Nos atendió lara, el servicio fue fantastico, desde la ambientación con estética japonesa y de anime hasta la variedad de platos. Me daba miedo que, al ser una cinta, la cinta se vaciase en algun momento. Pero sin embargo fue rara la vez que habia tan solo un hueco vacío. La verdad que genial, repetire sin dudarlo

Sitio con decoración original, con comida japonesa bufet a través de cinta transportadora, a los niños les encanta el ir cogiendo platos según pasan. Los fines de semana tiene un precio de 20,95€ + bebidas. La comida está rica y variada, además entre los platos también hay variedad de postres. Comentar que solo tienes una hora para comer pero es más que suficiente. El único pero es el ruido de la sala, hay mucha gente. Es recomendable reservar.

Sitio muy divertido para cenar con niños. La comida está bastante buena, y la decoración es muy chula. Un pelin caro si vas a cenar viernes noche o fines de semana. Durante la semana el precio es más barato. Pero sin duda, un lugar para repetir. Tienes una hora exacta de reloj para comer todo lo que quieras.

Very great ayce sushi in Madrid for the price! Not just raw sushi available which is soft and fresh for being in the middle of the country and far from the waters, but cooked items like yakitori and izakaya like items. Tuna and salmon are great choices and the unagi is pretty good too. Their fried chicken is nice, but some other fried foods like tempura shrimp were a bit more batter than shrimp. Desserts were decent, but a little more difficult to control their freshness because it all comes along in the conveyor belt. Like the cream puff gets soft while trapped in there and the mochi gets dehydrated and isn’t as soft as you like. But they had a raspberry cake which was good and the lychee, melon, and other fruits were good too. You can get Japanese beer and Heineken which is difficult in Madrid. Overall very good for the price, this would at least be $40 usd in the states, but a nice 20€ here

I have been here like already four times, is better to make a reservation because most of the time is full!!! The workers are really nice, you have one hour to eat but is more than enough, I can tell the food is of good quality, first because it looks and taste amazing and second because you dont feel sick or with a bloated stomach after. The place is really cool and you will enjoy it even more if you are an anime fan!! And the price is affordable!! The drinks are apart from the price.

Excellent food..we enjoyed the food. It was a buffet for 14.95€in which they serve a variety of Japanese hot & cold food for a period of one hour. The food plates are served on two conveyor belts. The upper one is for hot food & the lower one is for cold food. Very good variety! There are desserts too. You can take three plates of desserts..here there's a limit. Otherwise there's unlimited food available for you to eat in one hour. We took white wine too. For drinks you have to pay extra, but it depends on you whether you want it or not.

I was pleasantly surprised from this place! Found it randomly and decided to try it. The food was mostly good, some plates were better than others but nothing exceptional. They give you an hour to eat anything you want, you can grab any plate you like, except desserts which are marked and limited to 3 per person. The time limit was just fine, we had plenty of time to eat and relax. The atmosphere and decorations are amazing, full of neon lights. For just 15€, it is definitely worth visiting at least once. They also offer Japanese beer and drinks, but are paid separately.

Es sin duda una experiencia culinaria increíble pero en primer lugar, determinaría RESERVAR, porque en vez de ponerte a hablar con quien te acompaña, te da un poco de ansiedad. Mi experiencia fue ver pasar comida todo el rato y era agobiante porque se antojaba todo para probar y no daba tiempo a conversar con el acompañante. Por otro lado el ambiente fantástico, un viaje increíble a Japón por un precio asequible (mejor durante el día) que sirven bastante comida fresca y de calidad.

La decoración del lugar es increíble. La comida es muy rica. Incluye postres lo cual me parece genial! Y la experiencia de la cinta es divertido! Solo tienes una hora para comer y siento que no alcanza, si vas con amigos charlas, luego de tanto comer necesitas hacer un poco de sobremesa o quizás quieres tomarte un café también… agregando que a los 40 minutos ya sientes que te están echando… entiendo que es mejor para el restaurante si ponen horario pero no es cómodo para los clientes, o por lo menos para mi grupo de amigos y para mí… creo que ya vas pensando en comer rápido para que te alcance el tiempo, y no está bueno apurarse para comer. Fui otra vez pero sola y sentí lo mismo con respecto al tiempo.

Sitio recomendable para disfrutar de la experiencia japo con decoración excelente. El punto negativo es que la presión por levantante empaña la experiencia de la buena comida y ambiente del lugar. Diez minutos antes de terminar nos dicen "cuando salgáis la puerta es la misma de la entrada" dando a entender que nos levantemos ya, sin preguntarles nos soltaron eso, 5 min antes de que pase la hora te traen la cuenta, y dos minutos antes de que pase la hora vuelven a decirnos lo de la puerta... se crea una situación incómoda de presión cuando al final acabamos aaliendo justo a la hora de entrar. Como crítica constructiva deberían de cuidar mas esas formas y detalles que crean un silencio en los comensales (eramos 8) en los que todos pensábamos lo mismo: esto sobra. Por lo demás es una opción buena para comer en el centro.

Un sitio muy chulo, con una decoración moderna y llamativa que hace la experiencia aún más divertida. Hay muchísima variedad de platos, tanto fríos como calientes, y con una hora tienes más que suficiente para probar de todo y salir muy satisfecho. El personal fue atento y amable, pendientes en todo momento de que no faltara nada.En general, un sitio que merece la pena para disfrutar de sushi en formato original, abundante y con buen ambiente. Me gustó mucho y sin duda volveré.

