¡Nos han dejado tirados a 3 meses de la boda! Hace exactamente un año, firmamos con ellos el contrato, y ahora nos envían un correo diciendo que cancelan el servicio por "problemas logísticos". Llamamos para preguntar por el correo y el jefe dice: "Si, pues eso". Falta de profesionalidad y compromiso!! Unos sinvergüenzas. No os lo recomiendo porque te pueden dejar en la estancada, ya que dependen de personal repartido por diferentes zonas.

Contratamos sus servicios para una boda con un año y 7 meses de antelación, a menos de 5 meses, se ponen en contacto con nosotros a través de Mail, ( ni si quiera una llamada ), para decirnos que nos cancelan el evento sin darnos otra opción. Un trabajo desde luego de -10.

Our experience with Fotomatón y más was absolutely disappointing and regrettable. We hired their service for such an important day as our wedding, and from the beginning, problems arose that only worsened over time. On the day of the event, the photo booth printer failed, and the person in charge spent over half an hour trying to fix it. This caused a considerable delay and an awkward situation for our guests. Although we overlooked it at the time, thinking it might be a one-time technical glitch, the worst was yet to come. After the wedding, we were provided with a link to access our photos, but we were never informed that the link would expire after six months. We have been trying to contact them for several months to obtain the photos, as the link has expired. However, all we have received are excuses and evasions. No one offers us a real solution, and they keep putting us off. The result is that we have lost all our wedding photos, a priceless memory that is irretrievable. The lack of communication, negligence, and unprofessionalism of this company are unacceptable. We have lost a memory that we cannot recover, and Fotomatón y más has proven to be unworthy of such a delicate service. I cannot recommend this company to anyone. If you value the memories of your event, look for another option that offers reliable and professional service. Our experience has been a complete disappointment and a heartache that will endure for the loss of our photos.
