Stayed at this hotel for a week the staff is very friendly and awesome, the food is cooked great by the chefs and they work all day and still have an amazing attitude I enjoyed all the dishes here at the hotel if you are planning to eat here I highly recommend

Found this place last year when visiting Lubbock. It was so good I couldn’t wait to return. Well the 2nd time was better than the first. Dang! This can’t be a restaurant in a hotel. This is a phenomenal restaurant. I had the bone marrow ribeye and it was perfection. Cooked exactly medium rare and that bone marrow was sooo amazing.

Absolutely amazing. This clean and high end restaurant has a lot to offer for just being inside a hotel. A great menu selection, phenomenal chefs, and personable wait staff. The chef came and spoke to my wife and I several times, helped us order, and then even gave me a little extra for my way on the road. All of it tasted amazing. I would 100% come back to eat here if I was visiting Lubbock again. While we ate on Saturday morning, there was live entertainment. All around great place!

We had the skirt steak tacos and lobster BLT after the chicharrone and queso appetizer. WOW, everything was fantastic and I kept having to pinch myself that I wasn't in a 5 star hotel in New York. Incredible quality in every aspect. Must visit!

Fantastic food! The fig bacon jam goat cheese croquettes were a perfect balance of flavors. The skirt steak in the skirt steak tacos has been slow cooked to melt in your mouth perfection. The blackened shrimp and grits sang. Took me a moment to find this place as its in the Doubletree but worth the effort. Cant wait to try more dishes!

Great place for work travel. The food is pretty damn good. I'm actually looking forward to eating here a couple of times during my stay, which is saying a lot for a hotel restaurant. I especially loved Shelby's hospitality. Changed my flatware without a fuss during each course. She even gave me a left handed spork.

Went with my family for brunch. Not o my was the food amazing (as it always is), but our server Hannah was great. She had the perfect balance of taking care of everything and letting us enjoy our meal. We will be back again soon. Thanks Hannah.

Wow! Thank you Chef Antonio. That was AMAZING! I had the Sotol Salmon and Shrimp The orange and grapefruit salad underneath was so delicious and refreshing. It would be a crime not to enjoy it as it paired perfectly with the seafood above. If you get Shelby as your server, well, you’ll enjoy the perfect meal!

Took my wife here for a dinner date around 6:30 on 4/11. We were warmly welcomed and told there would be a 30 minute wait. We expected a wait, so we took a seat on the comfy couch in the lobby. Around 30 minutes later we were seated and kindly greeted by our server that took great care of us. I got the 45th for my drink. It was refreshing. We decided on the chicharrones and queso for our appetizer. The chicharrones were still popping when they arrived at our table! The queso was smooth and flavorful with jalapeños throughout for a little kick here and there. Delicious. Then my wife had the Alan Henry salad with grilled chicken. The chicken was cooked wonderfully with a strong grilled flavor, and the salad was scrumptious. I had the apple and the pork cooked medium. Very delicious, but the portion was much smaller than I expected. The pecan salsa with the apple slaw was phenomenal. We perused the dessert menu but didn’t see anything that tickled our fancy. There was also live music during our visit, which was nice. Overall we enjoyed a delicious meal and had a good time!

Took the wife for the first time for her birthday. I tell you what Service 10/10 Food 10/10 Price 10/10 To start the waitress offered cocktails, me and the wife don’t drink and she informed us they had cocktails. They were delicious fruity and sour. Started with the chicarones and queso, they were still crackling fresh out of the fryer when they got to our table. Not sure what oil they use but it tasted extremely clean and very large very crisp very delicious. Then we also got the pork belly burnt ends on fried green tomatoes. With apricot jam. Absolutely delicious experience She had the sea bass which was sweet and succulent with a spicy salad to offset perfectly I had the bone marrow ribeye which was something I’ve wanted for a while and it did not disappoint. if want a special meal with that special someone stop in and make it happen

We didn't know it was in the hotel. They sat us right away then we waited almost 15 minutes fot the only waitress who was very nice. Decided to go sit at the bar, much better choice! We had the Henry salad, Brussels sprouts and shrimp and grits, all of which were delicious!

Good food. Queso had great flavor, creaminess, and spice level. Orange Salad had fresh flavors. (would recommend requesting dressing on the side; for me it was a little too much) Caesar Salad had good flavor and a little spiciness. Red Snapper also good combination of flavors. Great service. Thank you Abigail. Pretty good atmosphere . (To the left of the main entrance inside the DoubleTree Hotel.)
