The pizza always has a good taste. The staff is friendly, the orders are done very quickly, and most importantly the orders are done right. Definitely our go-to pizza place.

The pizza was delivered very quickly and it was still really hot. They got the order 100% correct including all 6 sauces ordered. The pizza was cheesy and delicious!

Ordered online, food was got and made correctly when I arrived at the time specified for pick up. Super friendly staff doing an efficient job. Won't find a nicer, more helpful employee than Mikey anywhere.

Honestly my past drive thru experiences here haven't been great, kinda surly employees and a lot of times something is missing or wrong. But today Tyrone Wilkes got my order for me and has by far been the most cordial employee I've met at this Pizza Hut. I haven't even ate any of it yet, I just want you to know that he's good at customer service and I hope he's there next time I pick up a pizza.

My husband is an OTR driver. He was in his truck parked for delivery in the am. I ordered him food from here, after he ate he called to ask me to make sure and leave a review. He said the delivery driver was exceptional and the food was outstanding! That's a rare thing for him to get food and really enjoy it. Good customer service is starting to be a rare find. We ordered 45 pizzas for an event. We needed them close to the time they open. They were hot and ready on time, we appreciate all the hard work by the staff!! The pizza was a hit!!!

Was planning a lil bday party for my brother and friends wanted to shop around and find the best deals . Called one evening to see what special deals or discounts they had. The manager Kim went over n beyond to help me and and answer any questions that i had along with getting me the right deal for the amount of pizzas i need. I love pizza hut! Need to try the big New Yorker. Delicious! When they first opened in the new spot i ordered from them 3 times my pizza was burnt or not cooked all the way! But when Susan started thats when the magic started .l she's always got a smile on her face. She always makes sure im taking care of. She's the reason I keep coming back. They were really slow even now you're wanting a lot of customers. I know most of their orders are call ins so either delivery or pickup, but none the less I was told 10 minutes I sat there for 25 listening to them just chatter. Plus they were out of mushrooms SMH but when the Pizza finally did get done it was absolutely delicious

I had placed an order online and realized the order was completely different when I got home. And while yes it is frustrating, I know how things can happen and mistakes are made. I called and spoke with someone and they were super apologetic and replaced my whole order.

Ordered two pizzas one was great no problems the other unfortunately had way to many toppings on it and wasn’t cooked all the way through the crust was soggy and a lot of the cheese wasn’t melted.

The pizza was great but I ordered on the app to pick up at 9:00 pm and I arrived at 9:00 pm but it wasnt ready and didnt get it until 9:20 so I had to sit and wait in the parking lot for 20 minutes. I could see 5 minutes late but 20 minutes late. Could have atleast offered something free or discount on next pizza for being so late.

Pretty average Pizza Hut. Not doing anything above and beyond the normal Pizza Hut chain restaurant, not really under performing them either. Just typical of what you'd expect at any location anywhere along the road. Seating and layout a nice upgrade over other locations.

Pizza hut is my favorite chain pizza place. I was excited when they moved closer to where I am. Wouldn't have to drive clear across town anymore. There's been an issue every time I have ordered since they moved. Usually under cooked dough but an array of issues. I really like the chicken Alfredo pasta.

Pizza was good and hot, bread sticks were yummy. The only issue I had was service. They were so very short staffed. The two ladies that managed the dinning area also had to help cook, clean and bus tables. They were doing the best they could, but the management should really staff more ppl for weekends. Other than that, no complaints.

Cook it and cut it. That's the only two things that ya'll have to do. You got the cook it part right. Tasted good, was hot when I received it. However, nothing more annoying about carry out pizza than it not being cut. IDK maybe I'm being petty, but cutting a pizza isn't that difficult. Three stars since half the job wasn't done correctly. I'll come back, but I hope ya'll sharpen the cutters beforehand.

It wasn't real bad, it was decent. The woman that served us was super friendly. We got the buffet and there wasn't much to choose from, you could tell the food wasn't fresh. But it was a little after 1pm when we went. And idk when they start the buffet. Was our first time going there.

Ordered a large PAN pizza tonight 12-2023. Extra pepperoni. Pizza I received was a hand tossed, regular pepperoni. If out of pan pizza dough, something should have been said.

Out of the last 5 orders, 3 have been incorrect. Out of those 3times, it’s been corrected twice,; once by just adding points to my account bc after the 3rd time of sending out an incorrect order, my appetite was lost & my family was beyond upset. We don’t order in often, usually only on incredibly super busy days; this was one of them. Once again, my order was incorrect, the girl at the store got an attitude (I wasn’t being rude) & I’m officially never spending money with this store again. Not for family or company events, holidays or quick dinners. Absolute disaster constantly with this location.

Ordered a sausage pizza and a meat lovers and got a pork pizza and the “meat lovers” was only ham, bacon, and pepperoni. We weren’t told they’d be substituting things in our order and there are items completely missing off the meat lovers. Not the first time this has happened. Quality has gone way down in the last few years.

