Nos sentamos en la parte de abajo que es como una cueva al lado de la cava, la comida es simplemente espectacular, el chuletón es una de las especialidades y la torreja de postre fue el sello de la noche. Súper recomendable.

Excelente restaurante. Un ambiente, bonito, agradable y amable. Los platos son sencillos y sabrosos. Destaca las carnes al carbón, sus entrantes de migas y callos y el jamón de bellota. El servicio excepcional a cargo de Angie. Solo para disfrutar y para disfrutones.

Conozco este sitio desde hace mucho tiempo. Recuerdo cuando tapeabamos en la barra o en los toneles próximos a ella. Hace tiempo ha cambiado y solo es restauración pues bien mi reseña va por ahí. El otro día comimos ahí y la verdad nos sorprendió, todo estaba exquisito, los espárragos a ka temperatura magnifico, los chipirones estupendos y la carne fabulosa. Y todo ello con el gran servicio ( amabilidad, rapidez y saber estar) de unos auténticos profesionales como Rene y Leandro, creo que se llamaban así que nos hicieron disfrutar del lugar. The best ham we’ve ever eaten. The tuna tartare and the grilled squid were also DELICIOUS. The best I’ve eaten in Spain yet I think. Although we did not speak spanish, the people working in the restaurant were very friendly. 4,7/5 is too low for this restaurant. The passionfruit soup dessert was also delishh!!!! The wine was also veryyy good.

Amazing food and service Their sangria was the best I had during my 7-day trip in Spain I actually tried sangria for the first time at another restaurant and didn’t really like it So I thought sangria just wasn’t for me But after trying the sangria here, I realized the first one was the wrong one - this one was absolutely delicious We enjoyed our lunch on the terrace on a sunny summer day☀️ I left a small tip because I truly loved their service, and they thanked me in Japanese, saying "arigato gozaimasu" It truly made my day!

An incredible experience, Rene is the best and we had one of the best dinners in Madrid here. The squid and crispy Iberco are must haves. Loved the atmosphere in the dining area, we would come back here any time we are in Madrid

Reserved a slot at 4pm on a weekday, the service and food here was excellent, this was possibly the best meal we had in Spain, after spending 15 days in all the lovely cities. Our server also recommended us a few excellent dishes and also finished us off with a Spanish baileys and also graciously let us try another local drink which was really strong! The grilled squid is the best thing ever, a definite must order!

We went on my birthday and hadn't made a reservation. While we were waiting in line, they served us a very tasty broth. We were served by Luís (from Cuba). He was very attentive and kind! The food was wonderful. I recommend it without hesitation.

A very good restaurant in the centre of Madrid. From the very beginning we were greeted by smiling staff. We got a table without a reservation on Saturday evening. The food was very good. The meat in the hamburger was medium rare, very juicy and tasty. The fish was also well cooked and not dry. We were offered white wine, which was perfect for us. We will definitely come back to try other meats.

La Mi Venta in Madrid is an absolute must-visit spot that combines delicious food with heartwarming service! My dining experience here was nothing short of perfect. Server George was incredibly attentive from the moment I walked in until I left—when he found out I’m from China, he even greeted me warmly in Chinese, making me feel so warm and welcome in a foreign country. The two dishes he recommended—Grilled Chipirones with Caramelized Onion and Black Garlic Aioli, and 100% Ibérico Bellota Secreto Grilled over Charcoal—were truly amazing, and even the complimentary special soup was delicious with a unique flavor. The former featured tender chipirones, with the sweetness of caramelized onions and the rich depth of black garlic aioli creating wonderful layers of taste; the latter was tender and juicy, with the smoky charcoal aroma blending perfectly with the rich fat of the Ibérico pork, and the side dishes were also distinctive. George is not only thoughtful in service but also professional in explaining the dishes, being able to precisely cater to diners' tastes. If you’re in Madrid, don’t miss this restaurant—having George serve you takes the experience to the next level!

First of all, the environment was excellent, everyone was smiling, especially Leandro, with whom I had a very pleasant conversation. The food was also good; I especially liked the octopus, and there were some unexpected little surprises. It was a very enjoyable experience.

Fantastic dining experience with outstanding service from George and Yamile! They were warm, attentive, and made us feel truly welcome. The welcoming soup and the olive oil are super nice to start the meal. We enjoyed the Acorn Fed 100% Iberian "Secreto" Cut Grilled with Natural Charcoal and Tradicional Tapas - Migas Manchegas (Sautéed Bread Crumbs), "Callos", Vegetable stew, Sliced Squid and Chorizo. Everything was beautifully presented and full of authentic Spanish flavor. Highly recommended for both the food and the exceptional hospitality!

