Un lugar muy agradable y hemos tenido suerte dado que el rato que hemos estado estaba muy tranquilo y sin mucho ruido. Hemos tomado un zumo de tomate preparado y un zumo de manzana y lima. Muy ricos los dos. Buena atención de su personal. Tiene una gran variedad de juegos de mesa para pasar un rato agradable y diferente.

Un descubrimiento, es un sitio con carácter, un servicio estupendo. Nada más entrar nos sentaron y tomaron nota, el vermut está muy rico y te ponen un buen aperitivo. Nos fuimos a comer a otro sitio que teníamos reservado y volvimos para el café. Había mucho grupos jugando a juegos. Un buen plan.

El café, sin más; la tarta de queso estaba rica, pero las hay mejores por 5€; pero la experiencia fue muy divertida. El local es muy bonito y se te va a pasar el tiempo volando con la de juegos de mesa que tienen (yo fui con idea de echar una hora y acabé quedándome tres). La comida no será la mejor, pero sirve para acompañar unas buenas partidas. ¡100% recomendado! PD: Hay muchos juegos en los que el mínimo son dos personas

We arrived here around lunch time on our first day in Madrid. Jesus was very nice and went above and beyond including offering our 12 year old a place to lay down (jet lag). His coffee (Irish coffee) was spectacular and made with care. He described the tapas and tostas which were new to us and even allowed us to sample some of the ingredients. Go see Jesus! The interior of the restaurant/bar was traditional and the atmosphere was casual.

I really liked the vibe and interior of La Manuela Café it’s cozy and inviting. I only had a vermouth, so I can’t comment on the food, but the atmosphere makes it a place I’d definitely visit again.

Went here by myself on a recent solo trip to Spain and loved it! This was recommended to me by my friends and I had an excellent time. It was busy but I was able to get a seat at the bar. Lots of locals and visitors alike. Food was delicious and beer was cold, can’t ask for much else

Ideal to spend an afternoon with 4-5 friends playing board games and drinks. Cockels are very nice and they have aguila beer. Sometimes there are art exhibitions. Not such a food plan for 2-3 ppl cause of the minimum number of players for most games. Although they have chess.

If you want to experience a good old traditional Madridlino tapas bar this is the place to be ! Drinks are cheap and very very nice crowd. You can play all sorts of board games which I thought was quite cool. Para mi es uno de los cafés de Madrid / local de juegos que merece mucha la pena visitar al menos alguna vez. Con un ambiente muy agradable. Precios un poco más caros que en otros lugares de Malasaña. Pero la verdad que dispone de variedad de juegos de mesas donde podrás echar un buen rato con amigos. Volveremos seguro dado a que siempre lo pasamos genial.

Es uno de los muchos cafés de Madrid que merece la pena visitar al menos una vez. Ambiente agradable con música adecuada y a buen volumen. El servicio podría ser un poco mejor y, como sugerencia, podrían vestirse de "época" (a juego con la ambientación). Precios un poco más elevados que en otros lugares de la región. Recomiendo evitar a toda costa las “horas punta” (con mucha gente y con colas, ya que otros clientes pasan horas dentro jugando los juegos de mesa que hay en el local). Un buen sitio para picar algo y elegir uno de los muchos tipos de café ofrecidos. Accesibilidad: baños en planta baja (escalera resaltada en una de las fotos). No hay ascensores.

Cafeteria\Bar con muchos juegos de mesa. Para un plan diferente, con tus amigos, familia o pareja lo recomiendo. Al final sales un poco de lo típico de solo quedar y tomarte algo. El sitio es pequeño pero tiene su encanto. Suele estar siempre lleno, pero si llegas pronto seguro encuentras mesa. Al final no hay tanta rotación de gente porque los juegos hacen que pases un buen rato alli. Creo que el servicio es “mejorable”, pero sin mas. Algunas camareras nos atendieron genial; y otra vamos a decir que sin muchas ganas. No brilla por su comida, pero para picar algo o quitarte el hambre, te puede hacer el apaño.

Un buen lugar en Malasaña para tomarte algo con tus amigos. La carta de bebidas ofrece una amplia variedad de producto, desde cafés, infusiones, refrescos, hasta zumos de frutas naturales hechos allí. Nosotras pedimos 3 zumos: de mango, de apio y manzana , y otro de zanahoria. Muy ricos. Positivo: tienen juegos de mesa para jugar allí y echar la tarde. El local suele estar concurrido, pero si no vais muchos, enseguida te hacen hueco. Precio del zumo natural: 5€.

4 of us came here last night for a couple of drinks and to play some board games! They have a great selection of both [drinks and board games] to choose from. For drinks, we tried their red wine, hot chocolates and large selection of La Sagra bottled beer. I want to recommend the hot chocolate with cream and brandy but unfortunately it was pretty tepid by the time they brought it over. They also have oat milk (0.5€ supplement) We played Scrabble, Headbandz and Codenames - Codenames was definitely the highlight! They also had Dixit, ludo, chess, Forbidden Island... etc etc The service was fine. Waiting staff are definitely reactive rather than proactive. The atmosphere was super lovely though - it was really sweet to see everyone else enjoying their games and we ended up having brief conversations with some of the other tables. The Christmassy decor was super cute - definitely a very warm atmosphere! We will definitely be coming back 😊

Their expressionless staff may look unfriendly at time, but they were alight! This place might not have upscale interior decor and their food may not be highly decorated and sophisticatedly presented, their coffee and cranberry cheesecake were remarkably delicious!

Es un sitio con poquitos juegos de mesa y bastante usados. Llegamos a las 7 de la tarde y a las 8 empezaron a poner musica a un volumen alto y a bajar las luces, lo cual no tiene nada de sentido si quieres jugar juegos de mesa tranquilamente pues literal no ves nada. Otra cosa es la comida, bastante mediocre, ademas para aquellos que no pueden comer gluten recomiendo no comer nada. Pedi unos nachos especificando sin gluten ya que en la carta no tenia alergenos y me puse malisima. Los precios de las bebidas desorbitados.

It's a pity but there are no longer usable board games. Either they are broken or missing parts. Not much variety of games. This is sad because it's an historical place of Madrid. The place is cozy, that's true.

Sin duda el servicio de este lugar ha sido extremadamente precario. La camarera en todo momento ha sido mal educada, tirando los menús y la cuenta. No suelo escribir reseñas, pero hasta se sintió falta de respeto hacia los comensales. El producto es normal no tiene nada especial, el sitio es precioso pero con ese servicio de tan mala calidad no provoca ir. Desde luego que no volveré y tampoco recomendaré el sitio para disfrutar de juegos de mesa con tal mal ambiente. Espero que mejoren el trato al cliente porque es penoso.

Café a 7€, agua con gas a 3,80€... ni un triste cacahuete y encima hay un mínimo para pagar con tarjeta. Malasaña ha perdido el norte y el Manuela no ha sido una excepción. Una pena, pero lo dejaremos para los turistas

We went to play board game but at some point the lights went down and we couldn't see the board games. We asked for them to turn them up again but they refused. Apparently that's their policy. We had to use the phone flashlight to be able to finish our game. Despite all of us ordering dinner and multiple drinks, the service did not make us feel welcome.