Cold marinara and cold cheese sauce started out our experience and it only went downhill from there. Never offered a drink refill and the pizza was not that good. Oh and who serves food on paper plates at a sit down joint? Will not be back, period.

The wait times are ridiculous, it’s been twice i’ve had issue with getting my food delivered BEFORE my food got cold. one time actually having to drive up there & then today the driver all the sudden has an emergency while bringing my food to me and never shows up and they don’t know when they’ll have another available driver. get it together!

Thought we'd give the new pizza hut a try. Big mistake. The pastas came so dry we couldn't swallow them. The store apparently didn't have the drinks we ordered so the driver came without any. When we asked if he could bring us back another kind we were told to call the store. Did they just plan on keeping our money. When we called and asked for the drinks we also asked for more Alfredo sauce to be sent for our pastas. Looks like they just pulled it out of the fridge and stopped it into sauce cups. No warming it up at all. Looks like it's back to Dominoes for us.

We ordered ahead because we were traveling. Our pizza wasn't ready on time, and we were told it would be 30 more minutes before it was done. We left and they told us they would refund it. The young woman working at the drive through was friendly.

I ordered online and set a pick up time for 6 pm. We received the notification at 6 pm that our order was ready. My husband had already left to pick it up. When he arrived the food was not ready and he waited 30 more minutes for our order. The lobby was crowded with other customers waiting for food as well. Don’t send a notification if the order isn’t ready. Also, stop socializing behind the counter when you have a store full of customers. I’m going back to Dominos. (Right across the street)

I ordered a pizza on line tonight, i was first given a confirmation, then was told there was a problem and to contact the store. I called and asked if my order had been placed, the lady was rude and said she couldn't look up my order, i said the store doesn't do this, she said this isn't the store this is corporate, i said i called the store and asked if she would connect me to the store, no i can't do that. So i thanked her and went to the store. Thankfully my order was ready. I took the pizza and bread sticks home, and they were without a doubt the worst i have ever tried to eat, which i didn't. So i called the corporate office and told them about the problem, the lady said that the person who I talked to the first time was not corporate, but instead it was a call center. They never offered a refund, but instead offered in store credit. Like I would want to go back and be treated this way. My advice is find yourself another pizza place, for i know I will.

Dishonest and disrespectful staff. Ordered delivery to my hotel because I wasn't feeling well and didn't want to go out. Delivery person refused to bring to my room and leave it and I had to go meet her in the lobby. She said it was company policy. I called pizza hut corporation and was advised that the exact opposite is true. The store refused to refund the tip I gave in advance, although she definitely didn't deserve one. Hopefully corporate will resolve this for me.

I ordered takeout today and I was very disappointed to find out that Pizza Hut charges a $10 delivery fee I live 1.2 mi from it are you kidding me. So needless to say I told Pizza Hut to keep it that is just absolutely ridiculous. So guess what Pizza Hut you no longer get my business I ordered from Marcos which is two and a half miles from me for four bucks service charge. funny thing is that the lady that took my order didn't hang the phone up before I told her I didn't want your pizza and she turned around and told somebody well another one it's another one that wasn't going to pay $10 to have pizza delivered.

They really need to fix the issue of not having a menu at all. When I went online to place a order the website wouldn't even show me a menu and the website stated to find your local store location for the menu and when I got to the store... They had absolutely no menus in site at all! First time in the new location and probably will be the last.. should have a menu on the dang counter like Dominos or Marcos.... Or even little Caesars come on guys you guys used to be one of the best restaurants and now you can't even order food properly because there's no dang menu.

If I could give no stars, I would. I called my order in and was told it would be ready in 15 mins. I arrived in 15 mins and got in the drive-thru line with 4 cars in front of me. Ten minutes later, when the line hadn't moved at all; I parked my car and went inside. As I did, I passed a family with 3 pizza and 3 sets of wings. I had ordered 1 pizza and 1 set of wings. When I got inside, the screen said my food was ready, but the staff said they were "trying to find it" (as though pizza sprouts legs and can walk away). No! That's code for these jokers gave my food to somebody else, probably while I sitting in the drive thru waiting to be served. And then they weren't even smart enough to restart the order. They then wanted to run my credit card without giving me the food. This would have effectively held me hostage and made me wait for them to make it again. I left. If they are doing such a great business that they have to give your food away before you get there to claim, the don't need my money. I would not recommend them and I have no intention of going back.

Waited at the drive through to be waited on for more than 10 minutes. And that is after I rung the door bell they want you to ring. Also, there was two waitresses that look over at us and continued to walk around and never come see what I needed. All I wanted to do was pick upy order that was already paid for or I would have left.

Not once but 3 times I have ordered from this Pizza Hut and spent over $50 each time and I've had to wait for 2 hours to receive my food! If it was one time I could understand, things happen, but all 3 times?! And every time I have tried to call to check on the pizza either no one will answer or it rings forever and they hang up! Finally when I get ahold of someone all they can say is it will be leaving here in 10 minutes! They didn't even do anything to try to help the situation! So 10 more minutes on top of the 2 hours I have already waited for 2 pizzas and pasta! Pitiful customer service! I WILL NOT BE RETURNING!!