El ambientazo del sitio es una nota, la temática, la cinta donde llega la comida todo esta genial. He comido en los otros running sushi y este es de mis favoritos. La comida estuvo rica pero sentí que no había mucha variedad, sin embargo me fui contenta. ¿Volvería? Por supuesto que yes.

Had lunch here at this conveyor-belt style buffet restaurant. The food was decent and fresh, though the selection wasn’t very extensive. The décor was stylish and pleasant. Overall, considering the price, I’d say it was a good value and worth a visit.

Fun place for sushi! The food is about what you would expect for all you can eat, not the best/most fresh sushi, but a good deal for how much you get. I like that there were also non-sushi options like noodles, spring rolls, fried rice, etc. Be aware that you are required to order a drink in addition to your meal so it’s another few euros added on to the menu price, but still a very good deal for how much food you get.

Such a fun place to experience sushi-type food! While the quality is questionable, and some customers place their half eaten plates back on the conveyor, we still had a great time. More accustomed to authentic, high grade sushi that does not include mayonnaise as a topping, I enjoyed other items to complete the experience. Love the digital art that covers the walls! And of course, the neon lighting. Be aware: there’s a time limit on your table. We were notified that we had 5 minutes to finish. Really?? Yikes! Thank goodness we were done!

I visited on a Saturday at around 19 hours (7pm). Place wasn't crowded just yet. It was fully booked online after 20:00, hence I had to go a bit early. After entering the establishment, the waiter assigns your seat and explains you how this place works. In short: You have one hour to eat, colored plates are included in the all-you-can eat menu, the white plates you get three free of charge and can buy extras if you want. Drinks cost extra. In an hour you do get to eat your belly full for sure. The food was of very varying quality during my visit. Many of the sushi pieces were okay but nothing mind-blowing. Some of the tuna sushi looked dry. At my time slot some of the warm food felt like it had been running for long. After my time was nearing its end a lot of fresh food starting to appear. Both the sushi and warm food tasted certainly better. I think I was unlucky coming at a slow moment. My favorites were the dumplings, the beef and shrimps which tasted great. I'm not for desserts so can't say much about that. Desserts included some sort of chocolate cake or assorted fruits (watermelon, pineapple). I think you will have the best experience at busy hours when the food gets replenished more often. Some other reflections: - Some of the waiters spoke good English but not everyone. - Soap dispensers were empty in both toilets.

Recomendamos ir en grupos pequeños, ya que siendo 7 personas nos costó coger platos y disfrutar sin prisas. 🍣 Cintas giratorias: caliente y fría Hay dos cintas, una con platos fríos (arriba) y otra con platos calientes (abajo), lo cual permite variedad. Sin embargo, la calidad de la comida es aceptable pero no destacable, y algunos productos como un langostino cocido no nos parecieron en buen estado. 🍛 Platos calientes y postres Los platos calientes estaban mejor elaborados, fue un poco escasa la cantidad de niguiris en los platos fríos. En los postres se puede encontrar tartas, frutas como lichis y naranjas, y dulces asiáticos como bolitas de sésamo rellenas. 🎌 Estética muy cuidada La ambientación es uno de los puntos fuertes: entrada con diseño de metro, luces de neón, detalles anime, e incluso el baño con grafitis. Muy inmersivo y original. 💸 Precio algo elevado El precio por persona fue de unos 22€ (18,95€ el buffet + bebida), lo que nos pareció algo caro en relación a la calidad general de la comida. 📝 Conclusión Una experiencia original y visualmente atractiva, ideal si vas en pareja o grupos pequeños. Sin embargo, la relación calidad-precio puede no justificar repetir si lo que buscas es una experiencia gastronómica sobresaliente.

The restaurant itself is really cool! The food is delivered via a mechanical belt that’s regularly refilled. There’s a nice mix of sushi and other Asian dishes like bao and spring rolls. What I didn’t quite get was the donuts and cakes instead of more “typical” Asian desserts. The quality of food is actually quite low. Also, I didn’t enjoy the rush of having just one hour for dinner (and being reminded 10 minutes before that I had to leave), especially since it was only 9–10 p.m. and they close at midnight.

La comida es bastante pasable. No hay variedad, salen los mismos platos una y otra vez aparte de que los platos calientes salen fríos. Los camareros son muy amables eso es lo unico que puedo remarcar. No recomiendo este lugar por que para pagar 20 euros que es lo que vale. Podían ofrecer mas variedad. Pensaba que era comida japonesa no cosas del supermercado.

The experience was fun and the food was good. However, the staff was really unfriendly and while we had 1 hour before closing and there were more people eating at the restaurant, they kept hurrying us. They kept cleaning up the table, and I don’t mean picking up the dishes, just stopping and cleaning. We asked if they could bring us additional soy sauce and they said they were out of it, while we could clearly see it along with more sauces that they denied they had. I mean, sushi restaurant and you run out of soy sauce? Really? Finally, they never mentioned that you need to buy a drink per person in order to eat.

This place is a real mockery of Japanese cuisine. Here you will be treated to masterpieces like rolls with fried bacon (I'm not kidding) and sushi with canned tuna or rolls with cheap fish sticks. The conveyor belt is a separate show. Pieces of something suspicious, more reminiscent of "food waste", slowly spin on it. The food is disgusting. Fatty, cheap, falling apart in your hands. After one piece, I wanted not soy sauce, but an exorcist. Judging by the number of positive reviews, either they are written by employees, or there are many more people in our world without taste buds than I thought.
