Soy una clienta asidua a este local,el pollo muy bien con su ensalada, patatas etc. Todo bien respecto ala comida.Paso al personal mucho que desear, equerido acer un pedido llamando al local y tenido una chica al otro lado del teléfono y muy mal educada, pocos modales para hablar así clientela no debería haber gente mal educada trabajando cara al público nose si llame(Lunes o Martes Antes de irme Ami trabajo no entiendo.Siempre cuando e ido al local el finde semana a comprar de igual manera hay cosas que no pueden ver,como el trato asus compañer@s,hay que ser discretos ante todo educación alos clientes.Tomar en cuenta eso,todo lo bueno del sitio,que venga a compañado con la educación.Gracias

Hello. They have a very good product, I'd even say one of the best rotisserie chickens in Madrid; I always recommend it. The service has usually been decent, but today, frankly, it was bad. The staff at the takeaway counter should understand how important it is to have a good attitude: avoid showing signs of annoyance when a customer places their order and, above all, not respond rudely if I point out a mistake and respectfully ask them to be more helpful. I'm sure that if these women put their minds to it and understand how valuable their work is, they can improve and make the experience complete, even though it's a takeaway service. I'll keep visiting because I love their food 😃 and I hope things improve so that El Fogón can reach the high level it's capable of.

I placed my order through Uber for a whole chicken with potatoes and salad 🥗 (supposedly the classic salad that accompanies grilled chicken). My surprise was that this salad comes with raw onions or Creole sauce, and I'm allergic to onions. I'd like to point out that Uber doesn't mention that the salad comes with raw onions. If I had known, I would have just ordered the potatoes. So, as a recommendation, please specify this so you don't expect the typical salad that accompanies chicken. Unfortunately, I had to throw it away.

He comido los 3 tipos de carnes a la brasa que vende aqui: Vacio, Entraña y Tira y en resumen la calidad de la carne es patetica por no decir q a la basura (ya lo había pagado), les he dado 3 oportunidades y cada vez a peor, carne vieja y dura. El pollo no lo he probado q por las reseñas será lo unico bueno aqui.... bueno el chorizo no está mal. Precios muy caros para la calidad. Las 3 veces he comido en el sitio y tal y como he visto en otras reseñas, la atencion es deplorable, como q no quieren estar aqui y se nota. Quieres una salsa 1€, quieres para llevar .5€. No he probado el chuletón pero visto lo visto no vuelvo mas. 3 veces y 3 atenciones y comida deplorables. Las fotos que tienen de los cortes NADA tienen q ver con lo que te sirven. 300gr de tira+1chorizo+1cerveza=24€ y dejé la mitad de lo duro de la tira. Ahorrense el viaje o el pedido; a menos q sea pollo (supongo).

Muy pésima atención al cliente, hace unos días fui con unos amigos y la experiencia no fue buena. Primero nos dijeron que esperáramos para desocupar una mesa y luego que subiéramos al segundo piso. Al hacerlo, una mesera nos recibió de mala manera preguntando “¿quién les dijo que suban?” y diciendo que era con reserva, cuando fue su propia compañera quien nos indicó subir. La falta de coordinación y el trato poco amable hicieron que nos retiráramos. Una pena, porque la atención al cliente es clave.

La comida buenisima ... sin duda ... lo DECEPCIONANTE ES QUE PAGUE MAS DE 36 EUROS ( En cualquier Restaurante Peruano por ese precio ) te da vasos de cristal , platos y cubiertos en condiciones ... no descartable ... definitivamente un sitio q solo sirve para pedir comida para llevar ... porque comer ahi por el precio y que te den todo descartable como si se tratase de ir a comer a un parque ... Fatal ... desde luego no volvere

El pollo es muy rico pero la atención es de lo PEOR!!! Antes estaba un chico que daba una buen atención no se si era el Jefe o lo que sea pero ahora ni se lo ve y la calidad de la tensión ha ido bajando cuando íbamos a comer si pedíamos vinagre nos lo daba pero ahora que fuimos la última vez nos dijeron directamente no y las chicas excepción de una son muy bordes pero mucho cómo si te estuviesen haciendo un favor y hoy al querer pedirlo por Uber lo han cerrado a las 10 cuando el establecimiento cierra a las 12

Llevo hiendo a este sitio casi todos los domingos durante unos 3/4 años. El pollo, patatas ..algunos de los mejores de madrid de verdad ! (Tu arroz muchas veces esta muy dura!) Pero he tenido que parar de ir por que el atención al cliente es pésimo , antes las chicas eran super majas nose que ha pasado pero no da gusto entrar ahi que te miran y hablan fatal! Yo trabajo en hostelería y se lo difícil que es aveces pero se pasan con la mala educación…. Todos tenemos mal dias , pero cuando vas siempre y siempre es la misma actitud no es normal … y mirando muchas reseñas veo que ha sido un problema que ocurre mucho ahora!

Muy mala experiencia. Las chicas dentro de la barra mal educadas, una estornudando sin cubrirse la boca, el ambiente super frío, la musica muy alta, exagerado. Nada de amabilidad. No lo recomiendo.

Lately, when you order, they tell you to do it through Glovo or Uber Eats, even though you always order directly. They say they're too busy and can't send any of their delivery drivers... The rice is always hard and the potatoes are way overcooked. And the people who answer the phone act like you're doing them a favor by ordering from the chicken guy. They leave you on hold for 20 minutes. The other day I ordered chorizo ​​and they sent me one and a half, even though the picture shows three, and they charge you for it. Lately, it's been going downhill fast; it leaves a lot to be desired.

I regret to say that my visit to this rotisserie was quite disappointing. The service from the women delivering the orders was, to say the least, unprofessional, as if they were doing me a favor. It seemed that friendliness wasn't part of the service, and their attitude made me wonder if they even wanted to have customers. As for the chicken, I expected something worthy of a rotisserie, but it was the complete opposite: dry, tasteless, and of a quality that clearly showed they didn't put any effort into it. Far from a good culinary experience. I hope they improve, because right now I can't recommend this place to anyone.

I was there yesterday, December 6, 2025. The service was terrible; it felt like they were doing me a favor when they took my order. To top it all off, I got combo #2, and the chicken was dry. It seemed like it had been reheated three days prior. The meat was as dry as shoe leather and completely tasteless—nothing like the quality and seasoning they used to have. I don't know what happened, but I definitely won't be back. I didn't return it because it's too far from where I live; otherwise, I surely would have. When ordering takeout, make sure the chicken is fresh, or you'll be in for a nasty surprise when you get home.

My family and I have always eaten here. We hadn't been here for a while, and now I'm back. The food is just as good, but the service is terrible. I had to make many trips because the lady wouldn't even give me a tray to carry my things. She was very bitter and arrogant. Someone like that shouldn't be in customer service because she has no idea. I'm a waitress and I know what it's like to deal with people. Often, you don't connect with them, but business is business! It's clear I won't be coming back after four years of eating here.

Don't waste your money or time here, I went here as a last meal after 3 weeks eating great food in Galicia. Big mistake, the meat is not of good quality and the cook is not a pit master. I paid 50Euros for something that I was not satisfied with. This place is for people that don't know what good food is.
