This place is rated top 10 most instagramble spots for a reason. You walk in and get teleported to a Cuban oasis. Feels like you just walked into an Old Havana place. The food is phenomenal. Some dishes may be a bit pricey but the flavors and presentation will not have you second guess your choices. Their Tapas are a mix of bread, meats and smaller bread items. All are very tasty and only worth a couple bucks. I ordered there tacos to start off. I didn't know they had shrimp but wow the flavor was and the tortillas were such a good choice. I also decided to order an additional entrée. The next choice was there Ropa Vieja and if your thinking of a dish to try do this one. It's a very simple dish but that is what makes it taste so good. As for drinks I got to try the Madrid al Ciejo. It has a spicy kick but mellows out with a sweet aftertaste. Now for the review. The decor and music this place offers is very unique making it a top choice to go to when in Madrid. All of this together I would give this place a 9.6 out of 10 on that 🔥 scale.

We arrived ohere around 19:30 and they informed us that they were fully booked and it’s a Monday night ! They kindly offered us a table if we could vacate it by 9pm due to how busy they were, this wasn’t a problem for us, to say the decor is magnificent is a gross understatement, service and food were amazing and we never felt rushed, will definitely be back. Toilets and restaurant were spotless and all the social distancing was adhered to. It was a pleasure to eat here.

It was a rainy horrible day in Colon but our two hours in Habanera were fantastic! The food is stunning, the service is fabulous and the atmosphere perfect. Try the deconstructed croquetas. And the price? VERY reasonable! A place like this in London would be twice the price. Recommended.

Aunque lo conocía pero no he vuelto desde hace unos cuantos años. Siempre diré que es un sitio muy agradable de estar y de comer. Bonita decoración y buen ambiente. El personal muy atento. Tenía curiosidad por probar el menú que ponen de Lunes a Viernes,, el "Healthy" y el "Salad" ya que anteriormente comí a la carta comida cubana muy bien preparada.En el menú no entra el postre . Yo pedí el el Healthy y mis amigos el salad. Muy bien preparado ambos y bien presentado. Buena relación precio calidad . Pedimos de postre helado y café no incluidos en el menú. Conviene reservar mesa.

Hemos estado cenando y nos ha gustado bastante, quizá pondría las raciones un poco más contundentes comparado con precio, pero esta bien. Esta en plena plaza colon y detrás justo tiene un parking para dejar el coche. Los baños estaban muy bien, y el local muy bonito decorado. Servicio muy atento y bien.

Recomendable. Buena comida, buen servicio. Quizas un pelin caro pero es lógico por la ubicación/calidad/servicio. Volveremos!

Comida rica en general, aunque la croqueta de ropa vieja deconstruida en vaso no nos encantó, pero el resto de la comida sí estaba rica. También cambiaron el alcohol de un cocktail a petición y estaba rico.

Un restaurante muy bonito y agradable; platos abundantes y exquisitos, muy buena atención, la atencion del camarero que nos puso la tapa de queso y aceitunas perfecta, estupenda también la atención de Adolfo, muy agradable y simpático sin duda volveremos...

Food was great. Loved the pizza and beef was tender and flavorful. Pizza had a lot of cheese which I personally love. Their pineapple dessert was also amazing. Would have been amazing with coffee but asked twice and never got it and they even put it on the bill which I had to ask to get removed. I also asked for water 3 times with two separate waiters and finally on the 4th asked got water. It seemed we had to ask for things 2-3x to get what we needed and it wasn't even a packed restaurant. Waiters were nice but very forgetful.

Nice place to have dinner with friends in a pleasant atmosphere. The place is spacious, nicely decorated and located in a premium area of Madrid. Dinner has an strict time window and afterwards the lower floor of the place becomes a club with rather loud music making it impossible to hold a conversation at the dinner table. The cocktails (mojitos) were good, but the food was rather average or somewhat overpriced considering the quantity and quantity. Definitely an area with some room for improvement considering the many alternatives in the vicinity.

