Me and my husband came to this place and were so excited to try probably 99% of the menu. I love tea and coffee and I had two drinks there that were sooo good. The avocado coffee smoothie and the manganada were delicious. My husband had the taro smoothie which is one of my favorites as well. The staff helped us pick out drinks on our first visit and the owner was very nice as well.

Teapioca Lounge has become our favorite chain for boba drinks and smoothies. We've found service and quality to consistent across cities. This location is always friendly and always gets our drinks spot on. Anytime I've had a question or wanted a suggestion the staff has been quick to help. Even when busy the orders are knocked out quickly. Must try for boba fans.

I've been to Teapioca twice and had the Peach Smoothie. It was awesome both times. There are numerous other items I want to try, but it will take awhile just to make the rounds through all of the smoothies. My wife had one of the iced coffees with Tapioca and enjoyed it as well. The virtual Koi pond is really a nice feature as you enter the building.

If you are looking for a limited menu, high dollar refreshments and bad customer service then please go right past this place because Teapioca in Lubbock is absolutely NONE of these! There are SOOO many options and drink combinations you will most definitely find many to call your favorites! The menu board alone is four massive LCD screens and the staff is VERY knowledgeable and EXTREMELY helpful!! I have not had ANYTHING that isn’t just plain amazing! I absolutely love the fact that you even have sweetness options! I mean who allows you to have 25%, 50%, 75% or 100% sweetness in your drink?? I cannot speak well enough about this place! It’s the only thing like it in Lubbock. This review can go on and on and on. You just have to go and try it yourself!! I promise you won’t find anything else like it and you will go back and back and back!!!

This place is AMAZING!! Customer service was great, choices are endless, and our purchase was so yummy! We got a Taro snowyn with condensed milk and oreos and a mangoneada with tapioca. I was very happy with each of these and how much you get for the price. 22oz drink for the mangoneada and a big bowl for the snowyn for around $13.00. If you get boba regularly in town with all the extra add-ons that we usually get, you know this is a pretty good deal! Highly recommend. No pics because we ate it too quick lol🍧🥤🤤

A cute boba tea shop with many options from cream milk teas to oolongs to slushies and lemonades. They even had a Mangonada series that looks amazing. We ordered the cream blast green tea with egg pudding and tiny boba along with the grapefruit oolong tea with agar/crystal boba.

Well worth the hour drive we took to visit this place! My family enjoyed the snowyn so much! Can't wait to visit again!

I love boba milk teas and this place has a great variety from the original milk tea to changing it up with chamoy and Tajín mango slushes and jellies. A must stop for me each time I visit Lubbock. They also have an app to collect points for loyalty customers so you can skip the wait. They only have 2 sizes though: 22oz and 44oz

Very knowledgeable and welcoming. They helped me find a good caffeine free option and even offered to make me a different drink if I tried the one I took a chance on and didn't like it. My daughter loves the variety and the fact that they use fresh fruit.

I travel through Lubbock several times a year, and Teapioca is a must stop each time. We don't have Teapiocas where I live, so my treat for myself is always the cantaloupe smoothie with Boba. The lounge has super cute decor and super fast service. Definitely recommend this place!

They ship all of their ingredients including teas, cups, and non-perishables directly from Taiwan (my family is from Taiwan so trust me when I say we know what authentic boba tastes like). Samantha the manager is so sweet and makes the place feel like home! Highly recommend this place for an afternoon treat, dessert after dinner or just because!

Visited Teapioca Lounge and was genuinely impressed! I indulged in a Pina Colada that was refreshingly delicious, capturing the perfect balance of sweetness and creaminess. The ambiance of the lounge is inviting, making it a perfect spot to unwind and savor quality beverages. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a delightful drink experience.

We'd never had any Boba drinks, the lady behind the counter was nice about helping us. She even steered us away from the more extreme drinks just in case lol. In the end we really enjoyed our drinks and the service here.

Loved it! The teas are amazing! The first time I ever tried a macaroon. That was a bit on the wild side! Literally tasted as though I was eating a flower. The vanilla rose by the way. Definitely enjoyed the experience!

I ordered a Panda Black Cream Tea, it was absolutely delicious with a great creamy flavor. Only thing I would note is that the regular sweetness level is not as sweet as usual milk tea you would get other places, even with the Boba added. To me it tasted like a 50% sweet tea, so I would recommend maybe a sweetness level of 125% would be more like a 100% sweet level. Other than this, super great service, cant wait to come back when Im back in town!

They charged me an extra dollar to put it in a baby cup for less drink and the charge was called “split”. I don’t understand if I got 1 baby cup, why would i need to pay extra for HALF the drink? I usually come here to get taro but ig they couldn't do it that way but told me to get taro and coconut blast which was mid... kinda disappointed and the lady wasnt very helpful either

I come here almost every day and usually get the same drinks. Most of the time, taste great, but sometimes a bit different. Like today, the cream blas is a bit bland, and the boba’s kind of hard — not as soft and chewy as usual. Just wanted to share this feedback since your milk tea always makes my day!

This place is a total scam. Paid 12 bucks for just a bunch of sweet tea. Your menu is stupid complicated. You're a boba place, tapioca's part of the name, the default should be milk tea not just plain tea. Have you ever stepped foot into an actual boba tea place? Shameful. Uncultured. 100% not worth it. Waste of time and money. And stop asking for tips before it even gets made. That's called a service charge not a tip. I'm not against tipping, I'm against this before service fee. This is a stupid system because if I don't tip, who knows if a dirty finger gets dipped or spit gets in my cup. So thanks for this expensive cup of sweet tea I could've gotten anywhere for less than half of that. Heavily don't recommend.

We went to this place 3 times - 1st time we ordered in store and waited for 35 minutes to get our drinks; 2nd time we waited ~20 minutes to get our drinks, and 8 to 10 people that came after us got their drinks before us; 3rd time we were served our drinks, and the lady manager came up to me 10 minutes later (after I had finished my drink) to tell me I was served a wrong drink - I couldn't tell since both drinks were coffee teas. The drink I was mistakenly served was $3, and the one I ordered was $7. I don't mean to sound petty, but I thought I'd leave a review since for 3 visits in a row we had a poor experience. It is disappointing to receive such subpar service when our orders always come out to be $12-$15 as well. The staff will possibly treat you better (not mess up your drink, or deliver it in a timely fashion) if you leave a tip at the register - I do not and hence why I may be getting such poor customer service. Disappointing overall.

We live in Asia & LOVE bubble tea, so we have been here alot recently. However, the last two visits I have had them remake my drink & it was wrong even after the second time. It's a bit pricey, so I would like to have my order correct.

Sales peoples are way too aggressive. Be ready with your legalese. “Orange boba” means *instead* of black boba, not added on top and up charged. Been here several times and they up charge at every opportunity. No thank you. I won’t be back.

Waiting for my order with nobody else in the store & the 2 girls are just standing there talking!!! What a joke!!!!!!

I recently went this new location while traveling and ordered my usual lychee smoothie. The smoothie did not taste like lychee and I tried to request more lychee flavor but the employees were extremely rude and refused to help in any way. Note: The fact that the drink couldn’t be remade or fixed in any way was poor customer service. I have never had to order extra lychee sweetness. I also did have lychee bursters FYI but drink just taste like cream.

Me and my disabled child were walking to the store 15 min before they closed and we took about 3 min trying to get to the door from the parking and the worker saw us coming ran from the counter to the door and shut and locked it before we could go order and she smiled at my kid im highly disappointed
