Best Buche burritos and tacos in Fresno County. They don’t deep fry it in a bunch of oil which I appreciate heavily. You can still taste the chewy stomach texture.

Chicken quesadilla was delicious and huge. The free salsa was very very spicy. There were some tables to eat inside but most people were taking food to go.

Delicious, generous, great ingredients, open late. Got a burrito supreme with chili verde pork. One of the best burritos I've had!

The carniceros were joyful and helpful..the cashier wow he just made my day with the jokes. The meat was so good and there's no negative comments about it.

It's loud and there's a delay between table cleans. The food is great, the workers are friendly, and the pricing is fair.

A good friend and Madera resident recommended we try the food here and they weren't wrong. Delicious!! The lengua tacos came highly recommended but all the other options sounded and looked delicious too. I ordered a Chile Colorado burrito and my partner opted for a carnitas burrito. A Mexican Coke to wash it all down and Bam! Happy belly!!

This place is becoming a hit or miss sometimes. The asada meat is good other times its either salty or dried and flavorless. Also, I miss their old salsa, it was much tastier than their salsa today.

HORRIBLE SERVICE. First burrito was asked to be without onion and low and behold filled with onion. The second one is what really got to me, the burrito was asked to have NO MEAT for a vegetarian but first bite and there is a chunk of ham. I called to see if I could return to get my correct order and she says yes so after driving all the way back after going home. I’m told I need to go get the other burrito too, would’ve been nice if I was told that beforehand. DO NOT RECOMMENDED. lady was rude about it after waiting in the line, was not gonna pay another $12 for a nasty burrito.

Was expecting better. They don't know how to make it right. The moment I tried to eat it it came apart. My recommendation, go somewhere else.

Breakfast burritos suck, I called and order and was told it came with chorizo,egg,ham bacon and potatoes. It was all chorizo and eggs disappointed

Dont waste your money. I order 1/2 a pound of alpastor and this is what i got. Reheated meat from what it looks like several times. With a bunch of grease at the bottom. I use to come here alot but the quality has got down a lot. And prices up. Which i dont mind if food was good. But not going there again.