We celebrated New years Eve. Excellent service, great atmosphere. Love the music. Fixed menu $160 € approximately the food was not good at all for the occasion and the name, it's a cuban restaurant we were expecting traditional food, the fish was cold. overall, we had a good time

Yummy drinks and great decor! Food is good and service is good too. They are remodeling the outside building but don't be discouraged. We were told they have live music at midnight which we missed since we had an earlier dinner (without music, live or otherwise)

No uno de mis sitios favoritos la verdad. Te cobran lo impensable, pero se pierden en lo más importante como debe ser el servicio del personal de sala, que en vez de servirte los platos y cubiertos te los da en la mano como si no llegase a tu sitio…en fin. El salmón estaba rico pero la porción era híper pequeña, lo más rico fue la tarta de queso, y que en un restaurante lo más rico sea eso…pues bueno..seguramente no volveré. Me pareció el típico sitio de postureo caro y que no merece la pena.

Sitio bonito de decoración, mucho postureo y más ruido. Cuando llegamos nos avisan que tenemos 2 horas para cenar, el servicio rápido en exceso, no te dejan prácticamente terminar tu plato. Tengo que decir que la comida está muy buena, poca cantidad para el precio, pero buena. Hasta que llega el postre y nos sentimos defraudados con la piña (sin piña), un timo. La tarta de queso muy rica. Al cobrarnos (a dividir entre 4) nos cobran a la alza en el redondeo. En fin, para no volver.

El sitio por dentro es elegante y amplio. Se recomienda reservar con antelación. Pedí el arroz chaufa, pero me pareció demasiado grasiento y no me sorprendió positivamente. Las porciones son más grandes de lo que parecen en las fotos y suficientes para quedarse lleno. Nos atendió un camarero que no se enteraba de nada. Pedí la cerveza “Sol" y primero me dijo que solo la tenían de grifo y, al pagar, me informó de que no la tenían, así que acabé bebiendo otra. Los precios son medio-altos, con una bebida y un plato salimos a 32€ por persona. Cobran un suplemento por el pan de aproximadamente 2,50€.

El sitio está bien pero no aceptan reservas y la verdad que la comida nos decepcionó. Los precios son bastante elevados y las cantidades muy pequeñas , los cocktail costaron 17€… las copas de vino 7€… no merece la pena para pagar tanto, el ambiente está bien y el servicio de los camareros también fue bueno

La comida tiene buen sabor, pero mala descripción (ejemplo es la croqueta de ropa vieja que pedimos), que es “desconstruida”, 3 vasos con ingredientes de croqueta, imposible de compartir con los demás comensales. Los torreznos estaban solo “ok” (faltaron algunos minutos en horno/sarten). Las berenjenas buenisimas. El servicio muy amable en general. Y el ambiente cargadisimo de decoración y poco a poco van subiendo el volumen de la música hasta que sea imposible hablar. Es un lugar ok, pero no sé si vuelvo.

Me regalaron un brunch para 2 por mi cumpleaños y fuimos el sábado pasado. Todo muy bien, pero me sorprendió q no hubieran mimosas incluidas, me parece un básico de brunch. También al llegar la camarera nos ofreció agua y dijimos q si esperando una jarra de agua de grifo, y nos trajo una botella de solan de cabras ya abierta y tuvimos que pagar 4€ cuando no teníamos intención de pagar nada al ir con un ticket regalo. Por lo demás todo bien y muy rico y los camareros muy majos.

We had an overall okayish dinner slot on a Saturday on the terrace. On the positive side, the staff was very accommodating when we showed up with 9 people instead of 8 and quickly added a chair/ cutlery. However, we were dissatisfied with the service and food. The mains partially arrived together with the starters and especially the sides (with the salmon) were cold. The wine was warm but we got ice cubes after asking for it. Requests took very long to handle (but it was also a busy time), but the waiters could have been more friendly. We had to leave our table at 11pm even though there was no later reservation for it. Given the quality of the food, it seemed overpriced. The location itself is very nice though but I still wouldn’t visit again.

This restaurant has a very olden vibe to it. The atmosphere was great, maybe a bit too dark but great. The food was good not great, the hummus eggplant was disappointing but the mini burgers and the other portions were great. Pricing was a bit steep but would like to revisit.

