Exceptional service everytime from three of their best employees, speedy ordering process, absolutely amazing customer service and they are the main reason why I always go back and leave with a smile on my face face. Hahaha I don’t know if Stephanie in the reviews was joking but the picture of the food didn’t look bad and the toes in the picture looks like a joke 😂 anyways, employee was amazingggggg. I didn’t get her name but it was the girl with the glasses who took my order. I told her to give me the juiciest chicken and she delivered, props to night cook! and also gave me a free creamy cilantro although she told me they do charge now. Amazing service and the food was good too!! This was around 6 so I suggest you come around that time for some good food. Don’t listen to the bad reviews yall, remember people only comment when it’s negative most of the time.

I went here for dinner and they have some pretty good help there that wait on you and don't act like they're doing you a favor by waiting on you (which a lot of fast food places that I go to act like.) I ordered the three piece dinner, found a really good place to sit down and enjoyed myself. I wanted to warn you that they do close down their dining room and so if you want to eat dinner inside you better find out what time they're dining room closes. I ended up being the last one in there.

I had a great experience with this location, it's unfortunate that they haven't had any improvements to the modeling of the building even though other locations already have some. I always get my food fast and efficiently. The workers are always nice whether I'm in drive thru or inside the store.

The customer service is excellent and for a pollo loco it's very quick service most take a long time I could go on with compliments.I frequent this place almost everyday and I've been to many in the surrounding area and I always come back to this one

I’ve been coming here for a few years and went again today. I tried their new burrito bowl using the Kiosk and happy that one of the workers came by to make sure I was still ok. Not only did he make sure I didn’t need assistance but he really gave such great service and welcoming energy. My food came out in a timely manner and delicious as always! I’m happy to say I would return because of the service I received today. Thank you Torres hope you know how much I appreciated your help today.

This El Pollo Loco fire roasted their chicken flavorfully with the crisp on the edge. The meat was tender and juicy. Our pallets were satisfied with the tenderness of the beans and the melody of all the spices in harmony. The customer service was excellent. We mattered at Ep Pollo Loco today!

Well it was a pleasure that I went that evening! I had a delicious meals, my first time trying Keto burrito 🥰yummy, also the costumer service 👍🏻😉☺️ was awesome... La muchacha! Very nice person, polite and didn't had to wait longer, chicken bomb🤩 everything is so delicious, I went today again, so I had no complains, yummy food and good price plus great service 👍🏻 I do recommend this place, jus be patience is there's a line of waiting, sometimes and anywhere else we have to wait if we like something. Worth it the time! I guess 🤔😉

They always nail it when it comes to the salad. I just feel like either they have been shrinking on their chicken tostada salad size because it feels so crammed. Lately I have been getting the bowl or plate salad instead to make up for the size of the tostada bowl. The cilantro sauce is one of my favorites here.

Went to the El Pollo Loco in Lynwood on Imperial and Long Beach Blvd. The meal was really good. The chicken had a really great flavor. It was super juicy, delightful citrusy flavor on every bite. The sides were also really well made. Except the tortillas which are never fully heated breaking on you as you eat. The area it's located is small and parking is tight and limited. Best if you use the drive thru instead.

The food was great. The chicken was hot and crispy with the right amount of heat. The salad was fresh and the tortillas were warm. The restaurant was understaffed and the crew was working with what little they had. Management needs to hire more people.

The service at drive through window was pleasant. The guy was courteous and friendly. My order was correct and quick. The thing is, my tostada salad had some lettuce that tasted a bit like it was used after it's "use by" date. 🤔🤨😎

They didnt have chicken available without a 20 minute wait in the drive-thru. Was time constrained so opted for quesadilla which was surprisingly very delicious. Expect to be stuck waiting when you go

Been eating keto burritoa at different El Pollo Loco locations. This one, although tasty, felt smaller and slightly less meaty than others. Service and staff was great. There were people sleeping in one of the booths and it was starting to smell.

Walked in no one was at the register I could hear employees laughing and joking around in the background. And someone said, "I be with you sir". I mention to the employee that was going to take my order that there was a lot of paper towels on the floor in front of the register where the customer stand and and I told the employee they gave me my food that there was papers and and just a messy look in the salsa display. There was an employee sitting in the lobby was someone it looks to be a supervisor or manager seems to be barking out instructions to employees but in a rapid speed voice very annoying and he was watching to a video on this phone. I had to move to another table

I've only been here once and it was very very dirty. The floors were sticky, the tables had people's trash who didn't pick up after themselves and the soda counter had a large soda stain. There were three homeless people in here and it made the food not look edible. Bad experience.

