up to the management, your Night Shift youngster crew tends to ignore customers and go on about their conversations (which I’m sure is much more important than doing their actual jobs…) kept seeing a tall fella and a short girl giggling. I know the actions of a few people are not a reflection of the business as a whole, but this happens way too often and something needs to be done about it.

This king's location is super slow.... But the people are super super nice and they are keeping the place super clean. That made up for the long wait.

Shiny and newly updated This King was above average. The green burrito (mine was chicken) was worthy of a mom and dad kitchen operation. They have a state of the art soft drink machine with touch screen selector and a wide selection. I chose sugar free Seagram'sginger ale, and it dispensed a cold fizzy drink which just as I recalled from decades ago. Making choices was fun. This store is a good place, and we will most likely plan on dropping in on trips from the south bay to Fresno or Yosemite.

The food was delicious but the actual eating area was quite dirty and they could have went down those little screens for the games so that's about it the food was delicious everything was great it was just that some stuff was dirty the tables were covered in Old barbecue sauce or ketchup in the floor seem like it hasn't been mopped in a wood while and I know they mop it every day but still they could at least have some maintenance during the work day

Good food & fast service! Only 4 stars cause they forgot to charge me for a large fry. They added it to my order at the window but after I already paid and was looking at my reciept.

Prices were Fair inside restaurant was fairly clean the bathroom was a little unorganized. The staff definitely needs some customer service classes. Aside from being rude they also took their sweet time coming to take my order beans that I was the only person inside of the restaurant and that there was nobody else in the line at the drive-thru. But aside from their customer service skills all in all it was not a bad place to eat and I love that they had their little Burger King crowns.

How do they expect you to want to eat in the dinning room if the trays are so full of grease that when you pick up your tray you have to wash your hands. Try washing the trays once and a while!

Their intercom system was broken last time we were there and manager walked up to our car and demanded a coupon for my order even before she knew which car was which, she was extremely rude when I explaained to her that I didn't have a coupon and just walked away without apologizing. Will never go back to this location!

the meal was fine, but while i was there various customers had order complaints. the staff seemed to be very rushed yet not very much was being done. the problem seems to be that the staff has trouble communicating with each other. Despite the long waiting times for meals, the facility has quite clean restrooms and eating area. i do wish that nex time i dine hear the orders and staff will be to perfection.

I was charged incorrectly called in to speak with the manager and the lady on phone would not give me her name. To top that off she hung up the phone after refusing to give it to me. Chicken tenders were not hot and juicy they were dry and they had been sitting for a very long time ordered two orders of the two tacos but we ordered two orders of that and only got one and we waited and we waited yeah not a good experience

11/5/21 ordered a ham,egg and cheese croissant. the ham was suspect but i ate it, well 2 hours later what didn't come out of the bottom came out of the top. and i mean rushing like a roaring river.

Me and my wife just left this place. I have no words for this restaurant anymore. It was dirty disgusting. Almost every table was dirty. Like it hadn't been cleaned for more then a week. The bathroom were really dirty and smelly. Also very bad customer service!!! Unless this place improves I won't be going there for a while.

The last time I went there inside to order I was shocked how dirty the restraunt was. I placed my order while I was waiting standing at the counter I looked down at the floor where they were cooking my food and it was filthy dirty. There was fries , buns, paper and spills every where. Under the tables where they were making the fries and hamburger' s there were garbage and old food everywhere on the floor. I asked for the Manager. When she came to the counter I said this place is disgusting I can't believe how dirty it is. I said I would like to have my money back I don't want to eat anything from here ever again. She gave me back my money and I left. I don't see how the Health Dept. has not shut them down.

My wife and I both bought the same chicken sandwich and they gave us the wrong order. Tried calling them, no answer. Of course we are them we were hungry. Went to the store to talk about it and the manager said nothing we can do about it. Bring the food back and we can fix it. Other then that your out of luck. Won't go there again.

