The computer keyous is not welcoming. There's 2 keyous' and none of the staff really pays attention to the front counter. I know how to use it but I'd rather order from a person.

The food was delicious, as usual. However, today they made a mistake on my order when they put onions in my burrito and forgot the cheese for my nachos. On the other hand, their service in correcting this matter was very speedy. Overall, it was still a great dining experience.

Doesn't taste the same.. Been to alot of different ones but it feels like it's the chain itself that does to taste the same... Less quality.

They want top dollar but yet they dont know how to get your order right. Managers do better at training them with good customer service and a smile.

I dont normally have a problem using kiosks, but there was no option to add pico de gallo, cuz my mil wanted a side of pico for her nachos. I even had the very friendly cashier help me out and sure enough, it wasn't on the kiosk. So they were gonna ring me up on the regular register, but the card reader wasn't working. So I had to go through the drive thru all because I couldn't add a side of pico with the kiosk. Food was good though once I finally got it all sorted out.

It took over 15 mins to get our food. Also they didnt read my instructions on extra sauce on pinto/Cheese. There was a lady waiting for over 25min:(

Poor customer service. Corporate need to fire Ellie and Anel... horrible managers. They banned me from coming to their location because I did not hear the little incompetent cashier repeat the order. I wil be suing the company for discrimination soon. Warning!!Do not go to this location. Also, the police just told me they cannot legally ban me. Definitely taking this to court.

I should be smacked. Every time I go here the food sucks. I bought the $7 lux and the taco was pretty much empty. The 5 layer burrito was mushy and the sour cream tasted spoiled. The chalupa was like the taco, empty. The cheese dip tasted bad. I’ll never go to another Taco Bell

Im so sad every time I go here at night the food is like its been sitting out all day. I was looking forward to trying the mini taco salad with extra beef and instead got extra beans. It was a mobile order. I worked in fast food for almost 10 years I know how this usually goes. Its late theyre closing soon stretch whatever beef you got left so you dont have to make anymore. Its no excuse.

I had to make 2 orders yesterday and they had an attitude about it. When I was eating I bit into something hard, they had put an old burned potato in my nachos. I want to think it was an accident but how does just one hard one fall in if it was from the heating cabinet. Pretty messed up. I wish I could show a picture here.

I love Taco Bell and I constantly continue going to this location because I feel like it might just be the worker that day but every single time I buy my food here, it is nearly empty. 5 layer burritos are more tortilla than anything. That’s for ALL their burritos. I’ve been to many different locations and I’ve never had this issue.