Went like 2 days ago. The wait in the driveway is extremely long. When you get to the machine to order they ask you to wait to order lol idk if theres only one person working or what but we waited at least 5 minutes just to order. But when we got to the window to pay our food was handed to us very quickly. We waited longer to order than to get our food lol. When i got home i realized they gave me the wrong order. I ordered a tostada salad they gave me just a regular salad. Luckily the salad was actually really good but still wish i had the tostada salad. Food was delicious just 3 stars cause of the wait and wrong order.

Placed two separate orders one I received on a reasonable time the second order took more than 15 minutes and saw one of the burrito ladies just standing behind there texting she had her phone apparently hiding on one of the plates were they put the food in, which I taught was disgusting if they are going to be using the plate to serve food inside. Probably won't be going back.

Ordered 2 double chicken tostada salads they forgot the shredded cheese and sour cream cilantro dressing will never go back again I paid for a complete order and got missing ingredients. No wonder there was no line tried to call them couldnt speak to anyone WOW.

This place always forgets to put enough condiments or sometimes they don't even put condiments always forgetting tortillas some of the staff members have attitudes the chicken is dried you have to ask to look at the chicken before they give it to you make sure it's the way you like it. However the manager , the shift manager I will not mention her name she is really awesome but some of the staff they need to be retrained... Smh.

Sometimes the workers here could move pretty slow, well not slow they take their time to take your order. For instance one day I walked in and there was a few people in front of me that had ordered and one of the employees walked away when it was time for me to order, which was very rude. She had nothing else she had to do I'm just assuming that she felt like she didn't have to serve me and she wanted to do it when she felt like it. That's just what I'm assuming by the energy and vibe from her I was getting from her. I'm only making this long explanation because the food industry isn't how it was back in the early 2000s and the late '90s.

This happened at Lynnwood Pollo Loco I think I overpay for double chicken tostada and I asked for a vinaigrettes dressing they said they don't use that they only have cilantro supposed to be a franchise . wow

This is one of the worst Pollo Locos I've been to. The staff is friendly for the most part sometimes they can be a little rude but not enough to really upset me. Their accuracy on orders is what needs the most work. My first time there I recieved my tostada salad container dirty with the juice from the frijoles. I let it slide because they were busy and things happen. The second time I ordered a Double Chicken Avocado Salad with no cheese and my salad has cheese and didn't have any avocado even though avocado is in the name. I ordered the same thing yesterday and this time the salad didn't have the corn or the pico de gallo. I feel like ive given them a lot of chances and now I would only consider going back if I'm a bit desperate for a salad.

This Pollo Loco appears to be out of SOMETHING quite often. Staff is rude, incompetent and look dirty. Avoid this Pollo Loco if you can!

My husband and I have ordered with them quite a lot. And every time we ask for the extra dressing for the loco salad they never give it to us. The reason we ask for extra is because they do not put it on the salad most of the time. I am so tired of paying for what is advertised but isn't delivered.

You'll be asked to wait when driving up to order , usually for about 5min , then they'll get your order wrong so check you bags, and when they finally get it right, the rice will be overcooked and the chicken is always dried up and looks like leftovers . ,. I kept coming back hoping for it to be a one time thing but no , time after time keeps happening , ill rather drive a bit farther for better service .

It was the ugliest experience visiting any Pollo Loco Restaurant, they didn't have chicken ready we have to wait 10 minutes, they didnt have Horchata, no soda and ice in the soda fountain machine, no paper in the bathrooms. I can't believe it, they were not that busy and they had a lot of employees.

Poorly managed Pollo Loco. I have lived a block away from this restaurant for over 10 years so I visit it often due to convenience. They manage to always run out off chicken! I mean come on management! The name of the restaurant is Pollo loco how do you run out of chicken?

I order online , the app notifies me the food is ready for pick up, but i had to wait there for almost 20 minutes in the loby because they go by who gets there first. But i was just picking up , they should have the food ready on a shelf ready for pick up. Never coming here

Bad service!!! I work for door dash. parking lot is terrible. Its unfair how we cant go through drive thru because you would have to check our phone for the order. Im baffled because you are able to see our phones through the wondow in drive thru. I will be telling other dashers to steer clear of this location.

