Hard to express how incredible this place is! Food and Drinks are awesome but it’s the service by the amazing team and Michael that really makes this place special. We will be life long customers!

Ok, my first time here and I have already created my own Sarah Burrito. I wanted the Margarita grilled shrimp taco contents put into a burrito. So, that’s what I ordered and it came out perfect! Nora made it, I found out. If you want tasty food, you will eat here!

London Pardeiro made our experience wonderful. She took the time to explain our options and ensure everything was served in a timely fashion. Excellent worker!

Great little taco restaurant. They have a great patio with live music sometimes, TVs everywhere so you won't miss any sports action. Huge indoor area with a nice little bar. All the tacos are amazing!!! I had a breakfast burrito 🌯 at 10pm that was to die for. Gotta try this place if you haven't been. Great experience. They also offer to-go and online orders.

It's been awhile since I'd been here, and my has it changed. First of all, for some unknown reason, they have done away with the baracho beans. One of the best items on the menu, gone! The cilantro lime rice used to be decent, but know looks, feels and taste like it came in a microwave safe bag. I was really disappointed. At least they serve beer, so I could toast to the memory of better food.

Man, let me tell you... The breakfast burritos at this place are off the chain (that's what the kids say now a days right?). I had the bacon, egg, potatoe and cheese... It must of weighed 36 pounds! Flavor... Man was it good! My wife got the shredded chicken taco... Homemade tortillas and the chicken was super tender. VERY impressed with this restaurant! Do yourself a favor and fall face first into a Fuzzy's. Taco!

First time here. Ordered an avacado taco and shrimp taco along with a bomb margarita. It was all great!

I am fairly new to Lubbock. It was my first time visiting this establishment today. Walking in I was greeted by Lee who was exceptionally nice and helped me with my order. I ordered the carnitas nachos. They were delicious! The chips were light and crispy and the white queso bomb! The meat had the right amount of seasoning and very tender. Ask for the additional guacamole. It’s a must. Fresh avocados. My coworker had the chicken salad and loved it! Lee informed me breakfast is also amazing. I will for sure be going back!

We placed a DoorDash order for breakfast this morning and my meal was made incorrectly. Called this Fuzzy’s and spoke with manager Nicole Davila. She tracked down our order that had actually been made incorrectly at the Broadway location. She offered to personally correct the mistake by remaking my meal and delivering it herself. Nicole has amazing customer service and literally went out of her way to correct a mistake that wasn’t hers or her stores. Fuzzy’s is lucky to have a manager of this caliber and we’re grateful for how she resolved our issue!

Outstanding customer service by an employee named Will,(Around 12:20 Sunday 9/24). From my initial ordering, and watching from afar, he greeted every customer with a smile and went above and beyond to fill their needs. As a small business owner, he was a breath of fresh air!

The staff at my dentist appointment on Friday afternoon was ordering from here, and the dental assistant ordered brisket nachos! The following Saturday, I told my husband I needed to try these brisket nachos at fuzzy's! They were awesome! The staff was professional and super friendly! Restaurant was clean, and the atmosphere was pleasant!

Showed up to pick up breakfast for the office and Tina the manager was just freaking awesome. She went above and beyond with assisting me with all the orders and made it really easy for us. Fuzzy's is blessed to have people like her and her team working for them. Definitely will come back to this location.

Great place to eat! It was pretty busy but they moved very quickly getting orders out. We had a snag in our order but they caught it and made it right. Customer service was great.

We placed a take-out order and made it home before we realized that we were missing 2 tacos. I called to see if they would leave a note at the counter so I could return later for them. Mr. Escobedo, an operating partner, insisted on delivering them himself even though I live south of Lubbock. It's not often you find customer service like this. Food was great, as always, but I wanted to praise the staff on how well they took care of us.

Always good food and drinks! Only complaint is, I guess they got rid of the feta on the fish tacos??? Bring it back please!

This location is awesome. Lee took great care of my wife and I and introduced us to the Fuzzy Driver Mimosa. Fantastic! This place is consistently great food. Love coming here for breakfast. Try the potato, egg, and cheese breakfast burrito with brisket. My favorite.

