Muy buen servicio como casi todos los bares en Madrid tapa con la bebida,ensaladilla de tomate muy rico. Recomiendo su bocadillo de calamares ,pedimos si podía ser un bocadillo de queso y aunque no estaba en la carta nos lo hicieron muy bueno , pasar . La bebida cara como casi todos los bares de Madrid.

El mejor sándwich mixto que he probado en mucho tiempo, acompañado de un buen café con leche y un zumo delicioso. Muy buen ambiente y la atención de los camareros. Así da gusto desayunar en el Madrid de toda la vida.

He pasado por este bar muchas veces y siempre estoy encantado de volver. Lo qué me gusta es el mollete de oreja, riquísimo. La atención de las chicas es genial, cabe destacar sobretodo a Delmi y María, su actitud cercana y cordial hace todo mucho más ameno.

We stopped in here twice because the food and vibes were so brilliant! Local crowd, amazing staff who don’t speak fluent English but just had such grace and patience! We ordered calamari rolls, octopus, potata bravas, had a stack of on top beer, vermut and wine! Lovely lunch in a brilliant area.

Love coming here when I have a busy and rushing morning. Cafe + sandwich or croissant for such a good price. Love the mixto, simple and yummy. They are very quick with their service, and can get busy. We like to sit at the bar and eat quickly. If you’re really in a rush, ask for the food to go!

Great place to grab a quick cafecito and sandwich if you fly in early or have jet lag. Barista was super nice and accommodating and gave me recommendations of which coffee and food to get and what places to see nearby. Americano and the jamón tomate sandwich was delicious. So glad I stopped by!

I was staying in Madrid for a week. Good food, good coffee and very good vibes. Full of local people who were very friendly. They were very nice, especially the bartender name William. He was very helpful and welcoming. Also, he suggested me ‘oreja plancha con salsa ardosa’ (fried ear-pork) which was very good. Will come here again for sure!

A super authentic tapas bar in the heart of Malasaña. The tapas were wonderful and incredibly generous. The chips were homemade, the sandwiches were cheap, hearty, and satisfying, and the atmosphere was fantastic. The bartenders were professional and welcoming. Authentic Spanish bar with friendly and fast service. We tried a calamri little sandwich [ Bocadillito de calamares ] and it was crispy, crunchy and nice. Their patatas bravas was okay. The prawn with garlic, chili and oil [ gambas ajillo] was good as well. The price and what we got were reasonable. Ps. The tortilla was sold out on that day but my friend highly recommended it.

A local bar serving traditional Tapas and beverages. Packed with the mostly local crowd, and it is definitely NOT a touristy place. There were limited seats and tables, so many people were just standing and enjoying their food and drinks. The waitress at the bar was really efficient and kind. It was impressive how its staff were handling so many people at the same. My suggestion is to put more chairs.

Yeah, This is another local neighborhood bar. Excellent food Yeah, terrific drinks, very historic, and still conserve the old-time vibes. Tapas are small but very delicious. Try the gambas, which is also one of the best coffees in town. I visited this place more than 20 times in the past 3 years.

We had a lovely lunch here. The service was warm and friendly! It was truly the best calamari we’ve ever had - and we’ve had a lot of it! It was incredibly soft, melt in the mouth, and seasoned to perfection. The batter was light and crunchy. The patatas bravas were fantastic. The prawns were amazing too, cooked to perfection and not chewy at all! 10/10 would love to go back when I’m in Madrid again.

Lugar para tomarse unas buenas tapas a precio ‘normal’. Diferentes tipos de tapas a elegir. Disponen de diferentes tipos de cervezas y vermuts. El local mantiene su ambiente castizo.

The place still maintains the vibes of a traditional madrileñan tavern as the other business from the same group. Service was ok, if not excepcional, but very much what you would expect in a traditional bar in Madrid, not trying to be your friend but taking care of your orders. I have a typical breakfast with coffee and a "mollete" (traditional andalusian rounded bread) with olive oil and tomato that was correct. Prices are a little skewed upwards for a "real" spaniard bar, but due the location and amount of tourist in the area it is not surprising. In any case they were not outrageous like in other fully tourist places and I will payed gladly just because they keep some classic place alive

I'm originally from Madrid but live abroad and this is one of my favourite places in the city. I've been here numerous times, and it never disappoints me or the friends I bring around. It's a small place with a homey feeling, a proper Spanish bar, and the staff are great, always helpful and attentive, special mention to Goyo who has assisted and advised on several occasions. Absolutely recommended the "patatas casa hortensia" (a bit spicy and with a fried egg on top) and the "mollete de oreja con huevo" (pig ear and fried egg bap), The bocadillo de calamares is also very good here.

Muy caro para la calidad y la cantidad. El bocadillo de calamares es más bien una pulga de calamares, las patatas bravas una tapa, vinieron exactamente 9 piezas de patata. El vermú tan aguado que no sabía a nada. Muy rico estuvo el picadillo de morcilla y los calamares a la andaluza, aunque aquí otra vez un tamaño dejó algo que desear. Enjoyed a drink and some tapas while here. Staff were helpful with recommendations of what we should get. Most of the seating is stools, so if you’re coming in the evening it’s great to grab on the go if you want something quickly.

We’ve been to this place twice, first time was good, we were served by Áugusto who was very nice and attentive to us. We had some fried rabbit and drinks. The second time was very disappointing, it seemed like the staff were having a bad day, they barely looked at us, acting super rude when we tried to order food, so we stick with one drink each and of course we decide to leave from the place. If you are lucky to get the staff in a good day maybe you will have a good experience. Personally I will not waste my time.

El servicio muy mal. En ese bar a dos tipos de clientes: los habituales a los que ponen una tapa y los nuevos a los que nos sirven un doble de cerveza de malas maneras y sin tapa. Pedí una ración de alitas de pollo. Estaban correctas en su sabor, cantidad y precio. Poco ambiente para ser un domingo a las dos de la tarde. No lo recomiendo. Hay otros mucho mejores en la zona.

Decepcionante, fuimos porque supuestamente es de los mismos que bodega de la Ardosa, pero solo tienen las servilletas en común. 20€ por dos cervezas y una degustación de ensaladilla rusa( mayonesa con vinagre) , sin pan ni picos. El camarero increíblemente misógino, William se llama. Después de pedir papel para el baño dos veces, me grita que ya hay, con un despotismo y un grito propio de alguien, supongo, explotado y harto, pero que lo paga con quien no toca. Me toca entrar y, efectivamente, de nuevo no hay papel. Me asomo a la barra y le digo que no hay y se acerca amenazante. Le pregunto si me va a pegar. Me dice que no pega a mujeres. Le digo que además es un pedazo de machista. Me llama idiota gritando. Qué pena el sidi lo que fue hace unos años, antes del traspaso. Os echamos de menos. Nada que ver. Un grupo grande (19 personas) que no vuelve.
