Probably the best restaurant in Los Montesinos. Excellent food which is really tasty. Served by the friendliest staff possible. We go here every time we come to Spain. It is one of the highlights of our visits.

Fantastic food at unbeatable value, staff are amazing. All in all highly recommended. What a difference, no menu unless you downloaded via QR Code staff not helpful feel sorry for those without smart phone and QR app. Why not have paper menu's... Food and prices still good value but atmosphere not as pleasant.

An absolute gem of a a curry house. We’ve now eaten in half a dozen in the area we live and we ALWAYS return here. Spoilt for choice for dishes (honestly have a difficult time choosing) Estrella 5star beer is very well kept as well👌 Lovely family run business. Highly recommended

Menu del dia good value. No starter included other than popadums and chutneys. That said there was more than enough food and the quality was on par with the price. My lamb jalfraizi was very good, you could taste the herbs and spices. Will go again.

Absolutely fantastic Indian Restaurant. The staff were friendly and helpful, smiling all the time. The food, and choices were excellent, and served on hot plates, portion sizes were generous. You were not rushed, and that made for a most relaxed and enjoyable evening. We had heard talk of it being expensive to dine there, we were 3 adults and had 2 starters, 3 mains, 2 rice, 1 nann bread, a bottle of house wine and a bottle of water all that for €55, expensive ? I don’t think so. Forgot to mention that we were given Popadums and some of the best dips I have ever had, we were not charged for these. Lastly we were given a complimentary Baileys or Brandy. We will most definitely be back 👫😜😃

Our second visit in the space of a few days. The first was with a group of forty or so and today's was a lunchtime visit. First visit, really enjoyed the meal and even with the numbers, the service was excellent. Second, today, tried the menu del día. Excellent value for €8.95 (drink, poppadom, rice and chicken or lamb dish and kulfi to finish - paid €1.50 extra for the special rice - well worth it). Meat/sauce ratio is very good, not a load of sauce with a few bits of rubbery chicken floating in it. A full plate of top quality food for a very reasonable price. More than happy to award 5 stars and only one question remains. Why did we leave it so long to visit? It won't be as long next time.

Difficult to find because of the one-way system, it's alongside the small park. Menu del dia around €13 includes poppadom & dips, choice of mains plus rice or naan, and a drink, all first class. Probably the best Indian we've had whilst here in Spain.

We had a lovely meal on Christmas eve. We've been coming here for many years and it remains the best Indian restaurant for it's food and service. The biryani was very tasty and the chicken chakory came with a lovely sauce.

Went for Diwali and their Bollywood night. Absolutely brilliant! Dancers fantastic, food delicious and staff very attentive. We order delivery from here too. Hot, tasty and quick. Brilliant!

I had the chicken biryani, chapati, punjabi special raita and a mango lassi all of which were excellent, the service was exceptional and it was such a lovely place to go for a special dinner with my friends. Highly recommend.

Un vrai dépaysement dans un cadre agréable et chaleureux, le service est très sympathique au petit pour ses convives. Une adresse qui vaux le détour . Les plats ont un prix raisonnable, goûteux et copieux. Les desserts sont assez classiques et non faits maison. La réservation est conseillée si vous êtes nombreux.

It was lunch when we went so it was very quiet and only one other couple in there but the food is excellent and the service friendly and attentive. They offer a menu del día at 11.95€ which includes poppadoms, main plus side, coffee or ice cream and one drink.

A delightful restaurant serving delicious food cooked by someone with obvious skills. I was served poppodum and dips as soon as I was seated. The dips called out attention to detail, being homemade and included a delicious hand cut mango salsa. I started with the Paneer Pakora and the with first bite I knew someone in the kitchen took pride in their work. A subtle blend of ground spice and fresh herb just brought this rather bland cheese to life! For the main I tried one of the chefs specialities, a Lamb Karahi, cooked in tomatoes, onion, garlic and a delicate blend of spices, accompanied by Punjabi Specil Fried Rice. It was made even better by a deliciously fluffy homemade Garlic Naan Bread. This guy can cook, and the whole family know how to run a restaurant and make you feel content and happy. A very welcoming, warm and cosy experience. A great place to take the family. Highly recommended!