So I came in for my Birthday dinner at 5:40 made a reservation for my family and it’s 7:30 and the only thing that any of us have in front of us is a drink. I had to run a waiter down because nobody came and served us when we sat down as a family. No sympathy nobody even came and apologized for the wait nothing this place is a total joke . My veggie pizza was anything but, having pepperoni and ham on it. Could not order pizza online with points unless I included credit card info. Tip that I did include did not show up on store receipt, did employees get tip or did corporate keep it? I am telling everyone to tip in person. When I contacted store about pizza being wrong I was put on hold and forgotten. GOODBYE PIZZA HUT.

The service here has gone downhill since moving downtown. I've placed orders twice and when I pull in to pick up, I'm informed they have no idea where my pizza is and they'll make me a new one. I fell for it last time and when I pulled back around to pick up, I was told they accidentally gave it to someone else. If you want to drive in loops around Pizza Hut and never get any food, this is the place for you.

We placed an online order at 4:30 for a 5:45 pick up time. We were traveling from out of state, and arrived 15 minutes later than planned. When we got to the pick up window, we were told that our pizza wasn't ready and it would be about 30 more minutes. We were tired after traveling for over six hours and just wanted to get to where we were staying, so we said to cancel it . We had paid online, and the nice young girl at the window said she didn't know how to refund our money, so she would have to have her manager do it. She assured us it would be reversed from our credit card. We hope it is. We travel for business and order online from Pizza Hut about once a month when we're on the road. We've never had this issue before, so it was very disappointing.

Delivery driver, not delivering to me, drove up and into my flower bed. Went inside to tell my wife. The driver drove off before I could say anything to her. Called the store and was transferred to a manager that was very dismissive of my complaint and said I had to call the police and file a report. Pretty sad when you have pictures of what happened that a business will not own up and try and correct their mistake but would rather put it off on the police department to get involved. Tonight, my mother and I were subjected to the most horrendous, disrespectful, despicable treatment by another human being I have ever experienced in my life by the manager of this Pizza Hut. Before I go any further, please know, I have NEVER posted a bad review like this about a place, particularly one that targets a specific individual. I worked many years in customer service, several as a manger of a fast food establishment. I GET it. Sometimes there are bad nights, sometimes everything just goes wrong and customers are mad at you and there is nothing you can do. I try so hard to give everyone grace and be as understanding and kind as I can. But nothing, NOTHING gives anyone the right to treat my mother and I as we were treated tonight. Here is our story (or at least the basic outline, I'll spare you the worst of it): First, after placing our order online and showing up at the time that we were told our order would be ready, we were told it wasn't ready yet and parked. No problem, that happens, but after 30 minutes of waiting in the car with my 1 and 3 year old children, I tried calling the store to check on things. I was literally told by a kid that he didn't know what happened, and couldn't help me. I finally I had to tell him to please go check on my order, was placed on hold, and after 10 more minutes decided to go inside, where I patiently waited behind 6 other frustrated people who had been waiting a long time for their orders. When it was finally my turn, the apparent manager at the counter couldn't seem to find my order. I'm pretty sure the issue was she was looking through carry out orders and not finding me because it was a drive thru order, but as I tried to explain this and speak to her about it, I was literally told to shut up. When I expressed to her that I was not thrilled with her customer service and please, I just either need my order or a refund, she decided she just was not going to help me at all. She proceeded to ignore me and my mother who also tried to come and get service, and was crazy rude and disrespectful for an HOUR. My husband finally had to drive to their store to help my Mom, while I took our kids who were starving, crying, and very traumatized at this point, to Wendy's to get some food. It took them CALLING the POLICE to finally get our money refunded. I am still just dumbfounded that someone could be so incredibly rude, particularly someone who is a manager of a business like this. It will sure be a very cold day in you know where before we EVER go back there. I would not advise anyone ever go here.

Ordered a pizza, wings, and buffalo chicken melt. Delivery address was to apartment building. Delivered at 4:57 but go to check outside and nothing was left, call the store and the female manager tells me that it is close and should be there shortly. 5:21 pm comes around and still no sign of my order. Call the store and of course the driver is going to say they delivered the pizza but doorbell footage shows otherwise. Even if the wrong address was input no delivery driver was ever caught on camera dropping off my order to the adjacent apartment. Manager states that she would “fire the person who placed the order” instead of making it right for the customer who spent their money with them

This is a bad place to get pizza from for the money..domino's is 30 yards from this location..go there..went today waited forever to get order. No sauce on pizza..every time we go to this location the I guess day shift manager has a problem. I.have talked to other employees that have worked there..I would suggest that management take a look at this location for a management change locally..this is not the first time I have gotten bad product from this location..but It will be the last..