First time here and it was recommended to me and the food did not disappoint. We are from out of town visiting because my son had Freshman Orientation for Texas Tech. We stopped in for dinner and everything was so good. We ordered the grilled chicken quesadillas, birria bowl, seasoned ground beef nachos and the combo plate. Everything was good. No complaints at all. The frozen mango margarita rimmed with salt was definitely my favorite.

Brisket nachos were delicious and I can't remember the name of the drink but it was excellent!

First time wifey and I have been here. Food was great atmosphere was very relaxing. The manager Mike was very attentive and was helping every table and employees which you don’t see very often at restaurants these days. I highly recommend the nachos and margaritas for any nighttime munchies!!

Im not a big review person but the management at the fuzzys on slide deserves one. Nichole stood out, she was frequently walking around checking on tables, helping other employees. She noticed we didn’t have our food yet, went to check on it and brought it to us without us asking. She was very thoughtful and even gave us a discount. And of course the food is always great!

Having never tried Fuzzy's we decided to go on Sunday after church. We got there and pretty much beat the crowds. The wife and I ordered tacos and enchiladas and some chips and queso. The ordering process is quick and easy and the customer service is really great. We got our order in a quick time frame and the whole experience was very good. The prices are reasonable and they have free refills and the atmosphere is not too loud to be able to visit. We will be back. The brisket tacos are wonderful.

Drove across town to pick up nachos. When I got home, noticed there was no cheese on them so I gave a call and spoke to the manager, Mike. Informed Mike of lack of cheese and he offered to actually deliver the cheese to me rather than having me go pick it up ( I was originally calling just to let them know, not expecting anything). 5 stars for Mike. We found the cheese in the bag, separate from the nachos so they wouldn't get soggy. Will go again for sure.

Great menu. Whole family has a variety of options they love—we especially like that breakfast options are available all day! We really love the shrimp and fish tacos! Recently had a rough takeout experience—management reached out promptly and made it right. We’ll be ordering again soon!

I never thought I would like food from a place called Fuzzy's. But sometime ago I ended up trying it and I fell in love with it. Their food is always good The staff are always sweet and helpful. It's not exactly fast food but it is one of my favorite restaurants. The atmosphere is not exactly my thing but it's not bad. Whether I eat there or out on the patio or take it home still one of my favorite places to get food. Love this place

We used them for catering for my daughter's Quinceanera. Nicole had very good customer service. It's hard to find someone that does birria tacos & serves it too (as her dad wanted it served)! They tested it out during the week before an ordered new chafing dishes & everything and even brought a griddle to reheat them so they wouldn't get soggy and they were great! They came in the morning to set up and so they just had to bring the food in the evening.We ordered too much food. They gave us extra tacos which was nice.

I had the BEST experience - went there to watch the Chiefs game and everyone was unbelievably friendly, food and drinks were amazing. The general manager kept checking in on customers to make sure everyone was happy, employees were diligent in keeping tables bused and cleaned. This will be my new hangout for sure! Keep it UP!

I've always avoided this location because of "horror stories" but I actually enjoyed my food there, and I didn't get sick. Frozen schooner of Ultra was amazing, they had excellent quesadillas and nachos, customer service was on point. My only negative I'd say of this place was the meat was a soggy texture, like it was made in a Crock-Pot and sat there all day, other than that, I'll definitely be back

Fuzzys is mostly Fuzzys at each location. This one is big, well-lit, and has good service. Food can be a touch greasy sometimes but this location is going to be a better bet than the one near campus for most people.

First time ever going here and it was pretty nice not too busy. The cashier that took our order super friendly. Food was good especially the smothered jumbo burrito. Delish! If you like feta and cilantro this is the perfect place for you. I will go back there again.

Food is amazing. Had the Birria bowl it was so good especially with the pickled onions. Complaint: asking a question when you walk up to get your order and the guy says "I don't know, I just make the orders."

Great atmosphere, great food!! I always get the brisket taco and shredded chicken taco. I have tried the shrimp tacos and they are great also. I love the queso and chips and of course the all you can drink soft drinks/tea. They do have a full bar as well. Large dining room that is perfect for large groups!