Unfortunately, I had an unpleasant experience at this location. Food wasn’t tasteful and the drive thru customer service did lack. No one greeted me and I was in line for 15 minutes and I was the only car in the line. Won’t be coming here again. Hopefully they step up their game.

Sorry wouldnt give it a star..to start off the drive thru girl had a problem cause i was using a coupon... WORST drive thru not good waited amost 30 mins for 10 piece of chicken and when i finnally got it..it looked as if it was skinny and dried more bones than meat nothing compared to other pollo locos ive been to.. didnt get salsa when asked for some nor tortillas and nor my reciept.. please look into this resturant immediately..

These people doesn’t even deserve 1 star. Bad service, never have enough chicken ready. After waiting in a big line they told me I have to wait 35 minutes for a 2 pc meal for my grandmother. I know my opinion doesn’t meant anything for these people, how sad it is to see these people do not care for their customers. Of course never again will I go to that location.

I saw the employee on register "cleaning" around the condiments by pushing dirty onions and sauce back into the containers with an old towel. I was also told that my meal would take 45 minutes because there was no chicken... worst pollo loco I've ever had the misfortune of being in.

The purpose of this review is not to bash this location but rather to help them realize what state they are in. My friend and I always bet $10.00 on what the staff will mess up next time. And we both win as they mess up alot. Manager, take note. 1. Drive through order handler never listens, only speaks the pre-determined text. 2. At times when she listens, she only hears us and does not really register what we are ordering. 3. From the intercom to the payment window, the order changes drastically, they claimed I did not ask for a drink when she is the one who asked if I wanted coke or something else. 4. The tortilla in a plastic bag resided under the chicken pieces and was oozing in chicken juice. 5. The drink had 95% ice, 2% coke and 3% air, ok, ok, it was oxygen. 6. The chicken lost weight thus the pieces we bought came in slim version as it seemed like they were on diet. Start working on the above until I make up the rest of the list from bullet 7 through 39.

Let me start off by saying the customer Service is horrible. 1. A gentleman was waiting before me for a phone order that took over 15 minutes to pick up. There were 5 people behind the counter going in circles. One of the employee's looked up at me multiple times and never once acknowledged my presence, while another was in the back yelling out about the fight tonight. He came back to the front with same gloves he scratched his behind with, walks up to the counter where they usually have all the salsas, and begins to wipe the counter with a napkin, changes his mind and goes to fill the dispenser with beans and stirs the Mac n Cheese, mind you with the same dirty gloves. I waited a total of 20 minutes for a salad that was badly made. In addition the hallway was packed with cartons and the floors were filthy.

Worst place ever, I will never go back there again. I waited 25 minutes in the drive through with only 4 cars in front of me. To top it off the cashier hung halfway out of the window to stop me from setting off their timer so they could take their time. I was on my lunch break so I was pressed for time. That wasn't the worst part, I ordered only 2 street tacos only to find when I got back to work that there was no chicken in them.I wanted to just throw them away but I was so mad I tried calling with no answer. So I go back and get off to give them a piece of my mind and the cashier had the addausity to tell me "well you know it's our busy hour" I told them that's no excuse you dont forget the chicken it is called el pollo loco. They offered to remake them but I refused and demanded they give me my money back and I will never be going back there again. I already told my co workers and I dont think they will be going back to that pollo loco again.

The worst pollo loco location. Placed a mobile order arrived to pick up at the drive thru. I was told they received my order and I would need to wait an additional 15 minutes due to them not being ready on time already a red flag. The attendant told me to wait inside the restaurant, I told her no problem I understand things happen. I got off my car the restaurant doors were closed I knocked 30 minutes later the doors were still closed and restaurant was not operating there was already employees inside. At 40 minutes later I was already late to work and I left with no food as it was never given to me. I was robbed of my time and money this place is absurd and I blame the management for this because based on the reviews this situation has happened various times. I still have not been contacted, offered food, or returned my money. DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! AND YES I HAVE USED THE CONTACT US WEBSITE NO ONE RESPONDS!

