Un lugar con una decoración muy bonita y acogedora, ideal para disfrutar de una buena comida en cualquier ocasión. El personal es muy atento, el servicio rápido y siempre con un trato educado. Es un sitio perfecto para ir en pareja, en familia, con niños o incluso solo. Recomiendo especialmente la pizza Caprichosa, ¡está buenísima!

The experience was great 🥰 We all loved our burgers, our fries and our desserts. The cheese tart was a bit melted, but my colleagues said it was the best they had taste wise ☺️ I found really tasted, it really tasted like cheese, it was the first cheese tart that I had that tasted like cheese ☺️ The burger was great, and they do really well the point of the meat, me and another colleague asked for rare, and we got rare, and another colleague asked for well done and he got well done. Many times you go to places and they just do it medium for both. Here was perfect ☺️ You order through a screen, very simple and easy ☺️ At lunch you can have the menu, where you can choose a burger (it comes with fries and a sauce) a small beverage (small beer or a bottle of a non alcoholic juice) and desert or coffee. And you pay the price of the burger 🥰 Loved the place will be happy to return

My boyfriend the carnivore assured me that his beefburger was also excellent (and being from NYC, we have high standards ;) Great price-to-quality ratio, and the salsas on the side were a nice touch (the sriracha-BBQ was bomb.) Las hamburguesas muy buenas. Tienen una hamburguesa vegetariana de la marca Heura, de proteina vegetal, que está increíblemente buena. El ambiente muy bueno, tranquilo, sin apenas ruido ni jaleo. El único punto negativo fue la lentitud a la hora de servirnos la comida. Lo demás, perfecto.

Tenía muchas ganas de ir. El sitio la verdad es que está muy bien ambientado con graffitis y neones. Un 10. La pantalla para pedir, cómodo y rápido. Me gustó la experiencia. La hamburguesa estaba bastante buena. Creo que no es la mejor de Madrid, pero le pondría una muy buena nota. La pega la pondría en la cerveza, que solo tienen tercio de la virgen.

Las hamburguesas están muy buenas. Las patatas podrían ser mejores, pero son aceptables. Me pareció muy pequeño el “doble” de cerveza en relación al precio. La tarta de queso con nocilla está rica, pero la esperaba mejor (quizá un tema de expectativas). El servicio fue muy correcto, rápido y amable. Ambiente un poco ruidoso. Precios aceptables. Es un buen lugar si te apetece una buena hamburguesa.

La semana pasada estuve por allí disfrutando de una hamburguesa espectacular servida con sus patatas y refresco ... en un ambiente agradable y con un servicio muy atento. Totalmente recomendable la experiencia. Volveremos a vernos.

Cenamos 6, con reserva, si no es casi imposible cenar allí un viernes. En resumen, muy famoso pero tampoco es para tanto. Servicio rápido y amable. El ambiente acogedor, con buena decoración, pero muy ruidoso, al ser un lugar no muy amplio hay muchas gente en poco espacio. La comida dejaba mucho que desear, hamburguesas secas y sin mucho sabor. Algo que si destacaría son las patatas fritas que estaban muy buenas al igual que las salsas que las acompañan pero por alguna razón las patatas en las dos últimas hamburguesas estaban o muy partidas o eran muy pequeñas, algo así como lo que queda al final de la bolsa. No volveré salvo que no me quede opción.

Pedí a domicilio y me llegó esto. Me parece indecente 5 euros por esa cantidad de boniato. Las burgers están muy buenas pero no puedes dar 4 bastones de boniato por 5 euros. Además, había 2x1 en pollo frito y venían 5 trozos diminutos de pollo en cada bandeja. Cuestan 11 euros cada una.... Debieron dividir una ración en 2 cajas y así hacen el 2x1.

The place is nicely decorated and the burgers are pretty good, though not the best I've had in Madrid. I had the jauncheeseburger, which was apparently crowned "the best burger in Madrid" and it was nice enough but quite salty. The fries were only ok and were also very salty. They offer you different sauce options, which is a nice touch. We also got the guacamole to share, which was very bland. I don't think it had any salt or lime, it was just a mashed up avocado with some tomatoes in it. The food came quickly, which is good, but we felt like we were being rushed out. We were suddenly brought the bill with no warning and weren't even asked if we wanted to order desserts. I understand they have other reservations but there were quite a lot of empty tables and it wasn't the end of our 1hr 15 slot yet

Salimos algo decepcionados de este lugar. Si bien es cierto que las hamburguesas están buenísimas, no ocurría lo mismo con el postre: una tarta de queso con nutella pequeñísima, destrozada al servírnosla en el plato, y con sabor a café ¿por qué? Pues no lo sé. La experiencia desagradable vino después. Dijimos que pagaríamos en efectivo, y la chica que nos atendía nos insistió en que por qué no pagábamos con tarjeta. Cuando la dijimos que preferíamos en efectivo, se dio la vuelta de malas formas, y nos devolvió casi 7€ en monedas de 20 céntimos.

El servicio fatal somos repartidores siendo la cara del cliente no puede ser posible que pase 1 hora para que salgan los pedidos no es justo que tarden tanto y lo peor de todo teniendo el restaurante vacío. Pésimo servicio no lo recomiendo