Absolutely amazing! From the moment we walked in, the vibe was incredible. The food, however, is what truly stood out — exceptional from start to finish. Their traditional bread with olive oil was on another level, and every main dish that followed was perfectly prepared and bursting with flavour. A big shout-out to Rene, who was absolutely wonderful. We went in for dinner without reservations, and glad we were given a table to have a quick dinner. The foods are special and nice: Paella, ham slice, little peppers, T bone steak. From time to time, the staff cares about customers and they always smile with good manners. I would like to thank LUIS and the whole staff teams for such excellent service. The food is phenomenal. I shared the chuleton with a friend and it was plenty for both. The sides were also amazing and the service was excellent. They have inside and outside seating. The place is very narrow and would not reconnect it for groups of more than six. Otherwise, they'd have to sit separately.

The food was really good and the manu was thought-through. This was only topped by the exceptional service grom Angie, thank you for the recommendations (especially for the great wine) and the overall great hospitality. If you are into fresh and tasty seafood as well as great meat (we could not try it but it smelled delicious) from an open kitchen, you should definitely try this place out.

A great little neighborhood place, just down the street and around the corner from the Royal Palace. Definitely a locals place, as well as some tourists. Food is delicious, fresh, and served quickly. Staff are as friendly and attentive as can be. Prices reasonable. You can't go wrong here, and I cannot recommend this place highly enough.

I will definitely come back again for their amazing food, wonderful staff. The food shows great creativity and has very high quality of ingredients. Their ham, which is the star product, deserves its title with great taste and texture. I tried several dishes and regretted that I only had one stomach. I can tell that even the plates of every dish has shown the chefs consideration. What surprises me most about this restaurant is that every single one of the staff is very welcoming, always smiling and greeting every customer and the place, ready for offering help or having a small talk. Their Sangria is also one of my favorite types. Icy, not strong but very mild, with clear scent of fruit and sweetness. Perfect for a hot summer day. I'd recommend this restaurant without hesitant to any of my friends who would come to Madrid.

Un buen restaurante de calidad en el centro de Madrid con una buena ubicación. Recibimiento con un caldito de cocido rico rico, con un poco de buen aceite y pan. Yo puse en la reserva que quería mesa en la cueva pero al parecer no pudo ser. El personal muy amable y atentos. De rapidez bien, para nada se hace lenta la espera entre platos. De entrada pedimos unas ricas croquetas de jamón. De segundo entrecot que estaba tierno y en el punto justo que lo habíamos pedido, hay que decir que se nota la calidad de la carne. De postre pedimos mouse de chocolate con arena y helado, muy rico también. Los precios, a mi parecer, son correctos, se paga por lo que te ofrecen, buen lugar, buena atención, buena ubicación y producto de calidad. De seguro repetiremos en otra ocasión. Pero también tengo que decir en contra que las fotos de la carta son engañosas porque no tienen nada que ver con lo que me sirvieron a mí y a mí esposa. En la foto de la carta el entrecot no cabe en el plato, solo hay carne desbordante en la foto y apenas se ve el plato y lo que te llega a la mesa es un pequeño entrecot, muy rico y bueno pero nada que ver con el de la foto, véanse mis fotos. También las ricas croquetas son más pequeñas en realidad que en la foto, sin embargo la foto del postre si es más realista y no cambia nada. Otro punto en contra es que nos tuvimos que ir con ganas de orinar a otro lugar porque los escasos y pequeños aseos en hora punta se forma una gran cola y se hace muy complicado usarlos, además teníamos prisa y no podíamos estar más tiempo.

Comimos muy bien. El jamón espectacular, las carnes muy buenas y todo muy bueno en general. Pasamos un poco de frío en la terraza porque no tuvimos suerte con el tiempo y no había ninguna calefacción cerca, como sí tenían otras mesas de la terraza.

Alexandra fue muy amable y el servicio excelente. La comida estuvo buena, aunque el jamón y los quesos de cabra fritos pueden no gustar a todo el mundo. En general, una experiencia agradable en La Mi Venta.

We were welcomed with a hot ham broth when we arrived which was very delicious and warming. The food was great, but I was shocked when they tried to sit us outside when it was freezing (35 degrees Fahrenheit), and we had a reservation. They said they “overbooked,” but my history working in restaurants is that the next reservation would have to wait (probably only 20 mins or so) for their table until we are done since ours is the earlier reservation, or they can try to seat the later table outside. The gluten free bread offered is pretty good. The t bone steak was fantastic. They did undercook the steak initially (it was rare), but they offered to put it on longer when setting it on the table, and after that it was cooked perfect. Servers should be more knowledgeable about what gluten containing products are in the menu. I appreciate how they were able to accommodate gluten intolerance.

Solía gustarme este lugar, pero esta última visita fue una gran decepción. Nos trajeron un pan que estaba empezado , vimos una cucaracha pequeña en la pared y la carne estaba chiclosa y difícil de comer. Lo peor es que, al comentar estos problemas, no recibimos ninguna disculpa ni atención por parte del personal. Una lástima, porque antes lo recomendaba.