I’ve been to this location several times because it is the closest one to my home, but the service is terrible. Every time I come here I leave convinced that I shouldn’t return, but today was the last time I’ll be back. I’ve been in situations where when I pay with a coupon they say “we don’t have the chicken ready yet” but if I pay without a coupon there is no problem. Today I waited in line for about 8 min and when I get to the drive thru, I was told that they won’t open until 11am today, yet people were allowed to pickup orders. That doesn’t make any sense! How can it be open to pickup orders, but not to make an order there? That did it for me today. I don’t recommend coming here. Lastly, sometimes I’ve waited in line at the drive thru only for them to tell me to come order inside because they aren’t taking drive thru orders.

This place is always running out of items on menu, or their station is closed and has a limited menu. The chicken is never cooked fully and quality of how items are packaged is messy. I gave up trying to go here. Owner of this place doesn’t care anymore and is most likely out of state and doesn’t care about standards.

The food at El Pollo Loco has gone down hill! We ordered a chicken plate and 6 chicken avocado tacos. The leg and thigh were very skinny with hardly any meat, the skin was black and flimsy. The corn tortias on the tacos were cold and rubbery, some of the tacos had no avocado on it. We will not return. I would see it fair to get our money back but we just won't eat there again

How does pollo loco run out of chicken. Several times I went and they don’t have it. Smh. 1/6/19 I ask for Latge tortilla soup they don’t have enough to make a large only a small. Well ok! I pull up to the window and one of the cashiers is being screamed at and told to shut up by a customer.... sad.. My order comes up and the cashier says I’m sorry I only have ONE! Pack of hotsouce left. Well give it to me. This young lady is very apologetic about the fact that they have no inventory to make what they sell.. How does the person encharged allow this to be so ongoing. So sad that we have to go to another city to buy. I feel really bad for the employees that have to work Under these circumstances and face customers.

If there is another el pollo loco in the area please go to it, cause this place is beyond pathetic!! I ordered the 8 piece leg and thigh and i was told that they didnt have thighs at the moment and if i wanted the mixed instead. Well im not a big fan of breast thats why i always order the leg and thigh but in this situation i had to take what they had..so i get to the window to pay (expecting to pay for the leg and thigh price) the lady charged me an extra 4 dollars for the mixed chicken even though they ran out of what I initially wanted! I asked why do i have to pay extra for something i didnt even want and she said well somebody just came though and brough all the legs and thighs..ok again how is that my fault? they made 0 effort to accommodate me!! On top of that the chicken was lowkey burnt and the rice was undercooked! Driving to another location is worth it the lil Hispanic ladies are rude and talk to you as if your not a paying customer!!

Two occasions were i have came to the drive through around 10:45pm or 10:50pm and out of those two occasions they have literally stalled with the drive through until 11pm just to say sorry were closed like what? You guys had me waiting 10-15min to tell me its closed? Ridiculous. Someone seriously needs to be fired from here. And when i ask for names a female employee begins to laugh behind the counter. Closing crew drive thru is the worst, there is always something wrong with the order or the chicken is always dry. They never have green salsa and when you ask for Serrano chiles they say they don't have any until you walk in doors and ah hah Surprise! Serrano chiles in the tray. Never going back to this location in the night drive thru, 2 hrs from closing time. Too bad i work late, and have to pick up some of my favorite food and be disappointed. During day time they are phenomenally good and courteous and food is excellent!

There was a hair in my mashed potatoes, the fried chips were absolutely disgusting like the oil they fried it in was old. The Mac and cheese was old you could see like it was the mornings batch. Absolutely won’t going to be going there.

Drive thru service here is horrid!! There is always something missing from my orders or they ran out.. whether it was black beans, salsa or even one they ran out of chicken. -____-' Once, even the chicken was missing from by double CHICKEN plate, I drove back from home to get that fixed and they tried to give me a cup (container) with chicken and I refused it and told the lady I wanted a new plate. So she went to ask the manager, to which she responded with a "why?" Which I overheard and told her that because now my plate was cold from having to drive all the way back from home. Also, they need to stop putting order ICE IN THE SALSA, it's dangerous and can crack a tooth if not noticed. The ice is in both the self serve trays and in the drive thru container so no b.s on "it might have fallen in". Worst of all!!! (I don't get disgusted easily) I asked to use the restroom to wash my hands prior to eating, when I walked into the restroom there was feces (poop) literally all over the trash, floor and toilet. I quietly went to the lady at the register and notified her of the issue. She stood there talking to the other girl discussing on who let the homeless person in the restroom (I guess that's who did it). I proceeded to take a seat to wait for my food and noticed no one had done anything about it. I got my food and ate (still). I finished my food and no one had done anything about it still. I left and have never or will ever step foot in that pollo loco ever again, neither will I go through their drive thru ever again. Or at any pollo loco to be honest.

