Menos mal que reservé, porque había una cola espectacular. Con la reserva entramos directamente. Aún así, tuvimos que esperar unos 10 minutos a qué nos fuesen la mesa. No pararon de pasar platillos en todo el tiempo, con gran variedad y cantidad. Claro, a veces veíamos algo que nos apetecía y lo cogía alguna mesa antes, así que tocaba esperar, pero en general llegaba de todo. La calidad de la comida, razonable. No es delicatesen pero estaba todo rico. En general nos ha gustado bastante. Nos dio rabia que la bebida no nos la trajeron en los trenecitos de arriba, mientras que a otras mesas sí. Nos hubiese gustado. Lo más escaso son los postres, que solo había tres cosas y casi no pasaban (no era nada típico oriental). El baño era escaso. Había bastante cola porque solo había uno para todo el restaurante. No es accesible para silla de ruedas. Vimos algún carro, pero es estrecho e incomodo. La mayoría de las mesas son pequeñas. Los grupos más grandes que vimos eran de 8 personas, y solo dos tenían acceso a la comida. No lo recomiendo para grupos.

Un 10 la cena! Sobre todo, la carne y el ramen estaban buenísimos! Muy buena relación calidad-precio.

He venido varias veces y ha estado delicioso, el ramen está exquisito al igual que todo lo de la banda magnética. Si pides platillos a parte, se te entregan en un tren y la atención es muy buena, son muy amables.

Gran cinta deslizante con una variedad de platos no solo de sushi, también langostinos, cangrejo, pollo frito almendrado, fruta fresca, profiteroles de nata con sirope de chocolate, variedad de postres. Buen precio, buen atendimiento, le han dado chuches a mí hijo, han sido amables y simpáticos. Han estado atentos en todo momento de ir recogiendo los platos de nuestra mesa y siempre con una sonrisa en la cara. El tren trae las bebidas o las peticiones especiales a casa mesa. El buffet libre es muy bueno, hay mucha variedad y toda es muy buena. La comida viene en una cinta, y la única desventaja es que cuento más dentro del restaurante, menos variedad tienes porque hay más gente delante, pero a pesar de eso hay mucha variedad. Hay muchas variedades de sushi, de pinchos, de arroces y de postres (aunque estos pasan menos veces). Fuimos un lunes en las fiestas de navidad y había mucha cola para entrar, pero como íbamos con reserva entramos rápido. A pesar de eso, tuvimos que esperar 10 min.

Bastante variedad en platos y sushi. Bien presentados y buen sabor. Me gustó mucho la ternera con verduras, el pollo al limón, el bao con pollo, los fideos con ternera y verduras... sí, soy un saco sin fondo...habría comido más pero no me quería poner malo... Si le pongo un único pero es q no hay tanto variedad en los platos dulces pero sólo lo dejo como mención porque para mí la experiencia es de 10

The sushi was fresh and well-prepared, especially the salmon nigiri — simple but full of flavor. The staff was friendly and attentive, and service was quick without feeling rushed.its also good that there are pinoy staff feel like im on my own house. Prices were fair for the quality, and I left feeling satisfied but not overly full. Perfect spot for a casual dinner with good vibes. Will definitely come back

We have been here twice as it was a great experience. We chose the buffet (all you can eat) option, we had a huge variety of dishes (I'm not sure if we even tasted all of them..) they are all running on a trail and you choose whatever you want. There are different types of food starting with sushi, ramen, miso soup, fried rice, noodles, salads to yakitory style meat, sea food and much more including desserts. Everything was super fresh and tasty,( the desserts were the weaker part of the meal). Whatever is finished you can ask for more. They're also vegetarian friendly, many dishes and even made my wife a special ramen. It's one of the best value for money deals we had in Madrid. ( ~19 EUR for adult)

Fui a Kaiten Sushi Madrid y la experiencia fue bastante buena. Es un buffet libre de "todo un poco" donde además de sushi, arroz y fideos, encuentras cosas curiosas como baos de tortilla con jamón o incluso butifarra. Lo mejor es el precio, ya que para estar en pleno centro de Madrid es muy económico y no es el típico sitio caza-guiris. Como punto negativo, no te explican nada bien cómo funcionan las cintas. La de abajo es el buffet normal, pero la de arriba es un tren para pedir platos específicos y el personal no supo aclarármelo mucho. El local es algo pequeño y las mesas están tan pegadas que cuesta escuchar a la otra persona por el ruido, pero si buscas una cita diferente y barata en el centro, es una opción muy sólida.

Great service, food ok, cool experience. I would probably rather have gone to a well rated ramen restaurant, but since we were close by, we ate here. The sushi wasn’t to my taste but the ramen was decent. Also the buffet is 18€ per person, including ramen or miso. Concluding I would say that I don’t think I would come back for the food.

Estaba por Gran Vía y me apetecía comer suchi, busqué por Google y éste local estaba muy cerca donde me encontraba, decidimos ir y la verdad que no volvería ya que al girar la comida por la cinta, no suele estar muy caliente, el sabor también no es de mucho, el precio está bien, pero en realidad hay mejores si deseas comer un buen suchi, no hay mucha variedad...La atención es buena y sin rápidos, en cuanto a la higiene está bien, se debe ir andando ya que aparcar es complicado.. No repetiría.