Really a quite decent little Mexican eatery. Very clean and a great atmosphere on the inside though admittedly not much to look at on the outside, very unassuming and with little curb appeal. But once you do walk through those doors you're greeted with one of the cleanest, most open and inviting Mexican eateries I've tried in Lubbock. Fantastic food though a little pricey if I'm being honest. I got the steak fajita quesadilla which was excellent but I felt it was a tad overpriced given that it was not served with anything in the way of sides. Same went for my wife's burrito, though substantial and delicious in and of itself, I feel like a side of rice or beans wouldn't kill them to include. The kids meals also seemed a little paltry though I'm sure equally delicious. Portions vs. Price is really my only knock against this place. The quesadilla was one of the best I've had PERIOD and the atmosphere is perfect for either a family outing, a quick date night or just grabbing a bite and a cold beer after a long day. It sure beats the pants off of Torchy's and I will be returning, recommending also that my friends and colleagues do the same.

Went to this location tonight the service was great but both my boyfriend and I are sick to our stomachs. The chips tasted like the oil they were fried in hasn’t been changed in weeks. Just has an overpowering taste. We are the kinda people to eat what we have and not cause a scene, but there is no way we are the only ones who tasted this today. This is usually our favorite Fuzzy’s to go to especially with the only other one in town being on Broadway and always packed. Please please clean that oil.

Went in during a slow time on a Saturday ordered pretty quickly got out food pretty quickly the young lady at the checkout was great. When I went back to get an order of chips and salsa the gentleman who I precieved to be the manager or shift lead was standing at a register talking rather flirtatiously with anothet employee. The young lady at the register was still doing great, as I stood there another couple walked up to order we (the other couple and I) waited while the young lady was finishing up with a customer then as she was done the manager finally decided to take one of our orders.

I had the brisket taco dinner plate, tacos were good but wasn't to crazy about the beans & rice. My daughter got the kids plate, came with ground beef taco, rice & beans. It's more of a bar environment felt a bit uncomfortable taking my child. But all in all the staff was really nice & if your in the mood for tacos & beer this is a good spot. It's nice they have a kids menu & gumball machine for the little ones to feel welcomed too.

absolutely mid. used to love coming here but now the employees will argue with you about getting a coupon you earned in the app. incredibly disappointing and IGNORE the promises the app makes because the employees will not respect it.

I love the food here! However, I visited tonight and unfortunately when we ordered our food the lady taking our order had an attitude and seemed annoyed… I do not think we ordered in a complicated way. I am a server so I deal with customers in a restaurant almost every day. Customer service and having a good attitude is part of the job! It’s not hard to have a decent attitude to ensure customers have a good experience. You don’t necessarily need to go above and beyond, but a good attitude is completely essential! I don’t write reviews but I felt the need to as it definitely made my experience uncomfortable.

If you are looking for a quick place to order online and drop in to pick up lunch...this is NOT the place. They do not have a pick-up line so you have to wait in the main line where everyone is placing orders. I haven't ordered from here in a long time and missed the cilantro lime rice. Now I know I should have ordered from Torchy's or Velvet Taco. They both have easy pick up options where you can bypass the main order lines. Disappointed and now irritated today. First world problems, I guess 🙄

Don't order any mixed drinks from the bar. I got a margarita and it was horrible. It taste like they didn't clean the mixer from the last drink. It basically tast like a messed up margarita / bloody Mary. The worst part was that the screwed up drink sat in front of me the whole night while I ordered other drinks from the food side of the restaurant. However, I would say that the staff on the for food orders side was amazing! But the bar staff, including a manager, were terrible.

