Awesome build your own poke bowl place! Prices are good, and our server was incredibly nice and helpful. Toppings are unlimited, and there's a ton of options. I've never had corn nuts in a poke bowl before, but it works out! I'm from the SF Bay Area, so it was nice to find a great restaurant like this that reminded me of home. Highly recommend!

Excellent! I did the "create your own bowl option" and was thrilled was the results. The veg topping options are more extensive than what's available in the US. Service was great, it's a lovely, relaxing environment and they have some delicious little desserts in a prepared foods cooler. I had the carrot dessert and it was good that I bought more to take back to my hotel for later.

The poke’s here are so yummy! I really enjoyed coming here, the staff is so nice and the place is so cute. And the food even better! I have already ordered to my house on Glovo a couple times! This is probably my fav poke place in Madrid

This is my second time in Aloha Poke, the first time in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria and now in Madrid. What I love the most about them is that even if you are super busy, at Aloha Poke you can eat healthy and clean but also faster because they prepare your bowl in less than 5 mins. Highly recommended!

Great place to have a poke bowl! Cosy lunch and dinner. The taste is amazing! You can create your own bowl and can try the different salsas. The staff is very kind and helpful! Definitely a recommender.

Great POKE!!! Super friendly staff, cozy ambience and lots of choices ( white rice, whole grain brown, black rice) lots of vegetables to choose from, seaweed salad, and many other choices. Everything is GLUTEN-FREE, and they have VEGAN options as well. When you are in the Chueca neighborhood of Madrid, check this place out.

Great Poke place in Madrid. Thanks God se finally got a Poke place in Madrid. It is very well located and very busy. It has around 25 seats and lots of takeaway business. The staff is friendly. But most importantly, the bowls are very good with high quality ingredients. A must try!

El wrap es riquísimo. El chico de lentes nos atendió siempre EXCELENTE. Pero el otro chico de pelo negro y barbita y más grandote, y la chica de pelo negro fueron SUPER antipáticos y nunca tostaban bien el wrap; siempre quedaba crudo.

Fuimos a comer el otro dia y aunque no estaba muy lleno tardaron vastamte, pero la comida muy rica pedimos los warps de pollo cream y de salmon cream, nos gustaron mucho a mi concretamente el de pollo me husto mas, el chico fue muy majo y nos dijo que habia un memu con el de pollo pero no lo cojimos, en general buema experiemcia, pero mejorable.

Sin duda mi poke preferido, una combinación de sabores con el mango y la salsa de currymango fantástica. La única pega que le puedo poner esque me parece un poco caro para lo que realmente es... Pero bueno, de vez en cuando vale la pena darse el lujo. Hay un montón de variedad para todos los gustos y además también tienen unos wrap que nunca he probado pero tienen una pinta fantástica.

Friendly and helpful staff, food was delicious with fresh ingredients. Inside the restaurant are not many seats. What I did not like is that they were using disposable plastic bowls.

What a great poke bowl meal. Fresh, tasty and generous. We went there after eating at the restaurant along from it, where we left hungry still.

I downgraded from 5 to 3 stars because they are now looking a lot on the amount of ingredients they will put on your poke ... It's still good but not as delicious as it used to be.

Somos clientes habituales de Aloha Poke desde hace más de un año y siempre habíamos quedado muy satisfechos, pero esta semana nos decepcionó bastante. El poke mediano se notaba más pequeño de lo habitual, y el poke grande con extras llegó con cantidades muy pobres (ver fotos). Esperamos que sea algo puntual, quizá por cambios de personal, porque antes las porciones y la calidad eran excelentes.

Fuimos con ganas de disfrutar un buen poke, pero la experiencia fue bastante decepcionante. La chica que nos atendió fue poco amable y daba la impresión de que cada ingrediente lo servía con cuentagotas. El bol que pedí vino con raciones muy pobres, apenas llevaba salsa, y los extras brillaban por su ausencia. Al removerlo un poco con el tenedor, fue aún más evidente: debajo del arroz no había prácticamente nada, todo muy seco y sin apenas sabor. Como se puede ver en la foto, el poke parecía más bien una ensalada improvisada: arroz con dos gambas, algo de aguacate y unos trozos de mango mal repartidos, además de unos nachos que parecían puestos por compromiso. Una de las cosas que más disfruto del poke es que sea abundante y personalizable, pero aquí parecía que te lo cobraban como completo y te lo servían como degustación. No volvería, y desde luego no lo recomendaría.

Se anuncian en Internet y en la puerta como que tienen opciones sin gluten (el símbolo de la espiga barrada, nada menos), pero al entrar y decirlo, el comentario es "entonces no puedes comer queso y ni nada". Además de decir que tienen trazas de todo. Nos dimos media vuelta. Si te anuncias como sin gluten, forma al personal, si no, elimina la publicidad.

