A lovely discovery: a refined atmosphere, friendly and attentive staff, an extensive wine list, and truly delicious food. The pizza is highly digestible, and the ingredients are of the highest quality. The desserts are also a plus, all homemade. Great value. We'll definitely be back.

A refined, modern venue with a stunning style. The soft lighting and background music are just the right touch to make the place even more charming. We ordered larded snails and tartare with bagòs cheese for appetizers, both excellent. But the real highlight was the rice-flour pizza (light and easily digestible) with cacio e pepe and scampi. Unique and well-balanced flavors. The desserts were also good, although "I wanted to be a rocher" was far too sweet for my taste. In conclusion: a classy venue, friendly service, and excellent food. Prices were above average, but justified by the quality of the ingredients.

We've been to Rock 1978 several times and have always had a great time! A pleasant place (there are two dining rooms, one large and more traditional but charming, and one smaller but more modern and unique), friendly and attentive staff, excellent food... The place is truly delicious! From gourmet pizza to Neapolitan and traditional, they all have top-quality dough and ingredients... for those who want to eat in, the kitchen also produces excellent dishes. I'd say there's something for everyone... Overall, a truly excellent place to eat... we'll definitely be back many more times!

Last night I went to Bione, in Val Sabbia. I'd been wanting to try a place for months, but between commitments and travel, I hadn't had the chance. The place in question is called: Rock 1978 It's a pizzeria (but it's an understatement to call it that) with both meat and fish options (and a really well-designed children's menu). Rock 1978 is a modern place, featuring contemporary artwork and meticulous attention to detail. Their pizzas are divided into three categories: - Round pizzas (we could define them as visibly classic) - Neapolitan pizzas (I don't think it needs any explanation) - Tasting pizzas (with special doughs, including rice and barley) I tried one of each. The first was the "Giovanna and 'Nduja" tasting pizza (San Marzano, DOP buffalo mozzarella, Giovanna pancetta, 'nduja, and olive powder) with type 1 whole wheat dough. The second was the "Hurricane" round pizza (San Marzano, fior di latte, spicy salami, arugula sprouts, and gorgonzola fondue). Finally, the "Bufala DOP" Neapolitan pizza (San Marzano, DOP buffalo mozzarella, basil dressing, and Avanzi Garda olive oil). Three totally different pizzas, but three EXCEPTIONAL pizzas. Excellent-quality ingredients, light dough, perfect balance of textures and flavors. Then I also treated myself to dessert: the millefeuille with berries (really good and light, too) and a taste of their panettone, all washed down with an excellent wine... my beloved Monterossa. What can I say? I would (and will) drive all the way back to eat pizza at Rock1978. I was really stupid. I was afraid that, leaving from Brescia, it might not be worth it, and I was so wrong. Truly excellent. Among the best pizzas I've ever eaten... the Neapolitan one reminded me perfectly of the pizzas I ate in Naples, it was so perfect. And the others were no exception. I tell you with all my heart and sincerity, the pizza at Rock1978 IS WORTH THE TRIP... and I can't wait to do it again!

The pizza was amazing and the desert just as good. They play good music that's loud enough to be heard, but not so loud that you have to shout to chat. Ambiance is good, food is even better.

One of the best pizza you can find in this area. It isn't cheap but it's definitely worth, from time to time, to come here for a special pizza. Other dishes are well prepared too and the service is pretty good.

Locale consigliatoci da un amico, location moderna e curata, pizze per tutti i gusti: dall'impasto basso, alla napoletana, alla pizza gourmet. Forse avrei gradito qualche proposta in più con le verdure e la pizza bassa un po' troppo umida nel centro per i miei gusti, ma quello è personale. Prezzi sopra la media, ma giustificati dalla quantità e la qualità degli ingredienti utilizzati. Servizio buono, migliorabile, ma considerando che il locale era pieno, tutto bene. Ottimo il sorbetto pera e cannella.

Very good pizza. It's a shame they don't have draft beer, only bottled. The desserts were good. The only negative is the noise in the dining room: 40-45 people in a single, very reverberant space with very loud background noise. We often struggled to hear each other without lip-reading. We'll try again in a different season to continue enjoying pizzas outside, even exchanging a few words without having to shout at each other.

ESPERIENZA DELUDENTE Abbiamo cenato in questo locale, rinomato nella zona, grazie anche ai premi ottenuti e pubblicizzati dalla rassegna stampa. Abbiamo ordinato una pizza Napoletana e una gourmet con tartare di fassona, germogli di rucola, fonduta di bagoss e scaglie di tartufo. Devo dire che l'esperienza non è stata delle migliori, gli ingredienti non si combinavano alla perfezione e mi hanno dato l'impressione di mangiare qualcosa di viscido, non delle migliori. Il sapore era troppo lieve per gli ingredienti che componevano la pizza. L'impasto, però, è molto buono ma non eccezionale. Per quanto riguarda la napoletana, con la salsiccia, devo dire che era buona ma modesta, nulla di speciale. Come dessert abbiamo preso un semifreddo, che non abbiamo finito. Il servizio è stato un po' confusionale, cameriere per quanto mi riguarda poco esperte (forse stagiste) hanno confuso le ordinazioni e sono state poco socievoli, mentre la signora all'ingresso ci ha accolti con molto calore. Il locale è carino ed elegante. Per quanto mi riguarda il prezzo è troppo lievitato in rapporto alla qualità del menù. Probabilmente torneremo per dare un'altra possibilità al locale.