I first experienced Fuzzy’s in Lubbock, and became very addicted to it early on. Since then I have been to several Fuzzy’s franchises across Texas, and was employed by the one in League City. Because I have had experience as a customer and as a trainer for this company I understand the expectations and standards. When I first arrived to this location I was greeted by a man who was remodeling the front entrance. After walking up to the counter to order I was not greeted by anyone. After waiting there and making eye contact with the cashier (who was talking to customers near the bar). He then smiled and told me he’d be right over. After a few minutes he did come over and I began to order my food. At first he seemed to struggle with placing my order, and finally got it settled after I realized he was trying to charge me for a double portion when I had asked for half chicken and half pork. I know this option is possible since I trained several employees just last year. I did not tell the cashier that I knew this was a possibility... I just told him if he was not able to do it that would be okay. I found a booth to sit at, and one of the cushions was missing on the other side. While I was eating a man brought over the other cushion and threw it on without saying a word to me. When I received my nachos they had absolutely no toppings or cheese underneath the top layer. In the center of the plate is where all the cheese and toppings were placed which only covered 7 chips. There was definitely a lack of ingredients visually. Their nachos are a HUGE portion, but without much cheese or toppings it’s just a pile of chips. I also ordered a Fuzzy Driver because they are so delicious. However this location uses Tampico and Vanilla Vodka, where as other locations use Sunny D and Vanilla Vodka. If you aren’t a Tampico fan... this is not the drink for you. The prices are fantastic and completely affordable. They also have an outside area that I wanted to sit at, but was pelted with the mist of water coming from the fans on full blast. It’s the same feeling as the fans in Disney World or Six Flags... I understand it’s to help beat the heat, but I don’t want to feel damp or have my food be misted by this unknown water source.

I have been to several Fuzzy's in Texas and have had good experiences. This was my first visit to this location in Lubbock. The restaurant looks rundown from the outside. Upon entering we walked up to the counter. No one was at the counter to take our order. The phone kept ringing and no one answered it. A female walked out from the kitchen texting on her phone and did not answer the phone or take care of the customers waiting in line. She just walked past everyone. Someone came to help us several minutes later. We finally ordered our food. The male behind the counter did not ask what size drink we wanted and just assumed we wanted large drinks. The tea was very dark and bitter. It was undrinkable. We found a table and waited for our food. There were only 3 or 4 other people in the dining room and several people at the bar. The dining area was dirty. There was stuff on the floor around most tables and a couple of tables still had trays and plates on them. As we were waiting for our food, you could hear the cooks quoting lines frim the movie The Waterboy very loudly. When we got our food, the trays were soaking wet. The food was ok. It was a little bland. Customer service and cleanliness was lacking today.

Ordered food to-go that had 10 tacos and told I can only have one sauce?? I spent $60 and you have the audacity to think 4 grown men are sharing 1 sauce. Use logic when providing customer service and maybe you’d be a desirable location on a consistent basis.

New drinks are not all their hyped up to be 🙄🥴… better off getting the $3 frozen margaritas then spending $10 just to add a bottle coke 😒… pretty drnk but that’s it !

Stopped by to order food to go and it was not worth it at all. The girl who took our order was nice and very sweet, but we waited 30 minutes for our food only for it to be cold. There was literally no warmth to the food. The seasoning seemed like it has the potential to be good, but wasn’t. Most likely won’t come here again.

I've only ever eaten at the other Fuzzy's in town and I'm going to stick to it. I've never gotten a sopping wet quesadilla from them before. First time visiting this location and I get food that's inedible. I let them know too. My son's quesadilla came out ok but his is dripping as he's eating it. I had to put it in a to go box because I couldn't get all the liquid off the plate with 5 paper towels. I hate complaining and I love the franchise and will continue to visit the other location.

Called in an order and was told it would take 20 min. I went inside in 12 min. Cashier was new and very sweet, but needed a manager I guess for something. Flagged down a manager and even had another worker go up to said manager, Tina. Tina looked over and looked directly at me and turned back around and continued to have her personal conversation with other guests in the restaurant while I just stood at the register holding up the line while waiting for her. Luckily the cashier was able to figure it out and move things along. When I got my food it was cold...even the shrimp was very cold to the touch. Came back in to have it remade and had to wait another 10 minutes...only for the shrimp to once again be cold to the touch. I am very disappointed...will not be back. I have heard good things about this place before...maybe the other location. Idk...this one was a huge let down after waiting about 30 min for 4 tacos to go.

Cold tacos. Really liked the uncooked soft corn tortilla. I had the taco plate. Rice is microwaved out of bag, you can taste the preservatives, and the cubed potatoes. Dry bland and poor quality. Much better options close by.

