The thing that I like about this peets is the ample parking and outdoor seating. Coffee is standard Peets, darrrrrk! Free wifi and you can get a coffee refill for $1. Get a Peet's card for a no cash transaction.

Coffee and tea is bomb but some of the staff lowkey angry for no reason lol You should still come here tho I recommend

Pete's never disappoints. We stopped in after hiking St. Joe's Hill and, along with our order, the barista gave us a cup of water for our thirsty pup.

We've always enjoyed visiting our local Peet's! Good service, and lots of good seating options inside and out.

The staff are great and the clientele...well it is, after all, Los Gatos. If you want to avoid self-absorbed, entitled people then you're in the wrong neighborhood.

Workers are very nice, but there were a few trashy people who came in (people with no shoes, and a few homeless people)

Nothing like a cup of fresh French Press coffee. The live music performed by Rick added a special touch to a morning gathering with old friends.

Pete's is like home. Best coffee served at best temperature, never too hot to drink.

While Peet's Coffee is among the few more commercial coffee shops that I will go to, this particular spot probably my favorite one to relax and enjoy my morning treat when it is raining. It has wide open windows with a view outside, and a covered sidewalk terrace where one can sit at a table while rain falls just next to you. One of the nice things about coffee at Pete's is that you can be sure of a consistent good experience, they make great coffees with an excellent roasted taste, their pastries in general are standard but top notch, their cinnamon 12 coffee cake is really quite a treat, and for a coffee here I very much like their DCM (dark chocolate mocha). The service is always great at pretty much any Peet's and this one is no exception.

They serve something called a Traditional Cappuccino - an old fashioned, dry cap - incredible. Photo is traditional cap! When you stop by, look for Doug behind the counter - he is kind and helpful and been at Peets for decades!

I'm a tea drinker of all things and they do a nice job with that. I also enjoy their GF egg "quiche"-- although it looks more like a hockey puck. There's a good vibe here and I enjoy the outdoor seating.

I love Peets coffee--strong and flavorful. The friendly staff at this place makes this locatiin really stand out. My young son had some questions about the pastries and decaf drinks. The person behind the counter took her time to answer his questions and just made him feel important. Now in the morning he wants to go to Peets.

Relaxing outdoor environment, friendly service, and good coffee and food, but a little pricey. I had a medium latte and a small almond croissant, and it was over $8.

Take a break and hang out here for a half an hour.. you'll be pleasantly surprised!

Good coffee. Don't know if it's this location, or Peet's in general, but the service is really slow. Hard to stop and grab a coffee on my way to work.

I got the surprise bag or box as the call it but clearly the bread or pastries they put in the bag for a cheaper price are stale and old. Also staff here is unfriendly.

Nice Peet's location and seating too but quite honestly the service here sucks a lot and the staff need to realize they're offering a service, if you don't want to be in the service industry then please just leave. If you're looking for a quick Peet's fix then sadly this is your only option in the local area and I for one can't wait for a new one to pop up locally so that I can abandon this one for good.

Have never been treated so rudely by a store manager Christina Adkins in all my years of drinking Pete's Coffee. The Los Gatos location you are not allowed to go inside so you have to order from the sidewalk outside which is not Pete's. I was asked to wear a mask to order even though there was no one else with in 6 feet and there is a massive plastic barrier and you are not required to wear a mask out doors unless you can't distance. As I said this to the nice gentleman taking my order Christina came running across the store and abruptly told me to leave and we are not going to serve you here. So glad there's a Philz across the street because I am never going back.

When they were bought out, it just changed. They're loose leaf chai change grab it. Now it's in plastic tea bags. I read they each put 11 million microplastic particles in your stomach.

When we order M size Cappuccino, we are getting M size glass but S size Cappuccino with lots of Milk Form. Will not waste money next time here.