Rudest staff ever I get your busy back orders and all but nothing but bad cursing at eachother waited almost 20min for my order witch was only a burrito and 2 tacos and a salad over heard a employer tell a customer if you don't like waiting you can go eat somewhere else and still nothing but bad talk. And also the food was so salty and sloppy this is the only location that I know that has the worst staff.

Service is pretty bad. I had to wait 25 minutes for a three piece with leg and thighs. And I had to ask which order was mine because the person taking care of the orders put my order on the counter with several other orders and did not specify which was which. I did not get any condiments with that or my tortilla soup. And I had to ask for my receipt. I like El Pollo Loco and this particular one has always been on point. But I don't know what's been going on lately. I hope they get this fixed and get the service back up to par like it used to be.

I totally don't recommend this place... my chicken was nasty looking plus there were flies everywhere & 2 customers complain and they ask there money back... check this out!! (bad food, bad service & dirty place)

They have terrible service, plus they have no common sense when it comes to serving their customers. I wanted a 16 piece family meal, but they couldn't do a 16 piece mixed meal order, I don't understand why they don't attempt to cook more chicken at once, every time we go we either have to wait over 30 min for our food or they just can't serve what you requested which is always part of their menu. The employees are rude. I wanted to add an 8th piece meal and they said they could not sell me more than 16 pieces unless I order way ahead of time. It's such an inconvenience to their customers, and maybe if they had better customer service.

When my cousin and I walked in, our appetite literally went away. The smell was definitely awful. The place was clean, but It smelled spoiled or as if the restroom hasn't been cleaned in months. When we made a decision to just walk out, you can hear the staff chatting bye and laughing. Get your restaurant together, everyone does't eat in stench!

I order two pollo loco bowls I know there only $5.59 but there no chicken did they just grab one little spoon and put on the bowl I am very disappointed I felt like if I just order rice and beans bowl

Who's the manager here because they have terrible service and I cannot believe the burnt/hard chicken they gave us! It's hard finding a fast food location now with people who actually care about their jobs and their paying customers. My mother in law told me to stop going here, I will now drive all the way to Bellflower to get fresh El Pollo Loco, Lynwood has to do better!

To whom it may concern, I want to let you know that I just picked up my order and I noticed that I didn't receive the correct dressing for my salad, instead I received guacamole. I did request guacamole,  however I also ordered the cilantro dressing and I did not get it.When I got there my order was late. Also, I ordered a mango ice tea, but it did not taste good.  It tasted old. Unfortunately, I was not able to return to the restaurant because it was during my lunch break. I would suggest for employees to review future on line orders a second time before customers pick up the order. - Jessica

This is the worst location I’ve ever come across. I ordered the avocado chicken quesadilla and chips n guac. Not only were my chips over cooked and hard to chew but my quesadilla was COLD my chicken had no heat the outer side had hardly no grill marks worst experience to date. Thank you I will never return here again. And my receipt wasn’t in my bag so I couldn’t leave my rating review. They should be obligated to place your receipt in hand.

The might be good but the place is disgusting. When I walked in the floor already seemed dirty but after we ordered we were looking for a seat but all the tables were so dirty with soda and water all over the floor and the tables still had trash from a previous group. The soda dispenser didn't have ice and we let one of the workers know but she just said that she already knew and just walked away, so we just left it like that and continued getting soda and there were no lids for cups. Over all I think they should get new works that will try to keep everything clean and help the customers. Worst place ever.

If I could give this location a negative review it would be a negative five star. I have a debit card that I use which is only a debit card. The employee at the window kept saying it was declined, even when my husband old her it was my debit card. So as not to hold up the others behind the car in the drive through I ended up going inside to wait an additional ten minutes to get the attention of an employee. (No hello or welcome) I asked to speak to the manager on duty and also be close to the employee at the drive through window. I had the manager confirm it was the same card and without trying it she told me I have insufficient funds and that was why it was declined. (Becoming offended because she would loudly say such a thing without running the card. I responded by asking her to run it again at the register) When I inserted my chip'd debit card and entered my PIN and it went through without a problem she tried to tell me it's because the window machine runs it as credit and will not give the option of running it as debit. (A change of story but I know this to be incorrect) I let her know I have previously been through the drive through without issue at other El pollo loco's when I tell them it is a debit card even at the very same location once before. She then tried to tell me oh it must be the machine it sometimes acts up. (Which if that was the case she should not be accusing people of insufficient funds and when fault is found an apology for my waisted time is appropriate instead of a begrudgingly filling an order that I paid for). We get our food, the tortillas were dried out, the salsa was vinegary, the meat was hard and burned and the beans were 90 liquid.