A major disappointment. My order arrived missing the chips and queso that was 8.00, the potatoes weren't cooked completely, the sopapilla bites were old and did not come with the honey I requested. I loved this place until today and will be taking my business elsewhere! I wish I could give zero stars!!!!!!!! Fortunately grub hub refunded the cost of the chips and queso.

This is the worst Fuzzy's I've ever been to. I've come a couple of times, and every time I have had to basically force my cashier to pay attention to me. The customer service is really bad in general. Each time the food has gotten progressively worse too. It's always overly soggy, cold, and feels like it's been sitting out on the counter since before I got there. Today I ordered takeout tacos that soaked through the bag and were essentially not edible. I even saw a fly on someone else's order when I went to pick it up. NOT a great location. Love Fuzzy's, but won't be going to this one anymore.

I ordered the brisket nachos and my daughter had brisket tacos in flour tortillas. Her tortillas were burned and my nachos were already cold when I got them. The food quality is not like it used to be. There was barely any meat on the nachos. I basically received a plate full of chips with little cheese sauce. I won't be back.

Wow, this place used to be a spot. Now you get rubbery chicken fingers for the kids and a bartender that doesn’t tend the bar and a cook the burns everything fried and questions your order cause he’s to busy staring at the line at the register cause he doesn’t want to work. What a let down. Even the queso was cold and out of a can with tomato on top. 100$ down the drain and so will the food side of this business if it’s not fixed.

Absolutely by far the worst customer service experience I have ever had. Does not even deserve one star. I went there tonight and ordered a margarita. The lady did not believe my ID, which is fine, I can easily provide multiple IDs. Instead of her asking she walked away with MY drivers license and showed it to her coworkers. At this point, I was taking everything out of my wallet to prove that it is in fact my ID. (I’m about to be 25) Anyways, I get my margarita finally and sit down at the patio. Next thing I know the very rude bartenders were talking and staring at me through the window at the bar that looks onto the patio. Shortly after that a manager comes to the patio and instead of stopping at all the tables he stops at only mine and asks how we were doing. We say fine and sure enough he goes to the girls at the bar and starts talking and they are all glaring at us. ABSOLUTELY WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER. I hardly ever go to fuzzys and have never had a bad experience until now. I am 24 and was willing to show other forms of IDs. The staff here (or the staff working 9/6/2019) is rude, unprofessional, and I will never go back to this location until they have a staff who can respect their customers and actually know what they are doing.

If I could give a NO STAR I would, we came here to eat for my sisters in law birthday and there was HAIR in the queso…. And to top it off my husband bought a beer and it had LIPSTICK on the glass… DISGUSTING!!!

The fish tacos we got were absolutely horrible. My husband couldn’t even bite through the fish. It was inedible. Tough and chewy. Very upsetting to get that after a long day of work.

The management here is absolute shit. They let families run amok with their children. The bar over serves. I’ve seen people drink until they’re damn near falling down and still get served another drink @tabc

Walked in for a to go order. Approached the young man at the area where you pick up item to go. Told him the name. Never said anything, never smiled, just walked away and started doing something else. A young lady from the order counter came over and started bagging up orders. Bagged up two orders and went back to the other counter where orders were being taken. My order was sitting on the counter until finally someone came over and bagged it, approximately 25 minutes of me waiting. That first young man has no need being in a position to deal with customers. Rude and disrespectful and a lot of attitude. Won’t be going back.

The Truth

All of the 4 and 5* reviews, certainly drank too much at the bar, before eating. It isn't that good and the service is worse. Make sure you tip the cashier for taking your to go order, otherwise you get no sauce and your order smashed into your hands like a football. The manager was nice about refunding me, but if she trained her crew right, there wouldn't be issues like that. Torchy's is waaaaay better, anyways.

This place is gross. We arrived at 1:55pm for a late lunch and tried to order off the happy hour menu. We were told we needed to wait 5 minutes in order for the price to be honored. I think a 5 minute gap is a little ridiculous to not be honoring the price advertised at happy hour as we will still be in the restaurant come 2pm. After waiting 25 mins our cold and awful food arrived. The restaurant smelled dirty and the bathroom was a biohazard. 1/5
