Comida deliciosa.
A Colombian restaurant where everything is delicious. The ceviche, the corn arepa, everything is fantastic. Leandro's service was excellent.
The service was incredibly friendly, the food delicious, and the restaurant itself is comfortable, spacious, and well-appointed. The set menu, at €15, is varied and excellent. I highly recommend it if you're in the area.
Fantastic meal, columbian restaurant with ultra fresh ingredients and interesting recipes. I had the grilled fish and the empanadas.... Highly recommend.
amazing service and lovely food amazing place
We had the set menu for an early meal today and loved it. Good portions, tasty food. They were accommodating and nice with our 2 year old who became a little antsy towards the end. Would definitely go back and recommend to all looking for a good Chinese.
Good test and good price.
The best Fried rice in Madrid!
A small but lovely and cozy place. You need to be a little patient, as the dishes are prepared instantly and take as long as it takes to cook. The staff's service was 10/10. Attentive, friendly, and helpful. The food was well-presented and delicious. One thing that could be improved is the panela lemonade (or aguapanela), which had no flavor at all, neither sweet nor sour, in my opinion. Otherwise, we will return to this place, even though it's a bit far for us, but it's worth the trip. Visited on 12/01/26 at 4:00 PM
I went on August 30, 2024, around noon, with a friend, because we wanted to go to this place. It was my third time at this restaurant, but honestly, we left a little disappointed since we ordered the set lunch menu, which costs €15. *Pros: The fish consommé was good; it had a nice flavor. My friend loved the mazamorra (a type of corn pudding) he ordered for dessert. *Cons: Since it was a set menu, we thought the main courses would come after we finished the consommé, but that wasn't the case. They brought us both main courses, and the rice, fries, and chicken got cold. Also, I noticed a slightly different flavor than the previous two times I'd been there. We hadn't even been eating the first course for 10 minutes when they brought us the second. *Cons: I ordered a wafer and it was way too sweet. I'm someone who loves sweets, but it was too cloying; I felt it was a notch above normal. Honestly, I don't know if I should go a fourth time. This is just my humble opinion, and I hope it's well-received. If I do go back, let's see if the rice tastes different, since it reminded me a lot of Colombian rice. 🇨🇴 Responding to what you said: I'm writing this review now because the change in flavor surprised me. I'll make a note of the timing for a future visit. I'll take your advice on both the rice and the wafer. For next time, I'll share your feedback and hope for better service. I hope it stays this way, as it's a go-to spot for Colombian-style Chinese food in my opinion. 🇨🇴
I'm very disappointed. I'd been wanting to eat rice there for a while because I never missed the chance to go to the doctor, and I live very far away. Today I finally had the opportunity, but it was nothing like I expected. It's the first time I've thought I've wasted my money. What terrible rice! The raw vegetables and the Chinese roots were practically nonexistent. It's a shame because the quality used to be excellent. What a pity.
I paid €40 for rice for two people, which seems excessively expensive for just rice with pieces of chicken and beef. Unfortunately, the meat didn't taste good, and I didn't understand why they charged me for it separately. €40 for just rice! Another thing is, the rice for two comes in an excessive amount; I'd venture to say it could easily serve four. Then there's the issue of service. I would have appreciated a recommendation before ordering the rice. The panela water was very concentrated and very sweet, but okay. Even so, as expected, I couldn't finish it, so I asked for a takeaway container, and they charged me for that too. Honestly, it's not so much the price, but rather that I spent a total of €53.50, and I thought they could have simply provided it at no extra charge.
Every time I passed by the restaurant, I said that when I had the time, I'd love to eat there and enjoy the place. 1- I'd rate the service a 2 out of 10. The waitress was incredibly basic and couldn't recommend a dish. 2- I ordered some fried ribs and chop suey with a Coke. The waitress brought me some toast with a tuna dip that looked like it came from a cheap, low-class neighborhood party. 3- When the dish arrived, I immediately noticed that the ribs were drier than stale bread. They came with fries, which saved the day. The shrimp chop suey looked promising, but it was more like a soup. The fries were crispy but BLANK. The ribs were dry, very dry, and also BLANK and tasteless. The chop suey was the most awful I've ever tasted, and BLANK to boot. I asked for salt, but it was inedible. Instead of enjoying it, it completely killed my appetite. The only thing that had any flavor was the Coca-Cola; thank goodness they don't make ice. When I asked for the bill, it came to €44.50. I had a feeling it would be that high because I glanced at the prices, but that's beside the point. A dish meant for one person is outrageous. Obviously, I didn't eat it, and I ordered it to go to see if I could at least season it myself at home and not waste my money. But this is...the first and last time I'll go to that place. It's a shame because I wanted to make a reservation to celebrate a friend's birthday with 12 guests and have a nice meal, but that's not how it went. Oh, and by the way, there was a woman yelling into that phone, who I imagine is the owner, or the owner's mother, or a friend of the owner, but that's a business (a restaurant), not her backyard.
Yesterday, December 24, 2025, we bought two boxes of rice. The rice was slimy and smelled like vinegar—a disgusting, putrid mess. We had to throw it away; it was inedible. It's a disgrace that, in an attempt to sell more, they send out this spoiled rice that clearly wasn't fresh.
An hour and a half wait for: fish consommé (without fish), tasteless rice with raw roots, and a pork chop with a fly—yes, a fly! Give me a break! One can understand that sometimes kitchen times and schedules don't go as planned, but the saddest part is that they didn't even offer an apology. On top of that, the man acting as owner/manager or supervisor seemed to have a bad attitude. He noticed the fly and acted as if nothing had happened; he couldn't care less. When you visit a Colombian restaurant, you want to reconnect with your roots, the flavors you grew up with. Unfortunately, this place is the complete opposite. It's far too expensive for the quality of the food. I hadn't been here in a long time, but it's truly disappointing. It's not even a shadow of what this place used to be when the twins ran it. If there's one good thing to highlight, it's the youngest waiter, who, with a very good attitude, tried to somehow resolve such a complex situation, and the two gentlemen who played string music.
If you want to waste your money and time, this is the place. After an hour and a half wait, we found a fly in our pork chop and asked them to replace it with a new one. They brought us the same pork chop, but without the fly. We asked again for a new one and for them to leave the old one on the table to make sure they would actually make a new one. The service was appalling, the food was nothing like Chinese fried rice, and the breading on the pork chop was awful. At first, the service seemed to be trying to be polite, judging by the young waiter's attitude, but it's clear that the owners have no service standards, nor any procedures for resolving problems or seeking compensation for customers. The only good thing about this "restaurant" is the string duo. Don't waste your money or your time trying to recapture the flavors of Colombia.
We waited an hour and a half for Chinese fried rice with pork chop and fish broth. We were met with a poorly prepared and unsanitary meal. The rice and vegetables were undercooked, and the bean sprouts were practically raw. The broth was incredibly bland and extremely expensive for what it was—10 euros for a flavorless broth with no fish. The breading on the pork chop was awful, and the meat was tough. The only good thing about this place was the musicians. I absolutely do not recommend it.
