We ordered a medium pizza: half only cheese and half pepperoni. We have never been before so we were unsure of the prices, but the person that took our order was very patient and showed the boxes of each size of pizza so we could make our decision. We only had to wait 12 minutes and had a delicious and hot pizza to go. The restaurant was a little dark but besides that, the pizza was great and the service was awesome.

If your looking for REAL NY pizza this place is the real deal Brother's Pizza 6541 Farm to Market Rd 1488, Magnolia, TX 77354 they are the real deal. Ordered pizza for pick up, my only problem was i ONLY order 2 slice for me, should have ordered a whole pie. Yes it was that good! . Atmosphere reminds me of the pizzerias in Brooklyn and the Bronx. Oh how I miss you, will definitely be coming back . They’ll be call me by name by next year 🤣🤣

Brothers pizza has always been a all time favorite and a place to come when in town. You can never go wrong with a huge slice of a juicey pepperoni, meat or just plain cheese 🍕 pizza. When its a family business you know love and care goes in every bit. We always have our pizza slices with a added ingredient....fresh basil cooked into it...adds a extra taste 😋

Went to Brothers Pizza Express for the first time to have a pizza party for my kids basketball team. The owner was very nice and the place was perfect for a kids pizza party or get together. Pizza was reasonable priced as long as you were getting a single topping. For example $3 for a slice of Cheese or Pepperoni and the slices was nice size. The fancier the pizza the more expensive it gets. . . a slice of basically a supreme pizza is $6 which I thought was a bit high. They have other food items like calzones and pasta as well, which again I thought were priced high but I did not try them so I can't comment as to if the price was justifiable. While the owner was great, the high school girls working the register needed some customer service training as they acted like they were miserable being there. All and all it was not bad, I would go back.

2+ hours for a COLD pizza, raw garlic knots and as always you pay for ranch and they toss you sauce! DO NOT get delivery from them, go in and pick it up. 2 Stars is a fair rating, if the pizza wasn't so good I wouldn't write anything at all! BUT

Since I've started working next door, I come here and the food is great. I've always had great service, mostly a male (teen or young adult). He is well mannered and does an awesome job. However, the older man with a limp, who I think is the owner, treats his staff like garbage. I saw him make a mistake tonight -which wasn't even that big- and yell, blame, and take it out on the teen. He's so rude and needs to do better. Each person is only one person and can't do everything. If I was that teen, I'd be walking out and find someplace better to work.

I have lived in this area a long time and have always maintained a high opinion of brothers pizza and the quality of their pizza. But I must say that today they have really disappointed me and seriously have me considering wether I will go back again. Pizza was extremely greasy and just disgusting looking. By the time the pizza made it to my plate it didn’t have and toppings on it and the cheese was just a big wad of greasy mess that I ended up having to eat with a fork. Who wants to eat clumps of cold hard grease filled cheese with a fork? Me!!!! 🙄. Said no customer ever! Terrible! Very disappointed in you today brothers pizza. I know you guys are better than this. I have seen much better from you. I would fire whoever is making your pizza this way, they obviously don’t care about the company or it’s most important people US the customers or there job!

Man this place is rough . Kid didn’t put my pizzas in the oven after I paid and the kids after me got their pizza before me . Empty napkin dispenser at my table . I had 2 slices today and this evening I have the worst stomach pain and diarrhea with my mouth watering with nausea simultaneously. Even after I used a couple a napkins to soak up all the grease off of the slices it still destroyed me . Customers there were 400lbs . What was I thinking . I was set on chipotle but went here instead on a whim. Big mistake

I live in Carriage Hills Subdivision off FM1488. I have ordered Brothers Pizza more than 30 times in the last couple years and always had it delivered. Today I called in a order and after I ordered I was told they don’t deliver to Carriage Hills, I then said you delivered to me last month then was to we are short handed so we are not able to deliver to carriage Hills today. That is sorry service and a poor excuse for a pizza place that has been delivering to carriage hills since it’s been open. They won’t have to deliver to me anymore.

Be ready to repeat urself 20 times if placing an order for delivery. First a guy who doesn't speak English answers makes me waste my time repeating myself 3 times. Then I guess he gives the phone to another guy who does speak English but apparently can't hear cuz he asked me to repeat myself twice. Tip of advice if your going to have someone taking orders make sure they speak english and can hear and understand accordingly no one got time to repeat themselves 20 times before placing an order. I just told them nevermind and found a diff place I don't have the time for that bs.

Pizzas had been sitting on counter for who knows how long, the cashier handled my money then had his hands on my pizza and didn't put any gloves on either time. I stood there waiting for help and no one was at the register for a while. my pizza was warmed up too long and it was hard and crust was crunchy, or a little burnt and so was everything else on the top. I didn't bother telling the cashier because he was nowhere to be found when I went back up there. I just ate what wasn't so burnt and left, I will never come back here again and i love the other locations and this place just totally disappointed me.
