Pando is in middle of the intersection Road. Everybody go through beside this restaurant and many people enjoying sangria beer and the Bucket menu and tapas and so on. This is very crowded Road and the middle of the road so many people can watch.

We went to Madrid Spain for sightseeing and walked by this cafeteria for dinner. Very simple and local restaurant, server is very friendly, however not good in English, we have to use some sign language to communicate. But the food and service is very good, and the price is very, very reasonable. 6 of us went and we have grilled pork chops, lamb chops, grilled seafood, simple good 👍👍

Lo descubrí porque paré a desayunar y decidí volver al mediodía ya que la experiencia fue buena ( buen café y un croissant plancha muy rico ). Hay comida muy diversa para elegir, desde menú del día a bocadillos pasando por su variedad de pinchos y raciones. Elegí la terraza y me atendió Rodolfo, un profesional que cuida a los clientes, de diez. Relación calidad precio, para mí, el mejor de la zona. Volveré.

Average place imo it was pretty nice !! We came for breakfast. Got seated quickly and our order taken fast. Food was normal, but the menu did feel somewhat limited imo ?? Waiter was nice but it did take a while to get our check lmaooo

This place was right next to my hotel and I thought it was quite convenient. It had traditional Spanish food, it was fast and it opens early in the morning and closes late at night. Great for some tapas or breakfast or a full meal. I would definitely recommend it if you are in Madrid. The prices were also very reasonable.

Great Little basic food place with friendly owner and good, reasonably priced food. After several days of eating over priced small servicing of Tapas, (seems nearly every Restaurant in Madrid only do Tapas) usually seafood (Madrid isn't exactly a coastal fishing village) all I wanted was a basic meat, potatoes and vegetable entree at a reasonable price. After searching Trip Advisor and Google maps for over an hour I finally found a place that I though might work (not this place) Trip advisor and Google had the same address for the other place but very different pin locations on the map. Decided to try the Trip Advisor location since it was closer. ( I was staying next door to the art museum). Walking along the way I came across the Pando.. simple menu, order by number with photos posted outside...a server (who turned out to be the owner) was taking a meal out to the outside tented dining area and it looked exactly like what I wanted. Decided to try it...ordered #3..Pollo ensalada, croquetas y patatas fritas. Nice sized grilled chicken breast, nice fries and crisp lettuce salad . Very nice meal of adequate proportions and reasonably priced. If you tired of over priced small servings of Tapas and want a reasonably priced decent meal this would be a suggested place.

Bar que han reformado, han subido precios bastante y me faltó en la carta el tradicional bocadillo matrimonio que estaba exquisito allí. El pincho de tortilla con pimiento con la cerveza estaba muy rico, también la ternera.

La comida estaba bien, el servicio sin más, ni una amabilidad palpable, pero tampoco ha sido malo. La sorpresa ha sido al pedir un poco de kétchup, nos han traído 3 sobrecitos, y nos han cobrado a 0,50€ cada uno, es decir hemos pagado por 3 sobres 1,50€. No me parece mal que haya que ponerle un precio, pero ese me resulta algo abusivo.

Los precios están bien PERO fuimos entre 3 personas y una de ellas no ke gusta el huevo y le dijo a la camarera que no se lo diría y a la hora del pedido su comida tenía huevos y se lo dijo a la camarera y ella dijo que no se lo hiba a quitar.Por otra parte a mi madre y a mi nos dieron semicocidas o a término medio cuando le dijimos que las queríamos bien cocidas al igual con el huevo y aun así nos la dieron mal, comida pésima nosotras nos pedimos la 6,7 y 9, no se pidan las croquetas son de pura masa y el cerdo de la 9 tenía un sabor raro. Y ni que hablar de la atención fue muy mala sobretodo de una chica pelinegra , cabello en una coleta, trigueña y tenía pestañas. La susodicha nos atendió mal y hasta nos tiro de mala gana la cuenta. Lo único bueno es el ambiente td muy lindo.... Ahh yo me pedí un aquarius, cabe recalcar que en la carta no estaba el precio bueno una lata del aquarius me costó 3 euros!!! Si son sensibles del estómago como yo la cocción muy mala. En conclusión : Pff muy mala experiencia nunca más vuelvo.