This burger king has ZERO flavor in its whoooer. Its tastes like they took a cooked burger preserved in water and microwaved. There is zero flavor, definitely NO flame broiled taste...you mind as well have covid while eating this burger. It its weren't for the onions, its like tasting cardboard.

Slow service. If 2 people are in front of you in line, expect a 30 minute wait and unapologetic employees. A small, mediocre breakfast biscuit and a burger costs about 13 dollars. That's without fries and drinks. Ridiculous. Never going back.

Bad experience, went thru drive thru and fry's were cold, I order the chicken fry's also and they were dry out and hard, not edible. Call Burger King which was in Los Banos, it was only to leave a message, so I did with my name and number. No return call or anything saying were sorry for taking your money for food that was not good. Very disappointed, I also had a chicken sandwich #8, which sandwich was good. Husband had a fish sandwich and was not please. Food looked like it was cook and sat out to long, but they still decided to serve it. I do not recommend this place to stop and eat.

The most disfunctional Burger King I've ever been to. We've been waiting an hour and a half and they still haven't finished our order. The drink machine was also broken. No one seemed to know what the hell they were doing. I haven't even waited for the food to finish my review, but I don't have high hopes.

I think our order was given to somebody else. We were passing thru and were on a time limit. After watching as everyone after us go their orders, I went up and said something. Nobody offered compensation for the error, we will not be returning to this location.

This was my 2 second time going to Burger King cause I rarely go there. Let me tell you this will be the last time I come here. I waited 30 minutes just for my order. I only ordered 2 things and it took that long. Like c’mon man! And the workers are slow and just talk only one was really working trying to send the food out. To sum it up they need better workers and not take 20-30 minutes just to get your food.

Terrible customer service. 5 minutes in the drive thru without moving. Backed up and went in. Ordered from a friendly guy at the counter. All the other employees were slow moving, chatty and unapologetic. 10 minutes later, I hear them realize that they hadn't made part of my order. When I asked for my money back instead of waiting, they took another 5 minutes to figure that out but had nothing to say about their failure, the manager said NOTHING to me, except for me to swipe my card for the refund, until I asked her about that... I suppose it could've been worse but I won't go back.

I put in a mobile order thinking I could get in and out really quickly, but I ended up getting stuck in the drive thru line for over 30 minutes. I have no clue what the hell was going on but this was insane, they couldn’t even let the cars through and park them on the side like most other fast food places do to keep the line moving. I’ve been a Burger King truther for a long time now and this is my last time going to one, I couldn’t even eat my food with how upset I was.

Well first of all their customer service was really bad they were very dishonest with giving me the corporate phone number and their ice cream machine it always out of service. It's like they don't care to fix it. And it's part of the reason we go to Burger King eat there then have desert which is an ice cream cone. But knowing that their ice cream machine is out of service I choose not to eat there. Corporate needs to get it together, I can't blame the employees most of the time it's just corporate so I choose not to buy at this particular Burger King restaurant because its been 3 months and there ice cream machine keeps being out of service Maybe after they see this things can change for the best. I can't call because there employees gave me the wrong number or some phone number that keeps hanging on me. Nice customer service Burger king corporate.

I went to the Los Banos Burger King and they used to have a sign on the front of the building and at the drive thru section that stated " SAVE YOUR COUPONS THEY NEVER EXPIRE " so I made it a point to collect and save all mine and anyone elses Burger King coupons and I would also go into the restaurant and get some from the cashier's. That all being said I go to use my coupons and I get told that my coupons are no good and they won't honor them. I told them that the sign they had up a while back said to " SAVE YOUR COUPONS THEY NEVER EXPIRE " I told them that I even took a picture of the sign on their building. They still denied my coupons and basically wasted all that time all those days collecting BURGER KING coupons. They clearly did false advertising and lied on their big sign. I was a huge fan of BURGER KING for many many years but I probably won't be coming back that much anymore.
