Super helpful and friendly staff👍 Gelato 😋😋😋 Nice private seating in the back. Very quiet and peaceful. If you are undecided on flavors, they can do a half and half mix of different flavors so you can taste them both.

First time here and tried the Oreo Joe, I was blown away by how good it was! Definitely look forward to coming back. In addition to Gelato, they have smoothie and coffee options. Limited seating inside.

People assume that I love coffee flavored gelato because I drink a lot of coffee. I’ve never had a cup of coffee for the taste, that’s why I don’t understand the concept of decaf coffee. It’s like having a non-alcoholic vodka shot…what’s the point. I drink coffee in the morning because I need it. The same way I need advil when I have a headache. I’ve never thought about getting advil flavored gelato. I’m sure a smoker wouldn’t want tobacco flavored gelato…unless it actually had nicotine in it. Anyway, I ended up getting Oreo flavor, it was delicious.

Amazing hide away during the heat of Oct. helps with the Smokey weather too! Michael and the team has managed the shop amazingly even during the pandemic. The staff is friendly, the smoothies and gelato delicious and the environment very safe and clean. Must try in Los Gatos if you got a sweet tooth!

This place is amazing! As an avid coffee ice cream lover, the nut/coffee based gelatos are delicious. Located in a very quaint neighborhood with nice outdoor seating, it’s a great place to stop by in the afternoon. The staff is very generous with samples of the different flavors, and is very generous with the portions of the purchased ice cream as well.

Cute place to grab a gelato or sweet dessert after dinner. Location is conveniently a short walk from local restaurants. Has a nice selection of flavors to choose from, Oreogasim is a favorite. Sizes look small but you really don't need a huge portion to satisfy the craving. Seating area inside is cozy, window seats are great for watching traffic while savoring your dessert. There is a small patio in back that is quiet and shady. Service was quick and helpful.

The vibrant flavors, such as raspberry and mango, are incredibly refreshing and make for a perfect treat. While the products are outstanding, the service at Dolce Spazio could use a bit of fine-tuning. On a busy day, the staff can appear slightly overwhelmed, which may lead to longer wait times. Additionally, there were moments when the staff seemed less engaged, which detracted from the otherwise friendly atmosphere of the shop. A more attentive and upbeat approach would greatly enhance the overall experience for customers ready to enjoy their delicious offerings. Overall, Dolce Spazio Gelato remains a must-visit spot in Los Gatos for gelato lovers. With their superb flavors and high-quality products, it’s easy to overlook the minor service hiccups. I’m looking forward to my next visit, hoping to see some improvements in service alongside those irresistible gelato scoops!

UPDATED: We have been visiting this Gelato shop and really enjoying the consistency of the Gelato and the changes in their flavors; we loved it, My husband and I came here to pay a visit for their gelato and espresso hot drinks to go along with it. They have pretty good choices of flavors to pick and a very friendly staff. My husband ordered the Amaretto Almond and Espresso flavors (Due). As for me, the Holy Cannoli and Cappuccino Chips (Due). We’re supposed to get 2 Single espresso shots when we try to order again for the second time. The staff made a mistake and gave us Uno gelato with espresso flavor instead of the coffee --- single shot espresso. In the end, we decided not to make another attempt. As for the gelato, we must say that this is, so far, the best gelato we’ve had from different gelato shops we’ve been to. However, I must say the flavors weren’t strong or bold. For example, in the Cappuccino and Espresso, you can’t taste much of the strength of the flavor itself. Same for the Holy Cannoli, though what we love about their gelato is that it’s not sweet, and you can taste the milk's creaminess. We found their gelato's stretchy style or texture interesting; I'm not sure what they add to make their gelato like that. As for the coffee itself, we found its boldness and strength lacking. Given that it’s Italian gelato, we had a bit high expectations—you think they must serve great boldness and a kick of the coffee flavor. Overall, we’re pleased. We're happy to visit again for different flavors, perhaps skipping the hot coffee drinks next time.
