If you order takeout and wait for it there, they do it super well. But I don't recommend taking it home, especially the individual pizza. When I opened it, it was about the size of a yogurt lid, so mini 🤣, and it was really bad, the bread was all burnt.

I've been waiting 3 hours for my Rappi order. I called for information and they kept me on hold for 9 minutes with an incredibly annoying recording repeating over and over, only for them to hang up on me without even giving me a chance to answer. If they can't handle app orders, they shouldn't put their lousy pizza there. Seriously, terrible service. If it were up to me, I'd give them -5 stars.

Terrible delivery service. I call and call and no one answers; they hang up immediately. I ordered through Uber Eats and they didn't even tell me about the problem. Awful customer service.

Terrible service. I placed an order and it took over an hour to arrive. I called and after 8 minutes on hold they told me the order was about to be shipped. I don't recommend them.

The service is terrible. They take ages, and even if they have my order ready, they make me wait longer than usual. I have to ask about my delivery because no one tells me anything. Terrible service.

I ordered through DiDi, they didn't send the drink, they didn't send the toppings, and the pizza was practically stuck to the cardboard underneath because in some parts it didn't even have bread, and where it did, it was so thin it looked like a tortilla—horrible. I'm never ordering again.

They don't honor in-store promotions. They made me download the app to order the 2 for 199 promotion, telling me it was only available through that app, even though their wall-sized sign says I can order at the counter or through the app. Keep it up, Domino's HR department, hiring people with EXCELLENT customer service skills, hahaha...
