La comida es de excelente calidad, con un sabor increíble. Sinceramente, el mejor restaurante de Madrid!! Lo recomiendo al 100 %. Restaurante de comida casera española. Menú incluso en fin de semana con cantidades gigantes. Los camareros son súper amables y el servicio es rápido y atento. Pero lo que más me gusta y por lo que siempre lo elegimos para nuestras comidas familiares es la paciencia infinita que tienen con nosotros… la puntualidad de todos los comensales es muy mejorable, pero el personal del restaurante nunca nos hace sentir incómodos y espera pacientemente a que estemos todos para empezar. Muchas gracias por hacernos sentir tan bien, seguiremos eligiendo vuestro restaurante por lo bien que comemos y lo bien que nos tratáis!

Quevedo es un restaurate/cervecería tipico de Madrid, lo visitamos hace 10 anios (2015) y nos encantó así que regresamos (2025). La comida, las tapas y canas muy Buenas. Daniel, Luzdei y todo el personal son super gentiles y disponibles.

Restaurante en pleno centro con un buen menú del día, tiene zona de barra y un salón muy coqueto. Salvo el primer plato que salió un poco frío satisfecho con la comida.

Estábamos en un apartamento en la calle Quevedo, en el barrio de las letras, y bajamos a pedir un par de menús para comérnoslos tranquilamente en casa. Mientras los preparaban , nos dieron dos buenos vinos que entraban en el menú y los cuatro platos del menú se notaba que estabas hechos con amor, bien cocinados, abundantes con buenos precios . Me parece que el menú nos costó unos 16 € y medio. Muy amables, rápidos que más se puede pedir y más en el centro de Madrid

La comida fue simplemente genial: sabores deliciosos y muy bien presentada. La atención fue maravillosa, el personal siempre amable y atento, haciendo que la visita fuera aún más especial. Sin duda, un lugar al que dan ganas de volver y recomendar.

This place deserves every guest that comes through the door. We stubbled on this place by accident and we had some of the best food in the city for a super reasonable price. I would recommend this to anyone. The service was quick and the people were friendly. I wish I found this place earlier!

We stopped here for some drinks at first. Then we strolled around to find somewhere for dinner. Nothing looked as appetizing as this place, so we came all the way back for dinner, and we were glad we did! All of the food was amazing, and the service was extremely attentive. Not a tourist trap and the owner is walking around with a friendly face the whole time, he clearly cares about his business and customers. What a lovely way to end our trip!!

One of the most authentic food we tried in Madrid tucked away in a local corner. The portion sizes were generous at an affordable price. Even though we did not speak much Spanish, our waiter was very friendly and thoughtful, anticipating our needs without being by asked. Highly recommend if you’re in the area and want to try a more authentic less tourist orientated restaurant.

We just arrived in Madrid, in the beautiful Las Letras neighborhood. Our first stop was at Cerveceria Quevedo. We were slow to wander in as the bar looked full but were greeted by the bartender. Plenty of seating in the back. Our wonderful server was Gina. She gave us great recommendations on the raciones, the wine, And of course, dessert. Great food and service at a very casual neighborhood restaurant. The menu had all the local comfort food we were craving after a long flight from California. Just around the corner from our apartment. I’m sure we will be back here again before our trip is complete.

Great home cooked style food from this cute restaurant. They speak very little English so it felt more authentic and was good to test our Spanish! We had the Spanish omelette, cooked ham, asparagus and cod and it was all very delicious! Lovely wine too. Our waitress was really nice. It gets busy very quickly!

Beautiful local restaurant serving authentic Spanish cuisine. The daily menu at €14.50 for a starter, main, drink and desert is incredible value and everything felt genuinely home-cooked. The staff were also incredibly friendly even though they spoke no English and we spoke no Spanish! One of our best meals in Madrid.

Visitamos este lugar en el histórico barrio de las letras hace una década. En ese tiempo era el típico “barete” de barrio, con los lugareños tomándose una caña con su respectiva tapa. Lugar muy pintoresco. Ahora, tienen nuevos propietarios, quienes, a pesar de que han tratado de mantener la personalidad del lugar, ya no es lo mismo. Los precios al nivel de Madrid centro. Nos dieron una tapa de “paella” que realmente parecía más un arroz con pollo. Solo quedaban unos pocos de “los de siempre”. Una pena y una muestra de cómo ha cambiado el Madrid castizo, que poco a poco se está muriendo.