once again my order is messed up. I ordered a chicken bowl and they gave me tacos and the corn tortillas were not warm at all didn’t even taste cooked last time the flour tortillas were raw and mushy. the workers here lack common sense I have never once ordered food from there and it’s been right. they need to replace their staff.

Just went to this place about 30 minutes ago and to be honest this is by far the worst chicken I bought and I say bought because I couldn’t even eat it the chicken was so burnt that I didn’t even bother to try it I try calling the store like 3 or 4 times and no one bother to pick up the phone so I tell everyone who goes to this place make sure to check your chicken and for my self this was my first and last time at this place

Very disappointed. I paid $23 for a chicken avocado burrito with no beans I told them add extra cabbage if possible ….. they didn’t even put cabbage . My son ordered a chicken tostada plate had to return it get another one and that other one didn’t come with sour cream. I returned it and ask politely if I can please get sour cream because it does come with it and I kid you not they just barely added sour cream they minus well not have put none ….. I wouldn’t have mind paying for it … won’t be coming back here

Was craving a chicken tostada salad and my husband stopped to get it for me and he has such a hard time. First he orders and tells the lady he wants the pico on the side and she’s saying multiple times that it does not have pico when indeed it does. He gets home and it has some old pico on the salad some hard pieces of rice that’s probably been sitting there and some hard pieces of old chicken. How hard is it to listen to the customer or even when making it and you see it doesn’t look good why would you put it on the salad ?

I ordered the Original Pollo Loco Bowl. The bowl cost $5.00 without the drink. The total for the bowl was $5.51z The service was very speedy and customer service was great. Now let’s get to the reason why I am writing by this review. Mind you I buy the Original Pollo loco bowl everytime I go to pollo loco. So many locations they all aren’t the same quality. This location was not it. Just seeing it I knew I was not going to like it. The rice was mushy pollo loco rice shouldn’t be mushy overcooked without flavor. Pollo loco rice has a specific texture and flavor. The cilantro was not even cut huge stems that makes it weird. The flavor of the chicken tasted old and it was not diced chicken it was like shredded chicken. The tomatoes tasted way past their prime. I wouldn’t recommend this location. Being my go to place to eat a quick meal I was so disappointed I couldn’t eat the food. I took my order to go.

I’ve let a lot of previous issues slide with this specific pollo loco location, but I feel like today was definitely the last straw. I feel like anyone with even the littlest bit of common sense would know better than to serve this old avocado, but judging from the other people’s pictures, the manager let’s the employees do this all the time. I also circled the sour cream, because as you can see, I think they gave the last of the very bottom of the tube and didn’t bother refilling it. Worst of all, I couldn’t even take it back because they didn’t provide me with my receipt. I fully understand that things happen, but at this point, if you’re paying $10+ for a meal, I don’t expect a picture perfect bowl, but definitely something I can confidently eat without having it make me sick. Needless to say, a lot of the chicken was hard enough to knock someone out. This is the last time I make the mistake of coming here.

This is the worse El Pollo loco, just close it down and put someone there that actually wants our business. Came by today and they are closed at 1:55 pm. I worked fast food for 12 years and never had this much trouble just selling a product. I shouldn’t have to keep visiting 2 locations when I want chicken because one never has anything or is closed.

The absolute worst experience ever at a Pollo loco. Got my money back check your chicken before leaving and they also forgot to put in my tortillas AND MY RECEIPT! Had to prove my purchase with my bank of America application. Will never go there again. Does that chicken look like the commercial chicken? He'll no it doesn't.

Sorry we are out of chicken. Huh? I have heard this from them a few times. The drive thru can be difficult. The speaker system should be upgraded, the small space in this shopping location makes it hard to maneuver your car while some folks want to pass while others are trying to keep their spot in the line. The location is Not car friendly. Update: spoiled broccoli with mold. For the health of customers quality control must be top priority.