Lovely place. The food was really good and tasty. However my Husband's curry was disappointing as it wasn't spicy at all. Reasonable prices and we would recommend.

Cómo cosa mala que le vi, es que carecían de los postres indios, solo tenía la carta de helados industriales. El lassi, una bebida hecha a base de yogur y que te la pueden servir dulce o salada. Me la pedí dulce, y estaba muy rica.

Local bonito y comida india bastante buena, eso si la mayoría de los cliente extranjeros, horarios adecuados a ellos aunque dispone de comida para llevar.

I have visited this restaurant many times as it is my preferred local choice when wanting to eat Indian food. The food, and particularly the curries, have always been excellent, full of flavour and in plentiful supply. Unfortunately, the portion sizes have shrunk. You used to be able to come here and leave feeling stuffed, but my latest visit saw a portion of rice which sparsely covered the plate, and the curry itself had way less chicken in it than normal. This resulted in me leaving the restaurant feeling unsatisfied and still hungry, despite eating some naan bread and poppadoms. I could of added a desert but didn't given the prices, which where excessive for a small portion of ice cream. Its a shame because this used to be the best, but i won't be returning in a hurry when other local Indian restaurants offer a more fulfilling and cheaper experience.

Second visit. First time no complaints. Second time the food was still excellent, however, as the restaurant filled up 2 out of the 3 staff decided to step outside. For about 15 minutes we could not get any service and eventually managed to get the bill and left. Without finishing our meal (no dessert or coffee). We did complain to the staff and made it clear we would not be returning.

Have been coming here since it opened 12?? years ago, always had excellent food. But we had boycotted it for the last year because of the rude staff, especially the man in charge. Good news we decided to go back, new friendly staff and normal excellent food. I hope this is a permanent

Been coming to this Indian restaurant since 2015 and the food has always been good. However we visited yesterday evening 24th October and I have to say the food was very different and really disappointing, my wife’s Chicken Korma was really watery had not taste what so ever, my Lamb Dansak had no flavour or spice to what should be a dish packed full of flavour, frozen vegetables used in the dish (yuck) why ? When fresh vegetables and spices are so easily available in spain. I feel the love and passion for food has left the Panjabi in Los Montesinos. It’s such a shame.

We were a group of 4 people. We decided to have the lunch menu at €11.95.the waitress brought us the main menu and quickly told us from where to choose...none of us understood what she was saying...we explain to her that we want to see the lunchtime menu, but she was again waffled without us understanding where and how to choose from,the waiter came to the table and brought us 4 small separate lunchtime menus which were much easier to understand and choose from...the food was appalling, the rice was hard and luke warm,the chicken vindaloo sauce was terrible salty.my wife is a vegetarian gluten free her dish of aloo gobi was very dry which had only a very small piece of cauliflower and the white rice was served cold,she asked to warm it up but in the end she left both the dish and rice(see photo attached)...never any of the staff come to the table to ask if all is OK?the waitress and waiter seemed to engage in a very long conversation away from our table...the atmosphere was bad...no way we going to come back or recommend this restaurant to anyone, there is plenty competition to choose from...

This place has gone down hill massively... Been eating here for many many years and it's always been good until the last couple of times... Thought we would give it 1 more go and again was rubbish, the curry was like water and tasteless.. nann was burnt really bad and it was so thin as soon as you pick it up it brakes. Rice was cold and poppadom's were definitely from the day before and didn't taste fresh. I don't normally leave reviews but this place has gone from 10/10 to a 2/10 at best. Such a shame but won't be going back anymore!

Comida de muy baja calidad pero con las salsas disimulan muy bien sobre todo las carnes. El servicio un 0 y no exagero a no ser que seas inglés te recomiendo no ir .
