I had an awesome experience at this Subway location! Kinze was extremely friendly, quick, and made my sandwich exactly the way I wanted. The place was clean, and the service was top-notch. It’s always nice to see employees who genuinely care about customer satisfaction. Highly recommend stopping by — especially if Kinze is working! 👍🥪

Amazing place, food is great, workers are some of the nicest people I have ever met. The place is extremely clean and nice. I would like to point out a worker by the name Daejanqiue was extremely friendly and always makes my sandwiches perfect. Today I went and she greeted me a usual and another worker by the name Sandy made my food and it was impeccable.
This is the best food I’ve ever had Ong no diddy.🤤 P.S. Kenzie, Jess, Karime, and daejanique are the best employees and deserves a raise.
All Subway's have gotten a lot better recently. Deli meat quality is better than in the past.

We hosted an event the weekend of April 15th. We ordered approx 50 foot long sandwiches. We arrived a few minutes early to pick them up and everything was freshly prepared, boxed up and ready for us. They provided plenty of veggies and condiments. Everyone was so pleasant and friendly and even helped us get it all loaded in the car. Everything was marked because there were different options. We really appreciate their willingness to prepare such a large order and on time!! Great job!!

Wow, where do I begin? I come to this Subway pretty often, and every visit is CONSISTENTLY solid. Impeccable! The whole team shows great hospitality — they’re friendly, patient, and always make sure customers are well taken care of. You can really tell they take pride in their work. The facility is always clean, organized, and well-kept, which I definitely appreciate. Even when it gets busy, the line moves smoothly and everything looks fresh and stocked. Big shoutout to Karina, Jessica, and Karime — they always go above and beyond and make each visit even better than the one before. They always take care of me and keep the vibes right. But truly, the ENTIRE crew deserves credit. It is a group effort and clearly they have a good leader. Absolutely one of the best Subways I’ve been to, and it’s the reason I keep coming back. 10/10 recommend!!!

Stop allowing non service dogs into the establishment. I walked in to get a meal and walked right back out and spent my money at the BBQ place instead. Put a sign up or something. These entitled people need to understand everyone is not ok with having dogs around their food. Don’t be afraid to say no.

So, I ordered a sandwich at Subway, and what I got was basically a mayo party with a couple of bread slices and onions thrown in. I’m pretty sure I could’ve just asked for a jar of mayo and saved myself the trouble! Next time, I’ll bring my own bread and skip the disappointment. Subway: where the sandwich is just a fancy way to serve mayo. WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT!!

I went through the drive through. I had to wait a long time for them to take my order. Got the drink wrong. Because I ordered a Diet Pepsi. I’m hypoglycemic and can’t have normal soda. Got my drink first and I double checked and asked if it was diet. The worker said “no” so I asked for a Diet Pepsi and through the window I heard her say to another worker “she did NOT order a Diet Pepsi” I got a Diet Pepsi back with the lid off and it half full. So I asked them to fill it up all the way. With an attitude, she took it back and filled it up, then gave it back to me. Then close the window. I sat there waiting because she hadn’t given me my sandwich yet. I saw her look at several different bags with several different orders in them. She chose a random one and handed it to me and didn’t say anything and let the window close.
smashed 3 subs in to 1 bag plus no napkins wrong bread and bell peppers on my sandwich which I did not order. when I called the manager on duty was rude and not concert at all over the order being wrong.
Would give zero if I could ! Live 20 minutes away and ordered pickup via DoorDash so food would be ready when I arrive. Employee told me they don’t make the order until the person that order gets there because some door dashers don’t come pick up the orders. Which is not my problem!…There should be a disclaimer or remove door dash from this store because it defeats the whole purpose of picking up, if I still have to wait. Ridiculous
Went in from traveling to see my grandmother who isn’t doing so well. It was a long day, and we stopped for a sandwich, although we were able to get our order the tension after a correction for our order was absolutely ridiculous. We were given poor customer service and attitude, I think there needs to be a grown adult supervising. The teens/young adults in there were immature and seemed to feed off of each other. As soon as one was offended for a correction the whole team was rude. Hastily shoving the food in the bag, sighing and rolling eyes, snappy and curt.
One of the ladies working there was pretty rude, didn’t catch her name tho. Also they “apparently” can’t give you any kind of chicken with the mini 3 inch sub because “subway doesn’t allow them to”??? But I’m pretty sure this isn’t a rule because I’ve gotten chicken with a 3 inch sub at multiple other locations before so… Anyways, probably just get Buc-ee’s.
Do NOT go through the drive thru. They completely messed up our order and did exact opposite of what my husband ordered. We spent $40 dollars on (1) 12in, (1) 6in, 2 bags of chips, and 2 drinks. With both sandwiches not how we asked. Go inside to make sure they make it right.
They were out of all diet drinks when I purchased a combo so I asked to exchange for a 20 oz soda they charged me the difference but didn’t charge the next customer with the same situation. The lady was very rude and was making up prices every 2 seconds. When I brought it to her attention she lied and gave more attitude! I was being polite but this experience will stop me from ever returning !
No wonder the place is dead despite being opposite a Buc-ee's. The employee Zanie F. was as rude as they come. Immediately made us feel like we're disturbing the peace and quiet (pun intended) of the meditative environment. Not sure what her problem was, but she was curt, cut me short more than once, kept muttering something under her breath while making the sandwich (no, there were no earbuds). Should've read the reviews before we went in there for our first and last time. Unless the place hires special needs people, in which case bless their hearts, I am not sure how one could justify this behavior from a staff member in the service industry. Had to settle for the one star as there wasn't an option for a negative star rating.

She doesn't deserve to be in the service industry because being unnecessary rude to people is not ok. I hope management and corporate take action against ZANIE F. I will also submit a formal complaint to the corporate and store manager. Unacceptable to be disrespectful without any reason! Very shameful on her part.
