Doughology is hands down the best donut shop in the Lynbrook area!! The donuts themselves are so delicious and the toppings that get added to each one are simply out of this world. We also tried their homemade waffles for breakfast during our last visit and they were excellent along with a delicious cold brew and hot cup of coffee. Our favorite donuts were the new PB&J, which was on special, the apple strudel, French toast, peanut butter cup. Highly recommend!!

I heard about this place through an Instagram group called LI Eats. Finally got the chance to go and I was definitely not disappointed. I went nice and early on a Sunday. I got lucky with parking right in front of the building. Didn't have too long of a wait and the staff was super friendly and helpful. There are so many flavors to choose from; it took me a few minutes to figure out which ones I wanted to try without buying them all. I was tempted to. Cant say I have a favorite but each unique flavor was super delicuious. You can watch the machine make the donuts fresh right there and then they put the toppings on per order. They even serve my favorite cold brew coffee by Sail Away.. I was in heaven! I reccommend everyone try them.

Great Experience. Coffee shop vibe and yummy doughnuts. Love the donut bar option where you can build your own doughnut. Ordered a large catering order for the following week after the tasting went great and everything went as planned! Thanks and cheers to small business.

My hubs and I stopped in for a quick iced coffee and decided to add a donut. Delicious! We had a strawberry shortcake and jelly donut. It was noon and empty, but the decor was pretty cool, and there were games available for patrons. I'm not a local but it seems like a great place to meet up with friends.

I wanted to give 3 stars but the employees were nice and the overall atmosphere/set-up of the menu was convenient. Very good pricing transparency too between the standard and premium donuts. They also have a donut bar. My friends have commented favorably on the rainbow cookie donut although they did not have that this weekend. I had the black and white plus the cinnamon bun while my partner got the Boston cream and the maple bacon. They were good overall. However, the presentation/structure of the donuts were less than ideal. Prices were good (base $3.50) but the Boston cream was basically two holed donuts with cream slathered in between. This was very awkward and difficult to eat. The cinnamon roll donut based on the photo looked like it was a solid one and not a holed pastry. They pipe the cinnamon icing over the hole. I found it too sweet and the ratio of pastry to icing is off given the fact it's done on top of the hole. They should utilize the donut shape without the hole for some of these flavors instead of doing it on top, since this leads to a full bite of icing. Donuts otherwise were good and excellent flavor assortment. I just would recommend they change how they structure the donuts with more icing! Parking can be tough around here since it's by the train station. Would likely need to pay for it on the meter without a permit.

Cute doughnut shop in Lynbrook with really fun doughnut combos. You can even create your own! They also offer doughnut waffles and doughnut nachos. Fun to watch the doughnut machine as well.

Came here after getting lunch in the area. Service is friendly and helpful. The pictures on the wall were helpful in making a decision on the large amount of offerings! Prices are reasonable! Every was great

Definitely a great donut spot!!! It was worth it! They make the donuts right there fresh and you add the toppings they have. We stuck with the combos they chose: the fruity pebbles and Oreo were our favorite. The French toast and churro had a little too much filling. Overall it is a great spot and would recommend it

Just picked up a dozen doughnuts the other day for a family function and they were a hit. I really enjoyed the mix of donuts, but a few we're a little too sweet for me. Still, I really enjoyed them. The French toast doughnut was INSANE I definitely recommend it.

I love doughnuts, so I was really excited about this place. Unfortunately, it doesn't deliver in the most important aspect of a good doughnut, the actual doughnut! The toppings are tasty and unique, but the doughnut itself is subpar. The doughnuts are vegetarian (the toppings not necessarily), and they have vegan options too. The staff is super friendly, and the place has a nice cozy atmosphere. Disappointing.
