I love panda express but this one seems terrible. I ordered a bow and the cashier had the gut go give me just one hot sauce. What? Oh, I guess they do that to black people (I hate to go that route but it looks like). This is my second experience and it's sad that sometimes I prefer driving to Fresno to eat Panda.

after so many time s eating off of PANDA EXPRESS, i m done. the chicken doesnt tase like chicken, the rice is disgusting, and the chowmein s really bad. evrything s odd from this Chinese restaurant. althought, they say" chinese leave best food in their country, and Panda express s not even an actual chinese restaurant with real chinese food either, my suggestion... Think it over thrice before rating off pf this " chinese place" since everything tastes rather SYNTHETIC

Customer service is terrible. I order thru the app ahead of time to be able to get there and just pick up my order. It’s not busy inside nor the drive thru yet they have me waiting 20min to get my order. The food wasn’t even good. No flavor on the chow mein.

I ordered large of kung pao chicken togo, but I can't even eat it half of the box was red pepper chili. Other Pandas Express restaurant never have kung pao like this..

I would not recommend this place. The quality has gone downhill. 😩 The "fire chicken" tasted like chicken nuggets with pineapple. 🍍🤮 Horrible. The noodles were overcooked and the grilled teriyaki chicken wasn't even grilled! 😡 The quality just isn't worth the price. 💰👎 Wouldn't go back. Instead, I'll stick to my favorite local Chinese spot for better food. 😋

I usually eat at panda about 4 times a week. I stopped at this one I this city and it is nothing like I am used too. The portion sizes are small the good was not like the other locations. The team was not cheerful did not great didn’t know how to input coupon codes. Just standing around took a long time to serve me even though nobody in line. The white rice was just one big lump block couldn’t even eat it. I won’t be coming back to this location again. Totally disappointed. I would have write more but I’m on my lunch break and they took most of it making me wait. Update. Came again about six months after first review and still I wasn’t happy Sane thing took longer than usual to place and receive my order. My food was not hot by the time I sat down to eat it and my kung Pao was mostly cucumbers and only one piece of chicken no flavor. Sadly I won’t t be giving it another try next time I’m passing through Madera.

Nahhhhh cause I can here for sum fire chowmein right? Got a large side of it in fact. This mf had only vegetables 😭. Ong like 3 noodles💀. And it was cold🤣. Drink was fye tho!

Every time my mom and I come here, the food is of bad quality. And my mom usually gets sick and a stomach ache. We have no problem with any other Panda Express locations, just this one. Also, the chicken was very dry, tasted old, and the chilis were burnt. Chowmein was overcooked and dry also. From the looks of other reviews on here, it seems like the management, and owner doesnt seem to get it. Please avoid doing business at this Panda Express location.

Ask for teriyaki chicken and the sauce i got is sweet and sour. Please check your order before you guys leave. Look at the mushrooms chicken more squash than chicken where is the mushrooms? 🤬. They close at 11pm and around 10pm they start closing and say we will serve u watever we have. When I said I need to speak to the supervisor and they made fresh. Need better management!! Let's eat teriyaki chicken with sweet and sour sauce 🙄

I like this franchise and have eaten their food since 2001 , however this Cleveland Madera location is pathetic. The employees must not be trained by corporate in logistics of how a drive thru should work. I placed my order and was told it would be 4 mins for my food and to park in front. 15 mins later my order was incomplete and the employee did not notice that I had wanted to check the bag before i drove off. I then went inside and asked for a manager and then was told I had to wait some more. I will continue to eat at panda Express but not at this location. It was only moderately busy and the "parking" of customers from my experience was handled un professionally. I will contact the district general manager and voice my opinion (complaint).