Fuimos a comer y ha sido una verdadera pena, la comida estaba bañada literalmente en aceite, a todos los platos le añadían por encima cucharadas de aceite innecesarias, dañando el sabor de los alimentos, tomamos unos torreznos con guacamole (era al revés un plato lleno de guacamole con algunos torreznos), empanadilla tequeña estaban buenas pero el exceso de aceite me hizo que fuese difícil terminar con el plato, al igual que el arroz chaufa (era aceite con arroz), pero lo que más me sorprendió fue el solomillo que venia sobre una patatas que nadaban en aceite y el solomillo se resbalaba entre la ducha de aceite que había recibido, es una pena como dañan un trozo de carne (les aseguro que la comida de un hospital esta más rica y luce mejor que el solomillo de vaca), al comentárselo al encargado, me indico que allí se cocinaba así y que las patatas las servían así (en una piscina de aceite), no lo recomiendo para comer. Por cierto aprovecho la reseña para avisaros que tenéis que darle un mantenimiento al baño, ya que como podéis ver las fotos deja mucho que desear. Si luego de leer esta reseña, queréis un sitio para tomar solamente unas bebidas y ver un ambiente decorado tropicalmente, ese es el sitio.

Cenamos dos personas. La comida estaba rica y las cantidades eran adecuadas. Sin embargo, nos pareció caro y la atención por parte de la camarera no nos gustó. Además, nos cobraron el “aperitivo y pan” que no habíamos pedido y además era un pan integral, que uno de nosotros no podíamos comer. Al preguntarle a la camarera por qué no nos había preguntado si queríamos, dijo que nunca lo preguntan.

I ordered a pizza, but the waiter brought me the wrong one and then charged me extra for it, despite it not being what I ordered. When I explained the situation to the manager, I was met with hostility and was actually yelled at instead of being helped. Overall, a very disappointing and unprofessional experience. I will not be returning.

Very small portions, which could be explained if the food was excellent or very high quality but didn't seem like it. Wont come back, spent 100€ and ate in less then 5min, that's how small the portions are.. The beef solomillo was excellent though and was truly delicious. Disappointed and won't come back, but the interior is truly beautiful

Not gonna lie this place was a miss… as someone who has relied on social media many times to find food places, this was the only time social media had failed me. The physical restaurant is pretty, has a nice ambiance (loud if you’re going for dinner,) and is aesthetically pleasing. The server was so nice and the drinks were very good. The apps were okay, but our main courses were below average (leaving half of us with upset stomachs.) We ended up waiting an hour and a half for our main courses… We also got charged for “aperitivos and pan” (typically a complimentary snack) more than we ended up receiving, when we didn’t even request them. Leave this place for drinks and maybe appetizers, as for dinner take your money elsewhere….

Everything about this place was a disaster. The service was painfully slow — 50 minutes of waiting for food that wasn’t even worth 5 minutes. Completely unacceptable. The food itself was bad. Not “meh”, not “average” — straight-up bad. Overpriced, poorly prepared, and honestly a waste of time and money. On top of that, the atmosphere was unbearable: Music way too loud, impossible to have a conversation Terrible lighting, harsh and uncomfortable Zero effort to create a pleasant dining experience This is the kind of place you regret choosing the moment you sit down. I would never recommend it, and I definitely won’t be coming back.

The server was nice, but the food was just so bad and I would definitely only go there after dinner for a couple drinks, we were here for my girlfriend’s birthday and it was OK. but other than the ambience, there’s not much going here and I really think that they need to focus on their food selection. but the server was nice and brought out candles from when girlfriend on her birthday, which I really appreciate it so it’s not the service fault. I really think this restaurant itself needs to just focus on the food or just become a club.

The food was fine. Everything else was an absolute mess. From the moment we sat down, the staff made it painfully clear they wanted us out as quickly as possible. The pressure was constant, subtle at first, then embarrassingly obvious. Our friends arrived twenty minutes later and were immediately hit with both their starter and main within minutes. That’s literally definition of a restaurant openly rushing people so they can flip a table. It was a birthday dinner, and before the candle was even blown out, the bill was already dropped on the table. No awareness, no respect, not even the basic decency you’d expect from a place pretending to be hospitable. And then there’s the bread. €25 for a single basket of bread. No warning. No explanation. Just quietly added to the bill with the confidence of a place that assumes you won't question it. When we did, we were told the price is fixed “no matter how much bread you eat.” Fascinating that this policy was never mentioned at any point prior, almost as if transparency was optional. The manager’s attempt to smooth things over with a free shot only highlighted the lack of competence. If anything, it underscored how little they understand about real service recovery. This restaurant operates with the attitude of a place that believes its guests won’t notice or won’t push back. Unfortunately for them, we did. And we won’t be returning. Do yourself a favor: choose literally anywhere else. At least then you’ll be treated like a guest, not an inconvenience
