Our office had a 6 week long trial therefore we had to pick up sandwiches everyday for 6 weeks. Bobby was always helpful and very accommodating. Our office is very pleased with the service from this gentlemen. Great experience!
Okay, the man who was working had long hair in a pony tail...he was GREAT. He was so friendly and just seemed like he really enjoyed his job. He treated every customer super nice. A scary guy walked in and was clearly up to no good, and he requested the man leave, and told us to be careful. Lots of people turn a blind eye, do their job, and could care less. He was super nice! The food was good too!!
From the time I walked in, until we left, the staff made my son and I feel important. He complimented my shirt, picked our stuff up off the table as he was passing, and they all gave us a 'goodbye' as we were leaving. Thank you!
I frequented this location for a couple years due to it's proximity to my work at the time. Very good service, never once a weak or incorrect sandwich. Unfortunately, my work has taken me further away but I thought I should review properly for all the good service I got. Bad news always gets shared, I guess we should all be sure (and as fast) to share the good too!
Connie was awesome. She was the only one on sandwich duty at the front and window, and my first sandwich was not up to par, and I couldn't eat it. I returned and asked if she would refund or preferably remake my sandwich, and she stopped in the middle of her kitchen duties to remake it for me. A+ customer service, and the sandwich was delicious.
I love this subway, always do drive thru. Employees are always friendly and personable. I give 4 stars instead of 5 this time because the kiosk screen was extremely hard to read this time. I don't know if it needs cleaned of all the finger prints or maybe there's a setting for the brightness level? It took me twice as long to do my order because I couldn't see it very well.
Don't advertise a tuna sub of the day for $6.99 at $3 for a footlong when it's only a Friday special. You got a huge picture of a tuna sandwich there huge sign 699 I get to the register and it's like 17 bucks that's ridiculous
Anthony is the person I have issue with. I ordered a double meat, double cheese steak and cheese sandwich. Along with another regular sandwich, which was fine I suppose. We went at 2:50 in the afternoon. We waited for fresh cookies as the ones we ordered were not cooked. The bread we chose was also not available so im not even sure why the order was confirmed instead of canceled. Any how, got home and my sandwich was not made right. No double meat. No extra cheese. The bread was burnt and hard as a rock. I called and spoke with Anthony and he had an instant attitude. I was told that I could not get a sandwich remade, or a refund as the one sandwich cost me around $18. I was told if I had an issue I could call his GM Shane on Monday. That doesn't get me an edible sandwich today. I'm angry, annoyed, and HUNGRY! Subway, regardless of the owner/proprietor/franchisee, it's still your name. I would appreciate a remedy to this. I worked for your company. We order from you twice a week. That's a lot of money I spend with you. Do the right thing and reach out to me to remedy this ASAP. Thank you.
If I could give it 0 stars I would. I asked for wheat bread and it looked discolored. I asked for a different lettuce because the one on the line was reddish in color. No replacement. So I just ordered a ham and cheese sandwich and it still tore my stomach up. Food outdated and they do not change their line to present fresh food. I went into a cold sweat and instant excruciating stomach pain after eating from here. BEWARE
4 people in the store and 3 workers. Waited 15 mins and didn’t even get helped. Customer service was atrocious. 2 dudes just hanging in the back doing who knows what. And no the drive through wasn’t busy.
I went in there today and I didn't want roast beef on my sandwich and he said it was policy and then played I was working he was rude
Did the drive thru. Staff very unprofessional and rude. Ordered a turkey ft.long. Was mainly bread.Had like 3 slices of turkey on it, 5 jalapeños, 3 black olives, 2green pepper,4onions about 10 shreds of lettuce. Lettuce tasted old. Worst sandwich I've ever gotten from a subway! Turned me totally against subway! Will NEVER waste my money at subway again!
Came here today, June 14th, about 11 AM. There was only one person working as I could tell and we were the only customers. As someone who works in customer service, I can tell you - this was not it. The worker was impatient, condescending, and just blatantly rude the whole time. I get we all have bad days but this crossed the line into bullshit territory. While eating here other customers came in and he was rude enough they left before ordering - which is honestly what I should have done.
Kiosk wouldn't work. Don't have a drive through if it doesn't work!!! Ordered online, got a salad. No dressing......
Kiosk would not work and couldn’t find the sub I wanted. Hit the button for help and guy just hung up cause I couldn’t hear him. I asked to order at window then was told I needed to come inside. On my lunch break do not have time to sit and park. I waited in line 15 for nothing. Not my fault their kiosk is trash.
I should have learned my lesson by now to not come to this Subway but it’s the closest one near to me since I work Downtown. I order my sandwiches and pick them up to go since I do not have time to go inside to order and wait in the line during lunch hour. My sandwiches are ALWAYS DRY when I pickup my order then open it up at work when I specifically ask for xtra mayo, xtra ranch, xtra garlic aoli so why is my sandwich dry? Little slithers of sauce in the inside it drives me nuts. Who eats a dry sandwich? 🤦🏻♂️ I’ll just have to stop going to this this subway and find an alternate sub sandwich restaurant.
Definitely do not recommend this location if I could give it zero stars I would. Totally unprofessional behavior of the staff of this location. For starters only one employee working around 2pm supposedly has been only one here for 2 hours. I placed my order online as I was walking into the store and had to wait like 6 minutes roughly, at about 5 minutes another guest walked into the store. The associate asked whom had the pickup I advised I did. They served the walk in whom did not have a online order. Was quoted a 19 min pickup time, and ended up taking half a hour+ to get my order. After the guest walked out that got served ahead of me I made it clear that this was definitely a unprofessional handling and experience. I was given a free 6inch sub coupon and 2 bags of chips (one for me and one for my fiancee) I appreciate the gesture and token but it does not make up for the experience. Never ever have I gone into a subway and encountered the experience that I did today regardless if I place my order ahead of time or place it on the app as I am entering subway or in the parking lot.
I'll preface this by saying I have never had a bad Subway dining experience before this Subway. That being said, don't use the drive through here. They completely take advantage of the fact that you're not coming in and probably don't have the time to come back to fix the order. Today my husband ordered a spicy Italian and all he got was bread meat and pepper. He specifically ordered provolone cheese on it. Generally it comes with at least lettuce as pictured on the website. When we came back to fix the order neither employees apologized, as a matter of fact they insisted that that's how the sandwich comes even though they left off the cheese and lettuce. It really wasn't the sandwich y'all, it was having to watch my husband who had a really hard day have to argue semantics over cheese on a sandwich. Please train your employees to better handle mistakes in the future or our money won't be the only money you lose.