El restaurante es amplio y acogedor, con una terraza bastante grande. La ubicación también es muy buena El servicio regular, varios camareros y le cuesta decidir atenderte. Puedes ver cómo calientan el pan congelado para hacer los bocadillos. Precio excesivo 6,5 € el bocadillo y 6€ jarra de cerveza Resumiendo, no lo recomiendo. En la zona hay bastante oferta

the fried eggs were terrible. and they looked even worse. the croquetas were burnt and the pork loin was too sour. most importantly the portions were way smaller than advertised. only not bad thing was the quick and chill service. definitely didn't have Colombian vibes and food nowhere came close to it either. not recommended. not to mention the bread was dry and tasted fishy. cheap in quality but not in price

Un bar tan bien situado y con pésima atención al cliente. Casi 40 minutos para unos calamares, y no estaba lleno. 10 supuestos calamares a más de 1€ el calamar, y la lechuga "de adorno", marrón. Y sin aliñar. Para eso, mejor no poner nada. Para no volver.

Un bar con una ubicación excepcional junto a la estación de Atocha es lo único bueno que tiene. Los camareros discutiendo entre ellos. Estando el bar vacío tardaron en entenderme más de 10 minutos la comida está pasable y el camarero que está un poco vizco atiende de muy mala gana. Es una lastima que el personal y el servicio no esté a la altura de un bar con ese potencial y en tan buena ubicación. Nada recomendable

Fui a este bar con ganas de algo sencillo y pedí un bocadillo de pollo con mayonesa para llevar. Hasta ahí todo normal. El problema vino cuando, al llegar a casa y abrir el paquete, me encontré con un bocadillo de calamares. No fue un simple detalle: era un pedido completamente distinto. Me parece una falta de atención y profesionalidad bastante seria. Si te equivocas en algo tan básico como el contenido de un bocadillo, demuestra poco cuidado en el servicio. Además, al ser para llevar, el cliente no tiene forma de comprobarlo en el momento, así que el error lo asume él. Una experiencia decepcionante. Entiendo que todos podemos cometer errores, pero en hostelería hay que ser más cuidadosos, especialmente cuando el cliente paga por un producto concreto

El servicio es nefasto y no me gusto que el pan que cae al suelo lo vuelvan a meter en la cesta por parte de las camareras de sala, entramos a comer y estaban la mitad de las mesas con el servicio puesto pero sin que pusieranlosplatos de comida , una de las camareras comento a otra que cobrara una mesa y los echara , porque llevaban mucho tiempo sentados.... Normal tardaban mas de 40 min en poner un misero plato combinado que no tenia nada que ver con las fotografias , en fin un desastre ,y lo peor el servicio. No lo recomendamos para nada.

Hoy Martes 17de feb 14:30 ,pido el menú del día y no volveré en la vida . Ambiente: agradable y acogedor. Servicio: mmm... aunque la mujer le ponía ganas es evidentemente que no tiene ni formación, ni formas y de maneras muy escasas. . . Ok Observo desde mi mesa que le piden cosas y suspira como si estuviera hasta las pelotas de los clientes. . . Menú: MALÍSIMO, primeros muy pobres en todo y de segundo te ofrecen entrecot ,pero eso tiene de entrecot lo que yo tengo de cardenal . El postre ,de regular para abajo . Lo más gracioso es que pone Gastronomía CASTIZA,en el corazón de Madrid desde 1984. Además de malo , TRIZTE ., quien pruebe esta comida como CASTIZA , tendrá un mal concepto de lo CASTIZO . DIRECCIÓN,por favor !!! Haced algo , o por lo menos , cambiar el rótulo !!!

Sadly it's not a good place. I ordered seafood paella and it's okay. Nothing fantastic. It's by a touristy area so I don't think they put a lot of attention in their foods.