Apenas aceptable, no volvería a ir. Principalmente porque la comida está falta de sabor, incluso tratandose de un poke, el cual tiene gran variedad de alimentos. No tenían pollo, y me entere recien al pedir. Si tienen variedad de platos (ensaladas, wrap, gyozas, sopa miso, wakame, etc) las cuales no probé. No me resultó barato, tampoco muy caro, pero si me esperaba que estuviera rico, y no lo estuvo. Los baños muy bien, y el ambiente tambien. Tienen enchufes al lado de las mesas para cargar. La diferencia del poke tamaño M y L, ademas del tamaño es que el M tiene 2 proteinas, y el L 4, pero la cantidad es la misma (200g) solo cambia la variedad. Lo cual estaria bueno avisar. Otra razón por la que no volvería es que usan platos y cubiertos descartables, en vez de platos de ceramica y cubiertos de metal, esto genera muchisma basura. Por favor, inviertan en un lavaplatos, y asi ademas generan mas puestos de trabajo si el problema es la falta de tiempo.

Acabamos de pedir un 2x1 en Just Eat (no lo hagais) y finalmente aparece que solamente es uno, ni aunque añadas dos te hace el descuento. He pagado 13€ por un pedido que no ha llegado bien porque no cumple lo que dice la oferta a la hora de ir a pagar. Finalmente al llamar al restaurante, a parte de no ofrecerme ninguna tipo de ayuda o solución ni ningún responsable con el que hablar la persona me trata de tonta diciendo que en otras aplicaciones si te hace el descuento. Cuando intento decirle que eso no me vale de nada me cuelga el teléfono con la palabra en la boca. Evidentemente he hecho la llamada molesta y me he ido molestando mas a raíz del trato recibido, pero he hablado con educación y sin faltar al respeto a nadie, no he gritado ni había un motivo para colgarme el teléfono de esa forma. Aunque no sea responsabilidad de esa persona hay maneras y maneras de intentar atenderme teniendo en cuenta que me han estafado por una propaganda engañosa, me he quedado sin cena y es responsabilidad del restaurante igual que de la aplicación por la que se pide. Que menos que tratar de ponerse un poco en el lugar de la persona que llama, que el dinero no cae de los arboles y para algunos darnos el capricho de pedir algo de comer un sábado es una situación especial.

Acabo de hacer un pedido y el arroz está durísimo Y crudo y le pusieron sal y el Bolw está todo salado, no vuelvo a pedir en esta sede los chip de plátano como que se le acabaron y toda la sal fue la que me pusieron deberían devolver el dinero

Realice un pedido a domicilio. Había una nota de que faltaba uno de los ingredientes pero bueno, no pasa nada. El problema viene cuando abro el poke, me viene un olor ácido, avinagrado y muy penetrante... El estado de los productos no es que estuviera pasado, es que era de los peores comestibles que he visto nunca. Para más inri eran dos pokes, ambos por supuesto en igual estado deplorable. La basura se echa en el cubo gris, no en la comida que se le sirve a la gente, no nos pasemos de sinvergüenzas por favor.

Son las 13:15hrs, llego al restaurante a retirar un pedido que me cayo hace 20 min aprox, el chico asombrado revisa la computadora y me dice ya te lo preparo. Acto seguido atiende unos clientes sin preparar mi pedido ya pasaron 10 min desde que llegue. Ah el restaurante esta solo solo habia 2 cleintes que recien llegaron cuando yo llegue.

pésimo. vinimos porque teníamos un descuento por cumpleaños, íbamos a pedir dos pokes, nos armaron uno, la que estaba atendiendo (mujer rubia que asumo era la encargada porque el otro chico le preguntaba todo a ella) quiso aplicar el cupón, no pudo, dijo que no podía ponerlo a mano, que tenía roto el lector del qr, volvió a intentar, pudo, nos dijo que NO podía agregarlo en el otro poke que ya lo había canjeado para uno de los dos (cosa que no dice que sea así en el mail) y que no podía aplicarlo al ticket entero (ya nos habían preguntado si íbamos a pagar todo junto sabían que íbamos a pedir más de un plato). nos quedamos sin cupón y nos fuimos sin comer, super antipatica 0% de ganas de atender

How do they get good reviews? The standard for poke bowls is clearly quite low in Madrid. You will pay 13€ for a bowl of rice. Literally, the topping portions are SO SMALL. as you can see after eating 4-5 chunks of salmon and 5 edemames all i have is rice left. Overpriced and horribly done.