El local está súper bien ubicado, al lado de gran vía entre Callao y plaza españa. El personal es muy amable y entre semana el precio del restaurante está asequible. La comida no es que sea de gran variedad y no creo que merezca la pena pagar ese coste por ella, ya que hay otros que tienen mejor calidad y variedad. Los platos calientes y fríos van en la misma cinta sin cámara que mantenga la temperatura y eso se nota en los alimentos. Kaiten Sushi (Madrid) ofrece un buffet de sushi y algunos platillos relacionados, donde se elige lo que pasa por la banda. No incluye bebida. La atención es buena, aunque puede ser algo lenta en ocasiones. El sabor de la comida es correcto, sin sorprender, pero es una opción razonable en cuanto a calidad-precio.

La experiencia de las cintas de comida es emocionante pero la calidad de la materia prima de los productos es más normal. Quiero destacar el sushi con fresas y el que tiene una huevas negras en su cobertura, pero las salsas son muy dulzonas o muy saladas y algún que otro pescado está algo seco. En conclusión: variedad y velocidad pero le falta calidad en el sabor de la comida.

We had to wait, and when we finally sat down the waiter immediately wanted us to but drinks. The foods choices were good but because they have two different sushi trains, we got very little variety. My child had to pay adult price and it wasn’t worth it because she had at least 4 plates and was full after waiting for more then 45 mins. The workers are constantly screaming at each other so you’ll get sushi with loud waiters. Overall not a bad place but there’s others that a way cheaper with loads of more varieties. Enjoy 😉

Original restaurante con bastante variedad de platos. Reponen las cintas constantemente y está rica la comida. Las bebidas vienen en trenes hasta tu mesa y es muy divertido. Menú fin de semana noche 19,95 y tienes que pedir al menos una bebida no incluida. Servicio amable, pendiente de retirar platos vacíos. No muy ruidoso. Le bajo la puntuación por lo sucios que están los baños.

Not a lot of variety in sushi. There were only three types of rolls that came around the belt during my meal, and they were all variations of salmon. The appetizers that come around are all either room temp, or cold as though they were just pulled from the fridge. It’s also very dependent on where you’re seated and if you have greedy diners ahead of you on the belt - if that’s the case, all you really have to look forward to is watermelon slices and edamame by the time food reaches you.

Muy decepcionada me voy de este lugar, para el precio que es no es realmente lo que prometen, algunos platos ya están fríos de dar vueltas, no hay nada de sushi cero, y mientras esperas a que pongan algo bueno no te toca cuando llega y para acabar me salió una naranja podrida y simplemente me pidió otro plato de naranja nadie se disculpó ni actuaron de otra manera, sentí que perdí el dinero …

Buffet libre que recibimos por 19,95 € por persona el 14 de febrero. Prácticamente no había comida. En los rollos había solo arroz, literalmente.

Un desastre. Hicimos una reserva para 5 y cuando llegamos nos sentaron en una mesa de 4 con otra silla añadida pegada a la pared por donde pasaban los camareros. Decidimos quedarnos , eran las 14 y a las 14 :30 pedimos gyozas y ya no tenían....los platos siempre los mismos ..cuando llegaban....y no hablar de postres, un trocito de tarta o un mini flan si es que tenías suerte y te llegaba....que como podéis ver en la foto llegaba poco , cintas vacías. No lo recomiendo para nada

Restaurante pésimo, no os dejéis engañar por las buenas reseñas y el 4.2 porque de verdad que es un sitio de una estrella y porque no se les puede poner menos. La comida asiática más pésima que he comido en mi vida. Los platos que llevaban dando vueltas en la cinta horas, estaban secos, fríos e insípidos. El pescado del sushi o del sashimi era duro como si el salmón fuera un filete de ternera además que al sashimi le echan una salsa dulce que supongo que será para ocultar la mala calidad del pescado. Han sido los 22.50€ peor empleados en comer en un restaurante asiático. No recomendable.

Restaurante con una experiencia propia de “Pesadilla en la cocina”. Le doy un 1 porque no se puede poner un 0. Fuimos confiando en su 4,4 con más de 4.000 reseñas, pensando que eso garantizaría un mínimo de calidad. Nada más lejos de la realidad. Varios platos llegaron con pelos; en uno de ellos incluso hicimos foto porque era evidente. Además, pedimos unos nigiris que nunca llegaron a la mesa. Una decepción absoluta. Nos fuimos con hambre para evitar ponernos malos.

Mal. He estado en muchos running sushi, pero este por desgracia me ha decepcionado bastante. Las cintas vacias casi todo el rato, te recomiendo que no te pongan en las mesas de la 30 en adelante o no te tocarán más que los restos. Se pueden pedir algunos platos y llegan en unos trenes muy divertidos, pero tuvimos que pedir tres veces lo mismo porque nunca llegaba lo nuestro, nos llegó lo de otros, y nuestro bao nunca llegó, aunque les pedimos que nos lo trajeran directamente en la mano. Cola si no reservas, mucho lío, y además la comida tampoco está demasiado buena. Hay cosas que nadie quiere y dan vueltas y vueltas. Otra cosa que no me gusta es que la cinta no está protegida con cristales ni puertas, por lo que la gente está muy cerca, habla ..e incluso cuando limpian una mesa con spray se ve como este llega a la comida...

Absolutely awful! Nothing about sushi! 85% cheapest fried food (cooled down sometimes), 2% fish and the rest is rice. Very low quality made everything. Special note about service, it's aaaawful! You can remind to bring something hundreds times. Stuffy place has no soap and toiletries in the bathroom. THEY WIPE UP FISHES OUTSIDE THE BAR AT THE ENTRANCE!!! NEVER AGAIN!
